Sonic Drive-In Masks

I am not complaining so say, but I've been to Two Sonics lately one in Heber Springs & other Batesville Arkansas. It is pointless for the workers to wear mask if they are not worn properly. Most have their mouth only covered & not nose. One removed her mask to stick her tongue out at a customer (I am assuming a friend)
The workers need to understand if they truly want protected nose & mouth both need covered

I went through a drive in service in Amelia Ohio on Beechmont Ave. and the girl at the window and 2 people bagging the food, none of them had masks nor gloves. If they do not care of being safe, I will not be going there again.

So my husband just started working for the city and his coworkers notified him of the discount Sonic offer to employees. We decided to drop by for dinner. After we ordered the Manager, Bree (231) was very hateful about educating that my husband was not allowed to order after hrs or for me( his wife)..There's a nice way to explain things and that she cannot...

Sonic Drive-In Food

On Sunday May 3, 2020 I placed an online order using the Sonic App to the Sonic at 265 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road, Charlotte, NC 28214.
Check # 58010
The Sonic App stopped working so I was unable to notify the staff that I was waiting. I was in stall 7, Carhop was Alicia, and I had to press the red button twice to get service.
The strawberry "fresh fruit" slush was watered down and the strawberries were not ripe. The root beer was flat. The cherry limeade had no lime taste to it.
The corn dog and two pretzels were cold. Mustard was requested and not given.
The server was not wearing gloves or a mask
I am requesting a full refund.

Sonic Drive-In App

I'm very upset with your policy that apparently all the local restaurants have. I use my app quite often to get drinks and usually some food or snack. The app was down for two days. The first day it just said you were having issues and were working on it. The second day said you were doing maintenance. I understand that problems arise with apps. My problem is that I feel the restaurant should honor the happy hour prices when you mention it. I understand that you can't give it to everyone that comes through but if someone tells you that the app isn't working they should compensate. I was very disappointed with sonic for not making up for your app being down.

Sonic Drive-In manager and employee

I do not have the receipt anymore but about 2 weeks ago I took my family to eat at sonic in lockhart tx which we do fairly often and from time to time things happen no big deal, but on this day when we got home, about 15-20 min from town we realized they messed up a few things and got my burger completely wrong so we called up to talk to the manager and when the employee who answered the phone talked to the manager he forgot to mute it and him and the manager where talking [censored] about who was on the phone and when the manager got on the phone I told him you need to mute the phone if ur going to be talking [censored] about its customers and he hung up the phone without saying anything. Instead of going back up there to confront them both my wife had me contact the website for a complaint. They responded over an email but I contacted them again because it was a manager acting this way and I wanted to speak with someone and still have not got one call back. I am filing this complaint for the 3rd time and if I can not get a call back I will contact corporate and try to proceed that way. Thank you for your time. Johnny davis.

The Sonic Drive in on Golden Triangle in Keller we're not wearing gloves at all. The car hops as well as the drive through we're using bare hands. We are all suppose to be taking precautions and my son works at Taco Bell and has to wear gloves when dealing with any food or drive thru order.

Sonic Drive-In Unprofprofessial gm and managers

How you going to be general manger and smoking dope with your employees. I comes to Sonic Mostly everyday and i see things just not appropiate at all some of the young guys carphop be smelling like weed, pants hanging off they waist. Sonic Drive-In This place is slow, ride, and run by kids

Last night I was in drive-thru for 32minutes! All I ordered was a sundae. There were only 4 cars at the kiosks and 7 in drive thru; I was 3rd in line. The person at the window is what was holding us all up. Instead of asking him to pull forward, they had us all wait. At 30mins in, an employee brought the car behind a bag of ice but he didn't pay for it and he stayed in line. Why bring out a bag of ice only to keep the person in line so it could melt all over his truck. Then they brought out the person in front of me two ice cream products which apparently wasn't hers, because the employee took it back in but he person paid the employee. I stopped the employee who brought the ice and asked them to tell the guy in the head of the line to move forward. All she said was that she would bring out my ice cream - but it never came. I got out of line and called the mgr who sounded like a 14yr old.
The mgr said they were extremely busy and everybody was working hard. They were not. When I pulled into the drive-thru, an employee was at the curb laughing and talking to two cars there - they were obviously friends. The girls in drive thru were eating their ice cream and going back and forth and laughing and playing. The one kept looking at the line but not doing anything. The mgr said that it wasn't their policy to ask the first guy in line to move forward so they could help others. The first time I went here, I went to the curb but it took so long that I decided I would never do that so I started going thru drive thru. Every time I go it is slow and I have complained before but only get platitudes. Last night was beyond a nightmare. The mgr didn't care and therefore the employees didn't care. This place needs their employees and their managers retrained and reminded that their patrons pay their paychecks. If the owner doesn't care, then that's just too sad. I won't be back. There are too many other places to go and I don't need to patronize a business that doesn't value my money.

