wedges
You are in a hospital with very sick children
Some These children havedifficulty with eating
My little daughter is one of them
When she says she wants potato wedge at 7 am in the morning
She doesn't need to be told that she wont be able to eat them till 10
What kind of franchise that is established in an hospital for sick children doesnt abide by the children wished to make them happy and possibly be there last request before doing a surgery
I am very disappointed in this behavior
Please respect the many children that come to your restaurant expecting to leave with a smile
And not be told o well thats policy
Am a positive that if you would have these wedges as a breakfast menu you would get sales
So if you are gonna operate in a hospital with young children shouldn't it be your mandate to make sure that ALL kids leave with a positive experience
quality of food/
To customer services:
I would like to express my utmost disappointment and concern toward your services offered at 780 S Sheridan Way, Mississauga, ON location. I visited them today (July 23-2017) at around 1:30pm about one hour ago drive through. They gave me a wrong soup, chicken noodle instead of cream of broccoli (this is not the first time they mix up the orders), and we were disgusted to find an ant in the soup, that caused my daughter to get sick. I called the manager to inform him, and he was not at all compassionate or sorry, he introduced himself as Patrick Smith.
I have attached few photos for your records.
My entire family is very disappointed, concern and disgusted with this experience and we want you to take proper actions and measures to ensure high quality and services Timhorton adheres to. I could have forwarded this to health Canada and news, but wanted to give the opportunity to your QC department to investigate and provide insight. Also I would request for proper compensation for the tragic experience that it has caused specially for my teenager daughter and the major inconvenience for the rest of the family.

timbits
I went to the new store just built on south Hamilton road in columbus, ohio 43232. The people were friendly, however, the entire box of timbits 10 pack, were stale! They were hard and disgusting and I ended up throwing the whole thing away. I had a mix of chocolate glaze, old fashioned glazed and honey dip. I tried one of everyone and they were all gross. I don't usually visit tim hortons because I thought it was too expensive, but I went there because I really liked the coffee and timbits I got at my last visit and found out it was only a dollar more than my usual breakfast. I'm very disappointed in the product I received and I don't think I will be visiting again.
Tim Hortons...with all these complaints, will you not really take action yet on putting some QUALITY SERVICE and QUALITY PRODUCTS to your patrons?
service
A guy named Jackson (he said) treated us like trash. Was very rude and seemed very upset that we interrupted his hanging around and doing nothing. We tried ordering food and he was very hostile when I asked about what the item number 7 included. It would have been my first time at Tim Hortons, I'm visiting Montreal from Los Angeles. Its so sad to have the worst experience on the first time walking into your restaurant. The worst employee I've ever delt with. He for sure didn't want our business. Hope he gets fired one day.
What a disappointment! Tim Hortons Management team - is this the way you want to advertise your brand name? It is not a matter or 'just one customer'. A customer can bring a hundred more customers...and ONE customer can influence a hundred too to 'stop' patronizing TH. If your reason is that there are other customers out there to take one customers place...maybe they should think twice. Besides...when they say TIM HORTONS...name of Canada comes with it. Do you really want to have this impact on the business world and community? Disappointing...
overcharged credit card
Hello,
I travel a lot and when I do I always get Tim Hortons while driving to my destinations. Today I went to the Clio Michigan store for 1 small oatmeal and 1 medium coffee with double cream. I paid with my credit card and left the store, as I was getting in my truck the cashier came running out saying I didn't pay. I went back in the store and the manager was there with the cashier. They told me to slide my card again and I did. I told them I already slid my credit card earlier and paid. No one came to the register after I made my purchase so it should of been very easy to go back and look. Anyway after I paid the second time the manager said she could see I already paid so she said she would credit me back the $7.07.
I got in my truck and left, after I got on the expressway I called another Tim Hortons and asked them the price of a small oatmeal and a medium coffee. They told me I was over charged. So I called the Clio store back again and talked to the same Manager, she remembered me (because I had just left) and I told her I was over charged. She said not to worry because she credited me back. I told her I was charged $7.07 originally and she said she took care of it.
