poor customer care
I was charged for a dress that didn't ship. Took over 1 week before they issued store credit. I was told the dress sold out which is why it didn't ship, then told it did ship according to their records, but I never got it. I requested a free shipping code since I had to order a replacement and they refused and basically said it was my fault. Bummer

I ordered a pair of pants from fashion nova on 7/23/2017 it is now 8/14/2017 and I have yet to receive anything. The first day I ordered the pants I did get an email giving me my order number and how I can track it but every time I go to track it, it says, "We have accepted your order and we're getting it ready" It is about to be one month later, how much time do they need to get it ready. The shipping I chose said 2 day shipping. I have tried emailing, calling and even messaging them on Instagram but I haven't got any response. I am very disappointed and will never shop at fashion nova again. My order number is 6660647.

unethical business practices
Fashion Nova has zero organization and regard for customer service. My wife was invited to all white wedding party and ordered her dress from fashion nova. Every email she received stated that it was on time and on its way being delivered. Come the days after supposed deliver (wife received an email from fashion nova stating it was delivered) and several unanswered emails, finally we get an email stating dress was out of stock and we will receive a gift card in its replacement. We don't want a gift card and my wife was the only woman without a white dress at the wedding party. So, we use the gift card to purchase shoes. Here we are waiting for the shoes after receiving an email stating the shoes were delivered; the mailbox is empty. They lied to us again and are ignoring our emails and phone calls. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeking compensation for embarrassment and weeks of time wasted. What a horrible business.

I'd recommend you contact your credit card company. The shipper is responsible for your order up to delivery to you. Unless their page clearly indicates the the shipment is FOB origin or exWorks it's is their property until it is delivered. Since it was not delivered you should be able to have the payment reversed through your CC company. The other thing that is wrong in their reply, is the fact that only the shipper can file a claim with the carrier, not the recipient.
4 items I ordered a month and a half ago
I ordered about $120 CAD of clothing from FashionNovas online website, I got a confirmation e-mail from them with my tracking number and order number on July 1, 2017. On July 6, 2017 I got another e-mail stating SOME of my items from my order are on the way, then on the same day at 18:47 I got a e-mail saying my shipment has arrived at its UPS check point which had a map with my address and a pin point pointed near my address and to contact courier RR Donnelley for more information. So I checked every local spot that has mail pick ups and none of them had my package, then I googled and called RR Donnelley and they said they were a printing company and said they kept getting calls about FashionNovas devilries. At that point I was super frustrated, I waited about another week and a half hoping they will send a confirmation letter to my house mail telling me where my package was. While waited I've called the FashionNovas costumer service line which at first had me on hold for about 25 minis and then just hangs up and now when I call it gives me a dial tone and hangs up about 5 minis later, I've emailed them and just got a standard message back from them from their automatic email line telling me about frequent asked questions but not about my questions, I've tried to check my tacking number with Ups.ca which nothing showed up even tried to check it on FashionNovas site itself also nothing showed up. After weeks of calling, emailing and waiting I get a message back on July 31, 2017 from a FashionNova staff named Leslie ignoring all the facts I stated in a bunch of my messages and just told me that one of the items in my delivery has ran out of stock and gave me a store credit on a online E-gift card. I was very upset and frustrated so I sent another email stating all the facts and complaints about my order again to her and also said that I can't find this e-gift card and I don't want to accept a email gift card that I don't even know how much is on it because that wouldn't be reasonable, I said I either wanted my money back in full back to my card or my order asap. On August 8, 2017 I got a reply from Leslie, all the message said was my e-gift card number link and the amount of $9.99 on it then kind regards from Leslie! THIS RIDICULOUS I WANT A ANSWER, I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A FASHIONNOVA MANAGER ABOUT MY ORDER, AM I GETTING SCAMED FROM A SUPPOSED "LEGITAMIT COMPANY"? WHATS GOING ON?!?!

