bad food and service from kfc
On the first of february i went to the kfc on hwy291 in greenville sc. I ordered a 12 piece meal which consisted of 2 mashed potato and gravy, biscuits, coleslaw, then I ordered an extra mashed potato and gravy and an order of chicken livers. I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes well I waited almost 20 minutes. the manager stated there was no original chicken cooked but a man came in about 10 minutes after my order was placed and he got original chicken. It really made me upset with two kids that were hungry. well I finally got my chicken and took it home to eat. the biscuits were smooched and tasted old, the potatoes were burnt and had hard lumps nasty. The gravy even tasted burnt so this trip to KFC may be my last. I’ve always bought and recomended KFC to friends but I will no longer do that because of the BAD food and service.
After ordering at the speaker post I drove around to the window . I sat waiting for about 3/4 minutes before anyone came to the window I was given my drink and payed my money I was then told there was a 4 minute wait so to park in the red bay. I asked if an item that I ordered could be put in a seperate bag to the rest as this item was for my passenger in my car and was told yes. When I recieved my order after about 8 mimutes of waiting all the food was in the bag together so had to undo both wraps to see which one was bbq. When I got home I had corn instead of gravy and no salt and napkins in the bag. Spending over£17 on the order I am quite annoyed that simple things like napkins and salt are missed off and they can’t get the food right. It’s not the first time this has happened.
wrong order and waiting at kfc
Last night (01/11/2011) at approximately 21:00 i went to KFC (Twist & Koch JHB CBD) to buy a street wise 2, Simple right? wrong. Not only was i told i had to wait 8 minutes for my order (because the meat was still cooking), i was not given a receipt when i asked for the receipt i was told i don’t get a receipt for my order. When a another lady on different line heard this she questioned the guy about me not getting a receipt the guy rudely told her he didn’t have a receipt roll so the was nothing he could do then the was an exchange between them.
all of the workers ganged up against her and the lady saving the women gave her an attitude. Then the is the issue of 10c changes i can’t recall how many people actual had to ask for their changes cause apparently those tellers don’t think people need them. When you ask for your change you are promptly told they don’t have 10c as if you should know (i also didn’t get mine).The whole attitude they have is wrong they treat like you should be grateful they are even listening to you let alone serving you…
I hope KFC does something about this cause their customer service SUCKS.
wrong & delayed food delivery
Ordered from mobile @13:20 family meal received wrong recalled twice and was promised order will be re-arranged till 15:40 net yet received, called again cs mohamed fawzi who informed me will call back in 2 minutes now it’s 15:53 still order not received. i want to know what know kind of service and why not reverting back with accurate information if not possible any alternative fast action should have told. i will escalate the issue to the management to know what real customers are suffering from such service, hence u can check the history if my mobile to know since when I’m dealing with KFC.

With reference to the above, this is to inform you that I am a regular customer of kfc feltham london, and whenever the manager is near the tills he never serves me, but keeps on screaming the cashiers names to come and serve me, and the poor cashiers has to leave the cleaning job in the restaurant and rush to serve me at the managers orders.So what type of Manager is he? and why cant he not serve me in the short absence of his cashiers.
The only thing I see him doing is packing fries and shouting at his staff by saying QUICK QUICK when he himself is so SLOW and keeps on talking behind the display instead of serving customers.Its high time that kfc hires managers who can serve the customers and not a dumb manager like feltham.

cheated out of $10
On April 12 I was cheated out of $10 at KFC drive-thru at 2910 W. Ridge Rd. Greece NY. Handed cashier a $20 (I only had $20s because that is all our atms give) she rang up cash rec'd as $10. Shoved change and receipt into purse. Noticed shortage next day. Called store; was told I was not shorted because drawer from night before was $5 short. Linda from store called me later; was told I was not shorted because drawer was "right on". Called corporate office and made verbal complaint. No response from KFC. Went to their website a few days later and filed an online complaint. No acknowledgement or follow-up from KFC. Filed another online complaint a few days later. No acknowledgement or any response of any kind from KFC. I am disgusted that they think my $10 is more important than having my business. And even more disgusted that they don't have the common decency to even reply to me.

