Service Provided, Errors Made and Treatment from Staff
Hello,I have a couple of complaints.1) It appears that priority is given to drive through and mobile clients and alk in clients are served last. I have actually been told when the representative started my order that she would be back. She has to take care of the drive through first. I was appalled and left. The next day at the same store our representative was rude and made us feel like we were a bother. This seems to happen quite often at this location not to mention the number of times our order is wrong.Today I went to the Tim Hortons on Stanley in Niagara Falls and order a small decaf black and a small decaf with 3 milk half a sugar. When I looked at the screen it said 2 dark roast coffees. I again told the representative it is decaf I ordered not dark roast. She apologized and when I got home what did I get DARK ROAST. These types of errors are unacceptable especially when you are gong through the drive through and don't realize it until you are on the road. I cannot count the number of times this has happened to me. Don't get me started on the food mistakes I have so often. I am thoroughly appalled and disappointed with the service I have been receiving. Please do something about it.Ready to switch to McDonald.Enza Romagnuolo
Desired outcome: I feel I should be reimbursed for all of these errors. You should issue a statement acknowledging the errors and what you are doing about it. Everyone It appears the employees are not happy with their jobs.

Inside of restaurants
The inside of this Tim Hortons at 1751 Dundas is absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness is like something I’ve never seen before in a Tim Hortons ever. It’s Everytime I go in. The floors and garbages inside and out are gross. This is not something that should be happening. This isn’t the Tim Hortons I grew to love. Even the chairs are all ripped. The windows are filthy. I decided to go to 1764 Oxford st east first to order but was equally repulsed with the filthy conditions in there. What is happening? I know that a lot of places are shortstastaffed, but there is plenty of workers inside of these coffee shops as there’s always multiple staff members there even though the orders are taking twice as long just for something as simple as coffee in these to Tim Hortons
Desired outcome: Make them clean them and keep them clean. No one should eat in there like that. The health unit should be inspecting the premises if it continues
Drive thru service at 8129 sheppard ave, scarborough on m1b 6a3
I went to this Tim Hortons on 23rd September 2022 @3:45pm I went to the drive thru and ordered a spicy habanero crispy chicken bowl combo for the side I told the person taking the order that I would like a bowl of wedges and coke to drink I also ordered two smile cookies, upon driving up to the window the order was incorrect and items were missing.
I tried to explain to them that I did order a combo and I don't understand how the coke is missing, the employee at this branch got upset and told me to F*&K OFF
My kids and husband were in the car at the moment and I am very upset the the behavior then the shift manager came to the window and as I am trying to explain to her what had happened she said to me " My staff would never say those words" which made me feel like she was trying to call me a lier.
I really hope someone from Tim Hortons gets back to me so that we can discuss this because this is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like this employee to get proper training as to how she should treat her customers, she should also be retrained because she is representing your company and she is the face of your company.
Bagel cream cheese / coffee cups
Went to Tim's 400 Barlow square SE Calgary. Got a bagel cream cheese didn't open for a bit but when we did half was burnt other half was fine.Problem with toaster? Also had a medium coffee that the cup was wet on the outside. As I drank a little more I could see half the cup stained and the coffee leaching through. My wife finished her London fog quickly so I cold pour my coffee into her cup however the coffee started leaching out at the bottom of this cup as well.
I'm thinking they received a bad batch of cups. On a positive note the Timmy's
in Airdrie at the Esso we go to 3-4 times a week great service and the best London Fogs
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a credit on the bagel as half was not edible and the London Fog as my wife drank it a lot faster than she wanted. Our Rewards # is34NN-NXNP-Z66K.
No Baked goods ever available
I live on the same corner as this franchise, and its a shame that I always go to the next Tim Hortons much further away just to get a simply donut or a Croissant.
The Tim Hortons on Richmond St. E and Sherbourne (South East corner) never has baked goods. the shelves are very sad and empty every time I visit... regardless if its early morning, morning, noon, or afternoon. the shelves are always sad and empty. Seems like it never has Tim bits. or more than 1 kind of donut. it never bothers to have more than 1 or 2 choices of bagel. The baked goods are simply none existent at this Tim Hortons.
Desired outcome: I would like for this Timmies to start upping their baked goods game so its up-to par with the rest of the timmies in the area
Terrible Service - Untrained Staff
Sat. Sept. 17th/22
Visited at 8:30 this date for breakfast .. store was only minorly busy at that time ... was obvious that the server we had contact with was a 'trainee' as she couldn't find menu items on the tablet ... her backup that she hailed for help was just as bad ... they struggled through it wasting much time ... once order arrived it was missing a hash brown as the breakfast combo was to include ... 5 min. to get that corrected ... now the line up measures 20 deep .. she was the only one taking orders as the other register stood empty .. seemed like drive thru was getting the preference not the internal counter .. everyone in line acknowledged that also with some leaving ... drivethru almost out to Hwy ... just terrible inexperienced staff that day ... a womens washroom stall door still missing also after two plus weeks ... just where is the Manager / Store owner ... I will be finding a new location that knows how to operate with customer satisfaction in mind ... D.G.
