pricing
I've been a loyal tims customer for years. I love ice caps. I have at least one a day. recently the quality of the product has been going down hill. paying a premium already I don't understand why an increase in price for this product is necessary. the price went up again today and I think this will the last time I purchase anything from tim hortons again.
customer service complaint
I went inside the salmon arm up town time hortons and had a horrible experience with a lady by the name of Lisa. She made the worst soup and sandwich I've ever had. I ordered turkey club sandwich with cream of mushroom soup. The soup was the wrong size and the sandwich was not even put together, everything was falling out plus I got the wrong size. I confronted her and she rolled her eyes at me and and shrugged her shoulders as she walked away from me. She had very poor manners. The sandwich that was replaced wasn't any better.
drive through operation
At approximately 13:14 hours on January 19, 2018 I was at your 2105 Victoria ave east location in Regina, Saskatchewan. Both lanes had 2 vehicles in them. Absolutely no cars all the way to drive through window. I waited for three minutes and the lane I was in, the next two cars went in a row. Not until those two cars had left the window and then they waited again another four minutes. Then the other lane, they put through two cars - with out coming back to me at all. By this time a line up had backed up over 20 cars. By the time they came back to take my order I had been in the line 19 minutes, I was on my way to work - which this made me late. I will never go back to this location, from getting not enough change back to getting wrong coffee order to making me late for work - enough is enough. I can drive to Robins 10 blocks away for the amount of time it takes to get a order that work is right across the street from.
not honoring tim horton's gift card
today, 1/19/2018 after ordering I was advised that this location does not accept YOUR gift cards. That's pretty ridiculous. There is no notation on the gift card that states "honored only at certain locations". I left the location and returned to my building. I didn't even get an offer to take part of it and come back later to pay. I was frequenting this location on a regular basis but will no longer.
harassment from an employee (abraham haile gebrezgi)
abraham haile gebrezgi has been harassing my wife for weeks on end he has been asked to stop on a number of occasions and yet continues to do so via social media, text messages but he still finds a way to get in contact. The police have been notified and is currently tracking him down.
Every day for the passed 2 months.
This is horrible to even know you let him work in your environment,
this man is putting other familys at risk and i hope you deal with it.

cleanliness and service.
On several occasions I have attended the Elora Ontario location and have found the state of the store inside and out filthy with dirty dishes and trash all around the bins. I quietly mentioned it to the staff and was thanked. Six hours later, I returned and found the same dishes, and trash hadn't been touched. The washrooms were disgusting and without toilet paper. I witnessed staff standing outside having a cigarette next to the over flowing trash cans and did nothing to clean it up. Once the dining room was closed, two female staff members took many cigarette breaks some of which lasted for more than 20 minutes each. They would run inside if someone came through the drive through but then were back outside smoking in front of the doors within ten to fifteen minutes. This location seriously lacks leadership, pride, cleanliness and service. Staff in the evenings are quite rude and last.
staff procedures - securing lids
Visited Tim Horton's 'Drive-Thru' on 2258 Crooks Rd, Rochester Hills Mi. Beverage order was 'Large Hot Tea W/Cream'. Server did not have lid secured. When handed to me, it basically exploded- scalding me and spraying my car interior.
Attaching scalding photo. Please teach employees to secure lids!
I will not be visiting that TH anytime soon. Staff is lame.

coupon
I am disabled and on limited income and was delighted to get the $1.99 hot breakfast coupon for my husband & I to have a long awaited anniversary date. Bag of change in hand we went to your restaurant to be informed that the coupon could not be used as another offer currently took its place and that it was 2 for $5.25. We were upset at the difference. Why send coupons in the mail if they cannot be used. If we ever go again, we will call 1st. It may not be a big deal to many, but it really was to us.
management
My son was working at store location 270.
He went in to work like he does when he knows he works the supervisor came over to him and told him that he was not allowed at the back of the store cause he no longer worked there and he was confused cause he didn't know what he did wrong to find out he missed a shift and didn't call in. With that store they are really bad for not posting the schedule on time the only reason I know that is I was a supervisor at that location a couple years back. And I know that it is a manager or owners job to terminate an employee not a supervisor and if this was a first time which it was then he should have gotten talked to or at least had a written warning. And if a student doesn't have a phone then they should contact the parents and I know that the manager has my number. And I got no call stating that he was supposed to be at work. We live 20 mins out of town and the day that he missed he couldn't get to town cause the buses were cancelled for the bad weather we had. I am notifying the labor board about this matter due to it was wrongfully dismal.
breakfast
I go to the tim hortons on king st and park rd and this is the second time I get my breakfasts wrong and my coffee I ask for a bacon english muffin and I get this [censor] like what the [censor] is wrong with them if not on drugs are on something but never paying any attention and im tired of it so if this dosent change im gonna call and scream of the phone and yet they complaining about cutting they pay etc well im glad they do cause they suck are their job.
cold mocha latte
+[protected] This is the number to location where I spoke with Parnell. My large Mocha Latte with extra shot of espresso was received so cold that the whipped cream would not melt at all and came out in chunks. He said he put my name on a list to refund my money and replace my order free of charge. Had I not already experienced a bad visit with promised replacement in the same manner I would be ok with it. I just don't trust your system!

