itc update of my account.. id [protected]
I have opened up an account on the 20 August 2019. Paid R200 before 30th of the same month and settled the account on 13th of September 2019. Please updated my account as is fully settled paid, since last month my acount was not updated at itc even though its fully paid. By opening this account I lost 63 of my credit score. Before this account my credit score was 569 and after opening it dropped to only 506. I had to settle my account with the aim to improve my credit score. Last and this month my account profile was never updated. Please assist by updating as I want to buy something on credit, I can't wait for next month. Please. Thank you.

cell phone problem
I bought a movie cell phone at springs mall in June the phone worked for a week. Then I went to the close branch south gate mall were they took the phone 3 months past in August I then went back and got the phone but still it's not working what should I do. I want a new cell phone cause I'm currently paying my installments with no phone on my hands
debit order
Truworths has been debiting me over the years and almost a thousand every month. I have paid over R30 000 for half a year and I feel its fraud. Yes I will find an attorney to look into my books cause truworths has been taking more than I can afford.
It hadn't debited this month because I wants to get double next month to Rob me further. It knows my debit order date and decided not to debit on that date hence the bounce.
I have never taken anything more than 1000, yet I get debited over R800 monthly.
This is not fair and u just and is against the law.

Staff member at till point was busy with a personal conversion with someone about cellphon contracts an nework changing while people were queuing up at till point. Only one cashier is open at the store, at fitting rooms the attended also instructs you to count your own items an take a number card youself because she is also busy with a private convention with someone else.
no help order sizes from other outlets.
I am a regular cash customer of truworths. Today 02/09/2019 I ask for assistant of 2 tops I wanted from ginger mary range and hey betty range.
The shop did not have my size available. Asked the cashier (got employee no) if she can look for me at other outlets for my size to order for me. What I heard blow me away! Her words: sorry if I don't have an account with truworths they can"t help me toe order my size!?
As a cash payer truworths will not help customers get there clothes they looking for? Is this your terms for truworths?
You prefer only to help account customers not cash payers.
I realy hope the cashier was wrong because this is unacceptable for any cash payers.

Service - exchange of an item
i bought my bf a jean from the tygervalley branch in july 2019. on saturday 31 august i went to the parow branch to exchange the product for something else as the jean did not fit, only to be told truworths does not exchange after 30 days. i had the slip, the tag was still on the garment, which was in the same condition as the day i bought it. i just opened my account, but if this is the kind of service im going to get i'd rather pay up the account and close it.

On the 31/08/19 my fiancé and I had visited truworths is gateway, we are frequent customers to the store so my fiancé had decided to open up an account with them. A friendly sales consultant had assisted us with the approval. It took a few mins to receive the sms so we had gone for dinner and resumed to activate the account in store. Once we got to the teller, the teller then assisted us with opening the account and we had even received the usual congratulations message to say it had gone through, she then called her manager/supervisor to authorize, upon being there for 15-20mins and the store already been closed as it was now 9:05 when the supervisor had eventually come in to assist with authorization. The supervisor then advises us that the system is offline as it is past closing and they cannot assist us further. This is by far the worst experience ever as we had been in the store for such a lengthy period and even received the confirmation messages but to no avail. When we were leaving we asked for the supervisor's name who then hesitated and said her name was Courtney and we could go to any store to open it as it wasn't reflecting on the system. The very next day we had went to Pavilion and with no hassles they had assisted and said the account had already been active and there was no need for anything else. In my opinion the supervisor had just been too lazy to process the account as it was closing so she used the system as an excuse and if that is the way you guys do business then I think you need to revisit your customer eccentricities. A senior member of staff such as a supervisor should not have this type of behavior towards customers as we are your bread and butter. I hope to receive some feedback regarding this.

It seems to be hassle to exchange a pair of jeans that I bought and realized they were torn before I could wear them. The jeans were purchased on a friend's account and now I'm being accuses of tearing the pants myself. Now I'm waiting to speak to the store manager and it seems no one cares about customer service. I am complaining about service of lichtenberg truworths
I bought tshirt n find out that tshirt is small, they said I can't exchange because they don't have size n the tshirt that I wanted to exchange with was lesser than the one I bought. Store manager refused to talk to me I had to come back with it . Tshirt still have a price tag on it n I provide the proof of purchase. But the lady who was assisting gave me bad attitude until I left the shop.

Every time they decide to respond to one of my 2000 emails it's always very vague with the should haves and must haves. Seems to me they never look into what causes the issue before answering.
I'm now really tired and if I don't get a proper response to my complain also on this platform I think there are relevant authorities out there which will make you act on this. Since you care zero as to how much this pathetic service effect customers life's.

