My 2018 F-150 with the 2.7 engine with 2900 miles had a check engine light come on. The dealer had to replace the cylinder heads, timing chain, new chain tensioners, and it was at the dealership for over 3 weeks. I have had a recall for the seat belt tensioner, frozen door locks, and I just had to take back into the dealer for the check engine light coming on again. They had to replace crankcase valve ventilator with 12K miles on the truck. My truck is spending more time at the dealership than me using it. There have been 4 issues with it, and there is only 12K miles on the truck. I have the invoices from Gilligham Ford, and Nick Mayer Ford who did the work on the truck.

I bought this truck on 10/17/2018
after two weeks i began to have problems, sun roof opened by it self in the middle of the night when it was raining, transmission has made squealing noise when shifting, steering sticks when turning to left, sunroof will not open after only opening it 5 times, buttons on drivers door do not work, truck shakes bad when braking at high speed, back up alarm did not sound when backing and i hit a yellow pole that i did not see resulting in bumper and tail gate damage, i was told by the service department at Mcree ford that they would not cover the damage because they didnt know that the sensor was defective, they also told me they had to keep the truck for 3 days and would not provide me with a loaner vehicle that i had to rent one, i am self employed and can not be with out a truck and do not feel i should have to pay for repairs or other transportation, i also fear that this truck was flooded due to the amout of rust on the inside and the outside of the truck, i paid cash and was told that there was nothing wrong with this truck now i am being treated like its my problem and ford does not want to help me, this is my 3rd attempt to contact ford motor company about these problems.

We bought a new Ford Expedition in 2012. It was a 2011 left over model. We had an extended warranty 120, 000 miles. Our vehicle started acting up at 125, 000. It misses and vibrates, so we took it to the Ford dealership in Lebanon Ohio 45036. Lebanon Ford, in early March 2019. $1, 300. For that. It started missing on the way home. We couldn't take it back that day. After that I had heart surgery. I've noticed the vehicle now runs as bad as ever. We took it to Lebanon Ford again, today, May 28, 2019 for them to honor their warranty. Now they want $2, 500. more to work on it. No check engine light is not on. We are elderly disabled people on insulin and heart medication. We can't afford this. We've been Ford people for years. 1986 was our first Ford truck. We've had at least 6 Ford trucks or vans during the past years. We have a 2002 Ford F-250 that has 300, 000 miles. We always maintain our vehicles. Please help us get our Expedition repaired. Good Day
My wife's vehicle was serviced twice at Fury Sandton and since then we have only encountered problems with the vehicle
We were informed that the break pads were fine at 40 000km and 60 000km service
A week after the 60 000km service the multifunction steering buttons did not work, funny sounds were coming from the dash and upon taking the vehicle back, they advise us that the break pads needs replacing as well as the break discs (vehicle is now out of warranty).
I now also have to book the vehicle in again for the heater that goes on automatically after every 5 - 7 mins.
The rear right light cover was not replaced properly and rain seeps through
Please advise on the way forward I would really appreciate it.

My name is Dan Winegar. I have been a Ford owner ever since my first 1982 F150. My Father owned Fords throughout my childhood and was very happy with them. Like my Father, I have been very happy with Ford both as a company and with their high quality vehicles.
However, today I am writing to you with a complaint. I bought a 2014 F150 last Fall and I have been extremely satisfied with it with the exception of the SYNC system. Three months after I bought the truck the SYNC system failed. I took it to Mel Hambleton Ford in Wichita, Ks where I bought it. They informed me that the SYNC system needed to be replaced and that it would cost me $700.00. I used SYNC eveytime I drove the truck and found it to be very useful and safer than drving with my phone in my hand.
Ford has a reputation of buliding great vehicles and I am struggling with the fact that after only five years the SYNC needs to be replaced at a cost to me of $700.
I would appreciate any help or advice you could give me on this matter.

ford 150 2019 purchase
My father bought a Ford 150 and within a week the transmission was whining. The dealership that sold him the truck did not discose the SSSM47812 document until 39 days later. This is unethical and unprofessional. The sales agent knew there was a problem with these vehicles and she sold it to him (78yrs old) anyway. When he complianed everyone told him there was not an issue and then tried to charge him $89 to put it on a machine to determine the problem. As of today, he was told in person and in writting that the dealership is not able to do anything to help him. This is very sad that he has been taken advantage of because of his age and unethical practices. I am hoping this issue does not fall on deaf ears...or sight. When I researched this issue, Ford has known about it since 2017. At least the dealership could have disclosed the potential issue and allowed my father to make a decision to move forward with the purchase. However, this was not the case. I am deeply disappointed and would like to hear from someone as soon as possible.

Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant
Monday 5/20/19 at 4:12PM this truck coming from the plant cut me off as well as other cars. He turned onto the ramp to go 435 South at Claycomo exit (Claycomo, MO). We had the right of way with a green light turning right onto the on ramp. He had a green light as well, but refused to yield and almost hit me head on at a high rate of speed. He then continued to drive for several miles in the rain over 80 mph on a 65 mph highway. I got up next to him to calculate his speed then backed off. He changed lanes erratically. It was very scary and dangerous. This was a brand new truck from the plant with a black male, mid 20's to 30's wearing an orange safety vest. I am attaching photos. The Plate was Missouri DA3 5AV. Black, brand new Ford truck.
I have called the plant several times to make a complaint and "security" are the only ones to answer the phone. They are rude and send me to voicemails. There are no email addresses to reach out to nor is there any department or person you can talk to at the plant. I will be making a complaint with the BBB. I am tired of people acting like this with ZERO consequence.

