We ordered a 20 piece family bucket and also 2 large family mashed potatoes we got home to find that we got a 15 piece bucket no mashed potatoes and only 1 salad no gravy this meal cost me over 50 dollars and i did NOT get what I paid for .I am very dissapointed we tried calling the store and noone answers there so we drive across town again to be told that we will not be given our food or a refund .I am disgusted in the service and Hope that someone in charge will be able to keep this customer who has a family of 12 and we order every 2 weeks as it stands until i get a response we will Not be eating KFC

d treatment for the customer..january 31 2011 we order chicken stripps and our money is 20kd..the crew threw back the money and said to just go and go back when the bill is change..the issue is if they dont have change for that amount its easy to say in polite way but throwing and yell at you infront of others customers is not really acceptable..mannersless they should be know how to value their customers whatever nationality it is..they dont respect the guest at all very bad..

hi i got my lunch last week in kfc dublin ireland swords pavilions 29-12-2012 round 15 pm . the staff there they are the most rude people i have ever seen i ask them to give me one of there burgers and they said they dont have that one only if i get one of there meals wich is not right and the second thing i ask them to give some wet tissue and also they answer me back we don, t have them but very rude the way they talk . i know for sure they were two girls . i will never come back there and same most of my friends thx
I agree with you staff are very rude in Swords and also in Drogheda. They also are not very family friendly place as I was asked to pay for hot water to heat up my baby's bottle. That was last time I visited that place.

We always attend to KFC Lebanon Beirut Ruche Branch around two to five times a month.
This is the third time I slap down on floor in KFC due to the wet floor, as for today it was a rainy day, and I am not the only one who slaps and you can ask all employee there in order to confirm on this subject.
But the matter that let me contact you that I was holding my daughter which have 9 month old, and she get hurt moreover my back is incapacitated and I can send X-Rays to confirm that.
I am not looking for compensation, but what I am looking for is to protect children’s and parents who are always visiting this branch.
I hope to not ignore this email, as I know the Lebanese managers/management mentality because a lot of requests been sent to them with no reply.

This is to express our bitter displeasure on The service we received from The staff members of The KFC aforementioned branch on 26Th night.
I and my 9 friends in 03 vehicles, went to KFC (Drive Trough) to buy chicken around 6.40 evening. we were expecting to buy chicken and The answer was no chicken and we are going to close! it was amazing. and we wanted to wait and get The chicken cooked. But, The answere was - we have finished for today. According to The duty staff - everyThing was finished by 6.40?! and suggested to have pop corn and fries wiTh some oTher strips.
This was really insulting That These people had no service after 6.30!
If They are unable to be at The customer service, my question is why do They be There in The food industry.
I am requesting The Queensway Hospitality to find out immense solutions for These types of lethargic service.

I am very displeased with the service I recived ( or barley recived) at this kfc resteruant. When we turned up to the resteraunt the floor was slimy and covered in chips under the tables, packets had also been left on these tables. When we came to the till to order, as the drive through was shut, we noticed several packets from milk that were left on the till. It finally came time to order and we were addressed by a very dirty man with a cap that had clearly not been washed in years, he also sluured and could barley sp
eak english. We ordered our food and after approximaty 30
minutes of waiting we finally recived what we had ordered. We ordered 2 crushems and when receiving them one was half full and they both were very watery. When we requested that he fill up one of the crushems he sighed and presisted to fill it up. We noticed at this point that a man was drinking and picking his nose in the food preperation area. Only then did the man realise that we had ordered hot wings aswell and gave them to us. We left in disgust with service we had recived.
and will NEVER return there again.

