Lowe's Craftsman snow blower

Purchased a craftsman snowblower on 2/15/2021 didn’t use our touch until January 2022 when snow finally fell

Engine runs fine (it is brand new) but rubber router will not turn, the unit although brand new must have been dropped and the part that turns and throws snow is pushed into shoot, I have called lowes and was directed back to store I picked it up at, the store manager Jeff took it in and said they would send it for repairs and stores cost.

My issue is this Lowes problem not mine and surely not the store manager,

I will say this, if something isn’t handled by Lowes this was my last purchase!

Lowe's Frigidaire side by side refrigerator

On December 31, 2021, I called Lowes protection plan stating that the icemaker was not working (water was coming out the front of the ice maker on the floor. Also for the 2nd time the food on the refrigerator side was freezing. On January 5th a technician came out and ordered parts. On January 11th all parts were here and I was told the technician would be out on the 12th for the install of the parts ordered. I took off work and no one showed up. After being on hold for 57 min I was assured a technician would be out on the 19th for the parts install. Once again, no one showed up. I was furious and called again. I was on hold and transferred several times (136 min) only to be told that Lowes was sorry and someone would DEFINITELY be out on the 26th of January. I called on January 25th to confirm the appointment and they said they were sorry but the appointment would need to be rescheduled. I again was beyond furious. I was on hold for 53 min waiting for a Supervisor. When "ASIA" the Supervisor finally got on the the phone she was rude as can be and read from a script that it would take 5 business days for someone to be in contact with me. I asked for her Supervisor and again she read the same script and said it was to bad and that she was the highest Supervisor and she could not help me. REALLY? I have spoiled food and have had 2 days I have been off work to wait for no one. LOWES is horrible and I will never buy another item from them.

Lowe's Bosch dishwasher SHE3AR76UC

To Whom It May Concern:

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher in mid December 2021 and it arrived January 17, 2022. Not too bad! To my disappointment, I only rcvd notification of its delivery the night before and there was no consideration regarding my schedule. The most frustrating of all of this is that the crate/ packing was mishandled and now I have a damaged dishwasher in several areas. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Lowe's Bulk pricing ... if you're lucky otherwise Lowe's will try to screw you over.

I made the mistake of ordering furnace filters online from Lowe's. The regular price was $4.98 each. However if your ordered 24, you supposedly got a $1.99 discount on each, making the price $2.99 each.

I added 24 filters to my cart and paid online. After double checking the order, I noticed 15 filters on the order, and 9 filters were cancelled. AND the each price was back up to $4.98 each.

I called the store and got some rude woman, who told me they only had 15 filters in stock. I cancelled the order.

Afterwards, I went to Home Depot's website and ordered filters for $1.25 each, PLUS free shipping to my house after spending $45. I ordered 36 filters and came out saving money, over what Lowe's was charging.

Desired outcome: Lowe's blows! Bought from Home Depot.

Lowe's Atlanta Stores: incompetent, inept and unaccountable - washer / dryer delivery and installation failures

We ordered a stackable washer/dryer from Lowe's on a Thursday. We made sure to include everything we needed to install the washer/dryer (installation kits, stacking kit, duct, hoses, etc). The delivery came Friday morning, but the truck did not contain a washer - only the dryer and all installation kit parts. This is when we discovered that the washer was being delivered from another store and would be delivered in a second delivery. The first delivery truck left all our parts and the dryer with us, and they hauled away our old washer/dryer in anticipation for the delivery and installation later that day. When the second team comes to deliver the washer, they inform us of the following:

1. They are not "allowed" to install gas dryers per company policy.
2. Neither of the two men delivering and installing the washer have ever installed a stacking kit on a stackable washer/dryer.

As a result, they left our washer/dryer sitting in the middle of our dining room, and we were informed by their dispatch that they would reschedule for the next day (Saturday) and have Lowe's give us a call. Neither of those actions were actually taken. We received no follow up call and a new delivery/installation was not scheduled for the next day.

We then call on Saturday to speak to someone in the delivery department only to confirm that nothing was scheduled on Friday afternoon for that Saturday and she could not send anyone out until the next day, Sunday, pending weather not preventing installation. Sunday comes and goes with no call, email or response regarding the installation despite the fact that the weather did not prevent cars from safely driving on the roads.

