I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and got nothing more that a little beef and a splash of sour cream, the other burritos had no cheese or onions, and the tacos had so little cheese it is laughable. Paying for a product is what I expect to get NOT a tortilla and some taco shells. Reaching out to the workers and management was useless and I was told to "just file a complaint".

Taco Bell Food, refund and customer service

May 17th, I had someone to take me (due to medical reasons, I’m unable to drive myself) to Taco Bell (store # 838611). I purchased a party pack for $25.48 cash.

When I got home and started to eat, I realized the taco had an odor and a bad taste.

I tried another one and the same thing happen. I immediately call the restaurant to inform them of the situation (I keep the tacos a couple of days, hoping to take them back to the restaurant). I phoned several times and an automatic system keep saying to call back later. I phone the customer service line to informed them of what happen so that I can get this rectified. I was informed by customer service, since I paid cash that a supervisor would have to give me a call back in 2-3 days. I waited and no call. I called customer service again and was informed the same thing. I waited another 2-3 days and no phone call. I phone customer service again on rday June7th, this time I was informed that since I wanted a refund, I would need to go back to the store. I tried calling the store before I went to try to speak with the manager since I’m unable to drive but was unsuccessful. As I was explaining the situation with the woman who answer the phone, she hung up! This was at 5:17 p.m. I’m currently in a wheelchair and this is how I had to be transported to the store. I went into the store and asked to speak with the manager. The woman went to the back and came back shortly and informed me that she was the assistant manager and what can she do for me. I explained my situation to her and informed her that I had phoned earlier to speak with the manager so that I wouldn’t have to come to the store because of my physical condition. She informed me that the phone doesn’t work well because it only takes orders. I asked if it only take orders why did someone answer it and then hung up. She was at a loss for words. She informed me that since I had a large order, she couldn’t approve a refund, that the manager would have to do that. I asked her again, could she have the manager to come speak with me. A few seconds after leaving the counter I heard a loud NO! When the woman came back to the counter, she was speechless. I asked her for the manager’s name, and she wouldn’t say, she motioned for my cell phone and typed a name LaToya into it. I asked for her name, and she wouldn’t say. I informed her in a calm but firm voice that this is the most unprofessional customer service that I have ever had to experience. I informed the woman before leaving that I would be letting her corporate office know about it. I left the store without my situation being rectified and a little upset of the behavior of the employees.

Desired outcome: I would like to get a full refund for my purchase and an apology for those unprofessional employees. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Wasn't able to upload receipt to this message.

There closed they dinner hours 4pm and on the website it says close at 12 am and they didn’t take my order and told me to order self serve and they give me nasty food and it took them to give me 30 mins to give me my food if people don’t want to work they should be fired and hire someone they really need a job this is worst customer service experience I have had

My son was fired tonight for refusing to serve maggots that were in the food area. Two other employees were fired the night before for refusing to serve as well. My son even offered to clean or do anything else at the store but serve the food. He was told by the manager on shift to clock out and he was fired. I believe the manager’s name is Christian.

Taco Bell Supreme steak soft taco

I ordered two supreme steak tacos. They were both rolled up like taquitos. Both cold. Neither of them had sour cream or tomatoes, and one of the tacos had the ingredients halfway out of the soft shell into the wrapper. Just terrible steak, old cheese, and lettuce. The steak was tough and the chunks were too big. This location is always terrible, and I vowed not to return, but I decided to give it one last try because I was craving T Bell, and I didn't want to go out of my way. I have never sent a complaint before, but I'm sick of this. I will certainly not return to this location, regardless of my cravings. University Ave, Green Bay Taco Bell just lost a customer for good. Not that they give a damn.

Desired outcome: I would like to see an overhaul in staffing and management, since everyone they hire seems to be incompetent. But since I'll settle for my money back.

All thr food was made sloppy all taco shells were soggy, my grill cheese burrito had beans in it when website claims theres no beans. Food was cold. Taco Bell Customer Service

I walked into the establishment off 20 in Forest Hill because the drive through was blocked off because of a delivery being made; as soon as I came in and was standing at the register at 1104am, I was immediately asked to put in my order at the self service station and I asked the lady if I had to. She gave me an attitude right off the bat saying, "yes, you do" and I told her, "No, I'm good, thanks", she then says, "alright, you have a great day", in a sarcastic way. The gentlemen at the kiosk mentioned to me as I was walking away, "can you believe that", the lady must have told him the same thing and it was a massive inconvenience.

Desired outcome: No compensation needed; just wanted to inform you about the lack of customer service I had.

Taco Bell Mobile app and Pendleton Oregon store

At about 11:30 am on 04/01/2023 I tried to order with the mobile app. The app said "Check in at drive-thru speaker at 2001 SW Court Place Pendleton Oregon".

I did so. I was told they couldn't find my order. THEY WOULD NOT let me do an order from the drive-thru. The told me to leave. I am sure they had a big laugh about it after. I went away embarrassed, hungry and angry. You have a very rude staff. At least they show an old man how to use your Mobil app.

Desired outcome: I would like contacted and told why I was treated this way.

Taco Bell They don’t want my business

I went inside the Taco Bell on Schrock Road to place a to go order for myself and my family. There were people inside eating. There were workers on the drive through. There was one customer in front of me. Soon more people lined up behind me to order. We just continued to wait. No one ever acknowledged the people waiting inside the restaurant. We watched cars pull up, order, get food , leave, and we continued to be ignored. The person in front of me left. I waited a bit longer, but the workers seemed only concerned with the drive through line so I left to try a Taco Bell a little further from my home.

Desired outcome: It was very disrespectful to not even acknowledge any of us. Or simply say we’ll be with you in a moment.

Taco Bell Marketing loses. Laziness. Ignorance

Revenue loss. Will not deliver to city next to it!

Fuhgeddaboudit. It is 15 minutes out of your way to deliver to 14,000+ customers. YOU LOSE!

You have no idea the $ you are losing. Your local management is lazy!

I have offered a marketing revamp that will cost Taco Bell nothing except an increase in your net worth.
