I used to have many thousands of points but stop shopping because of customer thankfullness from staff which I believe originates from the Manager, I bought my Tv, cell phone and a lot of groceries and lots of 100 dollar mastercards, but I stopped, my optimum # is [protected], you can look up this. Now I continued anyway buying the odd thing and continued with the pharmacy which is pretty good but now Im thinking to change and moving to another because of three incidences over the last year even with the manager and the floor staff, not the pharmacy, I have dates and times these happened, well if you care I can send you the three incidences, we will see your response

I got a notice telling my statex was ready for pick up
I went to the store and the boy there gave me my medication and told me it was 25.00 approximately I the informed him it was covered under WSIB
I stood there for 10 minutes when the pharmacy manager came to help ... I gave them my WSIB number and they insisted I needed a card ? I informed them that just the number would be good they snickered as they looked at each other ... I told them I would go do another errand and come pick it up later ...
In the mean time I call WSIB and she informed me the pharmacy never put it though because they don't see it at their end... but she told me there was no problem to pick it up..
I come back later now with WSIB on the phone with me and now the pharmacy manager tell me it's Co pay of 5.99 and I have to pay it.. as she is walking by not stopping to talk to me at all... I then told WSIB what she told me (the pharmacy manager) WSIB called the pharmacy and spoke with a different pharmacist because the manager at this time did not want to service me ... how disrespectful and she is the manager ... now all the pharmacie assistant are rolling their eyes...
Another pharmacist came and assisted me she was very appropriate and kind cleared up the problem

they have a job because we the client go there without the client these people would have no jobs .

I will return to this pharmacy because they think I will leave as the service is horrible ... but I won't I will complain every time I have a problem ..

I went in to the Shoppers Drug Mart yesterday afternoon at approximately 2:30pm. Approached the pharma service counter where asked a bout a script sent over by a Dr. I don't not recall the ladies name but she called it was a pain to find the script after being told that we went to that store for script but usually use store on st clair street in chatham, ontario. We left frustrated and empty handed as she wouldn't even look into the data base to see if the script had been presented.
Considering leaving shoppers drug mart services to seek services elsewhere. This is unacceptable behaviour as patient was suffering from health related issues and got no help from this store and went home empty handed. I believe the product will be picked up today at the shoppers on st. clair street in chatham but im sure this will be the last dealing with shoppers.
On behalf of Stella Sofroniou...didnt expect this behaviour from a snotty old lady that was too lazy to do her job, very unprofessional and is gonna cost you a customer who has been a long time customer of shoppers for many products, not just prescription services.

I am contacting you and would like correspondence with regard to the following incident.
I took my friend to the 420 Queen street Shoppers location yesterday afternoon between 2:30 & 3 pm on Oct 7, 2019 to pick up a prescription. Approached the pharma service desk and explained to the clerk that the customer usually deals with the shoppers drug mart at 416 St. Clair street in Chatham but had stopped at this location to have the script filled because she had recently moved and this location was more convenient. We feel we were treated quite rudely and were told that it would be a pain and timely to get the information on the script and have it filled at this queen street location. I understand now from talking with the service people at the 416 St. Clair store that all this individual would've had to do was call the 416 St. Clair location to gain information about the script but failed to provide a quality service to the customer. We were certainly not treated with respect and even offered to contact the Dr office about the script. The clerk even rolled her eyes at us at this point in the conversation and again stated it will be a "timely process". I don't recall the clerks name at this point but i will make it available in a follow up complaint as when i have time i will attend the 420 Queen street store to gather the clerks name so it can be added to the complaint. We were told that it would be a "timely process" and that the process would be a "pain". I work in a customer service environment and would be reprimanded for such behavior at my job and feel that this clerk needs a refresher course on how to treat customers of Shoppers Drug Mart.
Upon checking your records you will see that the script was picked up today Oct. 8, 2019 at the 416 St. Clair in Chatham store by the patient Stella Sofroniou whom was told at this time as she notified this clerk of the experience on Oct. 7, 2019 that all the clerk at the 420 Queen street location had to do was make a call to the 416 St. Clair store. This is unacceptable behavior as the patient went home without the script because she wasn't feeling well enough at the time to travel to the other end of town to the 416 St. Clair location. This customer has recently moved and the 420 Queen street location would've have been a convenient stop had the service been good. Stella's Dr is in Blenheim and this 420 Queen street location is directly on the way back from Blenheim as the customer returned to go home. As a result Stella suffered throughout the night and didn't sleep well as a result yet had to be up early morning to prepare for a day at work. Very unacceptable and a negative experience with Shoppers staff at the 420 Queen street location.
I am stating again that i will follow up with the clerks name and would like further correspondence about this experience. I can be reached via email at barryapatrick@hotmail.com and you will hear from again in the near future with the name of this individual. We left the store frustrated and not happy as we feel that we were not treated with good customer service. We have been loyal customers of Shoppers Drug Mart and this experience has really set a mindset that doesn't favor the Shoppers drug Mart experience. This experience was absolutely ridiculously and no call for customers being treated this way if not for your customers you wouldn't have a Shopper's Drug Mart.