You don't really even know if it was KFC that shorted you or not. You could have misplaced the money or spent it elsewhere and forgot. If you were in fact shorted, you are partly at fault for not noticing the error when you were given the change and blindly shoving it in your purse. Be more aware of what's happening in your life. It's easy to blame others for your own stupidity.
harassed by employee staff (day) workers
Before I was able to walk to a near by (Store) cvs pharmacy at about 1:40 pm a whole bunch of different male employees at the often issued address of the complaint and kfc manager and other people yelling down the highway towards me but today all and to many different ethnics smoking and was on the job in uniform and while customers seem confused at the drive-thru with a black female not understanding what they was concerned with me or at least yelling during the day about. I barked back with comments finally, "my sister is a restaraunt manager. " I am a business owner so she seem confused of what the problem of me not walking up to their business unless I just want them in trouble from what it seems to be today because she went back to whatever her head stay inside the building for while serving customers. I have witness chicken being smeared by the mouth by a employee cooking the chicken before (Placing a cooked warm and fried thigh on they lips and just a gangsta attitude with drug activity and employee smoking they stay involved with a problem for me when I am near by this location is just not half of the issue for today. I would have called the police on this business but the lady already looked at me offended but I am not dealing with that much so they did get ignored even after I passed by the business safely again after 1:45 pm today!

restaurant dining room is a mess
My family and i desided to go to your restaurant for our meal to find that the restaurant was discustingly messy there were only 2 tables that had not got empty food cartons, sauce pakets, bones, used serviettes, drink cups, to be honest it was discusting. i asked the girl who served me if she had noticed the mess on all the tables she replied i know. i asked if there were a manager there inwhich she went to the back to tell him, he came out to see the problem was to be fair he was a little bit shirty with saying that he was short staff and there wasnt anyone to do it and would sort it when someone is free.
At the end of the day no matter what excuse arrises the tables and benches tops should be clean for customers to come in and enjoy a meal there. the restaurant that this was is the KFC Great Bridge Retail Park, westmidlands. The time inwhich we were there ordering was 8.26pm i have kept my reciept incase you needed proof of me being there.

I am an employee of kfc in oman my complain is that no staff meals are given from the management we all staff have eat every day chicken and sandwich from the restaurant. By eating this fast food we are getting sick and weak second thing is that restaurant does give off in a week and more shouts for every small reason. Third thing no increment in salary after working continuously for one year. Only the management make promises but never ever fulfill it. If any employee want to take emergency leave no transportation.
Too much less of salary and very hard work. No promotion after hard work specially in Oman KFC. Sorry not to write the name because I am still working due to big family problem.

I ordered a few snackers as i have been for years since they came out. They had told me they had run out of the delicious snacker sauce, but could offer me a side of ranch dipping. I said that I didn't want the ranch, it's different than the snacker sauce, but I'd take barbeque instead. Then, when I open one up, there's no lettuce on there either! Plain piece of chicken on a bun. Ridiculous. They said that they no longer put lettuce on there at all. Come on KFC, snackers were the one good thing that you could buy with a buck, and now they're ruined.

Today I placed an order in KFC Musgrave Center which inlcuded reguar chips (which I was charged for), when i got home I realised that they did not give me the chips. This is not the first time i have experienced a problem like this, my previous experiences included KFC on sparksroad and overport drive, charging but neglecting to give me the bread loafs. I have phoned the relevant branches and complained on the day of the event, but they always expect you to come back and pick it up immediately, If you go back to the branch, they fail to take responsibility. Whilst I'm loding a complaint, I'd like to bring to your attention that overport drive KFC once sold me coleslaw that had expired on that particular day, I only realised this when i began eating it and found it to have an awful taste, I complained, and again was expected to return the same day to get another coleslaw. When i returned on another day, they were not helpful and did not replace it. I'd also like to complain about the chips and fried chicken from the KFC on overport drive, it tastes as though it was fried in oil that was clearly overused. Perhaps headoffice could advice them to change the oil regularly.