penalizing staff for new minimum wage
Cutting staff benefits makes Tim Hortons a toxic place to work. This decreases the chance of attracting dedicated engaged staff, which hurts the franchise's reputation, which reduces customers, which cuts profits. Increase the cost of your most profitable item by a few cents instead of penalizing workers.
Tim Hortons is penalizing staff because the Province of Ontario introduced a $14 minimum wage effective January 2018. To pay for this increase franchise owners are cutting medical benefits, paid breaks and other staff benefits to pay for the added costs. Until Tims treats its staff fairly I shall boycott the restaurant.
employee, flirting
On december 17, 2017, my husband and i went through the drie thru, at about 12:30 pm, got one coffee, and one mocha, we were at the window for about 8 min. not because it took so long, this girl(her name tag read Montana) was as far out the window as possible, just flirting with my husband, of course my husband got a kick out of it. the employees should be professional, even at the window, mean while other customers are behind us waiting. it does'nt happen, if the employee is male.
coffee/tea
I have received numerous amounts of wrong hot beverages from this location! A few days ago i got a cup full of grinds in my coffee along with pure water in my white hot chocolate . But today they did not make my tea right. I was to get dd with milk I got just milk. Staff need to pay more attention to what there making and repeat orders to customers.
hiring process for the st cloud mn location
My daughter recently was contacted by a woman who claimed to be hiring for the Tim Hortons location in Saint Cloud MN and she was interested in interviewing my daughter. This woman called my daughter on a cell phone with a local area code [protected] and called herself Lauren or Laura.
When my daughter agreed she was given an address which led her to an apartment complex. The address is 3600 W Saint Germain St in Saint Cloud MN. Upon arriving my daughter called me to tell me it was an apartment building. I told her to leave as that seemed sketchy and not very professional. I don't lnow if it truly was Tim Hortons or someone using the name to get people to come to this building but she did not go in. And why if you are conducting interviews would you have people go to an partment building? Seems pretty sketchy. Now if this is really how the process is working for this particular location I would like my daughter to have a second chance for an interview. Please contact me to resolve this.
That was no Tim Horton interview.
tim card scam
For Christmas I received a $10.00 Tim card from a Pastor. On January 1 at about 10:40pm I ordered an everything and multi grain bagel toasted with butter from the drive through. A young woman with glasses took my order and informed me I had $1.87 balance on my Tim card. I asked how much the bagels where? She left and a young man returned to hand me the bag with two bagels that where barely toasted. I asked him to check my balance and he gave me a receipt that showed $1.87. I called the store at [protected] for your Paris store and asked to speak to a manager. A supervisor spoke to me and I gave her the information written above. I was informed by the supervisor she would have a manager call me in a day or two at my home [protected]. I have heard from no one.

service
Good day
Sunday January 7th 2018...12:35
I am at Tim Horton on st-charles corner Antoine-Faucon in Pierrefonds and I'm so aggravated with the staff and service they provide.
I ordered a chicken wrap without cheese and specified it to the cashier ...a chicken sandwich...after 18 minutes of wait ...i get two chicken wraps with cheese ...in a paper bag when I asked a plate she gave me a dirty plate ...then after checking the pile of plates she returned them all on the back as she noticed they were all dirty. My aunt ordered the new grilled cheese without the cheese...when she went to tell the cashier she put the cheese on top in the bag in the grill. We know what happens then ...the bag is stuck to the cheese of course. Other times I have been served by the cashier even though I told her if she touches money she shouldn't be touching the food. I honestly think higher management should be taking a look of how the staff is doing...its seriously a problem.
Hopefully we will get the service we once had.
Thank you
Zelia Farias

steak pananni
This is the fourth time I have gone into tim hortons that is 24 hour location at main and danforth and they have no buns! what's the point of selling them if they are never in stock! my partner and I enjoy these and never seem to be able to get them.. Making the first thing in the morning and then not making anymore does not make sense if you are a 24 establishment! I am ready to end my relationship with your company as of now!
employee wage increase to $14 and clawback to benefits to offset
I am ceasing buying Tim Horton's products due to you clawing back benefits to offset wage increase to $14/hr. Why not raise coffee by 5 cents. Must be worth millions in extra revenue. Fewer employees, work them harder etc.
Going to Macdonald's. Coffee is better there anyway since Dad sold recipe years ago to Macdonalds. Bad move.

lack of needed supplies and product
Timmy here on east bound New York thruway at Pembroke NY can't seam to get maple for thier oatmeal. This has been going on now for months as stated by the "manager". Why is this franchise even open if they cant understand how to order simple products? So tiered of the excuses from this Delaware North group opperating your stores. This foolishness would never fly in Presque Isle Maine nor should it anywhere.
