I ordered and pay online . I got a verification online. So I go to pickup my order.
I walk in stand in pickup line.. and Im told I cannot pickup my food inside where there is no customers other than me. Im told I must go thru drive thru to pick up food that's already paid for ; there are 15 cars in front of me and 5 cars now behind me . So what's the point of ordering online, paying to picking up food behind everyone who is just ordering. REALLY? That's ridiculous. They simply could hand me the bag I was looking at with my order In it... so ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Tomorrow bell to contact me .
Missing food items
This past Saturday, Sept 10th, my husband picked up dinner from Taco Bell. The order was missing a taco and the doritos locos tacos had tomatoes on them when he said sour cream ONLY. I likely would not email you but 2 things were wrong. The store is located in 98031 zip code on 104th Avenue in Kent WA.
I was told my complaint was too short. Not sure how to dress this up except I called the store twice but got no answer.

After only having Taco Bell app on my phone, I was hacked. I live in Hawaii and on Aug 28th at 8:27AM I received two texts saying my orders in Lexington KY were ready for pickup. I immediately froze my credit card and contacted my bank. I also tried to contact Taco Bell and told them THREE times about being hacked. I have heard nothing! I had to get a new card and changed my password on your app. I have NO faith in using it. I only kept it in case I needed info from it.
Desired outcome: I dont know at this point. Reassured it won't happen again?? Not sure.
Cinnamon twists
I ordered several items off the dollar menu like rice and bean burritos, spicy potato tacos, cheesy roll ups and an order of cinnamon twists at the drive thru. When I placed the bag on my passenger seat I immediately noticed a strange and strong chemical smell. I drove home and my family and I ate dinner. I went through the drive thru at about 545 pm 9-11-22. All of the food was good except the cinnamon twists. My kid ate one twist and said it tasted funny. I grabbed the bag and noticed the strong chemical smell was coming from the twists. When I tried to eat them the nasty taste was overwhelming. The rest of the bag ended up in the trash. Other online reviewers think my twists were very old or they were fried in old oil that wasnt changed as often as it should.
Im sure the employee noticed the rancid smell but gave the twists to me anyways. Very disappointing since normally im given fresh tasting twists.
Desired outcome: Remind employees to be more observant and reject giving food that smells funny. I wont demand a refund since they only cost $1. Im just hoping that it doesnt happen again or I will drive back and demand a refund out of principle.

On 9/6/22 at 12:30 pm I went through the drive through at this restaurant. The employee working the drive through was extremely stressed and trying to do the work of 3 people at once. She was so busy that she failed to give my debit card back to me before I left. Hours later, when I realized I didn't have it, I called the manager at that location. She stated she had my card and would hold on to it for me to come pick it up the next day. All good, right? Not so. When I arrived, there was 2 customers in the store. The manager on duty was apparently working the drive through and the counter at the same time. After standing there for 5 minutes, she finally approached me and asked what I wanted. I explained what happened and I asked for my debit card back. She disappeared into the back for about 10 minutes. She finally came back and said she couldn't find it and that I should come back another time. I told her that I knew the card was there somewhere and that I wasn't leaving without it. I told her who I had spoken to and to ask them where the card was. Well that took another 15 minutes or so. In the meantime, another employee approached me and began to argue with me in front of the other customers who had been waiting the entire time to get their food. Finally the manager was able to get in contact with the manager I had spoken to the night before and found my debit card. She returned the card to me and stated the other manager had promised me a combo meal for my trouble. I accepted the meal but did not eat it as I was sure that they had done some nasty things to it. It took them over a half hour to return my card back to me while many customers waited for their meals for the same amount of time. The management of this store needs to account for why they are so severely understaffed. Another customer who was waiting with me said that they have had many people apply to work there but they do not hire anyone trying to cut costs. They do not have anyone working the counter at this store, which is in an area of primarily elderly people who have a very hard time with their electronic ordering. This used to be a good restaurant but now I will not return after seeing how it is run. I highly suggest corporate investigates this store to find out what the issues are.