Well I just went on line to check my banking and there it was $7.07 OVERCARGED, she did not take care of it. So BOTH times they over charged me !
What is going on there! That is the only Tim Hortons I have problems with. Always something WRONG, no matter how simple the order is.
I am more upset with the Manager than the cashier because I had to take the time to Call her back to fix the problem and she LIED and told me she had! Not to mention the embarrassment of having the cashier running out yelling in front of everyone that I didn't pay!
I need a response to this, it is illegal to over charge customers. And by the way while in their store I questioned them about the price and they reassured me it was correct and it was not!
Thank you,
Laurie Tobin
tim hortons
We went in and began to place our order only to find out they were out of chicken. We were told the people right before us wiped them out of chicken and they didn't have a chance to make any yet, buy no-one was in the restaurant. We changed our order, I ordered a turkey bacon club, my husband ordered the steak and cheese panini and daughter ordered steak fajita, all meals. After I had already paid, the girl (Zayla) making the sandwiches, told the guy that they were out of steak too. He told her to make my sandwich and they'd make more steak. After about 7 minutes, I finally got my sandwich. Another 4 -5 minutes later, my daughter's steak fajita wrap wss ready. She ordered it with no onions - it had onions. The chips were not given to us, I had to ask for them. Zayla then said she was getting ready to make the other one. I said, "you mean the steak and cheese panini". She replied "yeah", with quite the attitude. Another 5 minutes passed and she said, "here's your other steak fajita wrap". I told her he ordered the steak and cheese panini not the fajita wrap. The guy that took our order told her that he also added tomato and onion to that. After more nasty looks from Zayla, she started remaking the sandwich. When we finally got that sandwich, I asked her if we could have the chili that he ordered as well, She snatched up a cup and snapped back at me. I told her about a huge wet spot on the floor near the ice cream cooler; she said, yeah it's probably from the air conditioner and left it there. We sat down and ate our food and my daughter and I decided that we both wanted a supreme ice capped drink. We ordered 2 mediums which were $3.39 each, but yet was asked to pay $10 and some change. I asked her what she charged me for and repeated the order. She said, "oh, I charged you for 3" . She fixed it, asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes, she grabbed the receipt, partially crumbling it and hastily handed it to me. She then threw 2 straws across the counter. While someone else fixed the drinks for us she went over and started complaining about us to her friends that just walked into the store. So I feel like I just wasted $37 in this store for nothing other than to deal with Zayla's attitude!
service at tim hortons in port severn on sunday july 16th. at 10 am.
We had two roll up the rims one for a coffee and one for a latte . I ordered a coffee and ice latte. The guy said it was only for a latte not an ice latte and was very rude about it. We have a Tim Horton's card and when I went to use it I handed it to him as I do at many tam's and he said I had to dot myself as he was not allowed to . If this is true you better tell all your other people as this is the first time I have had to do it myself. We were very upset about his rudeness and arrogant ways.
tim hortons on maryland
I am a very patient person but the Tim Hortons at portage and Maryland in Winnipeg, Mb. I think need more or better training. I spend 15-50 dollars a day on tea and coffee and cant believe how many times I get back home and my lid says steeped tea double double but when I take a sip I get coffee. I am now making a complaint because I will soon be looking for work and would not dare apply at this Tim Hortons in particular because of the service I have recieved. They make a mistake its only common sense in my eyes to admit and fix it instead I've been handed a tea 3x3 and told no its a 2x2 no... its not... but okay if the lid says it is, it must be right? no, its got more sugar or cream in it then a 2x2 would and its stupid that the lid got my order right because it was written on it befor the drink was made which is one reason they make so many mistakes probably. The reason I make a complaint now tho is because I went to Tim Hortons got my usual tea 2x2 that said stdd on the lid got half way home just to realize its coffee so I go back only to be handed a Xl tea thats just over half full and not only that cold so again I turn around and go back to get a warm tea wit 2 and 2 normally I would shrug it off but not only was my lid right once but had coffee which by the way I cant drink my lid and dont drink coffee is just one thing its the fact that I had to go back twice within 5 mins just to get what I ordered right on the lid and in the cup which if I drove or lived farther I wouldn't be enjoying a drink right now and instead pouring a xl coffee down the drain because its not worth going for the trip back. I am a very loyal consistent customer and hope this Tim Hortons can get better training so I can keep enjoing my tea but after today I definitely have a hard time going back. Below is attached a card statement that just shows how much I spend at Tim Hortons every mth my statement looks like. Im just realizing now after so long and so many mistakes and attitudes Ive gotten I really dont want to go back.
