I placed my orders on Sept.11 2021, the stored shipped it the next day. But the tracking stopped and got stuck on Sept.13. I asked for an update of my krder with the lshopee live agent and they said they will give me an update, up until now there's no update, and my order that is supposed to be deivered today Sept. 23, 2021 haven't arrived yet. Shopee used to be convenient but now Shopee became just a big headache. After this order, I will not bother to shop again in Shopee.
Desired outcome: They give me an update and my orders be delievered if not cancel my order

However, recently one seller listed a original product from Singapore/Korean Jinro Soju but sent me a box from Vietnam with the import sticker pasted all over the bottle.
I bought it for sharing with friends and all doubt the authencity and the uglyness of the bottles. I wanted to refund but shoppe refused so I banned the seller and then my account was banned.

Shopee> Kindly be inform that you have another account which is linked with your new mobile number [[protected]] that belong to you after we check your address is the same as your current account.
Shamaun> In the beginning I registered with shopee using my 012.. number. After a while it was blocked, so I used my other phone number 019... with the same address and continued shopping with shopee. However, after retirement, I have to return the 019.. and am left with only 012..., so that is why I am trying to shop with the 012 number and contacted customer service to unblock it.
Shopee> We can't proceed with your request since your Shopee account that linked with your new mobile number has on-going refund. You need to wait for the refund to be complete..
Shamaun> I am not aware of any refund. Let me know specifically what shopee is talking about and so that I can either cancel the refund or pay if I am the one who need to refund. If this is the reason for blocking my 012 number, then Shopee should have informed the customer.

ordered thru tom-shi last sept.2, 2021, 4 different orders of 20packs of eco bags each, or a total of 80packs of eco bags with 50pcs/pk. Total order worth p11, 411.00.
Today sept. 17, 2021, i received one of the order supposedly for 20 packs and paid 3, 162pesos. When you are talking about 20 pks, it should be a huge package, but i was very surprised to receive a very small package, it turned out that inside the package was only 1 pk of eco bag(50pcs) and several rat traps which i didnt ordered. The seller is very dishonest and should be banned from the platform.

Fraudster Seller in Shopee Platform
A seller that comes by the name of @5ghjr sold me a Vivo phone but sent a NO-BRAND nondescript phone instead.
At first, the seller seemed more than willing to refund my money in full and even agreed to the REFUND-ONLY process, meaning there's no need to send the fake phone back.
But when I finally filed for a refund-only claim thru the Shoppe refund system, the seller SPLIT-HEADS and counter-disputed my claim. They started demanding proof by means of a video showing that the phone was NOT WORKING, and they want their phone back.
The issue that I gave for filing the refund was about a WRONG or FRAUDULENT item regardless of whether it was working or not.
But for some unknown reason, the Shopee refunds team seemingly sided with this seller and canceled my case stating that the SELLER SENT THE CORRECT ITEM, disregarding all my uploaded evidence which CLEARLY showed otherwise.
I am currently on a second REFUND-ONLY claim against this seller who counter-disputed it AGAIN, and the Shopee refunds-dispute team is asking for the same set of proof (video showing item is defective) and conditions (I have to return the item) again.
The seller finally agreed to refund the money but still wants their phone back. Shopee agreed with the seller as usual.
I countered to have my money refunded in full first before I return the item.
Kindly look into this case and enforce upon Shopee and her constituents to comply with the fact that an honest and consistent customer is ALWAYS RIGHT.

I recently confirmed the order and it was sent to my house. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the parcel in person. Delivery of my ordered item through Shopee Express
As stated on the shopee app, today September 16, 2021, my item will be delivered, and the first attempt of the delivery should be made by September 11, 2021 which was not fullfilled. As tracked, the item was received in mandaue city hub September 6, 2021 from Parañaque then delivered from Mandaue to Cebu hub which takes 2 days wherein Mandaue City and Cebu City are not that far from each other, 30 mins to 1 hr is enough. After the receiving, it was received again by the cebu hub September 14, 2021 and that is the latest update.
I contacted support for this by chatting with a live agent, well she help me solving my issue, but nothing happened. I contact again, this time the agent is very helpful, I received an email from the support saying it will be delivered on or before September 15, 2021, I've waited with patience but nothing arrive. I contacted again another agent but she has no help, she doesnt even know how to contact the courier.
I am very much disappointed about this. I contacted the seller to give an information about the issue and she said she also experience the same problem wherein she is being passed to many support and come up with no resolution.