We then get a text Sunday night saying they will be coming to do the installation the next morning, Monday, between 8 am and noon. Monday morning comes and no one shows up. I have a missed call at 7:15 AM from a random number and no voicemail. Because I was asleep, I missed the call. However, no one came to our door to knock or ring the doorbell, which would have been ideal given that my wife was awake and could have let them into our home to install the washer/dryer.

I call back the delivery department and am met with a surly woman who continuously interrupted me and was unhelpful. In the midst of our interaction, she puts me on hold without saying anything. I am taken off hold to find out I was transferred to someone who could apparently help me authorize a larger discount on our order for the repetitive issues over the course of the last 3 days.

The man on the phone, apparently, has no context of my situation but informs me he is "someone who can authorize the discount." I explain to him that we want a 30% discount on this order because Lowe's, and specifically their team and their store, has been completely incompetent, inept and unaccountable for this order's delivery and installation over the last 3 days. Instead of asking for more information, he says "I'm not going to authorize that amount because I don't see any reason to do so." At this point, I am livid with the lack of communication, lack of courtesy and lack of accountability from anyone across the array of human beings I've had the unfortunate displeasure of interacting with at Lowe's. I sternly explain to him all of the trouble we have gone through and all of the incompetencies of the last 3 days from his team and other Lowe's employees. He then responds by saying, "give me a second to take a closer look at your account and order" and puts me on hold. At this point, I am flabbergasted at this complete and utter lack of attention to detail, lack of care, lack of concern, lack of customer service and, quite frankly, total lack of competence and complete arrogance of this person to assume I am wrong in my ask and that I have no just cause for asking for this discount when he hadn't looked at the account or the order to see all of the issues we've experienced over the past 3 days.

After putting me on hold to do his research, he sees that I am correct and finally gives us the well-deserved discount. I am then informed that the install team schedule is "full" for tomorrow and they cannot schedule us until Wednesday (its Monday and we've been without a washer dryer since Friday). For whatever reason, our installation is not a priority enough to get us put onto the schedule despite it being 3 days late.

We are apparently scheduled for a Wednesday installation, at which point we will be 5 days with an uninstalled washer/dryer sitting in our dining room and bedroom and thus without a working washer/dryer.

At this point, I feel as though our order should be free. I will never in my life again order from or shop with Lowe's. I will actively dissuade everyone I know from using Lowe's, shopping at their stores or ordering products online. This situation is pathetic and Lowe's corporate should be ashamed of how poorly they hire, how poorly their stores are run and how poorly they run their company overall.

Desired outcome: Installation of our washer/dryer and a complete refund on our order.

Lowe's Pit Boss Grill

I tried to buy a $900 grill at Lowes last night...The grill was displayed as $899 with "Free assembly and local delivery". I attempted to get help in the department, and after 30 minutes an associated came from lawn and garden. She checked stop and determined there were none. There was no anticipated date for re-stock. No, they cannot sell the floor model. If they do get one in the cannot confirm assembly, they don't know when they will have an "assembler". No, delivery is not free to my home (30 miles away) only to the local area (which includes almost 30 miles) and no, she doesn't know how far they deliver but that will be $79, thank-you very much. No, they don't have any accsessories, like a cover, for that model - its all new to them! While she was there she checked online availability and noted that the online price as $999, so she changed the sign and refused to honor the price in the store. I went to customer service - no help from anyone there. I left in frustration. Ultimately I did sign on to the Pit Boss web site, but they currently on sell this model at Lowes...tragically.

Desired outcome: Honor the posted sale price, compensate me for the lost time and frustration (gift card, etc.) and IMPROVE THE SERVICE

Lowe's Customer Care/Lowes Warranty

November 23, 2021, My Samsung washer stopped working. I called Lowe's warranty they scheduled someone to come out November 30, 2021. NO CALL/NO SHOW. Called again and scheduled for December 10, 2021. A&E came out for the Dryer instead of the Washer because there was also a work order in for it due to making a squeaking sound. They couldn't look at the washer due to it being a different order. During that service the guy didn't fix the squeaking sound and he also dented the top of the dryer. Called to let know dryer wasn't fixed and was now damaged. They scheduled both Washer and Dryer to be looked at on December 16, 2021. A&E came out looked at Washer couldn't fix it. Didn't even look at Dryer to fix squeaking sound. Called and scheduled another appointment this time for December 19, 2021. The morning of December 29, 2021, I received a text rescheduling my repair. Again, I called and the rescheduled the appointment to January 7, 2022. January 6, 2022, I received a text confirming appointment for January 7, 2022. The morning of January 7, 2022, I received a text confirming appointment, 45 minutes later I received a text rescheduling appointment to January 12, 2022. Today is January 12, 2022, Guess what... NO CALL NO SHOW. I have spent over 25 plus hours on the phone either on hold or speaking with someone. I purchased the 5-year extended warranty and at this point I am just wanting both units replaced. As a single mother of 3 and working full-time I don't have time to take off work for someone to come out then not show or to spend at a laundry mat twice a week. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