Good afternoon my name is Jeremy Lee Sullivan I am an author and advocate, besides DoorDash deliveries. The night of sept. 4th I had a problem at TacoBell when going to pick up a delivery and this is an ongoing problem at TacoBell and in the town of Susanville, California that has forced me to file a Govt. claim against this city/ county 2 weeks ago.
TacoBell is always a nightmare. This town is run and operated secretly by an unaccountable feminist cult who has no respect for men and abuses men whenever they get the chance to.I have over 650 pages of evidence/ complaints to support this, submitted to the United States Attorney General and International Criminal Court +.
Before I get into all the problems I am facing here just trying to do my job and exist. I will describe the TacoBell abuse and how this is a hate crime being perpetuating against me because I am a heterosexual man/ now whistleblower in this town/ state etc.
As I walked into TacoBell I was knowing that it is always chaos there with feminist who make me wait up to 45 minutes if not more for my pickup, they always have a nasty attitude towards me -- I have them screw up orders all the time and have had them stop my vehicle from leaving because they gave me the wrong order. Well on the 4thwhen I went in, I first had to step over two children who were the managers' kids unsupervised, screaming, running, then laying on the ground with toys and utilizing the restaurant as a daycare. (I have shown up late at night before to other workers' kids unsupervised laying in the parking space where I am supposed to park with no parent watching.)
Well after I had to step overthe kids several times just to get near the register to let them know I was there;the workers refused to acknowledge me and wouldn’t let me speak. Finally, whenthe purple haired older female worker brought an order up, I told her I was DoorDash-- she got mad at me for talking and barked at me rudely to impress lesbian/ feminist friends she had there as customers, they stared possibly snickering as she barked at me, and I felt horrible for even being there. Finally, one out of two of my orders was ready and I waited for my second one. When the second order came, she just threw it out on the counter like it was trash, then threw 4empty cups behind it, screaming at me to finish making the order and for me tomake the drinks. Again, she was trying to impress the lesbians/ feminist whileall the other customers stared in aww that anyone would act like that.
I don’t work for TacoBell,nor did she give me gloves like she had on. This is against their health code regulations seeing that their staff must have food prep cards -- bedsides her blatantly targeting me for no reason, except the fact I am a man. She refused to make the drinks and rolled her eyes and just walked away.
I can show that her purple hair that she proudly was wearing is an association with a “Witch Coven” and it is documented in court, that these witches here are terrorist. The managers with the unsupervised kids are extremely overweight and this is another sign of the witch cult members, they pride themselves on “abomination” and defiling God's image/ targeting men. Please check the cameras and please get me the names of all workers that were there in case there is backlash that results in my life being threatened or my property being damaged etc.
While on the DoorDash company clock; and documented with both my Govt claim and as an update to the USAG. Is me having these feminist send people to threaten my life verbally and stalk me.That came from Jack n the Box employees and a particular purple haired feminist witch who works there. I do need to let you know this. On August the 9thwhile not working for DoorDash and at Jack n the Box, nine o’clock in the morning I was there just getting breakfast and working on legal campaigns that needed to get out to the USAG. I stepped away from my computer to go outside to my truck. When returning, the purple haired feminist staff, locked all Doors on me and was aiming to keep my laptop. I got screamed at and verbally attacked/insulted by the whole staff of females on camera after I finally got them to let me in -- but I did end up getting my expensive computer/ gear.
That incident brought backlash of threats against my life in town. I contacted the store, their corporate office and then the District Attorney here. No one would respond or assist me in any way except angry females leaving menacing voice mails on my phone that is now documented acts of “sedition” – and every employee who did that to me at Jack n the Box is still employed. I then was forced to file a Govt. Claim against the LassonCounty D.A.
I am going to keep this letter short/ brief and not getting into all the other problems I face in this town/ state where these ladies aka feminist witches are completely unaccountable– not even the DA, Mayor or City Council will help. (This is why when you check the app, I have denied wanting to go to Dollar General. When DoorDash took me there the first and only time I’ll go. It was all lesbians working, no men and two feminist customers. I was scared and do not wish to ever go back. They dominate most everything here. And 80% of the woman in this town who are married to men are in the same coven/ covens exemplifying the same feminist/ sociopathic characteristics and defiling their physical appearance with overweight abomination+. This ignored issue/ atrocities here do cause more problems as a DoorDash driver, the women in this/ these covens love to remove any address from their houses/ mailbox and that alone is super frustrating coupled with the fact the DMV in town in closed and the police here let these cult members drive around with no plates/ registration/insurance. And they are super reckless drivers. What if one of them with no plates hits me when I am out on a delivery and then flees the scene – how do I report that? I have also taken/ submitted pictures to the USAG of a lesbian who was driving a truck with no plates and circling a city park filming kids.)
I know I have to work to make money to survive/ pay the bills and with my Govt claim now submitted I can’t just be bullied to move out of this town. I have to stay for this claim. I also know that I am filing complaints of all kinds weekly to the USAG plus. I do have to walk into the businesses they own/ dominate expecting to be abused publicly at any minute. I do wish things were fair and I didn’t have to face hate crimes all day, but no one will ever defend me or acknowledge the abuse because they don’t want the town or state to look bad. (I did have freinds in multiple other counties in this state targeted/ murdered by these same LGBTQ covens and again I cant even get an investigation. -- hense 650 pages submitted to the USAG plus.)
I do have to swear to a Bible in court and that Bible says “queer and abomination +” in any form or fashion is against the image of God. Yet this town has LGBTQ employed in the Law Enforcement/ DA's office and Court etc. That is terrorism and precedent. This town/ county's LGBTQ/ feminist/ abomination population,out numbers any real heterosexuals and most business/ establishments don’t have men on staff, all the time, if they do at all.
I’m not looking to cause problems and not looking to lose my employment with DoorDash because I am writing this and standing up for myself. I will continue to make deliveries and will be letting you know if I have any more discrepancies while on the clock.
I am going to require you to help me report this somehow/ hold them accountable. However,I don’t need more backlash or bullying etc. I have over 650 pages of evidence/complaints and a claim submitted to the USAG/ FBI/ ICC +. I can furnish all of that to you upon your request.

