inappropriate behavior to other staff members
The morning staff seem to be very disrespectful to one another to the extreme point of making customers uncomfortable. I have been in this store multiple times as well as having gone through the drive thru. Almost every time I go they are saying abusive things to each other and/or screaming at each other. I rarely have a good experience at this store. Its highly unprofessional and should be dealt with immediately.

I go into town to get coffee or even after work at 4am and I always get a [censor] coffee not made properly I ask for a dd with MILK. And it's made with cream. I am getting really tired of this happen I g to me this is my first and last complaint. I am so tired of this happening to me that I just want to tell everyone how [censor] of service I get every time I get a coffee. How hard is it to make a coffee not at all. So why do I always get a [censor] one made wrong or it has coffee grinds in it. The only way I will buy your product is buy you paying for it for a very lo g time. I'm not a happy customer.

On Sept 19 2017 manager Moe Hamed went to the Tim Horton at 251 Ritson Road N Oshawa. He purchased 20 $25 Tim Horton's gift cards. After the cards were given out to the staff at work I was told that they were invalid. I was very embarrassed and upset. Moe went back to the store on September 26 to let them know and they said it was because his card did not go through. I checked the receipt and noticed that it said approved so I called the bank and they said that the card was charged $1000.00.
I am very upset and the bank is putting a fraud investigation against the said store. Not only did the cards not work but I was charged $1000.00 on the card. I would appreciate if some one will call me at [protected].
maple brown sugar oatmeal
I ordered oatmeal but what i received was watery slop. Looks like they took the bottom of the oatmeal and added water to make more. Also ordered greek yogurt and for the price out was tiny with nasty unidentified fruit i am guessing. No quality control. And it is very expensive i am working and unable to take it back. And if i did the workers would just be rude to me.

While ordering a french vanilla cappuccino (Sometime during the week of september 17-23) I was treated rudely by the"so called supervisor - misty"and I use that term loosely! I ordered a french van. Cap. As I do every morning& she proceeded to serve me a cup of black coffee with a single shot of french van. Flav. When I told her of her error she called me stupid! This was not end of her evil ways either she was training a new employee &when the new employee had asked for assistance mistys reply was"just act busy I don't have time for this [censor]". I find this to be an inappropriate training tool or method! When I asked misty to make me a new drink she served me the same drink and charged me double!. This service was inexcusable and by most establishments? Acceptable. I implore you to do something about it before you lose all your customers. This customer certainly won't be back again! I'm sure neither will others after I inform my facebook friends of my treatment.

always out of product every week it is the same!
Tim hortons on henri bourrassa and lacordaire ... they neve got ice cappuchino .. donuts always missing... services always takes like about 10 to 20 minutes to get our coffee because they are way too busy talking between employes... and they dont talk french or english most of the time when you wait after them they are talking arabic ... they gives you a bad attitude ... i am customer there since 2 years and i can tell about a bad customer services ! Is it possible to fix this tim hortons ... i have to walk 20 minutes to get there and since friday they hot no ice cappuchino ... this is ridiculous tim hortins should have all the product on every day of the week and i did a complain to the manager there and the only reason she gave me was

Every time I go into the store located at 2314 24 street edmonton Alberta Canada they always put sugar in my coffee when I specifically ask for sweetener. I am a type 1 diabetic and I shouldn’t have to advertise it to get my coffee made right. The drive thru is the worst they rush you to place your order and don’t care if they get it right or not and they even put on the lid the put sweetener in it when it’s actually sugar. I have complained to management about this on plenty of occasions. I am finding a big language barrier in this store as they seem to understand what you are asking for to punch it in but not when it comes to actually making it. This store needs to start making people’s orders correctly before they kill someone like me.

