employee
While walking through the Frankfort store an employee named April was talking on her phone about getting high and using meth. She had no disregard for other people in the store or with her language she was using. She could be heard all throughout the store with many children in there including my own. It was completely inappropriate and should not have happened.
employee
Went to the Dollar tree on broadway close to the South Garland High school the employee Ruby who was doing balloons was rude to every customer she watched a customer unload all the products onto the register and when done told her she not doing cashier today when she was doing it she needs to be coached on customer service or she be asked to leave the company if she does not like her job we all have to deal with customer but when one is not rude to the employee they should be respectful to everyone
frutessa jam
T.C. Trader raspberry jam was the best product in the store! Fruitessa is like mud and I noticed the strawberry is equally brown and unappetizing, ruining my cookies! And the store is still dirty, cluttered, and the bathroom unaccessable.
Cedar Street is so much better.
St.Johns is the best!
Aisles in Okemos are full of boxes and bathrooms dirty, always locked for staff.
discrimination
We are customers in the Dollar Tree Store 15232Summit Avenue Fontana CA. Their was a store associate that was very rude to us and refused us the right to use the restroom because they were going to close in ‘10 minutes.' We have been customers here for years and the treatment we received is disrespectful. The store denied customers the right to use the restroom. The person who was refused that right is disabled senior and had an accident because the store denied her basic human right. We are disappointed and saddened that we have experienced this treatment. We will filing a discrimination claim to ensure no other customer experiences this demeaning treatment. The customer pleaded with the associate and the associate denied them their right.
manager
I have been a customer for 20 yrs, last night o stopped in the store with my granddaughter who is 6, a few minutes later 2 store employees approached me with a cell phone on speaker. The manager was on the phone screaming at me to get out of his store, my granddaughter started crying, people looks at us, horribly embarrassing. The manager mike lazzaro would not let me speak, he said my "boyfriend"assaulted one of his employee's, and he didn't care which of us were arrested. Now, that man is my husband's son, I brought him to the store when he arrived from florida a few weeks ago. I wasn't aware of, or anywhere near him or the store whenever' whatever' happened. How can I be berated embarrassed, banned from this store if I did not have any involve ment in the incident, I was home, not was I aware of anything.
a time-sensitive letter
I no longer work at Dollar Tree in Milton I've sent Linda the manager at loss of employment form so me and my pregnant daughter get food stamps again I sent it two and a half weeks ago I even put a self-addressed stamped envelope in there we have no food in this house and my daughter is pregnant so it's a time-sensitive letter she's had ample time to send it back she does stuff out of spite because when I work there I seem to do stuff out of spite
I am complaining about kari price
I Lalani Wolfe was the store assistant manager for 5 1/2 years then I was promoted to store manager for 5 1/2 years I am making a formal complaint about Kari price she is talking very badly about me and has been since I left the company in November of 2017 I had believed I left on good terms but to hear that she is slandering my good name saying I stole from the company and gave free stuff away I never did this and I have several employees who would to this day still vouch for me and my integrity I am not going to take this lightly I want a written statement from her recanting these allegations or I will take the next steps to make sure my name is not tarnished anymore. I find this to be appalling and degrading and all for no reason I had believed that at one point I might return to dollartree inc. As I had felt that they were like family but if this is how district managers are allowed to talk about previous employees it's a shame and would not ever want to be apart of that I remember in the policy handbook it is a policy of confidentiality.
manager behavior
Date: 05/24/2018
Checkout time: 12:25
Store# 7074
402 Alston Blvd.
Surf City, NC 28443
To whom it may concern,
While walking up to the register to checkout, I witnessed a manager (did not catch the name, but she was an older woman with long hair) yelling at cashier Dana from about 30 feet away while Dana was stocking shelves. The manager was yelling out that Dana is too slow and wasting time, etc., and then the manager went into the employee booth located up front. Immediately I recognized this as unprofessional behavior and when Dana walked up to assist me at the checkout counter, I apologized to Dana that she had to endure that type of embarrassment and unprofessionalism. Dana was almost in tears and told me that this happens all the time.
Meanwhile, in the booth that is located for employees at the front of the store, I could clearly hear the manager complaining about Dana, to another employee.