incorrect order terrible service
I placed a 30 dollar order at Taco Bell this evening around 9:30. I was given a drink that clearly had no color and it was a Pepsi. I asked for a replacement drink. I was missing 2 items from my order so my son didn’t get his food. When I got home I had no sauce that I had asked for. The service was terrible, the food was cold and I love Taco Bell so I was terribly dissatisfied. I would like a gift card for my 30 dollar purchase. We threw most of the food away. Taco party pack
I went to Taco Bell off of I 45 in Huntsville Texas and I ordered a taco party pack and a 12 pack of soft tacos it was precisely 10 o’clock at night on August 29, 2022 and there is barely any meat in every single taco. You could practically call them pathetic lettuce and cheese tacos. I don’t know anyone in there right mind that would pay 24$ for lettuce and cheese tortillas!
I will probably never eat at this Taco Bell again it’s a pathetic excuse for a fast food service you guys could do so much better

Breakfast
Once again stuff was made wrong. This location is still out of mountain dew baja blast and that is a taco bell exclusive. They do not have the strawberry lemonade yet, the passion fruit tea, or the mountain dew kick start. The Toasted Grande breakfast burrito that I got this morning all it had on it was eggs, steak, cheese, and potato. Those I'm pretty sure are supposed to have pico de gio on it and it did not. I've already called yesterday about them getting things wrong and am supposed to be sent coupons but that isn't the solution to everything. People need to be properly trained also. People will quit coming if it isn't fixed. Please get this fixed because like i have said before I do want this store to prosper. But it wont if things aren't fixed.

Refused to take my order
My son and I just sit in the line for 6-10 min per car, then when the guy said “welcome to Taco Bell how are you”, I said I’d be better if I was sitting at home, the manager she called herself came on the speaker and said “leave my drive through now, I said why, she said I was being disrespectful, I said no take my order then I’ll leave she proceeded to say “I don’t disrespect her in her drive thru…and she would call the police, I told her to call them and sit for a cpl min, felt bad for blocking the people behind me so I pulled to the window flipped her off and said “[censored] You [censored]” and drove home and cooked some food 🙄 so if you all don’t do something about this you will loose lots of money I’ll do my best to steer everyone I can away from there, the lady behind me hears it all and was calling inside at the time.

Someone hacked my taco bell app
I just get notified that I had a Taco Bell order in Florida (I live in NC). It was obviously fraud. I called the store in florida and told them it was fraud and to not make the order.
They said that they would, but they could not refund my money because it was a mobile order. I find that crazy.
I called customer service and the poor girl was clueless. She said that I would have to dispute the charge with the bank.
How can I remove my credit card number from the app? I find it offensive that it's not possible. Why can't I delete my taco bell account? This is a time sensitive matter and I would appreciate some help.

