My car is a 2010 dodge avenger sxt 2.4L L. My name is Anthony Hopkins. I have only have my car for 1 year and 3 months. My throttle body unit went out and is only letting me get up to 15 mph. Now apparently it is not Covered by the crappy warranty that JD Byrider offers. My throttle body unit should not be going bad within a year. J.D. Byrider poor service

I leased a car from jd byrider and had problems from day one. On the first day I got the car I told russell the sales rep after test drive and he said service would take care of it. I took it to service department several times. Nothing. Kept saying it's suppose to drive like that and chris the owner told me that the technician had 20yrs of experience kept saying nothing was wrong with it. Chris drove it with me and kept making light of the issue. They finally took it to a transmission shop and fix the jerk that was a major issue after they all at Jd Byrider said nothing was wrong

While they had the car Chris the owner gave me a hard time and he finally agreed to give me a loaner car. I asked him before I got the loaner car would it break down on me and keep us safe. He quote"it has been serviced". So before I could get to the house. It cut off on me three times to a 15min drive home. I called Chris when I got home. After alot of back and forth He offered to return my trade in and my payments. I needed a car so I showed grace. Under conditions they would fix all issues But when I got the car back. It still had major issues. I called service and they told me it would be over two weeks. So fast forward to last friday. I called cnac, jd byrider finance company asked the rep about making a payment that was due that day. She says let me check and I will get back to you and let you know if its ok. I never heard back from anyone. But on sunday it look like a drug task force team following me to a gas station and took car. Had to walk home. All belongings in car still. I was breathing fire and called chris immediately and he hung up on me. This is the short version. With all the mess ive had to deal with them. Ud think they would be understanding. Not at all. Even after this I calm down enough to say give them a chance. I did. But chris didn't evwn contact me the next day. When I called him he said im aware of it two days later. Chris Thomas and I finally agreed 9/19/17 to return my vehicle in the same condition it was traded and all my payments. Chris the owner of Jd byrider. [protected] sends me a email on 9/20/17 not keeping the agreement and saying he would not be returning my car. The company, service, sales caused alot of hardship for me and my family. They had to walk to school. Missed major events. Work suffered. And even when Chris kept apologizing for the issues he still continued making decisions that was best for his company, his family and his well being instead of a making it right after wronging a consumer whose only wrong was walking in to their business as a referral. You decide if u want to do business with this type company that lacks professionals, ethics, and just even a basic motto do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Or simply put: do right. This company makes money off scams, dishonest and deceit unfortunately

J.D. Byrider Harassing phone calls

I'm filing an harassment complaint against CNAC Brookfield, WI. Their account managers are calling my sister, first of all I never gave them her number! Second, they have a number to reach me about payments. However, I spoke with my account representative, Charlotte Wilson, [protected], ext. 2139, I asked her to remove my sister's number from their call list, I explained to her, how did they get her number? I never ever gave them permission to contact her. Charlotte told me she would have it removed, she never stated how they have her number. Here we go again, this morning my sister called to tell me a lady from CNAC is calling trying to get in touch with me. I called Charlotte Wilson this morning, left a voice mail to let her know to once again remove my sisters number from their CONTACT LIST! Yes, I'm using bold letters, because this will be the 2nd time, I have requested to stop calling my sister! I am not happy with CNAC, I'm really sorry I financed my vehicle with CNAC. The nerve of them to take it upon themselves to contact my family member. Account representative name Jeff, not sure of his location South 27th Street, Brookfield or Madison, he has the nerve to suggest, I reach out to my family to make this missed payment! The nerve of this annoying guy! Great news! My car will be paid in full very soon, I can say gladly say, Good Bye and Good riddance CNAC! I will never, never, ever, ever finance with this company EVER again! I advise and encourage anyone else not to!

Within hours of buying a vehicle from them the engine light came on. They did nothing to fix it. That costs me over $400 immediately. They advertise "buy here pay here" that is a lie. J.D. Byrider car I no longer have.

I have not. Had the ford focus for. About 3 years it broke. Down I called for them to pick up the car. This was in 2013. They sold the car now they want me to pay for the car they sold. And they will not send me a paper stating I do not have the car. The gentleman I spoke with (Don rite) was very rude to me and my wife. He also. Hung up on me. I know JB Byrider is for people like me with [censored]ty credit.. I financed my car with a decent income, they insisted I put my bf on the loan. I didn’t want to Incase something happened, (we’ve been together 6yrs) low and behold 6 months after purchasing my car I lost my job, fighting for unemployment, my bf and I broke up. I started a new job but my first pay check is the weds after payment is due. I do the adult thing (after all they say communication is key right, “we can figure it out”) and I call them, explain my situation I literally have $10 in my checking account until next weds (a whole week) I call to see if I can post pone the payment until weds. I get “absolutely not there is no grace period, borrow it from somebody, apply for a credit card, there isn’t anything we can do) I have no family that can financially help me, I live hours and hours from them, if I could get a credit card I sure as hell wouldn’t have went to JB Byrider to buy a [censored] car. They pull you in by the [censored] story that they are here to help the little guy who is screwed and I ask for 3 days and won’t help. As soon as I am able I will be getting a loan from my credit union and paying these [censored] off. “We help you rebuild your credit” thanks for the help...

This JD Byriders company and CNAC is a rip off. I got my car from them August 2016. Went there and see if I get approved. So filled up an application and Dan the car seller told me his waiting for approval and he stepped out at the room for a minute and the messenger pops up on his computer says "she's approved for $13000. Dan didn't know I saw the message. When he got back he said ok ur approved but didn't tell me how much he just let me choose a car. Since I know what's my approved I was trying to get a cheaper one cuz I don't want to get a $13000 car. But they wont let you they will try there best to max that approved. So not even a week my car had check engine light pops up after that my wheel bearing so I have to go back to their shop again to fix it. Went to pick up my car and told the service manager I'm going to drive and visit my friend like an 8 hours drive and I asked if the car is safe to drive. Since I feel like to many problems. And she said yes ur good to go. I took her words and drove to visit my friend who is sick. Drove for 2 hours and 30 mns. and stopped at gas station cuz I need it a gas after putting gas my car won't start and gas was leaking under my car. Check engine lights pops up and oil pressure lights. So I was stuck and called Jd BYRIDER and Dan told me to call the corporate which is CNAC. I ended up paying towing to the nereast JD Byrider's which is cost me 160$. Then I have to call my bf to drive 2 hours to pick me up. After they fix my car after a month I went to pick up my brother at Columbus airport Ohio which is an hour drive. On the way home my car was over heating. I called them again and they told me I have to bring my car to them and pay on my pocket the towing since they are 1 hour away from me. But I refused and argued with them. My car fixed by auto shop near me and they pay for the repaired. After a week another problem pops up, it's hard to put gas on my car. Every time I tried to put gas it kicks back so I have to stay at gas station atleast 20 or 30 mns. Patiently just to put gas. I called them but the Lima JD Byrider closed down. I'm glad they are closed. But still a lot of JD Byrider's there and same company. My advance don't ever ever buy a car at Jd Byrider's or finance at CNAC. I search online my car is only worth $6000 for good condition but this car is not even a good condition. So I owe Jd Byrider's/ CNAC $13000 plus interest $24000 for a s####y car. Never ever go to this place. I told them why they sale a s####y car but they told me that I have to understand that this is a used car and it will broke down and tell me that they are helping me to rebuild my credit. It's a bull**** they only care about ur money. This place is a rip off. I hope all Jd Byrider's close Down. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE it's a big regret for me. Driving my car everyday give me stress and paranoid that I might break down somewhere.