I'm so disappointed with how we were screwed over by the payment offered to us wonder who do I discuss this with or make a complaint to do I call the tv station or radio station I would like this to go public so others are aware. We wanted a payment of $400 bi weekly they said they couldn't get us that payment unless we extended our payments for another year going to 7 years I said NO we want to stay like our other truck we bought from Sherwood ford which was 6 years. we were getting ready to walk, that we would just keep the truck we had, when the salesman said just a minute let me go see what I can do. I've been dealing with several people at Jones Ford in North Charleston, South Carolina for a week concerning this POS truck they sold me and ALLOWED me to pay in full and actually drive off the lot, KNOWING everything that was wrong and not disclosing it. I'm a very long standing customer of Jones ford (having purchased 3 BRAND NEW vehicles in the past), but can absolutely guarantee that I will NEVER speak of their name ever again in a positive manner. What a shame considering that when the new Bronco hits the market, my wife and I were going to be coming to them to buy one as our family vehicle. I will be shopping at the other

Cam phasers are done, several spark plugs are misfiring, it now has a terrible exhaust leak that's emitting fumes into the cab of the truck, and as of yesterday, the AC no longer works. None of which was present 6 weeks ago. You cannot tell me that a highly reputable auto dealer didn't know these conditions were there before y'all sold me this vehicle. Again, what a shame.

I purchased touch-up paint from my local Ford Dealership and proceeded to touch up my Ford Escape. The paint worked well on the main body of my car but in trying to touch up a chip on the inside handle of the drivers door, the paint curled and came off.
I attempted to call the 1-800 number to file a complaint but after four days of telling my story over and over, got no satisfaction. At this time my loyalty to Ford is not strong.
rough ride
Purchased new 2018 Ford Edge Titanium on Nov 2018. Test drive on what turned out o be a good ride and all was ok. After purchase drove down hwy 290 to home and rode very rough feeling every bump and a rattle/vibration began in thee dashboard. On trip down I385 and I26 ride is rogh and noisy. My wife complained sh could not text with her phone because of the bounce created when car passes over bumps in road. Contact with Fairway gave me an "I am sorry" Other contacts to Fairway management left me with a problem I have to solve. So, I may have to try new tires with softer ride or trad in the car at great loss -wont be at Fairway or a ford. If you plan to buy a Ford Edge you might want to be aware of this. Car has Priella 245/50 R20 tires.

Seems that Ford Fusions have been having a problem with the Steering Rack and my 2012 Ford Fusion is currently at Stoneham Ford in Stoneham MA for this exact problem. Because a specific code does not come up when car was diagnosed by ford technician, it does not qualify for this Program 15NO1. Even though this is an extremely dangerous problem with Ford Fusions, Ford is not offering any financial help for this major problem. Seems to be a scam by the Ford motor company to say that a certain code does not come up which in turn makes the car owner pay $2, 100 to have an obviously defective part replaced with no guarantees that the problem will be fixed. This is outrageous behavior by Ford and who really does not care if someone's steering goes while driving possibly causing serious injury or death to not only the vehicle owner but maybe an innocent person that may be involved in an accident caused by these defective Steering Racks. Shame on you Ford Motor Company.

2013 f150 transmission downshifting the first gear higher gears
on Friday May 12th come out on Eureka Road accelerated gas to 50 60 miles an hour let my foot off gas truck slammed into first gear heard a huge large loud clunk from transmission sound like Chuck turned off but it was in a some kind of stall mode I had to Swerve from hitting somebody getting off the road. I took my truck in the Atchinson Ford they said it is a problem with the clutches I do not believe them it is a direct problem from your recall on a 2013 F150 that particular transmission as of Tuesday Mets 15th or 16th Ford Motor Company issued a statement to all dealerships that 2013 truck with that transmissions on programmable the service manager at Atchison Ford one of the put a used transmission in my truck knowing that he cannot program that transmission because Ford Motor Company is trying to figure out how to do it. I have driven Ford F-250 super Duty pickups for 15 years, and F150's for 15 years before that...my last 3 F250's have been broken in to...my door lock has been easily punched with a screwdriver. Tools and valuables were stolen each time...my tailgate was stolen...camera and all...I love Fords but there has to be a better solution to door locks being punched and stolen tailgates...right now, where we are from in South Texas, Fords are being stolen by the droves because of how easy they are to break in to...they actually make fun of how easy Fords are to break in to. .Please improve the security of these pickups...I cannot continue to watch these thefts happen...please help!

My name is Thomas Savage.I recently purchased a 2016 F250 from Reedman Auto dealership in Langhorn, Pa. in April 2018 with 13, 000 miles. At 40, 000 I began having issues with the engine and took it back to Reedman. At that time they informed me that it needed to be taken to a Ford dealership because it was still covered under the factory warranty. I called around and found a dealership that said they could perform analysis the same day. I informed the service manager that I use this vehicle for my landscape business and could not afford to be without my vehicle for an extended period of time. At the present time I have yet to hear back from the dealership in regards to the status of my vehicle. It has been 4 weeks to date and still no word or diagnostics done on my vehicle. It has cost $1500 in rental fees to maintain my business so for as a result of not having my work vehicle. This has placed a financial burden on my business aswell as the stress involved in not knowing if I can continue to maintain my business under these circumstances. My vehicle is currently at Haldeman Ford on route 33 in Hamilton, N.J. I appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this costly and lengthy ordeal.