It isn't unreasonable for them to expect you to return the same day if they mess up your order. Otherwise, I could just walk into my local fast food joint and claim they shorted me my mashed potatoes a week ago and have them give me some for free. Try to keep in mind that this is a business, and they want to stay in business.

kfc condones racism
My daughter and I visited South Africa last November. During our visit, we stopped at a KFC. In the 20 or so minutes we were in the store, the female behind the counter (native) totally ignored us. She carried on a lively conversation with a male (native) until he left the store (apx 5 minutes). Then she continued to ignore us. I called to her, asked if we could use the restroom, she said she'd check with the manager, and she disappeared. She continued to ignored us. Only because we are Caucasian.
I have called KFC headquarters to complain about the treatment we received, and to find out why they condone this behavior. The representatives told me over and over that they "will have a manager look into it and get back to [us]". One woman told us she would take it upstairs to management herself. And still nothing. A few days ago I called them again. I was told by their representative that they don't know how to get ahold of any managers, they don't have the ability to call any other department, and, basically, that they are just robots who can't do a thing, that management is ignoring us just as the woman in South Africa did.
This speaks volumes about the moral values of KFC. They not only condone racism. They officially condone racism

My husband and I have been to the KFC on Lake Rd. in Dyersburg, Tn four times in the past month, and all four times they have been out of chicken livers! When I get a craving for chicken livers I really really want them! I rely on KfC to provide the chicken livers since they are the best. They keep saying they are out. Would you please arrange to send more livers to this store so I can satisfy my craving for your wonderful chicken livers. I can’t go to another KFC since the one on Lake Rd. is the only one in town.
At roughly 13/01/2012, myself and two friends visited KFC Cooma drive thru. We ordered our meals and then proceeded to pay. We were asked by the young staff member if it was ok if we got 10 cents short because she didn’t have the correct change in the cash draw. We were helpful in trying to give the correct money but were then short changed and had to tell the girl and the manager in charge what our change was meant to be. Then they gave us our order which was wrong and made us wait for the order to be corrected while the rest of our food went cold.
We asked for a complaint form and were told to look in the yellow pages. The service and attitude of both the manager and staff member was terrible. I will not be visiting my local KFC until new staff is hired and the managers replaced.

I can see that all complaints to KFC are on deaf ears and they could care less, anyway. Harlan Sanders would turn over in his grave if he knew how sorry some folks are that attempt to run his business. My compaint is about the sorry restruant being operated on Albia Street in Almaty, Kazakhstan. My wife and I thought, oh boy, a KFC in Asia. We were in for a big let down. Other than being clean, the business is only a KFC in name only and we would know, because I am from Kentucky myself.
The chicken is over cooked in oil that doesn’t get changed regularly, the portions are all small, no dinner meals, no bread, no mash potatoes and gravy, you pay for Ketsup for your french fries and if you want a refill, you pay for another drink, not to mention the rude and unorganized service which is normal for this country. I am really surprised that such a sorry resturant is allowed to operate under the KFC franchize. If folks had a chance to eat at a real KFC back in the USA, they would laugh this place out of business.

I bought the following: 2 street wise 2's, Large pops, Fully loaded box, double take and a small cole slaw.
The chicken tasted if it's almost passed the expiry date, chips was old and tasteless and the bun of the burger was really hard. I was so unhappy and could not eat anything further so I demand that they either give back my money or replace the food!

faked charges debit card
I have purchased food from kfc, calicut, kerala on 19 feb 2012, the total billing amount was 883 but they have taken rs 8830 from my account as I have paid through debit card dont na wat to do... I have lost the bill too... Im just so helpless plz suggest a solution

Talk to them. They actually are human. They don't want to screw you or rip you off. If you can show them this is a simple mistake, they will most likely correct things.

I go to kfc bury on a regular basis and have done for quite some time without problem.
today 12/2/2012 i went kfc asusual and got the same box meal going through drive through. the bottom of the box was covered in grease which ended up up all over my tracksuit bottoms which is very unlikley to come out in the wash.
can you look into this and get back to me asap?