Lowe's TOTO Entrada Toilet Tank - Single Flush - Cotton White

I ordered the in December 17, 2021, and I was given a delivery date of December 2021, but it did not arrive till January 5th, 2022. Due to the long delay, I tried to cancel the order around December 27th, but they would not accept the cancellation. When I requested return pick, after a long discussion the girl promised to send a return label. Now I find out Lowe's won't accept the return as against their so-called policy.
What made them think I would wait unlimited time to replace a toilet tank, not toilet bowl, just the tank.
Anyway it's an absurd policy, why they won't take back an unused toilet tank that was requested immediately after the delivery.
Does Lowe's really want to make it a legal issue. If not resolve by Jan. 18, be prepared to to pay for legal costs

Lowe's Lowe's Extended Warranty Protection Plan

I have been getting the run around from Lowe's for over 2 months on getting my washer replaced. They were unable to complete repairs on my washer and said they would be in contact about sending a replacement check. I have received nothing. My EPP goes up in February, it feels like they're trying to run the clock out on it.

I've been calling Customer Service at least every 2-3 weeks to find out what is going on. Nobody ever has a straight forward answer. I've been told I will receive a refund to buy a new washer. I've been told they're still investigating my claim. I've been told that someone else will contact me about how I would like to receive my refund. Every call I get a different answer. All I've gotten so far is a $50 check for funds lost using coin-op Laundromats.

Desired outcome: Replace or refund the full cost of the washer

This store sold me a lawnmower that was in an open box and was the last one. We had our doubts and were correct. The pull rope was stuck. After taking it back they said no refund and I had to exert my opinions on them to do that. I asked for help to unload (no one helped me load when I bought it) the kids just stood there. Lowe's Residential Hall Bathroom

Upon buying all these hall bathroom supplies from Lowe's, which over the years, we have purchased an incredible amount of product for both our homes, one here in South Carolina, another in CT.
I was asking a building contractor today to give me a quote for another bathroom in our house. Upon review of a hallway bathroom, it was considered mold was there. Upon further review/inspection, water was seeping into areas to cause concern, black mold. I'm asking for someone from Lowe's/representative to come personally and visit our home first hand and see this same concern.

Lowe's Kitchen cabinets

I ordered my cabinets since April. They started in August and they are still not done. The sales rep did not disclose that cabinet bottoms are gonna be different colors and that there were going to be gaps in the bottom which looked unfinished. Bottoms were ordered and the rep decided to not order all the parts because she figured she could cover with piece of wood. Countertop workers moved my door and left it outside and wind brought it down and broke it and they lied saying they didn't touch it.

Lowe's Ceiling fan and store manager

I purchased 3 ceiling fans from this store within the past 2 months. These were purchased on my debit card. I could not use 2 of them and brought them back for return without receipt. Customer service couldn't find them on my card and asked for my drivers license. Then they said we can't refund you for these fans. I asked while not? They said because our system won't let us. I asked for the store manager Matt Lang. After waiting 20 mins he came up to me and went through the process and said the same thing? I've been shopping at this store for 9 years and spent a ton of money and this guy says I've had too many returns and won't refund me for the fans. People in line are hearing this and it's embarrassing. The store manager was rude and told me sorry can't do anything. So now I'm stuck with 2 fans I don't want and a bad taste in my mouth for Lowe's the way they treat customers.

Lowe's lowes lets people to take things out of my cart

had a phone sale order, I loaded all my things and started and an assoc took the pallet and headed to comm sales I loaded another cart with 45 bag and noticed that the assoc had left them in the middle of the store and people were taking them I stopped them and one started threatening me when the mgr finally showed up. He sided with the other guy
