2016 ranger screen
Have a 2019 ford ranger purchased with less than 40000 miles. About 3 months ago Sirius radio stopped working. Have had it in 4 times Paid 3 times. On one visit they changed the apim and in doing so lost the climate screen. I now have floor fan and defroster no vents for air and no hard switch on console to use. A month ago I took it back to have radio worked on again and screen fixed. When I picked it up was told they needed a fix from ford Checked yesterday a month later no fix.

My husband died 6/21 and he must have renewed the registration on the car I drove and he paid for. After his death people mourn and the last thing on my mind was car registration. I have spoken to Ford, took over the payments and one day the car was towed. I paid off the car and one month later my car is still impounded, no lien release. I owe the towing company and need my car. After 6 calls on hold to Ford and three trips to DVM nothing. I paid the monthly payments, paid the car off nothing

2021 ford escape se awd
My company vehicle, a 2021 Ford Escape SE AWD was delivered to me on October 9, 2021. The hood has rattled since day 1. The 1st dealer I took the car to (Donley Ford, Mount Vernon, Ohio) kept saying they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I found a recall for the active grille shutters which causes my exact symptoms (hood flutter above 65 mph). Donley Ford said they would order the parts. That was in February 2022. They claim the parts are on back order to this day. I called other dealers that explained the repair requires no parts; they just have to drill holes in the grille shutter assembly. I have a repair scheduled with Jeff Drennen Ford (Coshocton Ohio) for that repair.
I noticed visual distortions on the passenger side of the windshield and mentioned it the first 2 or 3 service visits. The dealer claimed they could not see them, and I eventually gave up on that issue.
I also had coolant leaks. Donley Ford replaced the coolant expansion tank (a.k. a. degas chamber/coolant reservoir). I noticed the coolant was leaking out of the line on top of the valve cover, and dripping onto the valve cover. I pointed this out to the dealer on a subsequent visit. Their mechanic looked at it and confirmed the leaking coolant line. They ordered the part. I came back in and they replaced... the expansion tank again. I pointed out again that it was the line that was leaking. They ordered the expansion tank again. I refused to bring it in for that, and they finally ordered the coolant line and replaced it.
I had a failed seat belt monitor. This would cause the car to blink a warning while driving, often several times in a minute. That in itself was annoying, but the car would also cancel the cruise control by suddenly braking. I drive on the interstate a lot. It is quite dangerous to have your vehicle unexpectedly throw on the brakes while driving in traffic on the interstate. Other drivers would express rage at me, thinking I “brake checked” them. After about a half-dozen instances, I stopped using cruise control for about 6 weeks until the parts finally arrived and the issue could be fixed.
In October 2022, I noticed an issue with the Ford Pass app. My car would no longer connect to it. Donley Ford said the app was having trouble and it would be fixed in a couple of days. Not so. The issue was with the car, not the app. 3+ months later, the app is still not working. Simply put, the car will not connect to the app. It also will not connect to my WiFi for updates. I then started having trouble with my Sync system/infotainment system.
My navigation system will not update location. Apple CarPlay would freeze or shut off altogether. When it shut off, the AM/FM radio would take over, and the radio would freeze between stations at partial volume, so I had to listen to static because the buttons don't respond. Without Apple CarPlay, I would try to use the car’s navigation system. The navigation system would show my location in the wrong state, or a ½ mile from my actual location, driving across fields and lakes. I had to drive with a Bluetooth speaker so I could listen to audiobooks, since it would not connect to the car half the time. I had to keep a headset in my front seat, because the car's Bluetooth shut off mid-call. I had to pull off at rest stops to shut off my car, open the door, then re-start it to re-boot the system (which did not always work).
I took it to Donley Ford. They said they ran an update. That is BS, because the car will not connect via WiFi or the USB. I asked them how they updated it, and they could not tell me. That was the last straw (having charged Ford multiple times for the wrong coolant repair and for a Sync update they did not do). I started going to Jeff Drennen Ford instead. By the time I got an appointment there, the entire system was unresponsive, and Apple CarPlay stopped working altogether.
Jeff Drennen Ford diagnosed a failed media hub. I waited several weeks for the parts and another appointment. They replaced the media hub, but advised that the car still will not connect to WiFi or USB media. Jeff Drennen Ford said they would call Ford to see what Ford tells them to do. The car is not giving them an error code, so they cannot order any parts or complete any further diagnosis without direction from Ford. Apple CarPlay was restored. However, a week later, it started freezing up again. As of right now, I am back to driving with a Bluetooth speaker and headset in the front seat, and pulling off every hour or so to restart the car. Which sometimes works.
I have called Jeff Drennen Ford every week for the past 4 weeks. They are still waiting on a call back from Ford. Ford has not responded, even to advise they are checking on it or to provide a time line.
I called Ford Customer Service 4 times today. Each time, I had to explain the issue in order to get transferred to the Technology/Sync team, where I had to explain the issues again. I gave them my contact info "in case we get disconnected." As I tried to go over the list of problems I'm having, I would get disconnected. Every. Single. Time. No one called back. I don’t get it. I was not rude. I work in customer service and don’t start cussing at reps. I am assuming the customer service reps are paid by the number of calls they take, and they sensed an issue that would take too long to solve.
I drove my last (personal) vehicle for 11 years and 210,000 miles. It went to the shop for 2 airbag recalls and to have tires installed. Otherwise, it was trouble-free. I've had this car for 15 months and 32,000 miles. It is garaged and driven on the highway 85% of the time. I have had over 10 dealership visits and countless phone calls. The car still has distortions in the windshield, a rattling hood (repair scheduled soon, thank God), a dead infotainment system, and an app that will not work. The dealer can't help; they are waiting on Ford. Ford is unresponsive. I am out of ideas.
I’m getting nowhere with Ford. My fleet manager has complained to the leasing company (Emkay), so said they’ve tried to resolve the issues with Ford. The Ohio Lemon Law does not apply because the car has over 18,000 miles. If I cannot get this issue resolved here, I will go to the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Ford needs to respond to the dealer. The car needs to be repaired. I need a dealer loaner, as I live an hour from the nearest car rental agency, and we should not have to pay for a rental.
White 2015 f 150 rust spots
I live in Michigan. My white F150 is covered with rust spots in summer or winter. I spend hours with a mild rubbing compound to remove them. I wash my truck 2 or 3 times a week. I wax it in the Fall. In the winter I run it thru the car wash at least once a week and have hot sealer wax applied. In spite of all this my white paint is covered with rust spots in a matter of weeks after having removed them all by hand. I have never had a vehicle do this regardless of the age of the vehicle. I bought an aluminum body F 150 to get away from my previous F 150 metal body rust bucket which was horrible with body rust and frame rust.

