not shipped after 2 weeks
I have been purchasing clothes from fashion nova since 2014 and i purchase probably about $300 or more in clothes and shoes a month. This is the second time I have had a problem with shipping. I spent well over $5000 in clothes the past year between buying clothes for myself and as gifts. No loyalty to good customers. If they do not make things right i will never buy from them again. I'm a high spender and very generous with my gifts. Fashion nova is about to loose a loyal customer

I placed an order 9 days ago and it still haven't shipped out from the store. I am trying to contact Customer service and talk with a representative but the phone hangs up. I need this order to be here because I am going to a wedding after tomorrow and it is so stupid from you guys not to ship the orders. I've been sending emails and got the same answer. You say that the processing time is up to 7 days but it is 9 days today and I don't even thing I am possible going to the wedding because of your irresponsibility

I agree this is ridiculous and unprofessional. I returned 2 items 11/28 in the same postal package different order numbers but everything was written out correctly and understandable on the return sheet fashion nova provides. Package was received 11/30 my credit was issued that same day but only for one dress. When there was 2 dresses in the package received the same day I have emailed them and they just keep giving me this computerized [censor] response returns take 5-7 bus days well not when I received credit for only one item when there were 2 so if one was seen so was the other, i've called them and only results I got was waiting for 20-30 min then getting put to a voicemail, I even dm' d them on instagram and nothing this is ridiculous and I consider it stealing from customers this is not ok with me I will not let them take my hard earned money I dont care how much it is.

On 11/25/2017 I placed an order (#9741335) with this bogus company.My order is still on "unfulfilled status" I've sent out 3 emails so I can get some type of info and I get is some BS AUTOMATED Message. I placed this order on November 27th and it still hasn't been shipped. I don't know why it's taking so long it's been worrying me for days and I wish y'all would email me saying that the order is on its way or something. This place is a scam. On November 26 I ordered a dress and I didn't receive my order. On November 27 I placed an order for a different order I received those on December 2nd. I placed an order on 18th November 2017. On 24th my order status was unfulfilled so I emailed Fashion Nova and they emailed me stating the items I selected and purchased were NOT in stock so they would issue me a refund within 24-48 hours via email. It's 6th December and still haven't received anything and have emailed them numerous times and also sent Facebook messages with no success. I'm opening dispute with PayPal.

I placed an order of almost $200 on December 1st 2017. On December 4th, Fashion Nova emailed me stating the items I selected and purchased were NOT in stock so they would issue me a refund. I double-checked to confirm and the items were in fact IN STOCK.
I rushed to re-order the items so that they would not "sell out" again. So now I am out almost $400. I sent 5 or more emails to fashion nova's help desk regarding this and I received one response which DID NOT address the dilemma I had! Nor did I ever receive my refund.
Fashion Nova is non-responsiveness, false advertisement and awful customer service is shameful! Calling my bank immediately to block all charges from this company! SCAM!
I had the same problem- they refunded my whole order because every item was supposedly out of stock. I tried again a few days later to order the SAME items that were supposedly out of stock. Now, a week later, I see ALL of the items STILL available to add to the cart and purchase. Seriously WTF

I've called you guys on your Customer service number and no response. I've never had issues with this company. I've ordered from you for years & so have my family. Recently I ordered the natural fur faux coat with my Black Friday order and three other items. I received the three but not the coat. I ordered two bodysuits a week ago today. I still have not received a tracking number and my money has been taken from my account. Everytime I email them I get this sorry automated response. This is the very last time I will be ordering from them. I have warned my bank and all I want is my items or my money back. In which they say we don't give refunds. They never have to worry about my business again. Since they are so big on actors modeling their clothes, I wonder if any of them have had a problem. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If need be legal action will be taken.

This is my third and last time ordering from Fashion Nova and I haven't had any problems with delivery of my previous purchases but my third order placed on November 26th has not arrived and I have not received any kind of shipping email. You can't talk to a damn human or get anyone to respond to your emails which is RIDICULOUS! If a persons order has not shipped, why take their money?!?!? I am going through the same issue it has been 11 business days since I placed my order online. I have messaged them on Instagram, FB, Email & even called and left messages & no one responds. However, I placed an order after this one and I already received that. The customer service here is unacceptable. I place at least 2-3 orders every month. I share your frustration.
