I placed an order on the 13th of July of over $500. I then received an email confirming my order. However every time i tried to track my order, i realized that there were no updates.
On August 1st, my order was cancelled. I received no emails in-between the confirmation and cancellation. I sent an email to [protected]@fashionnova.com asking why it was cancelled.
I recieved an email from Le'lani stating my order was cancelled by customer protection and that my money would be refunded in 10 business days MAX.
IT IS NOW AUGUST 27TH! I cannot afford to lose $500! what the hell?!
To make matters worse, they have begun to ignore all my emails inquiring about the issue!

Tired of calling, leaving messages on instagram while you are answering all costumers and im out of the list, sending emails and I got 1 answer asking for my tracking# and orders details and no one resolves anything or says anything, thats really sad, big company with such a bad reputation. How long do I have to wait more to get all of my refunds back?! Its been almost 3 WEEKS.

I ordered clothes for back to school on August 22. The next day I received an email stating that my order has been flagged, and that in order for Fashion Nova to release my order I would have to send an email with my photo id. Being as I wasn't the one to pay for the stuff it was my mother. I felt bad, and tried calling their customer service number I also tried emailing them to have them no answer. I even tried to dm them on Twitter and Instagram. I just want my order to be shipped to me. My mother worked hard for her money, and to have it scammed from her is not a good thing.

My cousin & I ordered jeans from your website almost 2 months ago. We still haven't received our order, let alone any tracking information suggesting our order has left the US. It is our understanding that no order is to take this long to arrive, even with the maintenance going on recently. We have also tried calling you, only to be put on hold and hung up on. Very disappointed in the customer service and the misleading information on your website. I ordered 5 shirts and one pair of high waist jeans for a photo shoot happening this saturday. All items arrived except my jeans. I have contacted them over 2o times - mostly by phone, but also by email.in fact, I sent 4 emails and have waited for a reply since 4 days ago and still no response. Their customer service line does not work. For several days during various hours (Assuming they are on lunch or something) I have called and it's the same automated lady's voice no matter what option I choose (1-8). I returned items to fashion nova in a package with 2 separate order numbers. They responded to one order by providing store credit, but completely disregarded the returns for the second order. I have yet to receive a response. I have sent multiple emails and have called thousands of times and have never been connected to a respresentative! I need my money back for the items returned!

I ordered 3 items from this store on August 11, 2017. I received only two items a few days later. However my b black selfless romper that I had ordered has yet to be shipped. Everytime i check the status it says they are preparing it for shipment. Since the 11, really?! I paid two day shipping and that did not make a difference. Ive left several voice messages, emails and NOTHING! If my item is not available, that is fine, but please, please refund or provide me a gift card so that my money has not gone to WASTE! I placed an order on August 13 I received in emails with the order number. I've tried to go in and check the order status is says that this order number has no shipping information associated with it. It is almost 5 days later and my order has not been shipped . I have called them and have received nothing but their automated system for days I have emailed them several times and no response .
Prior to this incident I was waiting on an E gift card for return that I made I never got a response regarding the E gift card and I called constantly to get information on the E gift card and how to use it no one ever picked up the phone or reply to my emails .
This is very poor customer service after I get a resolution on this order I will not be ordering from fashion nova again and I will make sure that none of my friends or family orders from them Again. missing orders
I made a purchase two months ago that I never received. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. I reordered the same item again almost 3 days ago and it has still not been shipped. Fashionnova has not returned phone calls, voicemails, emails, or direct messages on instagram.
At this point I am highly disappointed and I want to speak with a manager. If not, I will be forced to take the company to small claims court over my missing packages and wasted money. I ordered other items as well within these packages and therefore, I am furious about the lack of customer service and shipping information.

I would like to know what is happening with my orders?
I have two orders with FN (7088784 & 7018468), The first order was placed on August 9th and the second on August 12th. Here's what has happened since I placed these orders;
Aug., 13 – received an email indicating that order # 7018468 had been shipped.
(The link accompanying this notifications took me to a TNT webpage. When I entered the tracking number provided into the TNT page, TNT reported that the number provided was invalid)
Aug., 13 – received an email stating that two items ordered were unavailable and rather than refunding me for the unavailable items, a gift card was issued. I did not request a gift card.
Aug., 15 - received an email indicating that order # 7088784 had been shipped.
Aug 15., - received an email “ 7088784 is in transit” with a UPS tracking number

When attempting to track either of these shipments today Aug 18th, UPS indicates that only the tracking label has been generated and the packages have not been handed over to the carrier. I have sent three emails to FN asking for information concerning my orders however no replies have been received. Furthermore, I have no interest in receiving a FN gift card and request that they credit my Mastercard the $30.05 balance for the unshipped items. Given the extremely poor performance with the processing of my orders, it seems highly unlikely that I would wish to order from your company again.
When submitting an inquiry on the FN website you will immediately receive an automatic reply which contains the following statement "Due to our quick shipping times, we cannot update your address or make changes once your order has been placed. " . Personally I do not consider over a week to be "quick". I purchase a lot of items online and I believe that this is one of my worst shopping experiences so far.

So I have ordered a bunch of stuff from fashion nova and I still did not receive it. Actually it's been 2+ weeks that i'm waiting for my order to get delivered.