Request for 9 month lease extension honoring what your representative stated in september and/or cancer medical hardship
Background:
Three months ago, I requested and received 3 month lease extension. The kind Ford Credit Representative told me that I could renew up to a year, that I could go month to month, I could go renew for 3 month, 6 months, 9 months, or a year. After my 3 months I could renew again, up to a year. She said that if I was not sure then, I should not to sign for a long term because I would not get a refund on the taxes, that I would always be able an extension by calling (please just go to the recording of the conversation).
On December 8, 2022, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. On December 19, 2022, I was told I needed a mastectomy and nipple removal surgery which is scheduled January 10, 2023 at the Cleveland Clinic. As you can imagine, I am totally depressed about this.
Current Situation:
On December 27, 2022, I called Ford Credit to ask for an extension for the other 9 months and was told “no” with an order number. I called several times trying to get a manager or someone in charge. After explaining what I was told and my current health situation, the senior most manager only provided one only month extension. Moreover, I already prepaid for January’s Bill since my bank already sent payment on December 23, 2022, not knowing it was not going to be renewed. Unfortunately, I do not have brain bandwidth, strength, time (work and medical appointments), or money between now and my surgery date to find a replacement car or during my recovery. The Manager did not care about my situation. I am so disappointed about this decision. I am hoping you can assist me

