2 prints never received fraud I suspect
I ordered Raspberry Enchanted Forest Trans. # [protected] and Raspberry Night Raven Trans #[protected] in early October. My order # is [protected]
I was told they would ship 1 to 3 days. On Oct 20th I emailed her and asked if there was a hold up and she replied no that she would let me know when they were shipped. After that nothing. I contacted her two more times in Nov. and got no reply. To this date I have received nothing but a charge on my Visa. The prints were $44.00 each. I have contacted Visa and they are researching it. Juanita should have an alert on her site that shows up on Pinterest or any other site she has that lets people know they may or may not get their mdse. I would like a refund! I think maybe she has a scam going on.

When I ordered This item on nov 17 it said I would receive by dec 11, and I really needed it by the 12th. Two weeks later I received a notification that it was shipped nov 30 and would arrive dec 4. By dec 9 I still had not received and messaged the shop asking about delivery's status. She told me that I was misinformed and that the items would not be received by dec 11 and she had not even shipped it yet. I asked about possible expedited shipping and she told me it would cost ANOTHER $50. I said I would not pay that and asked when the items should be arriving. Instead of replying to me she CANCELED on my order and refunded me and refused to respond to any more messages regarding the purchase I made and would ship it. She later told me it would have arrived by dec 16, which would have been fine as I could have just given the gift a few days late. Part of the order was also for myself. This was TERRIBLE service and I would never order from this shop ever again. I don't have a gift for my work Christmas party. This seller was very unprofessional. I was not able to open a case with Etsy since I received a refund but that still did not help with the issue of not having a gift to give at all. I asked her repeatedly to ship the items anyway and she refused to answer any further messages of mine

I am a first time ETSY customer. On the 9th November I ordered 2 different personalised cushions, from 2 different sellers. I requested both to be delivered to the same address. The first was delivered in a timely manner, to the address I requested.
The second cushion is currently being help hostage by the seller Currents and Clouds. They are demanding additional delivery charge. I can't get my head around this as the first seller managed to deliver to the address given.
I have tried to have ETSY intervene several times and they seem unwilling.
Would love some advise on how to resolve this. I am reluctant to hand over more money...

I am unhappy with the explanation, nowhere was it made clear when I paid for the item that there would be an excess customers charge. I did not look at your particular web-site, I liked the necklace and was prepared to pay £11.27 delivery which was stated on Esty site.
It needs to be made clear AT POINT OF PAYMENT there will be additional charges for items posted to the UK from the USA. I would never have ordered this item had I been aware, I paid more for delivery than the item cost.
I will be forwarding my concerns to ETSY as I feel I (and probably many others) have been cheated by information avoidance. No one would order from the UK if this was made clear.

Thank you for writing. Yes, the £11.27 that you paid when you bought the item was to cover the United States Postal service charge to mail it to the UK, and then once it gets to you, the UK taxes it with a VAT tax that your country has, which must be the £14.05. I never see those charges since they are from Royal Mail and not my shop, but I understand that if you don't know about the VAT tax, it would be a surprise. My understanding is that the UK has the VAT tax partly to discourage buying outside the country. Here is what I have about it in my shop notes:
"♥ Important Note: International customers, please be aware that you may have a VAT tax that is expected when the package is delivered to your country. This VAT tax varies depending on local laws and there is no way to account for this in my pricing. You can calculate it by researching your local laws and regulations."
Being a person that buys online too, I understand your concern and yes, I believe that they will hold it until the Royal Mail Delivery charge has been paid. If you decide to refuse it, then you wouldn't have to pay the £14.05 and they will send the item back to me and the cost of the necklace (minus the initial shipping) will be refunded to you.
I wish I could help more. I hope that that explains what you need, and please let me know if you have any other questions. Not being from your country, it's hard to know how many people know about the VAT tax, and it seems like not everyone does. I have it on my shop notes, but once things are ordered, it still seems like customers are being caught off guard. I'm sorry for the frustration and please let me know if you have any other questions or need any help.