customer service, health concerns
Tim Hortons Northern lights at 3475 Cleveland avenue, Columbus Oh 43224 is uncleanly has roaches and bad customer service. They drive around the building constantly to get drive through times down. The manager is disliked by many customers because he is rude and inconsiderate. They never have the correct products available and are always short on staff.
bad order rude server
. I was in on Saturday and ordered $45 worth of food received half of my order and was told by the district manager Joanne that my order would be replaced if I simply came back and let them know my name and what the order was when I arrived to claim the ordered the woman really told me that there was nothing she could do and she would not honor the order and that I have to come back and maybe try another day this is unacceptable I ordered $45 worth of food and was treated like I was some kind of criminal if this is the way the Tim Hortons chooses to treat their patrons trust me I will make the word known this is unacceptable Behavior at any level of customer service I asked the Tim Hortons makes this right I'm a single mother with two children I cannot afford to be ripped off and what you did was ripped me off
a bagel I purchased
I was just at a Tim Hortons and I ordered a bagel. I ate half and the was about to eat the other but stopped in my tracked because what I saw was disgusting. On my bagel was a black hair and a chip like black and yellow chunk. I threw the rest out right away. I am not pleased with this and was absolutely appalled. It was nasty to think that I ate the other half of it.
washroom upkeep
On Saturday, July 15 @ 5:45 pm at the Tim Horton's Restaurant at 8907 Main Street, Osoyoos, BC, I witnesses awful customer service to another customer. I was seated in the restaurant near the washrooms, when I saw a woman ask to be admitted into the ladies' washroom. A few seconds later, she came out & asked the employee that was wiping tables to get her some toilet paper, as there was none in that washroom. The employee totally ignored her, and carried on wiping tables. Then, she tried to get the attention of another employee behind the counter to let her access the family washroom, which they did. She came out of there a few seconds later, and I overheard her say that there was poop all over the toilet seat in that washroom! I was horrified, and were other customers in the restaurant. This is the second time within 2 weeks that I witnessed the same thing in the same restaurant. Also, there was garbage all over the floor at the entrance below the garbage can, which no one had bothered to clean up. It was still there when we left about 1/2 hour later.
I find this despicable and lousy customer service. When I attend the competitions' restaurants ( e.g. McDonald's), they ALWAYS keep their washrooms spotless, as well as the restaurant.
See comments above.
owner response to my complaint july, 13, 2017 at 4:30 pm
I send in a complaint about poor customer service to the Prince Albert Sk. Marquis road location.
The owner called me and called me racist and also prejudice, very interesting considering she knows nothing about me, my age, my history, or anything about my dealings with people in general. I was also informed a regional manager was available and would contact me, has not happened.
Reading comments on your website, I see other concerns of communication errors and ommisions, exactly my concern with the location.
I have worked and supervised multi different indigenous, Philippine and just about any nationality you can name on daily basis in my 67 years of life, I have relatives from the indigenous family and my children have dated and brought home people from different creeds and races without any issue st all, everyone is welcomed in our home. I think this may speak to my concern about your owners remarks to me.
Interesting people you have running your business.
management
I was at a Tim Hortons in my city and the irl at the drive thru was extremely rude and we found food particles in our coffee. So we made a complaint to the management. Now the manager showed our complaint to the employee with my name on it. Last time I check a breach of confidentiality is illegal. Now I have death threats coming to me. So THANK YOU TIM HORTONS!