We went to KFC which located at East haven, Connecticut around 12:30 PM on Dec.12 2011. Two employees harassed us : When I ordered 12 PCS, The lady and the man mocked and laughed at us because we were not familiar the orders while we are asking questions and they were rush us order even there were no other customers behind us. The table near the widow was so messy. I asked for cleaning, The lady was lazy and reluctant to clean it. She use watery clothes purposely to wipe it and put us waiting for a long time.
They don’t even gave us only 2 pieces napkins and 2 forks ( After I asked). When we asked why limit customer for napkins and forks. The lady and man angry and Yale to us said “go out” In mad voice. In the very hostile environment, we didn’t finish eating plus the chicken was not warm enough and they were not fresh at all. when I asked their name, they didn’t tell us. The man said he is manager when I ask if I can talked to manager. I called the restaurant after we left about half hour, the man very rude and told me that manger take off. He didn’t understand English when I ask more questions.
On the other hand, we felt that the food soaked in the oil for a long time. It was not fresh and even not warm enough. Their behavior harassed us. I am looking forward to hear you. I called restaurant again this morning. The man said : “the owner will be back in two month”. Obviously he lied. I believed they are really under qualified employees. They behaved like they own that restaurant and they devastated KFC’s reputation and harassed customer.

This afternoon at 15:00 we went to KFC Walvis Bay to buy burgers. At the counter I ordered a Hawaiian Burger, the lady behind the counter told me they have no cheese. This not the first time we had problems with this KFC. I don't understand how you can run out off cheese at 15:00 in the beginning of the week?
And yet again we fall for the same terrible "no care" customer service. This afternoon we went to KFC Walvis Bay, ordering BoxMaster (no sauce available), Hawain Twister (no sauce available) and Double Take Burger (with NO SAUCE AVAILABLE)! And yet, paying full price! Ice cream - miracle the machine works but sorry, no cups available. On many ocasions, even no change to give to you. 5cents may not be plenty, but totalling it to a few customers, there MUST be some money to buy sauce! Seriously it is time to get this Restaurant up to standard- we don't have a lot of choices for take away foods. But in the end it is just the customer who pays for KFC neglect!

After that my order is can already taken BUT SOS NOT ENOUGH, my husband said to manager incharge the kfc i want extra sos, the manager said to me, sos not sale at here with voice that not nice and rough. she not give me extra sos at the same time she angry me. she as the manager very bad service customer..i thinking she not fitting as MANAGER BRANCH at the SUNGAI PETANI, KEDAH.
KFC is just pathetic. They forever don't have a specific thing! And then even the service is terrible at the end of the day.

While my sister and I were eating at KFC on 9-2-11 as I was eating my 4 piece Grilled Chicken Wings as I was chewing my food my tongue and gums began to hurt and taste funny like medal. I spit out the food to find a piece of what you use to clean the grill or pots with. I immedietly went to report this to management and was told I had to wait for the manager to get in at 4:00pm. My sister and I waited. when the manager ws told what had happened she came over to me and asked me what happened.
I showed her the medal and my mouth. Instead of asking me if I was ok, she asked me if I was African. Which I responded no to. She then went on to tell me that it was the cooks fault that there was medal in the food. She said that the pot scraper that he used was old and needed a new one. Then she said that the cook had five children and could not afford to lose his job. I asked her what did any of that have to do with the medal in the food and my mouth being cut.
She said that she did not want any trouble for the cook. I said to her that it was her responsibility as the manager to see that the cook had the proper utilities. I also said what about peoples lives, someone could get very hurt or even die. She did not care about that all she cared about was the cook. She then asked me if I was a Christian, because she loved God. I said yes I am a christian, but that still did not have anything to do with the medal in the food.
She then took the box I had with the medal, chicken and receipt from my hands and said that everything would be ok. Then went and came back with tow $10.00 dollar bills to give to my sister and me. And asked us not to say anything.
This women manager had no regard for human life or safety. Her only concern was for her or the cook loosing there Jobs. She had no concern for me or anyone. I had to finally go to the hospital a few hours later, because my stomach began to hurt, my mouth and jaw still hurt and I needed a Tetanus shot.
This issue needs to be addressed befor someone else gets hurt or die from this managers negligence.
no promotion after hard work
I am an employee of kfc in oman my complain is that no staff meals are given from the managment we all staff have eat every day chicken and sandwich from the restaurant. By eating this fast food we are getting sick and weak second thing is that restuarant does give off in a week and more shouts for every small reason. Third thing no increment in salary after working continuously for one year. Only the managment make promises but never ever fulfill it. If any employee want to take emergency leave no trasportation.
Too much less of salary and very hard work. No promotion after hard work specially in Oman KFC. Sorry not to write the name because I am still working due to big famil problem.

