I'm a employee at a Taco Bell franchise, and since November 2022 I have been harassed, bullied, threatened and intimidated by my manager. She has literally got in my face yelling and screaming Over and over again, speaks about me in a unprofessional way in Spanish to my co workers, singles me out and makes fun of me because I need extra help due to my disability. I brought this to HR after she was seen on camera getting close to my face and screaming and yelling, making me feel unsafe and because its a small franchise, HR knows her and all other parties Involved and didn't do anything about it. I had hours and wages lost due to me needing to switch my schedule because I feel unsafe around her and then yesterday, I said something about how messy the restaurant was and another shift leader thought I was talking to him and he said something in a loud tone to me about "Stop complaining and change your attitude!" But part of my disability is need for clean and organized work areas. I was not being out of control at all and she overheard him yell at me and she came straight Over and instead of asking what situation was, she immediately got in my face 3 times and told me to "calm down" when I said " I'm not doing anything, and you don't have a right to be in my face, she got closer and 2 different employee, one another manager, had to tell her to back up away from me 2 times! She has been extremely aggressive and out right mean since I told HR about the past situations. Now I'm afraid I will get fired because they always dismiss me and they ignore all the mistakes and mistreatment she has for employees and customers. She literally yells at customers, argues with customers and employees in front of customers. I'm going to sue for hostile work environment and my rights under ADA rules if I don't get action and follow through with this. Who can I call? Corporate told me they can't help because I'm not Corporate employee, but the contact I was told to call is also close to the HR lady, my bosses and if HR won't intervene, why would they help? Who do I call? Because I'm not going to be bullied and put in fear every day I work.
Desired outcome: Her termination from my work, my hours back and money for lost wages and pain and suffering the continued, non stop threatening, bullying and hostility I've encountered since November 2022.
My order
I spent time deciding to purchase the crunch wrap supreme combo, which was horrible. Just mostly bread, too sloppy to eat and disgusting in taste. I asked for guacamole, and they put it on the side, but unfortunately there is no way to unwrap a crunch wrap supreme without losing most of what is inside. Add that I ordered an ice coffee, and it was warm, not ice coffee and I wasn't informed that the Cinnabon ice coffee is highly artificially flavored sugar. I had already started on my way home but as soon as I saw another Taco bell, I pulled into the drive through so that at least I could salvage the ice coffee and exchange it. The guy in Edgewood (pa) refused to swap it out, stating that since I was honest (God forbid, and already admitted I purchased the ice coffee at a different Taco Bell) he flat out refused to help me in any way whatsoever. So, more time and gas money wasted. Now, I'm on hold for over 1/2 hour,. wtf?
Desired outcome: Replace the whole thing and keep in mind how frustrating this is. Both time, money and gas wasted on an inedible 'meal'. ugh
Service/management
So the manager at Taco Bell in Whiteland Indiana on RT 31 is disgusting. I have screen shots of how the store was opened and left by the manager named Lexi. She is overly rude to her customers as well and greets them unprofessionally.
Carissa the opening manager is favored by George who is the city leader and she doesn’t care about her employees. One of her employees just lost her dad weeks ago and the woman now has to pay all the bills while the manager cuts her hours because she doesn’t like her! She also has been seen back in the office just sitting there while there was only one employee on the line. How fair is that? Explain to me why this keeps going on?
There have been numerous complaints about this Taco Bell but nothing gets done. People of Whiteland often times do not like going there because of how the managers treat their customers and employees. They need a new management team! Including George who just lets everyone get by with everything. Carissa and Lexi are the problem.
Oh and two months ago George and Carissa were told about the outdated food permit! Two years old!
Desired outcome: Fire, Lexi and Carissa.
Manager attitude
I went into Taco Bell on Main Street in Freeland I went up to the counter . The employee stated the manager said I had to use kiosk . I asked the employee to please take my order. His response was I’m sorry my manager said you have to use the kiosk. He was showing me how to use it. I left without any food. I decided not to go into that establishment any more. And as far as I am concerned I won’t eat there again or any other one. If this how you treat paying customers I will no longer be one. My question is will she tell drive thru costumers to walk inside and use the kiosk. That manager has no business in her spot. The kiosk is there for the customer to use if they please. Not to be forced to use it!

I'm a frequent user of Taco Bell and have had many great meals over the yrs. Recent trip to Punt Cana Dom. Rep. and placed an order in the airport T.B. store for a Jose Cuervo margarita for $6 like the display ad listed from above. The counter person said to add Jose Cuervo it is $3 more. C'mon, nowhere in the display ad did it say to add $3 for the Jose Cuervo. In long line I paid it but was NOT happy about the bait & switch tactic. Why would your Co. allow/do this? I'm ashamed at this tactic. Just simply display the right price & product! I enjoyed the beverage but angry over the way it was displayed. I will add photo to this complaint.