At the Tim Hortin's 495 York Niagara on the Lake my travellers and I experienced very poor customer experience. No smiles, No eye contact by anyone. But that was not the worst part... I placed my order, rcvd receipt with order # 320. Stepped to the right rcvd timbits and coffee, which was correct
... a bag of food was placed in front of me and I took it. I walked to my husband and then heard my number called. Walked back and realized I had the wrong order. I gave it back and took the correct one. The cook then stated I took the wrong one and it should have been for the drive up, she would need to start over and did not know where she was at. The cook was not happy and made sure all of the staff and customers in line knew. She then called my sister's number, threw 2 sandwiches on the counter and walked away... no bag. My sister asked for a bag, rcvd no bag said this is ridiculous and walked away. At this point everyone is watching and listening. I waited with our other friends for their order and stated I was sorry, my fault and two gentlemen waiting by me laughed and said I should hide as she could still see me and they wanted their food... tbey smiled. I said... I am a retired bank manager and rule one is no fits or fights behind the counter, we are the only show in town and anyone waiting is watching... there were about 12 customers watching and waiting... one commented that cook is going to throw something. Our friends rcvd their 2 sandwiches in the same fashion as my sister... thrown on the counter, No bag. My friend asked for a bag and rcvd a bag. No smile, No apology... we left.

The final straw for me was the croissant that they gave me this morning (9/21/17). I'm attaching pictures. There was nothing sitting on top of it... I didn't drop it or anything. I pulled it out of the bag within 10 seconds of pulling away from the drive through window, and this was what was in the bag! Seriously?! Well, at least they had croissants today. Frequently when I order a croissant, I am told that they don't have any.
I've been to so many Tim Horton's that provide such impressive service, I just don't understand this particular location at all. I can't imagine that this store meets any of your quality standards. I don't necessarily need a refund but I would like to have my new Tim Horton's get it together. I could start going to Starbucks or McDonalds or something - but I love Tim Horton's coffe and would have to learn to like something else.

My wife is a high risk pregnancy and her bosses at Tim hortons are making her work early mornings at 630. She did the right thing by letting them know she couldn't work as many hours and early shifts anymore due to her severe morning sickness. They are treating her very badly because she's coming in late. She's not ever too late but the reason she is is because she's throwing up every morning. I need to know her rifts before I pursue any legal options because this is far from right. Pregnant women especially high risk pregnancy women should have some rights. This isn't fair at all. Thanks

On Sept 16th at approximately 10:30 I visited a Tim Hortons in Nanaimo BC. When we walked in the place was disgusting, the tables and chairs were dirty, not sure when the place was swept or floors cleaned. Not to mention the selection on the shelves was virtually nothing. But the topper of the evening was to see a drug induced individual strip down to his underwear in front of the fire place. Not only that, he also had privy to the whole back end of the restaurant as no one wanted to sit down near the fireplace while he changed. He had also spread his personal possessions out on the table along with his money in a condom laying on one of the tables. I feel bad for the three young girls that were on shift, there is no way they could speak to this drugged up man. There were no men on staff that night. I for one will not return to this location as will any of the other people in the restaurant. One patron was so upset that he took his family out of the restaurant and had them eat in the vehicle. I suggest that the owner of this Tim's location hire security as they are not only losing customers, but this location has also become a druggies hang out!

We purchased 2 smile cookies with other products from the 7195 Goreway Drive location. We have purchased these cookies from other locations before. It was about a week ago and we were disgusted in what we were served. The food colouring was so thick and tasted like plastic. It also stained our mouth and hands. I still have them with me. I would like somebody to come and see them personally and tell me what's wrong with them. I did takes pictures and included with this complaint.
they refused to take my order
Today [protected]) around 9:45am I stopped to get some doughnuts for my son and they refused to take my order because of my accent. I repeated 3 times very slow and clear what I want. Each one time she pretended that she does not understand me, I pulled to the window and I asked for two doughnuts with chocolate frosting on the top. She refused to take my order again. I left without anything. Everybody got their orders except me. I felt so humiliated and discriminated.

Finally last week I asked her for dayoff for my exam, I went to calgary for that. She never ever even text me schadule for the week where she does for others.than I called her to ask schadule she said very rudely I don't care whenever u come. When I started my job today back owner called me and he said he is not happy with job.without any reason he said u don't need to work from 28th Sep. He did not ask me for wht reason or neither he gave time to discussion.
From last 1 year where I was telling him that I m suffering from manager he never listen my words and now he suddenly without knowing anytHong he said not to work after 28th Sep.