Desired outcome: This store needs to be visited by corporate to put it back in shape with quality staff and supply the service that is found at most .... just a head's up ... address the washroom issue pronto !
Women's bathroom locked for a month.
The womens washroom has been locked for a month now (August 13,2022).we have to use the family room which the men use also, when they have their own to use .Have complained to the staff. They do not know why it is locked either. Why is there no women's washroom. Restaurant number 3016. At 17695 64th Ave. Surrey BC V3S1Z2.
Desired outcome: The complaint has been resolved. Thank you.
Problem with the drive thru being closed.
Incident happened on Tuesday, September 13,2022. Approximately 3:15PM. Hello, my name is JoAnn Howes. I live in Elma NY and frequent the Tim Horton's on Jamison and Bowen Roads. Today I went to go through the drive through and there were some cones at the entrance of the drive I thought they were there because of pot holes and that I was supposed to drive...

I was at the drive thru around 831 pm I don’t think it’s very professional to be whipping paper airplanes in side the store not to mention the wait for 2 bagels just my thought
Store location 936 Broad st east dunnville ont
I don’t need anything or want anything but it’s not a good image for Tim’s or do you want a injury on your hands
Desired outcome: None
Ham and cheddar sandwich
I order a ham and cheddar sandwich from Tim Hortons on the way to work to have at lunch. This is the second time they’ve put a disgusting piece of tomato in it. One tomato slice in a 5 inch sandwich. Pathetic. They also put a tiny bit of sauce. It’s dry and hard to swallow. They are so worried about serving customers in the fastest time possible that quality is minimal and no priority.
Desired outcome: To be given a sandwich that isn’t dry and to include 2 nice tomato slices and a proper amount of sauce
Lack of cleanliness and quality in produce used in sandwiches
Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 2pm at the location at Dixie Rd north of Courtneypark, south of Derry Rd. I ordered a BLT with extra mayo. The bun came burned, barely any mayo, the tomatoes were very thin and green, and the lettuce was dirty. The lettuce looked like it was never washed! The bottom of the leaf was brown, and I could clearly see the dirt on the lettuce! This is the same location where on 2 different occasions, bought a Boston cream donut and there was no cream in them!
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a Tim's gift card for the value of the 2 donuts and the sandwich be sent to me, or at the very least a refund.
Reward & Offers

Orchard Lake road and 10 mile, Farmington Hills, Mi, 48336
On my mobile app, I activated the $2 latte any size all week offer. I got to the window and provided my scan and the employee said my total was $5.82. I indicated I had the special offer for $2 and she didn't know what to do so she said its $5.82 or nothing, so I left without my order after waiting about 10 min in line.
I don't believe the people are properly trained in using the mobile app offers or the app is not working.
Very disappointed so I went to Mcdonald's across the street. Used their app.
Desired outcome: I would like a coupon or credit for wasting my time.
Commande incorrecte

I live in Perth Ontario we have two Tim Hortons in our town and neither of them can run past 8:00 pm, either the dining room is closed or the drive thru is closed, they say it’s lack of staff, what I don’t understand is why can’t the owners get in there and help there staff, run this business, McDonald’s coffee and service is looking a whole lot better these days in the Town of Perth Ontario
Desired outcome: Make the owners responsible to ensure full service of there business
Incorrect order and accused of lying
I placed an order on my mobile app today at 4:19 pm. My order number was 9538 and was to be picked up at the location at 11084 51 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 0L4. My order was a large turkey bacon club with extra cheese, no tomato and ranch dressing and 1 order of potato wedges. When i first arrived at the drive thru to pick up i was told they didn't have my order. She asked me again what it was and said ok come to the window. As I drove up to the window she already had her arm out the window getting ready to toss me my order. I though that in itself was a little strange because first they tell me they don't have my order and in the 5 seconds it took me to get to the window she was about to toss it to me. So i go home after working all day. I'm tired. Its hot! We are having a heat wave. I change my clothes and prepare to spend the rest of the evening resting. So I go to eat my sandwich and when i open up the bag I notice that not only did my sandwich have no lettuce, but there wasn't even any turkey and only one piece of bacon on a small portion of the bun. The container of potato wedges was not even 1/4 full and the wedges themselves were ice cold and were not even chewable. Needless to say I was not happy. But I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. So I get redressed and go back out in the heat to rectify this error. I went inside the storefront and a woman approached me and asked me if I had a problem. I said yes I got home and was surprised to see that my club house was missing some pretty key ingredients such as the turkey lettuce etc. She asked me to see and I showed her. I was expecting an apology and perhaps an offer to make this situation right. I din't even bring up the sad state of the potato wedges. What I got instead was an accusation of lying. I told her I would like to speak to a manager. She informed me that she was the manager and that she herself along with a co-worker made my sandwich and she distinctly remembers but on lettuce and turkey. She called the other worker over to confirm. They both agree they made the sandwich and there is nothing they can do about it. I said that I just wanted to get