Shopee Not giving exact change

My parcel with tracking number SPEPH020681874954 is delivered today May 1 at 2:46 PM. May parcel costs P767 and i gave P1,000 bill. He gave me P320 for my change. I asked, Kulang po ata ng P4, he said, wala kasi akong barya Maam, P2 lang po meron, ok lang po ba? I said, sige hayaan mo amin na P2.

I am not compaining here for P2 pero syempre yunh binili ko ay para sa mini shop namin, yung P2 na hindi binigay ay loss sa store namin.

Gusto ko lang sana na lagyan ng Shopee Express ng policy ang mga riders to always have change or ask for barya nalang as oayment if wala sila. Huwag sanang maging kasanayan ng Shopee riders ang ganyan. Mahirap magdeliver alam ko, sa part din namin na small time business owners mahirap din kumita ng pera, so maging patas sana.

Desired outcome: Sana magkaroon ng policy to always have change or give exact change sa mga Shopee riders.

Shopee Allowing Seller with Fake products

Shopee knowingly allows Sellers on their site selling FAKE products and Sellers who sell SCAM products... Many times I have had to fight Shopee to get refund on products listed as 100% Original by sellers, even when I prove sellers misrepresented their products, Shopee still gives more rights to their FAKE & SCAM sellers than to me, a Platinum buyer... Shopee is only interested in getting their commission and generating as much revenue as possible... I have bought from Shopee over the last 8 or 9 years, at least 50-60 percent of Sellers are liars and scammer s

Shopee Shopee pay voucher

I have gained a RM5 shopee pay voucher discount with minimum purchase of RM10 during 25 April Shopee pay day, at Payday mission game. However, when I pressed refund to amend sth for the product purchased, I didnt get back my voucher. I have contacted Shopee live agent and they say the voucher needs 24-48 hours to be refunded, in fact the voucher is going to be expired before 11.59pm on 25 April. Hence, I really feel that Shopee is not efficient in managing it, and this is not the first time I encounter problem with the voucher.

For the previous issus, it is also similar to payday mission voucher. At that time, I order a product, and after a few days, the seller still haven't made any shipment for the product. Shopee made the decision to auto cancel my order without approaching me, and this my voucher to burn, as the expiring date is on the date I order the goods. I really feel that Shopee is not efficient in dealing with the issue.

Shopee Scam

Runner from shopee express requested i pay rm1 advance for withdrawal fee on my COD order if i want paying with online banking. I’m never got this issues until she. Please make clear, shopee! No function lah free shipping voucher if i got hide payment on my items.

Shopee Shopee malaysia is a scam company. If you receive wrong or damaged products, shopee will not honor your claim and cancel your request.

I ordered packets of crisps on Shopee and received the products all squashed and crushed with one packet actually burst opened. I sent the photos to Shopee who claimed that my photos were not good enough and repeatedly threaten to cancel my claim. However, their Help Center Customer Service officers reviewed my photo evidence and agreed that my photos were clear evidence of damaged products. I have already contacted the Shopee Help Center 5 times and each time, I had to wait at least half an hour to be connected to a customer service officer and each customer service officer I spoke to said that they will escalate my case to their management but the next day, the same useless dispute agent from the Dispute Team will write to me again to threaten to cancel my claim because he wanted 360 degrees photos but he only requested for the additional photos 5 days later and after I had repeatedly asked for a response. He should have asked for the additional photos from the beginning when I still had all the boxes but instead, he kept silent for 5 days and did not respond to my queries. I had already thrown away the boxes after 3 days as the boxes were filthy and could attract rats with the opened packet of crisps. Shopee has trained their Dispute team to thwart and cheat the customers from their rightful claims.

In another previous claim where the seller has sent the wrong size items and which Shopee has verified back to me that they agreed the wrong size items were sent, Shopee offered to compensate me only RM5 instead of the full refund of RM23.26 (Shopee is so cheapskate!). To make matters worse, Shopee then proceeded to cancel my claim without even refunding me the paltry RM5 that they offered because I did not accept their offer within 2 days. They did not send me any email notification about the cancellation deadline and I did not know that I am supposed to check on the app everyday. However, they had the facility to send me a notification about the cancellation after they had gone ahead and cancelled the claim so why didn't they send me an email to warn me about the cancellation deadline.

I am not the only customer experiencing this shabby treatment by Shopee as I have heard of numerous similar complaints by other Shopee users. Lazada is definitely a far better platform.

Desired outcome: Shopee should apologize and give a full refund for the damaged products. The photos are clear evidence of damaged products and Shopee being a big-cap company should not try to scam its customers.

Shopee Shipping

I am a seller in Shopee, recently i sold an item and the shipping arrangement is under Shopee Xpress. Apparently my location does not have any drop off point and i was told to arrange my own shipping. After the item were shipped and customer received the item, Shopee charged me RM75.00 for shipping that they never arranged. I have not even claim my shipping cost to them but they can charge me a whopping RM75.00 for something they NEVER DO!