I am sorry to say that I am highly upset with my service. I have tried contacting you all multiple times regarding two packages that I should have received (6/30/17). I paid two day shipping and have yet to receive any tracking information. Not only would I want my payment for extra shipping back I also want my outfits that I ordered along with a gift card. I have shopped with you all before and never have I ever received any service such as this. This is my sixth attempt in trying to get in contact with you guys . On March 28th I had ordered a bunch of stuff from fashion Nova including two pairs of shoes when I received the items I tried everything on nothing fit properly and everything looked different ... When I tried on the second pair of shoes I didn't like them they didn't fit properly they didn't look how they looked on the website so I had decided to send it back I was in contemplation with this for a while so decided to try on the shoes again (I only tried on one shoe at a time) this time the shoe fit right and looked how it was suppose to look so I put the other side on it was then I realized that the left side was a size 8 and the right said was a see 6.5(which is the size I ordered) so I decided to send it back it was then I realized that fashion Nova did not send me the proper tags I needed to send back the item so I decided to call them and ask the. What to do in the case of getting two different sides to my surprise the customer service number didn't work I was unable to speak to an actual person so I sent an email asking them to call me of course no one did so I sent a new email and they sent me back some automated policy crap of course this drew out my frustration I had paid 46.10 for these shoes... Finally someone emailed me back and at first they had this we don't really care attitude after numerous of emails and sending them pics of the shoes they told me I would have to send it back to them in order to receive my credit for my shoes they said they don't provide tags because they are only able to send you back 10dollars for shipping ...well I paid 36 dollars to ship those shoes back to them thinking I was at least gonna get back the 34.99 (46.10 after conversion) I paid for the shoes nope they only sent me 17.50 -_- now I emailing them asking them where the rest of my money is and of course no one is getting back to me and now I'm out of 82.10 all I wanted was for them to send me at least 34.99 back but they sent me 17.50 because the shoes went on sale which isn't fair to me cause I didn't pay sale price for the shoes not to mention I paid 36$ to ship it back and didn't even get the 10$ back for that so I would advise people not to order anything from fashion Nova they don't care about their customers all they care about is money

I have ordered a bath suite on July 4. To then get a message that my order was taking Long because of something that went wrong with your computer system. So I patiently Waited until I then had received a message that system were back up and running. To have then find out from Rachel that my order was currently out of stock because of people ordering the same item once. And that I should get my refund money back between 7-10 businesses days and I've left multiple messages and called customer service but no answer because it's now August 5 and I still have not received my Refund money.

I placed an order for 6 items June 27th. I received 3 items 3 weeks after that date one being the wrong size I ordered. It is nearing 2 freaking months and I have not received the other half of my package. I Paid nearly $100 for these items & I am beyond infuriated with fashionnova and their customer service support. I can't take it anymore. I wrote several emails looking for this company's understanding. It's been months without a response to even one email that I've sent. I've spent so so much time and money, only to experience complete fraud.
I need to escalate this now.
They took money from me without giving me the product I paid for. They sent a prewritten email saying they didn't have the product I paid for. I responded so kindly on a number of occasions and nothing. Nothing. Nothing. How could they expect me to pay for shipping again to buy something similar to what they charged me for but didn't have? I was told to respond to the email and ask for a refund. I did not receive my refund. They kept my money. It's fraud. It's been months.
I received the wrong sized product and wrote them immediately. I went online and noticed they still had my product I bought in the size I asked for! I was expecting them to actually check my email so that they could send me what I ordered. By now, I'm sure they do not have it anymore. And it's their fault. And what am I supposed to do with this wrong product? I can't pay for it to be shipped back. I'm so upset right now.
I will have to keep escalating this until I get justice. I cannot stand being taken advantage of.

Basically to sum it yup I spent $173 on fashion nova and literally I only received 4 out of the 10 stuff I ordered ! I called over 60 times, emailed, I even instagram those thiefs and nothing. Worst company ever. Complete scam unless your famous. I placed an order on 6/21 and told i would have my items within two buisness days. I didnt receive a shipping email until three weeks later!1 everytime i would email them, i would receive back a [censor] automated message. I called the 800 number dozens of time, using every promt #, and couldn't get through to anyone. Finally on 7/12 i finally received my order. My order was missing two pair of shorts that were already paid for. Again, i attempted to reach out to them asking when my two shorts will be shipped. No reply, no answers. Nothing. All the website says is that "we are currently preparing these items for shipment". Its over a month since i placed the order and i'm still missing two items with no one replying. Worst customer service i've ever experienced.

I have been calling, emailing and trying everything possible to contact Fashion Nova because it has been two weeks that I returned my purchases and I have not recieved my store credit. I need answers. All I get is automated emails or calls when i try to contact them. They claim its because of the changes in their company that everything is delayed but I believe is all lies. I returned $200 worth of clothes so I expect to receive it. I'm very upset with the company, the promotions are all bull.

I have a tracking number confirmation that they received my return and the name of their employee that signed for my package and they keep telling me that they "never received the package." I have confirmation from the United States Postal Service and confirmation of the name of the employee who signed for it. This is ridiculous!

I was sent an email with a case number but no one has contacted me I also try calling customer service several times with no luck of getting anyone.
