I called yesterday and asked for a sup because our issue has been ongoing for over a month now. I was promised with a callback since the sup was engaged on another complaining customer. I ordered a heavy item for gym equipment I paid 1000+ just for shipping but ninja van refuse to deliver it to my house and ask me to pick it up to where they park their van which is 8km away which cost extra money to get there and pick up my order. I placed an order on May 8, 2021 evening of a certain product worth Php 1, 844. then I tried to chat the seller for an assurance for a quality product but I was surprised by an automated msg so I give a comment that they have to change the automated comment because its sounds offensive to a first time buyer in their company but what this seller did to me he seemingly having sarcastic and offensive comment in their chat towards me and cancel my order and threaten me that I am not that important so I find myself filing this complain because I feel insulted by their actions. 1-strike banning and coins nullifying for using shopee app on physical android x86 device/laptop
I have been logging in Shopee almost daily to collect the 100 coins (which is collectible daily for any account by click on the button of the day in Shopee weekly coin collection chart). Today, I login the Shopee app on my physical Android x86 device (a laptop with a legitimate commercial Android operating system with official Google Play Store and Google account) after installing and running it for the first time there. There was no warning and anything unusual in the app. However, after clicking on the weekly coin collection chart to collect today's coins, I was kicked out and banned from Shopee. Just like that bam! & snap!, without any warnings and recourse, effectively a 1-strike ban. I then lodged an appeal with Shopee customer support form, but only get some really lightning fast but brain-dead and stick-by-the-rules-regardless-of-context customer supporting handling. Anyway, my main compliant is about the 1-strike banning for collecting what any account would be entitled to collect anyway. Secondary is their customer support is rather superficial as well as their software or business logic is really suspect. In the end, in a few minutes I am banned from my long time account with a tiny existing coin balance of around 6700 coins translating to around 30 US cents. Well good-ridden of Shopee then. Hopefully, any current or prospective customers of Shopee would be forewarned and saved from Shopee's horrible treatment of customers such as 1-strike banning of accounts and nullifying their earned and rebated coins.

Lost parcel
Slow processing of refund shoopee always promised me to deliver the parcel, . But not it was tagged as lost. And super slow process of refund, and also you costumer service hotline nobody answering it. Shoopee costumer service chat support no clear answer when my refund be back.

Would like to verify regarding my problem on my shopee purchase, which i received a wrong item .
So, i ordered KIRKLAND VITAMIN C 500mg CHEWABLE. and the seller sent me a KIRKLAND VITAMIN C 1000mg and not CHEWABLE .
Apparently, when my caregiver (not really trained caregiver) had received the parcel she knew that i ordered vitamin c for my grandparents .. and she opened the bottle right away when she received the parcel and include it in my grabdparents morning meds. When i got home from work that was the only time that i found out that it was a wrong dosage, then i noticed it was a tablet and not a chewable type but my grandparents already took it by chewing. So the item now is tampered and was consumed for 2 tablets .
i have raised my complaint to shopee and told them everything right away when i found out it was a "wrong item received" ... and shopee did not approve my return/refund case due to it was tampered seal.
but for my part i have put my trust to this Shopee seller service, and since my order is just a 1 bottle of vitamins c which consist of 500 chewable tablets, the product name was so large, the dosage and all and still they send me the wrong item .. i strongly believe this was intended by the seller ..
I DESERVE MY REFUND, it wouldn't be a problem even if my household opened it right away if they just sent me the right item that i ordered

sellers obligation doesn't end only on shipping items however it SHOULD extends until the client receives the right item and check their satisfaction regarding on what did the customers paid for.
if sellers commited mistake, it should not be settled by a mistake made by a buyer. mistake of a seller is his mistake . and they should do something about it . LIKE I SAID IN THE FIRST PLACE, IF THEY HAVE SEND THE RIGHT ITEM ORDERED BY THE BUYER THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM AT ALL.

No refund by Shopee despite comprehensive facts and evidence to furnished to Shopee since inception of order. Cancellation executed but seller and Shopee ignorant on cancellation. It is day-18 predicament. No refund thus far.

Seller not willing to ship item and blamed system for displaying lower price
On 19/4/21 I ordered the We Bare Bears Backpack from zakkasg.os on Shopee webwith the price of RM74.90. On the next day, I still couldn't find the delivery tracking number from the seller. So, I sent message to seller on 20/4/21, but no reply. On 21/4/21, seller replied that the item could not be sent out due to significant low price displayed on Shopee web and blamed the system for that. The seller requested me to cancel the order. I cancelled it as I think no point for me to insist and get the item as the buying turned sour. Subsequent to that I chatted with Shopee chat agent, I could not remember the name. She is an Indian lady. I demanded for satisfactory compensation and she could not resolve the matter and asked me to cancel order and get refunded and that is it. This is not what I want, who is paying for my time. Then I called [protected] and spoke to a lady name Laila on 21/4/2021 11.29am. She told me the same thing. I told her I wish to complain to higher level and she confirmed there is no higher level to complain to. I want satisfactory compensation for my time, be it from the seller or from Shopee.
Agent attitude
This is not the first time nor fourth. Shopee agent is so unresposible and didn't do their job. They loveeeee to end the session without notice to run away from questions, even though it's their job to answer questions. In malay, diorang makan gaji buta. I got a picture for example how they do it. They left with the unsolved problem.
Delivery service and customer support
I order back in april 2 and it was stated in my order that the delivery date will be. April 11. But apparently until now my order was not delivered. I contacted the chat support of shopee on april 13 raising my concern about my order and the person who chatted stated that they will raise this concerned I chatted again on april 14 but the chat agent stated that it was bit raised. So I contacted shopee agent regarding this concerned and they stated that they will investigate this issue and I need to wait for 2 to 3 days for the result not knowing it will be delivered or not. Its been.3 days but still my order was not delivered also several chat agent disconnected me also the supervisor name joy disconnected our chat and not providing proper resolution. I call again shopee regarding this isssue and she told me that is the order were lost it is not there fault and they will just refund me the amount I paid which is not acceptable. Shopee should take responsibility regarding there item being sold and they should be penalize by fouling buyers not delivering there order and they will just return our money back to out shopee account not to our bank account which is pathetic. Shopee should be held liable regarding on what they are posting and what the seller are selling. Also they need to be liable as well regarding delivery since I see alot of buyers being fouled around. I see in fb that there this one buyer who bought a laptop but when he receive the item the item inside the box is a bunch of stone and shopee was not held liable for this. Buyer were frustrated if they receive this and refunding the amount is impossible if it is cod basis. I hope you could make shopee. Liable for any foolishness they did.