Hello I was at one of your stores in Hamilton I had ask for a bacon turkey club when I had got the sandwich the bacon look like it has been sitting there that it was full of grease but the grease was cold the whole sandwich was not good at all I could not eat it they had dumped a whole bottle of mustard on the sandwich were it leaked through the bread and when I had got the Frye wedges they were uncooked the service was horrible the woman in the Drive-Thru is very ignorant
2 tim hortons in rigaud
There are two Tim Hortons in Rigaud Quebec. Both are absolutely dreadful. The one on the 201 which used to be a regular pit stop between Montreal and Ottawa has been destroyed by McDonalds. It takes up to 20 min to get your coffee in the drive through. By the time you get to the window, all you can hear are the staff members yelling at eachother about how slow they are. When they finally hand you your order for some reason its half squished because he or she was jolding it to tight. At the other tim's right by the grocery store, the service is fast! So fast that I got yelled out for taking 2 sec to place my card back in my wallet. So fast that half the time they put the wrong stuff in your coffee. Rude gang of teenagers habding out 7 day old donaughts that taste dreadful. I used to LOVE tims. Nice people smiles and good coffee. Now... ive given up and I go to Mcdonalds for my coffee. Something I swore I would never do. Also for the love of god please clean your toilets! And unisex bathrooms are terrible- no woman wants to sit on a toilet covered in pee by a man who couldnt aim... all around do something... its not working. Your more american than canadienne now... biased hiring process/sexism
Requested employment. Same shift as spouse. Manager refused to hire because of "her personal FAMILY members worked together and she said they did not work out together." Because of her personal family, not according to Labor Board of human rights under the employment act in Canada. Unjustified hiring processes like this are Biased and completely against our employment labor act and discrimination laws in Canada. The Tim Hortons in Aylmer on Talbot street manager has done this just recently. Would not hire a spouse to work midnights because of her own personal issues, not according to Tim Hortons policy of hiring or the labor laws outlined in the employment act of Canada. I do believe that this will become a labor board based on Bias, the fact that the manager made it clear also once before that she does not want a male party working midnights either, also opens the Gender descrimination. As well that the manager also knows that I have a physical disability, I was already refused the unload the truck job on Sunday morn. and Thursday.
The manager had no problem hiring our daughter though to work the same shift.
Clearly biased in hiring process.
pretzel turkey bacon club
3rd Time I've ordered a pretzel turkey bacon club sandwich from Tim Hortons drive thru on transit by the 400/16 in buffalo NY and they still can't figure out that you actually need to have the pretzel bagel with the sandwich, in order to make it a pretzel turkey bacon club. They keep giving me some crummy bisquick roll with it. Maybe one day they'll surprise me and get it right.

Hi, I visited your Tim Hortons on Grand Maras in Windsor ON today July 11 at 10:54 am. I ordered a med tea 1 milk and a med coffee black and a frosted cinnamon roll. I paid with a Tims Card. So when the girl went to hand me my drinks first she asked me if I wanted a tray I said yes please but she preceded to hand me my drink first the coffee then my Tea but she passed the tea so fast that the lid flew off my tea and scolded my hand. She did apologize for what happened and someone else gave me a roll of paper towels because the tea was everywhere in my new truck. My hand was on fire and I hurried to get back to work to put cold water on my hand. My pinky finger and between my fingers still hurt a lot and are still red and my pinky does have blisters. I'm not sure the solution but honestly handling boiling hot drinks you would think they should be more cautious as I need my hands for work as I'm a custodian and it was and is very difficult to do my daily task today .
bad customer service
I experience bad customer service at the Tim Horton on Steels and Weston,
It seems to this location staff don't care about customers they are not pleasant at serving customers I went to a drive trough I asked for a Late Vanila Ice Cup they handed me a Hot Late I said this is a mistake I asked for a Late Vanila Ice Cup then they hand me a Late Ice Cup without mixing and without the Vanila .
I was sick of my stomach receiving this customer service from Tim Horton.
Tim Horton customer service are becoming very poor(NO GOOD).
