I made a clicl list order for krogers on the 13th of November somehow it got sent to the wrong Krogers after being told by two different Krogers travling to two different ones finally finding my order, I couldnt pick it up due to I was on lunch break . I ask the lady could i just pick it up later that day since it was all the way across town she said no and cancelled my order, I ask her how long would it take to put my money back on my card she said 24 hours its now been 7 days and im a single mother of two kids and had to go to food banks to feed my kids Im not happy I love Krogers and that is the only place I shop for grocerys. My Wife and I have been happily shopping at our local Kroger on Highland Rd. in Waterford, Michigan for almost 30 years. She recently purchased a bag of your muffins and what a joke! These things were so small, we considered using them for parking meters! Plus, they recently went up in price! We will never buy another bag of your substandard muffins again! You should be ashamed of your store in this little town. Not from here but had to go in. Although the employees were doing the best they could the shape of this store was embarrassing. The folks in this town deserve better. A little updating would go a lon way. The bathrooms were old and unable to be cleaned properly, the store was cramped and Ill lit and it was just too small. Supporter of good items they offer, but man... these are the worst! Bought a bag for nachos and let me just warn, if you chew your food be wary of these. I felt like I was going to break my teeth. There are little very hard pieces interspersed in them that have a very hard feel and feel like a crunch that may or may not take out a tiny piece of your tooth when you bite down on it and hear/feel the crunch that comes from it. Anybody in Kroger that makes the decision to sell these should be absolutely ashamed to approve them for sale in stores.

The cube steaks I bought {sept 20} and cooked before the sell by date had turned a very dark color and I was concerned, but I cooked anyway. I had to throw them out as they were extremely tough and we had difficullty chewing, like rubber and no flavor. At that time I bought a pkg of Kroger 4 lean hamberger patties. Went to cook them the day before sell by date, they too were a horrible sick dark grey color. I had them in my working refrigerator since purchase where i had placed them directly after leaving the store. I was afraid to use them in lieu of the cube steak experience. Last Christmas time I bought 2 large pork loins without looking at the date, took them home and brought them right back because they were two days past the sell by date. I was refunded. I needed them so i went to get 2 more and there was a whole case full of these. These experiences, as well as other instances miss labeled bakery items, makes me question my choice to shop with kroger. The quality is slipping. I have been a loyal shopper for almost 40 years. Lately things have slipped. I don't know if it is the store or your distributions care of the products. Please fix this. I should not feel I can't trust your food quality.