This type of behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and should never be exhibited toward an employee, even in private. No matter what an employee is doing wrong, it is only ethical to pull them aside in private and CALMLY address concerns. The manager's behavior created an unpleasant and degrading environment for Dana, but in that, it was rough for customers to hear and witness.
Someone needs to have more oversight over the people that are hired into managerial roles.
I ultimately decided to write this complaint because, often at times, low ranking employees need a job to make ends meet and continue to face such derogatory treatment due to fear of being fired if they complain.
P.S. I urge someone to look into this because, more should be expected of those who are placed in charge and someone needs to hold that manager accountable.
Respectfully,
Agnieszka Borgialli

lucky charm cereal
I'm complaining about the staff and manager at a dollar tree on north ave and park ave in Bridgeport conn. they had the lucky charm cereal that's for sale to the customers. but the customers weren't able to buy because the staff had the boxes
under their register and they were buying or taking them for them self. I asked if
I could purchase some they said they were all sold to the staff. now you know that's not fair because they didn't even put the boxes on the shelf. then I spoke to another
customer and she also couldn't purchase none. that's not fair it's there for the customers not so the staff could take them all for them self. hope you can talk to the staff about this or let them know it's for the customers.
stars and stripes ginger aie
I sent my friend to get me a bottle of ginger ale I don't know why he went to Dollar Tree but that stars and stripes is flat and I called the Dollar Tree where I got it from and the manager said they don't sell ginger ale but I have the receipt I know it's only a dollar but it's the principle I've seen other people go in and bring the soda back and they take it but she told me they don't take it back because it's a food item and it's actually a drink I never buy that ginger ale
cat litter
I contacted my local Dollar Tree (3600 block Fredricksburg Road, San Antonio Tx) regarding availability of cat litter, which I've bought there before. They claim that they haven't received a shipment of it for over a month and since it's a big seller they hope that more will come in. I hope so too! I have to walk and this store is close to my home. Carrying several bags of cat litter by hand is a drag and now I have to carry it a lot further since you haven't bothered to stock this store where I enjoy shopping.
checker
I was in Dollar tree. Found package of combs that looked like it had some stolen. Told the clerk. We then began to talk about karma. She then brought up "the man who has brain cancer on tv" I said you mean Senator John McCain? She said yes. I nearly fell over. She didn't know his name but preceded to tell me how karma must have gotten him from what he's done in his past. I asked her what she was talking about in his past. She couldn't answer. I explained that he's a Vietnam was hero that was held in a POW camp for 5 years and could've been released earlier bc of his father's status but stayed with his comrades. She said I heard they pulled his fingernails and toenails out. I said he's done a tremendous amount of good for this country and has many bipartisan colleagues and friends. I was so disturbed that I had tears in my eyes when I left. I'm not wanting her to lose her job but she didn't even know what she's talking about and clearly wasn't educated on Senator McCain.

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.
Store#3250
19870 Southwest freeway
Ste A
Sugarland, TX 77479.
Time 11:01. Date-5/23/18
Today at around 10.45 a.m, I entered Dollar tree at the above address with my two and a half year old daughter. As I stood in line to pay, I placed my basket on the floor, and then a lady whisked past me to the counter. I told her that I am in line already. She ignored me. I repeated, and again she ignored me. So I told the lady at the counter about it. Instead of resolving, the lady continued to ring in the customer. When I put my foot down to this, the customer placed her fingers on her mouth and rudely gestured me to keep quiet. When I did not she asked me to "shut up". All this while two employees were watching but did not stand up for this obvious discrimination. (I wear a hijab). I felt humiliated and what surprised me was that instead of being apologetic for over riding the line, the customer was rude and defiant, and the employees did not respond at all. I was speaking up for myself, however; the manager did not say anyhting to the other customer and thus failed to show any leadership skills. They( two employees) only apologized to me, probably thinking that I will let go. I was unable to record the entire scene. However, I am disgusted with this apparent discrimination and convinced that this episode would have been dealt with in another way if it was a person who was not of my skin color. I have read about discrimination, yet today I realize the extent of damage it causes to the person who experiences it. I urge Dollar Tree superiors to kindly look into this matter and provide me with the video recording of the customer. My issue is with the customer who discriminated and with the employees who did not say a single word to the customer. Their immunity to this discrimination makes them an equal participant in this scene of unjustifiable behavior of the customer.