The address for this place is 3601 W Hunt Hwy, SanTan Valley Az

I submitted a complaint about this place that is run by kids who like to play and a manager who sets that tone - If the manager doesn't care, neither do the employees. After I submitted it, I noticed that there was no address so now I have to do an update and I need to write at least 350 characters. So here we go: Do not visit this Sonic unless you want to waste your time or you are teenagers looking for a place to visit your friends who are getting paid to do nothing. Come on kids, don't you know how to serve your customers? How do you like it when you go to a place that treats you lousy?
Remember, some day, you will be old - you may not grow up but you will get old.

Same as above I just left didn't place order its just not how you do business though .If a person can't understand what your asking they can't answer so instead of asking me maybe to go to another stand to order she started yelling and what she was asking I had already answered .Guess it wasn't a good day and we are dealing with a virus no reason to not understand peoples request or to try and antagonize someone .

Sonic Drive-In Service

No one at the sonis drive in located in Doniphan, Mo . seem to be in charge !
if you ask to speak to the manager no matter what time of day he/she is not there . in the last three weeks i have been to this location 4 times, all four times i have tried to order onion ring only to be told that they are OUT of onion rings . now it seems to me that someone at this location would be in charge of ordering supplies for the place but apparently not ! and i can understand the problem since there is never a manager there . or if they are there you are not allowed to talk to them ! 4 tries in 3 weeks seem like
too many to be just oh im sorry we are out of those !

so i have made the choice to just not return to Sonic Drive In at any of thier locations for fear they are all the same in the way they treat thier coustomers ...

When I got back to work with my sandwich, it didn't have anything on it.. no mayo, lettuce or tomato. Just bread and meat. On top of that, I had to wait almost 15 minutes for it... no sorry for you inconvenience or nothing. It was a very DRY sandwich... I was very unsatisfied. Sonic Drive-In Products and service

I visited this location on 3/5 and got home to find my order was incorrect. I sat in the drive thru for a long time. Instead of a second tater tot I had a large fry. The young lady gave me a super large drink and told me they were out of large cups.
My son insisted on visiting again on 3/7 and instead of the drive thru, I used the car hop. It took about 15 minutes before they took my order. The machine to pay was out of order. The guy had to come get my credit card. Once my order came, it was incorrect. I asked for a medium strawberry sundae with wet nuts. Instead I got a strawberry sundae with "caramel on top". Yes, it sounds awful. The guy went back and remade it but brought me a pack of dry nuts instead. It was not a medium, it was far less ice cream than the first one. On top of this I ordered a large chicken tender meal but got a medium. When I told the guy he just said "well they only charged you for a medium". When I got home my foot long hot dog was awful. The hotdog itself was dense/tough. I could not eat it, I trashed it. Between these two events, I am very reluctant to visit Sonic anymore. Perhaps management can do something about these issues. Service is very poor at this location and it doesn't seem it was just bad on one visit.

Sonic Drive-In Long wait

I stoped in at the Monroe, MI Sonic Drive-In to get shakes for my woman and myself. After ordering, we waited 45 minutes and still had not received our order, (a chocolate shake and a banana shake). We called back in and were told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes longer so we told them we were leaving and we did. 1 HOUR for 2 shakes is far too long for any server.

Nobody working is wearing hair nets there was a hair in an ice cream we bout and when confronted they employees where rude this should really be addressed its disgusting to find someones hair in your order and they should be wearing hair nets. The employees aslo tried to charge me for 4 orders of french toast sticks when i ordered only 1. This is poor customer service

Sonic Drive-In Bacon cheeseburger combo

I ordered a large bacon cheeseburger combo with no onions or ketchup, tater tots. and a large coke. Got home, burger was cold and with the things i didn't ask for on it. tater tots were hard and the coke taste like water. Very 😡!, and hungry.already had to wait forever.paid to much for. It to be messed up. Money hard to come by these days to waste.

Sonic Drive-In Diet Cherry Limeade

Hi,

I was sad to get my usual Diet Cherry Limeade which I love, only this time to get what I call red Sprite.Not flavorful at all. There were no limes or cherries in the drink. That was the best part. Definitely didn't taste at all like lime. Do I have to ask for the fruit now or was I given a badly made drink ? I would have returned it but went thru the drive thru and didn't try it til I got home. Please let me know if the drink has changed because if it has then I'm never ordering it again.