Shopee Follow up

I wanr to verify my new shopee account as the old account I have is alrradh I accessible. I have filled out a form about requesting to delete my old account so I can use my ID to verify my new account. But thw axcount deletion has not been proceased. For days I have been back and forth with customer support advising me it wpuld only take 24 to 48 hours to be processed but its been a week now. I just want to verify my new account. Why ia it so hard for you to do it. Ivw submitted my ID and followed your process yet no one seem to be able to help me.

Desired outcome: I want my new account verified ASAP.

Shopee voucher

Our company provided a voucher worth 500 pesos and I tried to use it in 3 diff stores, 3 diff products. I was able to get 2/3 orders. The other one worth 360 pesos. I waited for almost a month but the seller suddenly cancelled the order w/o prior notice. So, I attempted to use the voucher code again but was denied bec the code was used already. I called their cs and told me abt the "terms and conditions" that regardless if the order was complete or cancelled, I can only use the voucher ONCE. I also chatted multiple rep , the first one told me to help me use my voucer again (maybe, just to get a good survey). After 24 hours, another agent responded, ask me to send a screenshot of the error I'm getting when trying to use the code again. Surprisingly, after 24hrs, the nxt agent asked for a screenshot again like, WHAAAT? So to end this story, my voucher got expired and the last agent told me they can't renew it anymore.

Shopee Tikar getah(rubber mat)

I request refund from shopee last few days but until now, no action was taken. This is because I have not received my item which suppose to be received on 9/Apr/22..but until today, 12/Apr still nothing. Shopee is delaying my request for no reason. The seller also did not refund my money even though the seller already know that I still did not receiy the item. Seller should be responsible on the item that they sold. They should follow up until customer receive the item.

Shopee Poor Customer service and questions

My number is tied to my previous Facebook account which I am no longer using. I have an apple account created but unbinding the phone number becomes a hassle which require support from customer service.

I have called and wrote in to Shopee via email and they require information such as photo and address.

I called in to Shopee and they told me the required fields are optional and does not allow me to speak to a manager.

(i) what is the form of verification when I am calling directly from my phone and email shopee using my email which is tied to my Shopee account.

(ii) does your staffs need to undergo training to understand communication as well as handling verification?

Desired outcome: Please find other form of verification method to unbind when they is email or phone OTP. We are not in a country using old technology

This is not the first time I use this product and I know very well how to use it. But this is the first time I bought this product from Shopee and the product is totally no use.

I bought most of the items from online websites like Shopee, Lazada, Ezbuy, Amazon, Q0010 and I am also a repeat customer if the product is authentic like Shopee seller "Osakakuma SG". IF the product received is different from what they posted normally I request for return and refund cos I feel not comfortable with the product and normally it is a fake product. Like other online shopping websites except Shopee they arrange the courier and pick up the product and receive the refund within a week.

When I received this item "Breathe Right Nasal Strips" from Shopee seller "Styli_SG" the product came without a "gsk" sign that is different from the seller posted and I requested to return the product and refund but got rejected.

I am not requesting the refund only without returning the product. I should have the right to return and get a refund if the product received is different from what was posted.

There is only one reason why sellers are afraid to take back their product: what is so called "100% authentic" is that their product is fake and once sold they don't want to take back the product.

When I used the product from Shopee and the product from other seller Dessertcart, the product difference can see clearly in below pictures:

This product is not the toy, If the toy is not authentic still can use it anyway.

But buying this product is to help to breathe better so I can sleep better. But this strip totally does not stick in the nose, buy for what?

Anyway what I realised is that not all the products from Shopee are 100% authentic and need to be careful before buying from Shopee and I'll also post those pictures to social media so that more people are aware and can avoid if they want to buy product from this seller "Styli_SG from Shopee", ended up u got rubbish product and can only be throw away.

Shopee Shipping systems and couriers for cancelling my orders most of the time even if it has been shipped out and already in my town.

I want shopee to provide other couriers that will never delay my orders and cancel it. Like J&T courier I heard it’s more reliable and best effective for delivering orders. Kindly not set 1 courier as a default to ship orders because waiting way too long is such a waste of time and never worth the time especially if the order/s will be cancelled sooner or later. That sucks so bad. So kindly change your ways in your couriers. Do it because your ways right now break hearts. Take notes shopee. Thanks.

Desired outcome: Adding more couriers like J&T courier that works 100% effective in delivery.

Shopee Nails art products and refund related issues

Shopee is so scam, shopee is the international website and connect sellers and buyers. They say we are not the responsible for the wrong package as we are not the delivering!

I contacted many times to executive and also, many times contacted on email. No replies no email and also executive says that, our team will contact you but they never.

I have recently complainted and asked them to call me back. If they agreed and call me back, l'll ask them for frund compensation or l'll complaint legally now!