2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium
I was recently involved in a car accident in my 2014 ford fusion. My car was badly damaged yet the airbags did not deploy. I have been driving this car for years with my son in the car and feel very upset that it has not been a safe vehicle for us. I called Ford customer service to see what can be done about the situation. I asked them to send someone out to the wreckage yard where the vehicle is to investigate why the airbag didn’t deploy. They said they would but this was never done. I called ford again and feel that I am being brushed off as if this is not a concern for Ford. It is really unnerving that my son and myself have been put at risk for all of this time yet Ford acts as if this is no big deal.
Ford F150 2022 pickup
We have a 2022 pickup and when we had about 8 months the whole screen, which runs everything, went out. We immediately took it to Kruse Motors, Marshall, MN where we purchased it and were told the whole radio screen had to be replaced which would take 3 days to do. They claimed they did not have a loaner pickup so they would contact us when they would need the truck. I have put a complaint in on my Ford pass account, which we have not heard anything back from there either. we have tried to call the service dept several times, which we have had no response, until it was over 3 weeks into it saying a part was ordered. Why was this part not ordered the day the pickup was there and we were told what was wrong. We have bought several vehicles from Kruse Motors and we are very , very upset with their service concerning our pickup. They should have been keeping us up on what is going on. I hereby express my insatisfaction with the way my process is being conducted.
In August 2021 I bought a brand new ford mustang mach e extended battery, at a ford CAM representative (Alcabideche - Portugal).
The vehicle has already been in your workshops several times to carry out scheduled recalls, such as changing windshield and panoramic roof, etc.
Of all these interventions I mentioned that the vehicle never made any update of the ota system and should be checked.
Upon receiving alerts in the ford pass application, of updates required for battery performance and HEV safety, I alerted the dealership.
At this moment the vehicle has been for almost 4 weeks to try to make updates without effect.
It is transmitted to me that it is not possible because the system blocks during these operations.
I wonder if these facilities are prepared to perform these functions or if Ford is prepared to work with this type of vehicle, since the workshop time for this type of intervention already exceeds what is reasonable?
ordering ford lighting xlt issues with dealer

I ordered ford lighting xlt on Dec 15 , went to delaer to check why my order was not accepted by dealership and i was told to pay $20,000 on top of the MSRP. order picture attcahed. called ford marketting to chnage the dealer on Dec 16, requested 3 times on 3 differnt call its still not done and now xlt booking is closed.
I was very excited to be the first time ford owner seems like I am out of luck now. I made my booking on the first day and was waiting for 18 months and this is what I get.
If it makes you feel any better, I placed an Order for a Ford Bronco Wildtrack in July of 2020. After the order bank was closed for the first year of Bronco's I had the option of upgrading my order to a 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor, which I did. Well the vehicle finally arrived to the dealership on 12/17/22 which I then tried to reach the dealer several times just to be ignored. Finally went in yesterday to find out what was going on with my vehicle and get everything finalized, just to be told we are not selling you the vehicle.
They refused to sell me my ordered unit on 2 reasons.
Reason one, I wan an employee there for 12 years until I finally had enough and left that dealership.
Reason 2, since it is a Bronco Raptor, they have the option of selling it for a lot more money than they were going to sell it to me for.
So after waiting over 2 years for a vehicle I Ordered, i'm still out of a vehicle.

Been calling since they picked up my vehicle. Haven't paid because insurance was totaling it out. Told them that and they came and got it anyway pretty sure they messed it up worse than it was. Call every day sit 1.5 hrs or 2. And then leave a message. Same routine for almost a week and still haven't heard from anyone. crazy, They way they call 30 times a day when you owe to get the money,
Desired outcome: Either I can pay what I owe so insurance can total it out. Or I can just file bankruptcy. Just need to know how they wanna go about it. At this point I don't care either way
2018 ford escape
Purchased used in October 2021. Partial warranty was still in place: Extended warranty for engine block issues. On Tuesday evening, November 29 the "Engine Failure Service Now" warning came on. I had never seen that before.
I called Ford of Walnut Creek the next morning (November 30, 2022) at 8:30 to report the warning and schedule service. I was told they could not take it that day and to bring it in the following morning (December 1, 2022). I did and later that day (4:18 PM) I called for an update since I had not heard anything.
I was told it needed a new engine! I was also told that the extended warranty that would cover this expired the previous day (November 30 - THE DAY I called to report it). However, they felt that Ford would cover it because of the circumstances and submitted paperwork to that effect, but waited until Monday, December 5th to submit the paperwork to Ford.
On December 14th the dealer called saying Ford had some questions.
1: Have I purchased a new Ford in the past 10 years (No, but 14 years ago an Explorer and a Bronco 2 in 1991;
2: Have I ever had service on my Ford vehicles that Ford paid for? No, Never.
The next day I received another call from the dealer saying that Ford will not pay for the replacement engine block or engine.
Desired outcome: Replace the engine block or engine - whatever the problem really is - AND HONOR THE WARRANTY THAT WAS IN PLACE WHEN I REPORTED THE PROBLEM !!!