Ur cyberjaya outlet sucks! I just had a very unpleasant lunch there. Ordered a twister and said I have to wait for 5mins... End up I waited for 15mins+ until I had to ask the manager there.. That young guy is too bz counting the tables so he asked one of the staff to check up the order.. Waited another 5mins then they sent the wrong order! The person who took my order was there and she said "just give what she want".. Wtf is that!.. And no one apologize!..

I took an friend on wednesday 30 november to the airport, it was late so my children age 4 and 2 was hungry, I went to kfc, okavango, cape cate, cape town drive fro, order kiddies meals and zinger special for me. I will never go back there again
On Dec 27th 2009, My family and I were eating at KFC in Everett WA. We order the 12 pc meal, as we were eatting my son found a long hair inside the chicken. We were all upset and didn't want to eat anymore of the food, so I went to the front counter and ask if we can have our money back. Jay who was working said he can not give back our money becuase we had already ate the food. I told him it was just the one chicken, he said all he can do is remake our order. We never got our money back and left all the food. When we was leaving I saw all of them laughing at us. I will never go back there again.
maggots/worms in chicken bones
I bought KFC Variety Bucket on Friday, 30th September 2011 at KFC indoroopilly shopping centre.2nd Oct 2011, after heating it up in microwave and halfway eating a piece of it, I found live maggots/worms at the bones/rotten bones and immediately stop eating it and threw it away.It was so gross, and so far the chicken are kept inside the microwave the whole time.Please do something bout it.Cannot risk with food hygiene.

undersized meal
I paid $28.99 for a 12-piece grilled chicken meal which included 3 side dishes. When I got home and opened the "bucket", it was only about 1/3 full. The size of the chicken pieces was so small, I thought they had started cooking PIGEON! I have written to KFC, but I'm not anticipating an answer. I will not return to KFC. I need the most "bang for my buck" and KFC is no longer a excellent value! Protect your wallet... BOYCOTT KFC!
this was the worst experience at a restaurant
Visited the drive-thru on 07/05/11 at 17:48. I have visited the drive thru every other Monday night since KFC started the 14 piece meal promotion. It is a great meal for my family. When I go I usually substitute the coleslaw for the macaroni and cheese. I usually get charged an extra $1.00 or so for the substitution.
On this day I went thru the drive thru and requested the 14 piece meal promotion and asked to substitute the coleslaw for macaroni and cheese (as I always do). I was told “we cannot do that”. I explained to her that I usually always go thru the drive-thru and order this way without a problem. I told her if she needs to charge me extra then she can. She then said “there is no way we can do that”. She did not apologize. I then said what type of meal could I get that is comparable price where I could get the mac and cheese. She then said “look at the menu”.
I understand that if it is something that you can no longer do however customer service is important. The best way to tell someone would be “i am sorry we have changed our policy and can no longer do this, if you really would like the mac and cheese you can order ? it is the same type of meal and you will get want you want”.
Instead she says “look at the menu”, “we don’t do that”. The drive thru was not busy and I do not understand why she was so upset.
When I got to the window I asked for the telephone number to complain she then said I will give you the number to our KFC and it our number. I became very upset. This was the WORST experience at a restaurant. I was afraid to eat my food. I ordered the 14 pieces meal without the substitution but I got home and was terrified they spit in my food. It was not a good experience.
staff are not hygenic
The staff in the restoran was very unhygenic when it comes to the sauces. They lick their fingers and do not wash their hands before handling the sauces. I was very disgusted by the way they lick their fingers and still dare to hold the food and sauces. They got an A for the service and the cleaniless, but it is all so fake. Other than that, their service was sopoor. I had to wait at least half an hour before it reach my turn.Hope that the KFC in Malaysia take action and hope that it does not continue anymore. It destroys Colonel's reputation. Very bad!