Hello TB , I’ve been eating your enchirito for about 26 years and I love love love them .. you brought it back for a time .. I don’t understand why you can’t order them everyday . I have gotten my TB to make them but only certain employee’s will do it. Why is that ? If you have the ingredients why not just make them at all TB’s . They say they can’t because they don’t have the enchirito key but when I do get it they ring up a soft taco add extra beef and beans and onions and red sauce , cheese and SC . It cost more but I don’t care . Why not just bring it back full time . On FB we’ve got a enchirito site where 1000’s post about it. We all shared photos during the enchirito special . When so many people want it , why would you not put it back on the menu ? You brought back the Mexican pizza that I don’t care for . Please just bring it back or tell your stores to make it when it’s ordered . Some of your employees get rude when asked about making one , they say can’t do it or just no we can’t . It’s ridiculous! Purchased a gift card that had a zero balance
I purchased a gift card as a Christmas gift and when the recipient went to use it the Taco Bell gift card had a zero balance. I went to the restaurant where I purchased the gift card and they said they could not do anything, that I needed to contact the corporate office. I called the number and was told there was a 23 minute wait and that I could email them. I have emailed them twice and received no response. Today I tried to call again and every time I would enter the number 5 on the menu the call was immediately dropped.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $50
Basic quality control
This was the Supreme Taco that I received from this store, (Dine-In) [protected] It was in SO many pieces, that I don’t even know how they were able to wrap it, and WHY would they? I ordered on the taco bell app before I got there and expected to get it in a timely manner, it took 35 minutes to receive my food and when I finally got it there were 2 burritos missing, and the service was anything but courteous,
My order was placed at the Taco Bell in Aberdeen NC, yesterday the 17th of December at about 2:40 in the afternoon, plus the gentleman/miss whoever or whatever that was is completely unprofessional. I will not be ordering anything from this Taco Bell ever again.
Compromised app
My app was compromised resulting in me getting charged for two orders totaling almost $50, ordered on the same day within 10 min of each other. I live in Illinois and these orders were generated in California…. as soon as I got the emails, I immediately tried to call the store to cancel the orders but I only got an answering machine for a few hours. When I finally reached the store, I was told that the store couldn’t refund the fraudulent app purchase but to call the national Taco Bell number and they would be able to help me. I finally got a hold of someone at the national “800” number who told me that they also would not refund the orders which is so maddening! Now I have to jump through hoops and take so much of my time going thru my back, and canceling my card because your App is not secure and no one at Taco Bell is willing to help! Worst customer service EVER! I will no longer dine at Taco Bell, which we love because of the terrible customer service I was shown! The weird thing is that I had just gone to Taco Bell for the first time in a while the night before, and the cashier walked away from the window in the drive thru with my card (which I thought was strange at the time) and the next day my card was compromised at Taco Bell! I want to be refunded for these orders and I expect to receive something from Taco Bell for all of the stress and headaches that this has caused!
Desired outcome: Please refund these two orders that I did not place and tried immediately to cancel! I would like a response to this message and a refund please!!!

Manager Refused to let me add on item to order
I ordered $40 worth of food and I got to the window and asked if I could order one more thing. The Manager told me They was too busy I had to get back in line. Wouldn’t even let me pull up and wait like they always make you do. They only had 5 cars in line. This is the Taco Bell in Meraux Louisiana. Y’all lost $40 today and will lose a lot more than that because I’m not going back. This happened on 12/14/2022 at 2pm.

Not sure why but I've have had a few complaints on this location and nobody ever responds to any e-mail or these responses are going nowhere. I wish I can get a corporate response since the store doesn't but I will go to the BBB and Yum Yum corporate also. I sent this in a week ago or so. But the hard shell taco's were all soft. The beef enchirito was supposed to have extra red sauce and had none. Light onions requested and there were none. It was like everything that was requested was not done. At this point I should just ask for a complete refund but I really just want things to be right at this location. The other locations around don't seem to be a problem. This location also seems to be out of a lot of inventory and sometimes close due to staffing issues earlier than posted.
Desired outcome: Refund or at least an acknowledgement customer exist
Double charged
I placed an order (#924749) on Thursday December first and I didn’t think it went through and I couldn’t find the order in my app or email and I was still on the cart page with everything already added. So I placed a second order (#924756), thinking I made a mistake and didn’t finalize the first order. When I got to the restaurant to pick it up, they asked if I wanted both orders made, and I said no just one. I contacted my bank and they said that the charges were pending pre-authorization, and one charge would fall off when it finalized . Both charges finalized and they said I need to reach out to you instead for a refund before they do a chargeback.
Desired outcome: I’d like my 21.65 refunded.
Mexican pizza and customer service
Every time I order food it’s always messed up or just made very poorly. I’m a regular costumer and my family has been going to this b place for 10 years. I’m a vegetarian so I ask my food to be sub from bf to bn but I always end up getting beef and when you call them they just don’t care and end the call. Like are you gonna pay my gas to coke down for a Mexican pizza? they say they’ll put me on the books but do they realize how many times I been on the books and never came in saying “you owe this”. But today was enough. Screwed my food up again. I’m not going to this place ever again spending atleast $10 and up everytime I go there. I’ll be wasting my gas to go to Easton now on.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund. A apology especially from the manager who answered my call. Was a girl. And actually would like a refund for everytime my name has been on their “books”