store conditions
I visited the Dollar Tree store at 1252 Northlake Blvd. in Lake Park, Florida today and have never seen it in such a state of disarray. There were shelves that were completely empty, the rest half empty. Storeroom carts were parked all over the aisles overflowing with unopened cardboard boxes of inventory. One big mess! It looked like a post-apocalyptic scene from a disaster movie. I am not exaggerating! I asked the one employee in the store what is going on, is the store closing? She said she had no idea and she was the wrong one to ask. So, I told her that is really sad. It seems the store is completely abandoned by management. I drove down the road to Family Dollar and spent $100 in their fully-stocked, well-managed store. Would someone please investigate this eyesore in an otherwise well-appointed plaza?
trip and fall incident on monday, 05-21-18 at 17:25 at store # 2289 in tulsa, ok
On the above day I was on the way back to my shopping cart which I had left a few
aisles from where I got the forgotten item. With my left outside foot I caught an about 1 inch in diameter "blinkie ball". I lost my balance, tried to regain it but could not and fell down flat in the middle aisle. Another female customer came and asked me if I was o.k. At the time it seemed like it so at check-out I did not say anything. Later on that evening my right knee started to swell up and my 2 outside fingers of my right hand started hurting also. I have bruise marks on my knuckles from the carpet in the store.
Around 19:30 the same day I called that store and told the at the time in charge female manager about the incident. She did not want to tell me if there is any video surveillance recording (where you could clearly view my fall). She said she would contact the area manager and he would get in contact with me shortly. Well, I am still waiting for that call. Yesterday morning I went to my doctor for the injury, today my knee will be x-rayed. I am on sick leave now thanks to this accident, will be losing income and have to pay for doctors and treatment procedures. 0bviously nobody cares about a customer
getting hurt in a sloppy run store. Is this how you treat customers and who will pay for all the extra costs and the pain that I have now. I am walking on a cane right now. Since I work the for the school system, my summer break will be ruined due to the injury. I will take weeks until I can use my right leg at least half way. I am 60 years old and something like this has never happened to me before.
Left outside foot? How many feet do you have?
manager
I have gone to the Dollar Tree in wesport in Ks since it opened up however it has changed.I fell so sorry for the employees. Every Sunday morning the clerks are getting yelled at and have to listen to complains. The young black man i have not see for a couple of Sundays he was always so nice no matter how nasty the customers were now there is a new lady i believe her name his gigi very nice and friendly and again no matter how the customers are she just says i understand. She is there every Sunday morning at 9:45 and she is taking the money for the sunday newspapers left outside the problem is by 10:15 the manager is not there at least for the last 5 weekends. She has to listed to so many complaints. Before her the young mas was being yelled at because the store manager was late comming in so when he got in he had to boot up the system there was a long line of customers all with attitudes taking it out on this young man. You need new MANAGEMENT this is store is at a very popular locations and could make money if it was ran correctly. Reward good employees.
no refunds
05-22-18 store #7209 Hollister, MO. I purchased a "car sunshade" that is a total piece of garbage, no stiffness, won't stand up in windshield, just crumples down and can't even be refolded. A fake product. I tried to return it 15 minutes later and the manager told me there are no refunds, only exchanges. As stated in small print on the bottom of the receipt. I don't want anything else of such inferior quality, imitation products. This is a very poor policy, is this even legal? The FTC should look into this.
store (#7004) being closed for over a month

customer service at store
The store is so unorganized.. while visiting ther store several customers asked if there was other worker to help. The store manager became irate . She said if no one wanted to wait they can leave.
We as customers wanted the merchandise but don't feel like we should have to wait on a long line with one cashier for 30 mins or more. And then to be spoken to a direspect and discontent.
Dollar Tree is unorganized because the customers make it that way. The people let there children run in the store and destroy merchandise. The people never put items back on the shelve, where they belong. At times customers can be rude.