I checked and my credit card had been charged.
I DID NOT place this order.
I am 70, spend my time at home where I have a mobile phone and clocks. I have absolutely no use for watch.
I contacted the seller 6 days ago via email, asking that they reverse the charge to my card. I advised the bank and they suggested I give the seller an opportunity to reverse the charge. Seller has not responded or reversed the charge. I understand that this was a mistake but it was not my mistake. I need the charge reversed. I have removed my credit card information so further mistakes will not happen. I am very disappointed in the vendor's failure to respond. I am also that Etsy allows vendor's
that choose not to correct their mistakes.

breach of contract for finances for a sellers account
Via etsy payments, on request of next day payments we would always receive our monies next day at around 3pm.
Since Your change of how payments are made to a sellers account even with my request of monies next day it now is taking up to 5 days before we receive our payments.
For four years we have always received payments next day and after a weekend on the Monday -
As we had no information given to us
(the sellers) concerning payments accounts changing we are taking this as a breach of contract on your part.

For 2019, Etsy officially has the worst customer service on the internet, especially for sellers. It shouldn't take days to get a response. The chat service should be able to do more than simply pass on your request to another department...what's the point of having them there unless it's just for lip service?
I have set up a shop and it isnt showing in any searches, even when I search for the shop name "Frankie Haylock Design" - I recieve a message saying it doesnt exist.
"24/7 customer service" is untrue and decieving. It is clear that Etsy need to expand their workforce to keep up with demand. Waiting a week for a simple response is unacceptable.

The Holiday Season is here - and I have still not received any response whatsoever to my October 26, 2018 and follow up January 21, 2019 e-mails. Your commercials are all over the Internet and you are striving to make consumers aware of your products. Why you have chosen to blatantly ignore a request, politely made and requesting a response, does not bode well for your reputation. I have purchased from you in the past and I do believe you owe me the courtesy of a response. I am requesting a refund of my seller fees- this month I have paid over £30 worth of seller fees, advertising costs, etc.
This is a hugely disproportionate cost of fees considering your advertising cost have brought in no business or sales. Since using your ‘advertising' tool I have had 1 sale (which you then took the money from to pay for my fees) in 2 months.
This I believe is unfair and has actually caused me stress. I now have no money from the one sale I've actually received and have to find an additional £12 for postage to Canada for said sale. I signed up to you ‘free shipping' as you state it will increase my visibility, it has not. I am averaging 5 views per day so how do you justify taking £30 of my money for your apparent advertising.
Appalling. I called to discuss with a customer advisor who was rude and unable to explain anything to me. I've now closed my Etsy account and will never return. I believe you are unjustified in charging such extortionate amount of charges etc. I request this money back within 14 working days. If it is not returned to me I will be taking this matter further.

I opened shop on etsy. But next day my shop is suspended by Etsy. There was no any information about why etsy suspended my shop .I tried to contact with etsy seller customer support(I sent many emails but no response) But seller customer support unresponsive(The worst seller customer support ever). I was sold a wig that was supposed to be a Slavic virgin human hair wig. That is not what I received.
After talking with the seller at length, I ordered. I was charged $250.00. It arrived at my address and I see a very badly damaged wig. The hair was overprocessed and badly damaged. It was not virgin. The lower one half of the wig just had thin hair, I could see that it had actually broken off. So thin you could see through it. I messaged the seller immediately. The seller said it was fine and they did not give refunds. He suggested I wash it and see how it looked. I did and a ton of hair color washed out and then I had a straw colored badly damaged hair. I messaged the seller again. And he says no you washed it. And he said let it air dry and it would look better. I did that and it took 2 days for it to dry. Over processed hair won't dry because it's cuticle has been damaged and the hair is opened to absorb the water. Normal hair when being washed you are washing the outside of the hair shaft. So now it was even worse. I messaged him again. He would not do anything.
I reported it to Etsy and they did absolutely nothing.
So I am stuck with a wig that isn't ever going on my head. It is ridiculous.

I ordered two bracelets, and on my bank statement on the same date was a charge for 'multiple items' for 58.96 from etsy. It didnt say paypal which is the only way I pay. I tried phone, kept getting busy signal, then chat and was redirected to Just answer for a few! The bracelets showed company and. PayPal. No record anywhere for " mutie items. I finally had to put stop payment for 20.00! Impossible to get hold of company