seller shipped cheaper version of product. before accept $8 compensation, i live chat with shopee, i was advise to raise refund and come back once refund complete for reinstating coins and cashback voucher. i did what i was told.
2nd live chat agent appologized about wrong info, and said the autoreinstate take 24 hrs. but reasured the coins n cashback voucher will credit back to me. and ask me to wait.
1day later, 3rd live chat agent again appologized and said it take 3days. again reasured the coins n cashback voucher will credit back to me.
despite i have been repeatedly wait for long live chat queues, the agent still refused my expedite plea, insist me to wait. he said will drop me a email and quit live chat abruptly.
these just show all shoppee agents' appologies are nothing but copy and paste, they mean nothing.
my subsequent follow up emails was totally ignored. now long past 3 days period. nothing was reinstate!

Shopee refused to help cheated buyers
Shopee promised "shop with confidence" in their platform, but its just a propaganda. They are not interested to know whether their sellers cheat or not. All the care is they make money.

The seller sent me a malfunctioned product. According to shopee, I must first contact the seller.
The seller stalled my case on purpose, by asking for photos, and videos, and tons of autoreplies.
I finally tried to contact shopee, but you can guess what they say. Long story short, is they are not lifting a finger to help me.
Shopee doesn't care if their customers got cheated. All they want is money.

Order 20th August 2021 for XP-PEN Artist 15.6 Pro Graphic Drawing Monitor.
Shopee claimed Shipping date = 20th August 2021. No proof of postage/shipping, no proof of courier delivery points tracking.
Shopee/Seller claimed order received on 31st August 2021 (National public holiday) but no delivery made (and of course no proof of even attempted delivery). Money was given to seller as they changed status to 'delivered'.
On 3rd Sept I complained to the seller that the goods were marked as delivered but no delivery had been done. Seller said "wait". 10 Days of waiting, still no proof of shipping, still not a crumb of info about shipping. Seller blocked me on Chat from communicating with them. Find it impossible to inform Shopee of this scam. Very frustrating. Feel I'm going to lose a ton of money (about $360 USD) on this fraud which Shopee are allowing to take place.
Desired outcome: I want the goods deliverd with proof of transit and delivery, OR, my money refunded immediately.

The e-wallet ShopeePay Withholding Customer's Money
I am writing to request for your assistance to investigate Shopeepay as they keep withholding customer's money. I paid some money on 6 Sep 2021 to the e-wallet Shopeepay. However, a few days later, I realized Shopeepay was not easy to use and I wanted to stop using it and to get my money back.
I did not use any service from them, and did not purchase anything from Shopee. I also foresee that I would no longer use it. So, I requested to withdraw the money, from Shopeepay to my bank account. However, this request which I have the right to had been rejected by ShopeePay again and again.
The customer service officer from Shopee kept on asking me to use my ShopeePay to purchase something in Shopee but I insisted not to. Finally they sent me the following e-mail telling that they would refund within 5 working days, but five working days had passed since that e-mail, I have not received the refund.
I then contacted them again, to my surprise, they did not address my issue but kept on asking me to send them my bank statement. I found it really bad since that involved my privacy, and there is nothing from shopeepay refund in my bank statement that I could show them.
I would appreciate if your authority could help to investigate this issue. I believe the general public needs to be more aware to use Shopeepay because the trick is that, once a customer purchase their e-wallet credits, the customer will have a very hard time to withdraw money back.
In summary, I would like to complain on Shopeepay as they have tried to withhold the customer's money and they do not respect the customer's privacy by asking the customer to show the bank statement.
Refund for being double charged
I ordered a product last Aug 8, 2021, Order Id 210802H3CA5NWX, which I paid online the same day. When the order was delivered, the person to receive it at my address was charged as well with cash-on-delivery. I spoke with Customer Service on Aug 5, 2021, ref no. [protected], the representative said they have forwarded the concern to the assigned team but nothing has been done, it has been more than a month. I tried to file for refund but it was declined.