Chemical tasting crunchy taco shell and given no receipt or the diablo sauce that I asked for.
The crunchy tacos that I ordered smelled awful when I took them out of the bag. I took a bite and it tasted like chemicals. I had to throw all of them away. Money in the garbage and no dinner for me and my kids. Of course the guy didn't give me my receipt, so I can't go back and ask for a refund. Also asked for diablo and fire sauce and received none. Also had a mobil pick up order for my daughter in which she ordered something that came with a free whipped mango smoothie and they were out of the whipped, so instead of asking me if she wanted a mango freeze instead, they just walked her food out to the car and didn't even mention her drink. I told them 3 times that she ordered a drink before they finally said they were out of whipped. I asked them, so you just leave the drink missing and we're you even going to ask if she wanted a replacement? Bad food/bad employees and prices went way up. No thank you!

App Purchases and Customer Service
There is no way to communicate with Taco Bell when there is an issue. I have place 5 or 6 App orders in the past few months. Only 1 of those orders was fulfilled accurately. One of those orders there was nearly $10 of product left out of my order. I don't have time to go back to the stores that is why I pre-order and expect accuracy. The only way I allowed to provide information besides going back or calling a restaurant which would lead to a return trip is to leave feedback. I have done that twice and both times I requested someone contact me and no one ever has called or emailed me about the inaccurate orders. First thing you need to do is to have an order resolution on your app. Every other food or shopping app I use, there is a way to contact them for order errors. A credit would be nice. The way my food was made
Yes on August 20th 2022 about 9:30 p.m. I ordered from the Nevada Missouri Taco Bell my order consisted of 4 chicken melts no Chipotle at jalapeno let's just say I had one piece of chicken maybe six strips of cheese is melted and not even a half a squeeze of jalapeno sauce. Well I used to work at Taco Bell in Carthage Missouri so I know what's supposed to be on it and how it's supposed to look I'm going to add a picture of what my chicken melts look like and I'm going to let you figure out what's wrong with it cuz as soon as you see it you're going to know what's wrong with it. So please somebody the general manager something get to Nevada Missouri and get that store up right just for some more information when you're looking at the Taco Bell employees crunching and walking all over food on the floor that is from lunch and it's 9:30 at night that's a tad bit disgusting

Missing parts of my order.
I was at 2030 Grand River Avenue Okemos, Michigan and they 1)had all orders shoved into 1 bag; there were 4 seperate orders,3 supposed to be the cravings box. 2)they did not give me ANY of my large drinks that went with the orders. Told me I have to call coporate for a refund or i could come back and get the drinks. Just want refund!

I just got nachos bell grande, burrito supreme and a taco for lunch. The nachos had no meat on them nor did the burrito. The taco had one cheese shred on it, no tomato and was soggy. The entire meal was a disappointment and not what I paid for. I believe the burrito supreme should have had cheese, meat, sour cream, onions and tomato on it. It did not. I am certain tacos come with cheese and tomato neither of which were on it, lettuce only. The nachos had no meat and it seems that product comes with meat.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
On 8/5/22 I did an online order through Taco Bell's Website. My order was $9.33, when I went through the Drive thru I told the girl that my account is showing there is a deduction of 3 orders at $9.33. The employee said that within 24-48 Hours the other 2 charges will drop off my account. Well, here we are 6 days later & the 2 other charges for $9.33 are still being deducted from my account. I called & talked to Mike the District Manager at the Taco Bell in House Springs, MO & he was very rude & hung up on me! All I am asking for is a refund of $18.66. Please Help me, Thanks.

The first complaint is that I was in a hurry and ordered several things including a chicken quasisadea .I got my order(or so I thought).We left and on our way to dollar tree we found out my grandaughters Quesada wasn't in the bag so I let my oldest grandaughter out at dollar tree and went back to Taco Bell to straighten it out.I told them to he Quesada wasn't in my bag and I looked up at the menu and told them the stuff I ordered for myself wasn't right either.A girl from the back says there ain't no way.Basically accusing me of lying.The manager finally checked on it and found out that they had sent my order out as a door dash order. In Store - No air conditioning
No air conditioning. It has been like that for a while. Cannot sit inside to eat because it is like an oven. I cannot believe you have minors in here working in this type of heat for hours on end! Should someone contact OSHA about this and you have food trying to stay cold like sour cream etc... that is nasty! I guess Taco Bell does not care about their employees.
