Going through the drive thru this morning and ordered a coffee and a raisin bran muffin. I watched the car in front of me receive their order, check it and hand it back. I drove up to the window was handed my order - which was obviously the returned item. When I asked I was told that yes it was the order the previous customer had returned but it was "ok". I...

Get rid of these horrid, dangerous contraptions. They leak, dont fit, and are improperly vented. Garbage as far as I am concerned. My friends and family are in agreement and will be going elsewhere for coffee. The prices keep rising, the service declining and less tolerable daily, and products shrinking in size and quality. The old family oriented business is now a thing of the past and Tim's has become a corporate mess and all about the al.ighty dollar Instead of the wholesome morning meeting place it once was.

I ordered S Regular coffee at 2330 on 24.11.19 and an employee named Manpreet yelled at me after I asked for a sleeve. The cup was burning hot, I work in hosp. and everytime I order coffee, she makes unpleasant face, and gives me a response as I should go away. She told me last time I made a fuss for not giving the sleeve. If she remembered I asked for it, why didn't she give it at first place?
I felt insulted in front of other employee and other clients. I spent money for coffee, not for disrespect and yelling. I thought to refrain from complaining couple of times before, but tonight, she made me feel insulted. I would rather stay without coffee or food, but I am pledging not to visit there now onwards.
Tim Hortons is a reputed name. I think the owner should train them for customer service, atleast how to talk to people. This is the only employee who behaved to this extreme level since I started working there 8 years ago.
new ad on television
Timmy's is probably the MOST POPULAR coffee in Winnipeg - love it! But - so sad to see the new ad on the television that shows different spots in our country - looked like one in each province! Why NO MANITOBA? Bad enough we are normally left out of "cross Canada weather, like the rest of the country thinks there is nothing between Saskatchewan and Ontario!
Would have been kind of nice to see a Manitoba franchise - we do drink coffee here too!