Update to my case, just got worse on December 12th after 3 weeks in shop I went to pick up my car.
Remember Mc Ree Ford lied to me stating I needed a new engine for cost of 6000.00
That's when I filed my complaint. After they became aware of my complaint to BBB, I was put on conference call with 3 members of Mc Ree Ford. Then then informed me that they told me incorrectly and now I did not need a new engine at the cost of 6000.00 Now they are stating that they needed to o more testing on my car. I went to pick up my car and they stated they still have not found out why my car had given me the problem and charged me 1231.13 for labor charges trying to find something wrong with my car. Nothing found and given my car back. I drove the car 15yards off the car lot and check engine light plus 2 more yellow lights and car stopped in feeder road and would not start, the dealership had 3 employees come out and push car back into service department. I have now taken a loss of 1231.13 dollars and nothing accomplish. My car still inoperable. I was so angry I asked for a sales person how much to trade my car in, no longer dependable I wanted to buy another car.
Mc Ree Ford dealership owes me 1231.13 and I want that money credited to my account or put toward extended service plan to my 2020 Ford Escape as a resolution Mc Ree Ford lied to me stating I needed a new engine for cost of 6000.00

Undercarriage plastic guards
December 10, 2022.
Driving down the road this is the 3rd time I have had undercarriage guard fall off. this time it was the front the other 2 times it was the side undercarriage, 2nd time Ford replaced the plactic screws with actual metal screws. This is a poor design flaw. This could potentially cause an accident.thenplastic rivets holding the undercarriage guards on come loose and fall off or just drag down the road. I have a 2017 for escape se and I drive 86 miles round trip 5 days a week to work. I also assist an elderly lady taking her to Dr appoints and grocery shopping. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Arrived at 06:15 to service bakkie. First come, first serve. Enteted service station at 07:00. Requested transport to Centurion Mall. Declined transport at 08:00 thinking that we won't have to wait that long. Inquired 3 hours later what the progress was. Servicing has not started yet as "I did not indicate that I want service done at earliest chance".

steering gear went out on my F150 in Sept. still waiting for parts my case # cas39208970 I as called 10/27 by the dealer and told the part would be in the following week but it never showed up. I have called customer realations 3 times each time my complaint will be escalated but nothing ever happens. I have driven fords since 1976. After this experiance I would be hard pressed to buy another. I went to rockauto.com this morning typed in steering gear for my truck and 8 came up as available and all were fordmotor co. parts. I have been very impressed with the company and the dealers lack ofinterest. I have been with out a truck since Sept.

We ordered a 2022 Escape hybred on 3/8/22. Per the Ford Vehicle order tracking status our Escaspe Titanium hybrid build was completed on 9/26/22. It has been awaiting shipment since that time. The dealer called in mid November with an update and told us it would be delivered to them by 11/30. As of today it still has not shipped from Louisville. I'm sure our trade in value has been decreasing every week. When will we see our car?

Ford 2020 Explorer ST
I am leasing this SUV and since I first got it. It went into sleep mode requiring it to be jumped. I tool it to Ford Jersey City Stevenson and they changed the battery, it fixed it for maybe 9 months. Then the SUV started going in sleep mode more often. I brought it back...they changed the battery again. This summer it went into sleep mode everyday if I did not get up at 5am to start it...it kept getting jump I took it back to and they changed the battery again. I told the dealership it's not the battery it's the computer overheating they said no. The SUV stalled on me in a intersection with my children in the car. The car locked the door where only the drivers door opened.
Desired outcome: My car has been with the dealership since Oct. 3 they just brought it back to me today Nov 30th with the check engine light. I would like all my money back and to be compensated for all my rentals and ubers.
