How do you get a Grande Stacker that looks like the one in your advertisement? Tried the Grande Stacker Box at 2 different locations and it was mostly the flour tortilla. There was hardly enough filling in it. Looked nothing like your ad photo. Had to open it out and spread the filling around to cover the tortilla so at least we had something to taste other than just tortilla. Also you don't even have any type of a taco on the value menu. You took off the $1 Nacho Crunch Double Stacked Taco which was wonderful. Actually would rather get that then the Grande Stacker.

I ordered to beef burrito supremes and cinnamon sticks, I got the bag that had the sealed for you sticker but no cinnamon sticks. I drove 1/2 mile to my home and immediately sat down to eat COLD burritos and not even close to beef in it.

I find this Taco Bell on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville, Tn is notorious for this never get it right. My calls have apparently fallen on deaf ears. Once again you all have ripped me off. Dont worry it wont happen again trust me.

I take my kids to Mexican because I know we can get good vegetarian protein ( we eat meat, but I don't allow poor quality meet, therefore we don't order meat at fast food). I don't do burgers or Chick fillet. Today If I could have backed out of the line, I would have. The person taking my order took pity on us and suggested a veggie Gordita. So tastily, but WAY too many carbs. I won't grace another Taco Bell line unless extreme measures demand it. I will go to Dell Taco until you sell tostadas. We have been regular customers. I have a lot of vegetarian friends who also are incensed at the loss of a few great veggie items at fast food. I just can't come back. Tostadas are all I'm willing to eat at taco bell. In So Call I can just as well go to Del Taco. And so I shall.

I order the nacho box with the two chalupas the cashier said she would not honor the chalupa for steak only ground beef. I wanted the two chalupa for me and my wife to eat along with the nacho's. So I told them I would purchase the two steak taco's but that I was going to resiter a complaint the coupons say nothing about not getting one over the other.. Just that you must pay for menu price for the free one.

I dont know if you can take care of this but I believe I am owed at least one steak chaluipa but for my trouble I want two. If I get nothing well my explications of taco bell customer service will remain the same.

All of the listed Taco Bell food products listed above have been removed from the dollar menu and what I usually ordered. Now that they are no longer available I will no longer be a customer of Taco Bell. Good luck sustaining a demand for customers. The diminishing of the dollar selection menu has been occurring for the past year and is deplorable.

1 was trying to place very simple order: 2 seven layers boritos and 1 large mountain dew. Had to repeat it about 10 times loudly and person still did not get it, placed 2 drinks instead of 1, been making other errors. She called for supervisor, and supervisor lady were either under influence or just low life attitude, she told me that i can go. I bearly was able to get my visa card from them, then placed this order in another local Taco Bell restaurant without problem

On Thursday July 9, 2020, at 7:33:23 PM, I used the drive-thru line to order 6 Beef Soft Tacos and 3 Beef Crunchy Supreme Tacos for my family. When I got home, I noticed the Crunchy Supreme tacos did not have sour cream, very little meat and lots of tomatos and lettuce, which I paid the price for the Supreme. I did take a picture of the hard taco, if you needed it as proof. Aso, the soft shells were skimpy looking with less fillings of everything.
We all were disappointed especially, waiting to enjoy their meal. This is the second time at this Taco Bell and will not go back. The customer service was good but the tacos were poorly made for service.
Loation of the Store: Taco Bell 002674, 121 N. McDade Blvd., Glenolden, Pa. 19035. Order 671006, #506., total including taxes was $15.17. I am requesting a refund or coupons for future tacos productsfrom any Taco Bell. I was also advised by other family members and their friends, that this type of behavior is a norm how skimpy the tacos are at that location. This concerns need to be addressed with the staff and retrained on how the products should be made accordingly to your standards.

I love Taco Bell and eat there a lot. My daughter and I both love the pineapple freeze and get them during happy hour a couple of times a week and they are always $1 like the menu board at Drive-through says. Today we went through and were told a different price. When I said something I was told that her manager said it didn't matter what the menu board said and to charge $1 and change. I said they had to charge what the advertised price was. Every other person has charged $1. The drive thru line was long so my daughter just paid it and we left. She never offered a receipt and the price never showed on the screen where we ordered. I find this a little strange. This occurred at the Taco Bell in Cleveland, Georgia. Jo. Ann Hamilton