I went to the Tim Horton's located at 34325 Groesbeck Hwy, Clinton Township, MI on 9/9/17 at 10:37 am.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large coffee. I was actually going to order an iced coffee, but decided to order a hot coffee to see if what happened to me a year ago at this same location would happen again. And sure enough it did.
The manager of this store, who I believe her name is Janet happened to be working the drive-thru again. When she handed me my coffee, it had no sleeve on it. The first time I asked for a sleeve, she ignored me. So I asked again. She then scolded me and told me for future orders, the sleeves needed to be ordered at the speaker. Why?!?!? I explained that every other Tim Horton's location provides a sleeve with a hot cup of coffee. She told me that it was HER policy that sleeves were only to be given with hot tea and that she's the only one who knows how to do her job correctly. CLEARLY... as she was visibly annoyed by another employee who mustn't have written the correct thing on the lid of my coffee cup. She took the time to wipe that off and rewrite it when in that same amount of time she could've put 5 sleeves on my coffee cup. At this point did it really matter what it said on my coffee lid? No! And let's not forget the part where she closed the window in my face. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with this unruly woman. I will never return to this location because of Janet. Second awful experience.
rude staff
The short version is that the staff stopped me from getting what I ordered, saying it was somebody else's when, in fact, that was my order. And of course, I didn't grab it. The upsetting thing was that later, she threw potatoes wedges very angrily when I told her potato wedges were missing.
I ordered a Bagel BELT combo (Bagel, wedges, coffee). At the cash register, the staff said "it comes with white bun. is it ok?" I was a little confused because there's Bagel BELT clearly on the menu (it was before noon, so breakfast menus were still available) But I still said okay, thinking it meant a regular bagel. Actually, bagel or bun, it doesn't really matter. After paying, I waited by the sandwich section. A bag with a BELT sandwich and wedges was called. I wasn't sure that was mine so I kept waiting. However, sure enough, no bagel BELT was called and I thought the bag sitting on the counter must be mine and tried to grab it. As my hand touched the bag, the sandwich staff said annoyingly "that's not yours. it's his, " pointing a man behind me. I said sorry and the man looked a little confused but grabbed it anyway since the staff said that was his. I waited more until I realized more people who were behind my line were getting theirs. I asked "I ordered a bagel BELT?" as she was finishing making another BELT sandwich. She said it's the one. I said "oh, but I ordered potato wedges as well" And she pointed at the screen and said it doesn't show wedges, which I think was the order of the man who grabbed my order. I asked again politely that I really ordered wedges, too. Then she said that order was the one before.I was baffled and said "yes, but you stopped me from getting it, saying that wasn't mine, right?" And she said "fine, I'll give you wedges" and threw the wedges into the container very angrily. Orders can be mixed up sometimes. That's okay. But the way she dealt with the situation was very rude.

I went to Tim Hortons in Irving ny on 9/13/2017 and ordered my lunch. My sandwich was wrong and I didn't have time to run in and have it fixed nor did I have the time to call therefore I called today to have the mistake fixed, with all due respect your sandwiches are not cheap and I do not make a lot of money and when I called today Sherri was extremely rude to me and proceeded to tell me I failed to call yesterday therefore it's over 24 hours and hung up on me. All I want is my sandwich. I could go anywhere else but Tim Horton's steak paninis are extremely tasty and sit well with my stomach and I have seriously bad gastrointestinal problems I hope that this can be resolved asap because I don't want to have to stop giving Tim Horton's my business and this is the last time my order gets messed up and the situation goes untouched hence the reason I'm finally filing a report
concerning billing
I went to one of the Tim Hortons in Dundas Ontario and when I ordered I noticed that instead of 2 each of a half dozen donuts I saw 3 donuts. I didn't say anything because the cashier never gave me a receipt which is all the time. I used my debit card and I use receipts for tax purposes. I know I should have asked but being given a receipt should be common practice. A CUSTOMER should not have to ask! Are you trying to save paper on your machines or employee productivity?

Paid for a bagel with cream cheese. Where is the cream cheese. Not the first time this happened more like several times. Didn't say light cream chees cheese wanted to taste the cream cheese on the entire bagel. Only the inside hole was there some. Not going to go back for the same because I can bring my own plain bagel to work. Bad food preparation or what.

I was there around 5 pm and the manager was coating donuts and not serving customers so we asked her to serve us two in line cause one girl has six people all ordering separately which meant we are going to be waiting awhile she said that she was tending to her loyal customers I am assuming she thought we are garbage and there was no way she was helping us and she was going to call police so we left but that is bad customer service and she should not be manager if she treats local people that way I could understand if we were swearing and rude to her but we weren't and I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears
