food service/supply
I work next door to Tim Hortons on E Livingston Ave 43215 I go into this place at least once if not 2 or 3 times a day it is bad enough I have to stand in no line but still wait 5 minutes or longer for someone to even help me then I have left with no purchases the past 3 weeks I order what is on the menu i. e potatoes bacon soup sorry all out ok chili sorry all out ok chicken panini sorry no chicken... if your not going to supply your store with enough food why serve it this happens all the time to me I can only imagine how much business is lost due to poor line production, poor management, poor inventory tracking and do not get me started on the horrible customer service! Very sad I have worked next to the place since it opened and it has done nothing but get significantly worse! No more for me I will no longer walk next door for coffee or food I will drive somewhere else from now on at least I can get the food I order from menu and service without waiting 5 to 10 minutes while 6 employees walk right by me. This has by far been the worst experience ever with a Tim Hortons!
bullying at the workplace
My daughter works at the Tim Hortons at 9 Depot Dr in Bracebridge Ont. She is a minor of 15 years of age. She has had a few incidents with the Manager at the store and another employee were they have both physically pushed and punched my daughter out of frustration. They have caused my daughter to be extremely stressed in the work environment that she can no longer return to work because of the physical and verbal abuse they have put her through.
horrible customer service
I try to avoid this location in Michigan (7205 N Telegraph) as often as possible even though it is the closest one to my house because of the beyond describable worst customer service ever. The few times I am forced to go here 9/10 the service is ridiculous. It's either way too long of a wait and or there's plenty of attitude served along with it. For instance, there's ALWAYS a long wait in the drive thru regardless of the number of car in line. The employees have attitude & act like it's a nuisance to do their job when you're there to make an order. I have lost count of all the times they have made my order wrong or had a broken ice capp machine & wasn't aware of it until I brought it to their attention because my ice capp came out looking funny. They also fail to let you know when they're out of regular whip cream and use chocolate whip cream to replace it instead. Yesterday when I was short on time and had no choice, I ended up going there to make an order and after an ordeal full of inconvenience and attitude starting from the drive thru and ending up in the restaurant, I called to speak to the manager on duty. Whoever picked up the phone claimed to be the supervisor and was no help as she gave me as much attitude as the employee I had just delt with and when I got nowhere with her, I asked for her name so I could proceed with someone else that could actually resolve the situation and SHE REFUSED to do so by stop talking to me. I don't know who is in charge of this location but time after time, I can clearly see that they don't care if they stay open or not nor do they care about how their staffs treat their customers.
lack of food
Hi I am writing this note because I am greatly annoyed by the service at Tim Horton. More specifically by the lack of interest of your staff in preparing food before they run out of it. It is unacceptable to run out of soup during meal hours.
Several time I could not get soup at noon or 5pm.
This morning I could not get a breakfast sandwich at 11:15am because they had ran out of eggs and hashbrown. How hard is it to ensure not running out of food. How can you explain a restaurant operating without food.
Your staff should learn how to plan.
rude, uncaring staff; counter not open as posted
My visit to this store (1011 Buck Rd, Rossford, Ohio USA) was the worse customer experience in my life. I stopped by the store at 6:30 am on September 6, 2017 (sign on the door said we are open at 5 am) only to find the doors locked. The drive-thru was open and 8-10 cars in line. I knocked on the glass for 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention. There were 4-5 employees in the store at the time. Finally, someone (short, overweight Hispanic-looking woman with dark-framed glasses)came and unlocked the doors, but never bothered to look up and acknowledge my presence, not offer an apology for the fact I'd been standing there wanting to get in. Later in the afternoon (2:30 pm) the same day, I called the store and asked to speak to that manager on duty at the time (Brittany) but that manager had already gone home for the day. I left my name and phone number for a return call, but I have not heard anything. Needless to say, I will be sending a letter to the Corporate office complaining about how I was treated. Why not just flip me off - at least you would have paid some attention to me. At any rate, Tim Horton's on Buck Road has not heard the last of me. I hope someone at that store and Tim Horton's corporate is reading this post - it should be a wake-up call.
disgusting and offensive customer service
I could list out all the multiple dates the same disrespectful service was given to me but id have to list every single morning I go to get breakfast
employees name is "pinky"
every morning I attempt to visit my nearest tim hortons on my way to work and am forced to be greeted by the same rude inconsiderate embarrassing display of a supervisor...ive never ever in 26 years seen a display of such poor and disrespectful customer service
from just kindly asking to add another hashbrown and being told" I have a line to get to buddy" and being pushed off
to if asked to remove an item from my tab quickly after speeding up to window within 30 seconds
having this poor display of leadership yell out " Cancel **** cx is too poor. they have no money"
could you imagine this is such an embarrassment to have such an individual as leadership and then when asked what her name was..kindly
she replies smug" ya my names pinky...im the manager by the way!"
so confidently
as her own employees stared back at me in shock of her disgusting attitude towards a customer
they say' the customer is always right' and 'we strive for quality customer service and customer satisfaction'
at what point does tim hortons policy stand by these types of actions and statements being given to their customers
I choose to spend my money with your company and in return im disrespected every morning like clock work
whether it takes a a few seconds not even minutes but seconds grabbing the change to pay or grabbing my debit to tap...or even inserting my card if it doesn't have tap applied...
in every instance ive faced such a gross display of customer service from this one location at :
401 Hazeldean Rd, Kanata, ON K2L 4C6
with a supervisor : pinky
as leadership...Is this type of treatment what you stand by as acceptable for someone simply trying to purchase breakfast quickly through drive through most mornings?
you can understand why I demand to be contacted by headquarters immediately because theres only so much a person can take of disrespect before they snap
and understandably ive had enoug
h im extremely disappointed ive never faced this type of treatment at any other location
blessed as I am...this location is the closest to my home.

honey cruller donut
I purchased a honey cruller donut from my local Tim Horton's in Niagara falls Ontario on September 6, 2017 at approx. 930pm and braught it home took a bite and got stung by a bee on the left side of my tongue that was inside my donut. This is unexeptable ! This is not my first issue with this specific location and when I have approached staff in the past about issues I've been yelled at and insulted.
long line up - 209 pinebush rd, cambridge, on n1r 7h8
I am really so upset about how the Tim's crew work very slow in morning rush and everyone has to go to work ...I have been visiting this store for the last year and I spoke few months ago with one of the managers ...but still nothing change ... Is our time isn't valuable for team members are laughing and chatting at the back of the store and we're in line waiting beside the wrong order ..every day customers are Complaining about their wrong orders … Is this the new Tim Horton's customer service level?
incorrect order... I ordered turkey. bacon club on plain croissant
I did not open order till home which is 15 minute away.
Instead of Turkey and bacon, it was ham and bacon.
This is the 2nd time I am putting in complaint about this store.
How does the person doing orders not know the difference between ham and Turkey?
I ate the sandwich...however, I have a stomach issue about too much fat and that is why I order Turkey.
Maybe some more training and visual aids are in order...
Very dissapointed...(
general service issues.
I live in Western New York and it never fails that something in our order is wrong. Today I got a plain crousant instead of a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. This not an isolated incident. No matter what store I go to something is usually wrong. Being an IT Admin by trade, I have diagnosed the problem as either being inefficient software or poorly trained employees. Please remedy this situation. The worst and most laughable mistake was when I got a cup of tea instead of the coffee I ordered. I was in a rush. It's a good thing I like tea. Can't place the blame on young people. One offender was a fifty plus lady.

I DONT KNOW ITS FAKE OR WHAT PLEASE CHECK AND INFORM.
It's very obviously fake. Tim Hortons would never offer to bring people over from other countries for work, let alone provide visas and travel fees. The pictures attached can easily be reverse image searched, and asking you to provide your passport is likely so that they can either steal your identity or create false documents from your passport. Ignore and move on.
manager named warren at 59 buffalo st gowanda ny 14070
9/4/2017. Today I encountered a "manager" by the name of Warren. He was wearing a filthy bandage around his hand that looked like it hadn't been replaced in weeks. On top of that, he used that same hand to dig in the timbit compartment and chomp on timbits while taking orders. When confronted he rudely yelled "I DON'T GIVE A [censor]". From what I've heard the same man has had numerous complaints but the new management does not seem to care. He makes the whole restaurant a bad experience!
customer service
September 1, 20017
products not prepared properly.
Received the wrong product and had to go back to the counter.
charged extra for the product that was originally ordered.
threw our food part of our order at us. the manager at the Tim Hortons was very impolite.
washrooms were not clean and lacked soap as well as paper towels due to the fact that the dryer was not drying our hands properly.