this clear in my mind...you are accusing me of lying? I said I am a 58 year old woman who just finished working and the only reason I even stopped by here in the first place is because I was tired and the extreme hot temperatures outside. I asked her if she really thinks that I wanted to go home, park in the parkade, go up to my apartment, change my clothes and prepare to eat to just have to change my clothes again and get back in my car to return a sandwich with no meat on it for enjoyment. She again accused me of lying and was adamant that she made the sandwich herself. She said that if I could give her the time I was there that she could go and look at the camera and prove that the sandwich was made properly and there had been no other turkey clubs made in the last hour but other than that there wasn't anything she can do. She even asked me if I wanted to take the sandwich back with me or what did I want done with it. I said I would like a sandwich the way I had ordered it. She then told me to have a seat and she would go look at the camera. So I sit down and honestly people in the eating area were looking at me and shrugging their shoulders in disbelief at the way I was being treated. After about 7-8 minutes she calls me to the counter and said she reviewed the camera and I was right. They had definitely confused my order with someone else and asked if I would like a new one made. So I received a new sandwich. This one had turkey on it and it was on 2 six inch buns because she said they were out of the large ones. I get home and open it to eat and each bun had 4 pieces of meat but they were directly on top of each other on one side of the bread, leaving a good inch of bun with no meat. So before I could eat my sandwich I had to reconstruct it into what I should have received in the first place. I am appalled by this treatment. And you should be appalled that this service and treatment is a representation of Tim Hortons and your brand. This whole experience is 100% unacceptable. Has Tim Hortons become so big that customer service isn't relevant or important anymore? If I was treated in this manner I hate to think how some of our vulnerable community members are treated especially in these hot weather conditions.
Desired outcome: I would like a response. I would like a refund and be compensated for my time and energy trying to rectify this situation. I would like what you would expect if you received this kind of subpar service.
Online Offer on Tim Hortons app
I have visited T.H. on 5955 Leslie Street, North York on 07-20-2022. I showed the clerk the offer on the 1/2 dozen donuts and wanted to redeem some points which I have and about to expire at the end of the month. However, the clerk did not scan to redeem this points and later on, of course the points lapsed. (he let me to believe that he scanned to redeem but in actual fact no). Please let me understand why you have points which expire on a monthly basis? Your TH app is definitely not user friendly. If your TH location has no free WIFI, then you are out of luck to use your points or the app for that matter.
There has been more than twice that I did not get to redeem the points or that the offers were properly scanned to take advantage of. Please update your app to make it more user friendly to use or navigate.
Desired outcome: Too many points lapsed because of poor staff training at TH's end. Make easier access to benefit from your offers. Please email me on outcome of this complaint. [protected]@yahoo.com
Farmer's Wrap (Eggs)
I'm writing this complaint against below mentioned store.
95 Father Tobin Rd, Brampton, ON L6R 0W9.
Seems like they have never cleaned their grills. Please look at the pictures.
Customer service is very disappointing, Employees never apologize.
I don't know how to explain my frustration because it happens every single time I go to this restaurant.
On my last visit, they kept me waiting 45 mins after handling my drink. Manager - Ms. Pawan was very rude, she didn't apologize once on top of that she said, "Its not my fault that you finished your drink".
Today, I specially asked them to clean grill before making my food, but still they didn't. Please see pictures of what they gave me as a farmer wrap.
Please someone fix this unacceptable behaviour by their employees and please train them properly about food related safety and measures.
Please ask them to stop serving old, expired, greenish color eggs.
Desired outcome: I would like to be treated as a Customer and I just need the same food we see in Tim Horton's digital menus. that's what we pay for. This store needs to be inspected, that's all I can say.
Tim Hortons restaurant, 1060 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg, Mb
In Winnipeg, we are able to order Tim Hortons delivered to our home through Skip the Dishes. The last 3 times we've done so, the orders were incorrect. Today, the muffins ordered were not included. Also, 2 wraps in the bundle were incorrect, Sausage and egg wraps were ordered, received sausage, egg, and hash brown wraps. Both hash browns were stuck inside the wrappers, neither could be removed whole.
Our last 2 orders were missing items, the store refused to send them. Each time we've called the restaurant, we've been told the same thing. To call Skip, it's their problem. When the store employee admitted the store did not giving the muffins to the Skip driver, they still refused to deal with problem. Said if we wanted our missing items, we'd have to drive to restaurant and pick up. After paying Skip delivery fee, and just wanted delivery, had to spend money on gas driving to store.
I understand Skip policy is likely that if items are missing, you are to call them back. Being provided the wrong items? Items the driver wasn't given? Unsure how this is the fault of a delivery driver.
Desired outcome: Employees NEED to know customers pay for product and thus pay their wages. Double and triple check orders before serving them. Are efforts made to improve customer service and a refund.