They need to monitor the cars that continually park right in front of the store making it difficult to enter the parking lot. My father in law was almost hit when a car did not see him between two illegally parked cars. I made a quick stop today and was 12th in line at the check out. Instead of tellers trying to persuade us to use self check out how about opening another one?

Until a few months ago I purchased Ban deodorant at my Shoppers Drug Mart always finding it on the bottom shelve, a product I had used all my life, yet the last time I shopped it was nowhere to be found, so I ended up with Old Spice stick...today not finding it again I asked an employee what gives ?, and he said Shoppers are not carrying the brand anymore...as a consumer and long standing customer I don't understand... hearing that companies often have to provide incentives to be higher in the shelve made me wonder If that was the cause knowing it was at the bottom for some time...my question is will you provide a legitimate answer or am I forced to go to another drug store for ONE product ?...I would like to relay a positive experience finding out that Shoppers provides blister packs for my medications a vast improvement to organizing my own pills, now in my second month and enjoying the service very much !

Last night I went shopping and spent Total of $64.76 before tax Total bill was $73.18 On account of I don't own a cell phone so I didn't get the 20 times the points. I am very upset that you only get them if you have this app I feel that Shoppers " AKA Loblaws " is DISCRIMINATING against people who don't have a cell phone. I have not received this promotion many time since Loblaws has taken over Shoppers.
I am a senior and know off other seniors that can't take advantage of this prom for the same reason. I enjoy shopping at your stores but if I have to I will start shopping a a Rexall.
I would like to hear back from someone on this matter and how you plan to rectify this. I am so upset that if I don't get the points that are owe to me You will force me to forward this complain to various News papers and other Medias.

Good afternoon,
When I phone the post office no one answers because the clerk could be anywhere in the Shoppers Drug store. That part I understand. Cutting staff to increase the corporates profit is the norm. However, the phone call lands at the pharmacy where someone puts me on hold and the call is not transferred. After waiting for ten minutes I simply hang up and call again. Could someone please explain to the managers that people calling the post office are just as important as people standing in front of the post office counter. I don't always have the time to walk over to Shoppers Drug to get a short answer to a simple question.

Because you have a piece of blue plastic that the lid sits on.
most body lotions do not have that, and you can turn it on it's side and are able

The employee in the cosmetics dept refused to allow me to use my accumulated points towards my purchase. When I asked her why, she said they were only allowed to use points when the customer advised prior to checking out. When I refused to proceed with the transaction, she alerted security, and was abusive. I shop regularly at SDM and buy all goods for my household. My family spends an average of 700.00 per month at your store. I have never in my 70 years been treated in such shocking manner. I will no longer shop in your store as my treatment felt racially motivated. Please investigate this employee.

pc financial master card
I sign up to pc financial master card back in july with the promotion 100000 points. I receive my card and made purchase on it and make payment and two months later, no points has honour to my pc optimum. So I phone pc financial in early september and they said to wait abit longer, so I waited and no pints. I called again two weeks later, they said to call pc optimum so I did, and they don't know why because my pc financial master card has a different name on it. But my master card I physically receive has my name on it. This is very confusing when I hear this. So they said my mastercard pc financial profile doesn't match my pc optimum profile, they can't verify the account, of course they can't, because it's a name that I do t recognize that is on my account. So after talking on the phone with both pc optimum agent and pc financial agent for over an hour, they give me case number and suggested they will honour my points only if I deactivated my old card and re apply a new card. Which I did right away, and I have the confirmation email of my new application. When I called back later, the pc optimum agent said my case already closed, the agent name is (prince). Shocking, wow this is unbelievable. This is not my mistake to start with and I had to go through all that and find out my case is closed. So emailed the agent back today. With a new case number reference to my old case. Still the new agent of course can't honour my points or help me because it not in his job. So i'm stuck. This is terrible service and breach of information that pc financial has someone name on my account.