Just ordered a steak chipotle sandwich. Received a turkey bacon club. I asked for extra mayo and chipotle every time and I swear they have no idea what that means. And please for the love of god FIX YOUR TOASTERS! it's either burnt or under toasted. Ridiculous. Im stuck with this terrible sandwich because I can't leave my house again. Thanks for not fulfilling my dinner craving once again.

my tims card account
I had entered the wrong password too many times so I got locked out of my account which was approximately a week. To date it is still locked I am unable to reload my Tims card to use.
I have emailed customer support and have received no phone call or email back. Today I called the Tims Customer Service @[protected]. I get through but as soon as they put my call through it goes to no dial tone or it gets hung up.
I am beyond frustrated at this point.
coffee
I arrived at the Tim Hortons drive through at Dixie Road and Orenda Road Brampton Ontario location at approx. 1:15 pm today (Thurs. Aug. 31/17). I placed my usual order of 3 coffees for my co-workers and I. Upon arriving back at the office, one of my co-workers took a sip of her coffee and it was absolutely disgusting! Not even drinkable! I tasted my own and it was the same. Tasted like it had been sitting for a week! All had to be thrown out. We are not at all impressed! We all would like a full refund for our coffees and will not be retuning to this location going forward. This is not the first time we've had bad coffee here, but the first time it was this horrible. Felt the need to send in a complaint! Please get back to me with a resolution as soon as possible.
Thank you

worst customer service - 4225 albert st, regina, sk s4s 3r6
Going back to Calgary yesterday - Aug. 28 at 8:44 AM (Manitoba time), after a 3 days vacation at Winnipeg, we stopped by at the Tim Hortons at 4225 Albert Street, Regina to pick up 7 coffee and hot chocolate. All of us, especially me being the driver were all exhausted and hungry after 6 hours of continuous driving aside from not getting any sleep at all as we left Winnipeg just after 2:00 AM. With the 7 Customer Promise Coupons with me, I headed down to the counter and told them that I want to get coffee and hot chocolate and use the Coupons. Not only I was not greeted when I approached the counter, I was insulted and humiliated when all the 4 of them at the counter looked at me and started asking questions all at the same time as if I stole something and I felt like I was in an interrogation room. One attendant asked me on" how did you get the coupons", the other attendant said - they "don't give away coupons", when I mentioned that I am from Calgary, one of the attendant said "they make a lot of mistakes in Calgary, they should not give away coupons like this", the other attendant in her accusing voice said "we will have to report this - they are making too lots of mistakes in Calgary", another attendant butted out "we don't give away coupons here", and one of the staff with his authoritative voice yell "you have to scan all the coupons if it's legit" ... and I said to myself --- "do you think I will waste my time to counterfeit coffee coupons just to have free drinks"... besides, I am not getting free drinks in the first place, I got the Customer Promise Coupons because I/ we (my co-workers) are regular customer of Tim Hortons and we collect and save our Coupons which we get from time to time from various locations in Calgary, I did not buy a machine to Counterfeit the Coupons. All of the attendants were talking in their native language "Tagalog" (which I understand because I am from the same country where they came from) in their loud voices while all the other customers are looking and staring at them trying to figure out what are they saying, which for me is extreme rudeness. With what's left of the little voice that I had yesterday morning (I lost my voice because I was so tired and was suffering from sore throat) - I told them that I am more willing and is able to pay $14.24 for the drinks but they will not be able to repay me back for the insult especially with all the other customers staring at me as if I am a homeless tyring to get free drinks. We (myself and my kids) ended up going back to our car with our coffee and hot chocolate. My kids complained why I didn't order and buy breakfast, I told them I just want to get out of the place as I felt so insulted. My heart was still pounding from the insult even after we got back here in Calgary. The experience was so bad that I can vividly recall their insulting faces and their loud and arrogant voices. Because of the terrible experience, I wasn't even able to eat my dinner when I was already in front of a hot and warm meal, I can still feel and hear their insults. The staffs at that Tim Hortons location needs to be properly trained on customer service or it's going to ruin the reputation of the whole company. Not only they don't greet the customer, they are oblivious of the customers staring at them while they talk in their native language, they don't know how to be polite, and they don't even know how to say the most popular words "thank you".