I ordered a KitKat iced cap and I was drinking it and I felt something hard inside of it when I was moving around the straw . Then I wanted to t know what was so hard inside of it so I throw it a out and I saw something red inside of it . On further inspection it looks like the nozzle of the piping bag of the whip cream. Read full review of Tim Hortonsthai chicken soup base served vs soup
Dear Sir/Madame, My husband and I recently ordered the chicken Thai soup and a sandwich to go. I have had this soup many times in the past and it quickly became my lunch go to when on the road. Well today I got a bowl of paste. Not soup. Thick stand your spoon up in the middle glop. And not in a thick and hearty way. Anyway it was inedible. So today's lunch for me was the bun. Not so happy. I went to Tim Hortons at the intersection of Bloor and St. George in Toronto Ontario a couple of hours ago, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with 2 hash browns, an iced coffee with a flavour shot, and 2 donuts. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich and the iced coffee both with no dairy since I am lactose intolerant.
The first issue is when the person serving me told me that they had no soy milk, which I ordered, and asked me if I wanted cream or milk. When I told her that I couldnt have either she proceded to make me a black iced coffee, without sugar, or the flavour shot which I paid extra for. I got this fixed, but she was a bit rude about it.
The second issue is that they gave me a a breakfast sandwich that had cheese on it. When I pointed it out, they took the sandwich and just took the cheese off. I know they did this since there was still small bits of cheese on the bun and the wrapper. This could make someone very sick if they were to eat it, if they had a sensitivity or allergy to Dairy. They also tried to pin it on me, saying I ordered it with cheese, but I explicitely remember pressing the minus sign next to cheese on the touch screen.
This is the second incident I have had in a week with this sort of thing. On Wednesday at about 12:30pm, I went to a Tim Hortons located at the intersection of College and Spadina in Toronto, Ontario, in which they did the same thing, though I didnt get it resolved because I didnt find out that they gave me cheese on my breakfast sandwich until I got home, and I didnt have time to go back, especially since I went to a location that was out of my way. I contacted Tim Hortons through facebook messanger, and they told me that they would put me in contact with the manager from that location, which has yet to happen.
There are a couple of resolutions for my complaint. First off, educate your workers on what to do if someone with a dietary restriction were to ask for their order to be fixed. The rudeness was uncalled for, especially since I was trying to make it so my meal wouldn't make me sick. I understand that they probably thought that I didn't like cheese or dairy, but really when it comes to this sort of thing they should assume that it is due to an actual medical condition. Also, if someone with a dietary restriction were to ask for their meal to be fixed, don't just remove whatever they cannot have, make them a new breakfast sandwich or whatever they ordered as the old one may have residues of a food that the person cannot have due to allergy, intolerance or sensitivities.
I do not think that I even want to go to Tim Hortons again, especially if they are going to handle my orders like that.
hygiene
At approximately 12:15pm today, a female staff member walked out of the kitchen with 4 donuts on her forearm and 2 eclairs in her hands then proceeded to place them in the display cabinet. When I complained to the staff member serving me that it was disgusted and unhygienic, she just shrugged. I will also be complaining to our municipal health department.
Read full review of Tim Hortonsdrive thru screws up orders nearly every single time (50 street and hermitage road, victoria trail and hermitage road, edmonton ab)
I'm not usually one to write complaints, especially not about something trivial like missing bacon or cheese or whatnot, but I feel that something needs to be said about the suspicious circumstances of the drive thru's in North Edmonton, especially around the Clareview area. We have been a contributor to your business for at least 15 years and we feel like something needs to be done.
It seems like any time I order breakfast for my family, (lets say we are on the way to an appointment or in a rush for some reason, and we go through the Drive Thru) there is what seems to be, intentional corner cutting. You should get what you paid for, always... and if there is an honest mistake, I could accept that. However, if I order four sandwiches and four drinks, 8 times out of 10, the sandwiches will be made poorly and missing most of their ingredients. EIGHT OUT OF TEN TIMES!
Whether this is for the sake of speed or saving money, I don't know, but if it were simply an accident, you would occasionally get something "extra" whether that be extra bacon, extra cheese, or an extra sandwich. Instead, most times, what I find is missing egg, missing bacon, missing cheese, or even missing sandwiches. I'm not even going through at rush hour either, this could be 11am! If you can't serve breakfast orders for a carload of people in your drive thru, just say so. There is no reason for this, and it angers many people because we use the drive thru if we are in a rush and we can't come back to have it fixed, and it seems like the people working there know that, and that's why they intentionally screw up the drive thru orders. To top it off, when I went into the Victoria Trail location and asked that they fix my order (no cheese and only half a slice of bacon on four sandwiches, again!), they gave me dirty looks and grumbled about it rather than apologising!
I am finally writing a complaint, after having this done to me almost every single time I have gotten more than one breakfast sandwich, I believe that there MUST be some kind of directive from the bosses of the Tim Horton's around Clareview to cheap out and rush the Drive Thru orders. How much money are these franchise operators wrongfully bringing in when they rip their customers off at such an alarming rate? There is NO WAY that almost every single time, I should be ripped off! Imagine if I went into Tim Horton's, reached into the cash drawer and stole a dollar nearly every single time I went!
service
Hello: This is not the first time I have been frustrated with the service at this location, but it is the first time I have lodged a complaint. Again (not the first time), the...

Read full review of Tim Hortonsnew lids
The new lids that are being used for coffee cups are absolutely horrible to drink from. It's like drinking from a sippy cup so you almost have to suck the coffee out. The lids are very hard to open and because of the design there is always some left that you just can't get out. Please go back to the original style of lid. It is so much more user friendly and makes the coffee much more enjoyable to drink.

Worked for Tim Hortons got no training was put on a 5am shift where I had to work the drivethru, front Counter, and the sandbox by myself plus wasn't given a passcode to open the tills or even told the procedure for the morning. My fiance works at this Tim Hortons and on Monday ( November 4th, 2019) night the cops had contacted the management saying they needed to take her in for questioning for a child abuse case as she knows what these children are going through. Management said it was fine to take care of family before coming to work, So Tuesday, November 5th, 2019 so went into the police station to be questioned and what do you know the management from this place is now threatening her job... so good for "taking care of family first"... I will never ever buy another ice cap from this Tims or any in fact. It is a legal case and you can do anything if cops want to talk to you. this is unbelievable.

The new lids that you switched to are pure garbage. You spill more coffee drinking out of cups with these new lids than you actually drink. Not sure who or where your test market testing on was done, but I suspect they were not Tim's customers and they dealt with Robins or McDonalds and they sabotaged the trial, so you would lose market share. After the third week of using your new cup and lids, I took my business elsewhere.
Another beef, with the introduction of the reward card, the drive through line up all of a sudden increased in length and time waiting for the coffee increased. Not sure why, but it gave me more incentive to move over to your competitors.
Fix both and I might return, fix neither and well it has been nice knowing you
