withdrawal money have not transferred
On 3rd october 2019 I have withdrawal money rm76.44 from shopee to my bank account... But on 11th october 2019 in shopee it put that I had received the money in my bank.. But I check for it.. It did not bank in yet.. I have call the shopee customer service they ask for bank statement.. I have sent them all... Since that I am calling the shopee customer service they are not attending any calls... I have bank statement proof that I haven't received the money... I just hope thats a good solution for this... If not I have to lodge a report against shopee

October 17, 2019 the driver texted me 1300 that he will arrive to deliver my parcel, despite have Octiber 18 as the expected delivery date. It's agood thing that I went home early that day.

1304 I reached the lobby. The guard said he left and will go back. Now my order was cancelled because he never went back. Please fix your delivery system. It causes unneccesaary hassle and delay to your customers
bulligan shopee customer service agents
I have 3 open cases with the Shopee Customer agent, despite agent promised try their best to solved issue arises. But sadly agent did not do any of the sort at least not my case. If Shopee continue to allow seller bullie buyer to happened, I m afraid Shopee business might be hugely effected.
1. I was delivered wrong items from seller, agents took my case lightly, things included put me wait online very long and cut me off. I was ask to submit photos of proof wrong item, which I did only to get reply from so call customer service agent accused me using photo shot picture of the items instead of picture but actually I did send the real pictures not the photos shot due to that I was ignored, I was left with items not mine order and wasted hard earn money
2. AvSeller extort me in a perculiar way for more order or money by using chat facility at Shopee with me, informed me there will be short of quantity in the parcel which on the way to me, expecting me to pay for the extra to get the complete order, ( to be clear I ordered 20 pieces traveling vaccum bag, but was informed there will be only 4 out of 20 is in the parcel but I can pay to get complete order) I was furious and pressed cancel order, agents open dispute case emailing me express clear stand they are on the side of seller by telling me they going to allow me receiving the in coming incomplete quantity parcel, another words, agents allow this unfair situation happen by switching the cancellation back to normal and insist as long as it is right products I should accept it
I hope to meet with the highest authority to expose the unfair treatment from the Shopee Customer service agents, how there have treated my case so far

The delivery guy of this courier (Black Arrow Integrated) named Joey S. Flores was so disrespectful and he has no patience. He is not careful with his words against his customer. Rude and bad guy. I hope this one would be resolved. Because as as customers, we have the right to get the best service. I respect these delivery guys but it seemed like this guy, did not show any. I won't let it pass by without getting any action. Respect should always be there, no matter what.

I'm not sure if this is considered a complaint but please hear me out.
I order mobile cases (4 cases) from a store which I gave 4 stars on 2 of the items I ordered. It was 5-starts at first, then I edited the rating on the 2 items to 4-stars because my first reaction was that I was not super happy. But the next day as I was using the case with the 4-start rating, it changed my mind and I started loving the item.
My concern is that I can no longer edit my rating, add comment or photos. The thing is, I really want to help the seller and give the correct rating. I know it was a mistake of mine but it would be nice if I can still edit within 2-3 days before the system locks my rating for good.

I ordered an item and indicated the color I wanted (using the seller's color options) but I was delivered a different color. I initially requested for a refund/exchange but seller said that I had to send back the item first. I informed the seller that it was such a hassle because there is no courier near my place. I instead cancelled the request for refund/exchange and gave the seller a 1-star rating. Seller backfires and also gives me a 1-star rating even if I paid them for the wrong item.

I am a regular customer from shopee. That time i have 5 pending orders for delivery. 1 of they came twice so i pay twice also. I decided to return the items agreed by the seller. But they refused to pay the shipping fees. I ask shopee what to do because it is not the seller and me as well whose on fault. The courier delivered even my cancelled order. Shopee gave me the guarantee that they will pay for the shipping fee that i spent. Everytime i follow up they are taking me for granted. They always told me to wait 48 hrs. And the last was to wait for 7 days. Why? I found it so unfair. Shopee ia not honest to their customers. Yah, so easy to order but when we request for refund, they are giving me a hard time. They dont even answer my questions properly now. They even dropped our conversation. They are so annoying! And now may shopee wallet is deactivated eventhough it have money on it.

I have been emailing customer support team of shopee 2 weeks ago, they have replied a few of my queries but up to now there's no update, and the issue of commision fee charged on my account is still not resolved. You see, I am just an ordinary seller of shopee, but all my buyers order since May 17, this year begun to charge me commission fees, other than the transaction fee. This is really frustrating since I am not a verified shopee mall seller since, havent applied for it and my shop has no Mall logo on it like other big sellers are.. I have send them the excel form document(w/c I downloaded it in my account at shopee) of all the successful orders made since may 17 up to present, and it range about 52+ thousand pesos of commission fees total since may 17th 2019 this year. And shopee is not acting upon it since I submitted the documents they asked, they never replied.. I have send them an email asking for update but they are redirecting my concerns now.. why cant they just remove the commission fees charged? Im so frustrated, I need to open a new account and start all over again if this stil not resolved. My shop is losing me money due to high commision fees instead of gaining. I only get few penny for my hardwork..

I have this seller on your eCommerce website that is not only fraudulent, but deep fake with fake and non-existence items displayed all over their page. The contact numbers are not going through and i have become a victim of their scheme to no receive an item after making payment to the account they use in this scam. I paid directly to them from their website for over 3 weeks now and since then nothing has happened.

I ordered an item from shopee through panalodealsph. panalodealph posted the photo on the message sent to me i said it is not the same as i ordered. But panalodealph still sent the item without approval from me. Then i posteda message that all is want is a refund and i dont want to argue. But panalo dealph is forcing me to accep the item. I've ordered this item 2 weeks ago but a while ago I've decided yo cancel this order because after I've reviewed the seller's account I found out that theres no review of the item mentioned unlike with the others & afraid & thinking that this shop was a scammer but then this seller disputed my cancel request. I've decided to chat on him/her directly telling to grant my request & give my refund since I've paid already my transaction thru OTC payment but he/she told me that the item was in the transit already & sending me a link for me to be able to click to track my order but if I click it's a website link without security so I didn't proceed with the tracking whatsoever she/he telling me. I've canceled my refund request believing on him that my purchased item was on the transit like what he/she telling me but then I've just found out that the transaction has been completed already & stoled my money already & asking only for me to rate with the purchased item but wait how can I be able to rate his product without receiving any item from their shop my goodness!, I'm bot worried with the small amount I've paid to them but on their consience burning out into the hell everytime they scammed many people everyday. This was my first try out experience on shopee & by the way I've scammed twice not just once on shopee but luckily I've refunded my payment from the other one, thank God!