Good day can you please urgently assist in this matter, on the 10/05/2019 i bought my self a shoe of DH with item no *20556054 and the sole of the shoe is already broken in a bad way pictures of this shoe will be attached with the receipt of purchase. I. Realy not happy with this as a loyal costumer and account holder, could you please address this matter with the store as i would like to get a new shoe or a refund. information update on database
I was employed and my contract ended in 2016 and I asked the shop to update my information about my workplace.I sent them an email requesting them to update with all the attachments that needs to be updated but nothing has changed. My worries is that they keep on calling my former employer asking for and I have already gave them information. Everytime when I ask them if they have updated they told me that the system does not update the sane time which is not true because the moment you update everything changes. I think they are just ignoring me.why do you update information the same time when I said I work at this company without any proof but now I have sent proof and you are telling me stories about your system. It doesn't make sense.
lack of customer service
I hope someone can explain the below situation to me because I don't think what's happened is a coincidence.
My application for a store credit card has been rejected twice. The first time, I was told it was because they were unable to get hold of me (they had the incorrect number). The lady that I spoke to said there was no other reason as to why it was rejected - only because I was unreachable.
After explaining that the number was incorrect, the rejected status was removed and I was allowed to apply again. I re-applied telephonically so that they had my details, only to received an sms saying that I did not qualify at this time for an account.
I have received about 4 sms' confirming that I did not qualify, so I cut my card.
Now, after I've asked on what grounds it was rejected, I've already recieved 2 sms' congratulating me as my application was approved. Maybe it's just me but I don't think it's a coincidence - I think no one can give me a reason as to why it was rejected in the first place.

I would hereby like to express my disappointment in your online services and the poor results in my recent order, reference/tracking number: o25450368.
On 11-08-2019 I ordered 3 items valued at R1359.00. I was told that the delivery would take 3-5 working days. On this date 20-08-2019, 7 working days have gone past and yet I haven't received my order.
After numerous calls to the call center I have been told that the courier company could not be reached and that I will be kept informed by means of a report back, which also never happend. This morning 20-08-2019 I phoned again and was told that my order is still in Centurion, I requested for my credit to be credited back into my account, but instead received a message reminding me to pay my installment with a balance i wasn't even refunded on yet.
This is very disappointing from a huge well known company like Truworths.
The items were meant to be a gift to a family member and due to non compliance from the above mentioned company, the situation left me pretty embarrassed.
I am sure that you understand the complaint was necessary in order to prevent this unpleasant situation from happening again.

I have been a loyal customer for 14years and from last month all I have been receiving is the worse service. Last month my debit order that is set for the 25th of each month was debited on the 24th of which incurred me inconvenience of bank charges for a unsuccessful debit. I had gotten no notification from Truworths of their error I had picked it up on my online banking and had called Truworths on the 25 July informing them of this error and was advised that a debit order would be rerun not to worry. This was a lie as it was not done and I had not noticed this until I received smses and continuous calls to advise me that "I" had failed to pay me account. I had finally answered their call yesterday 16 August as I work and not able to answer calls during working hours and was spoken to by an incompetent fool from the collection department. Bare in mind I had just got back from the Dr and had an injection so I was not in a state to take down information. This fool tells me that Truworths was not aware of the issue they only recently had pick up the error which is shocking that when I called on the 25 July the agent told me that Truworths was aware of the error. He then went on the say that this month will be a double debit of which I agree that a double installment is due however, I had asked this fool if there was interest added to the account and his reply was "NO". My debit order like I said is set for the 25th for obvious reason that I get paid on that day and this morning 17 August I get an SMS that I will be double debited on the 23 August. I had to call the call centre again to rectify this incompetent fools error. I queried again about the interest as I didnt trust the previous consultant from Collections and I was advised that there is in fact interest charged on the account. The history of my account shows clearly that I select 6months interest free and yet due to an error on Truworths billing I'm to be penalized and pay interest. The cherry on the top about the guy that I spoke to yesterday 16 August was that when I requested for him to send me either and email or SMS with the email address that I should send my bank statement to for a refund for bank charges and this fool tells me "it's an easy address" and starts quoting the address cos he didnt want to send it to me. So I ask is this the level of service that a long standing loyal customer deserves? Can Truworths not find out the bank charges and refund the customers that were affected by this? So I would need to be further inconvenienced to get a bank statement and send that in for a error that I still have not received an apology for. I have attached screenshots of the SMS that I had received.

I bought a leather jacket at the store on 20/7/2019 I never waer it, then I went out of town when come back to town I realize that the jacket doesn't fit me well I took it back to the store for exchange on the 13/08/2019, they told me it's not in good condition it doesn't smell good.i was suprised becouse I was before 30 days and I brought them the slips as a proof .
They were very unprofessional to me I didn't like they way they handled my matter
What I know notice is that they are racisit if it was a white person he should be assisted with a respective manner

I am a private individual, all of my purchases are always done by cash and credit cards are used only for online shopping. I have never shopped at this store and have in fact been living out of the country for the last 20 years. I have recently re-located back into S.A. and Truworths has somehow obtained my name and new private address and mailed me an unwanted store credit card.
When I called to complain about this they then expected me to issue further private details such as my I.D. number and telephone contact details. I refused to provide the personal information requested and demanded that they remove my name and address from their database. They informed me that unless I provided the personal details they required over the telephone this could not be done. They have already obtained my address and name by dubious methods - why can they simply not delete this information from the database? I am totally offended by this clear invasion of my privacy and will obviously repeat this story to all and sundry regarding the devious and illegal way this company behaves.

I took my phone back to truworths waterfront on the 16th June 2019 it didn't wanted to charge they then took it from me and booked it for repairs with mtn on the 01 August 2019 truworths phoned to say my phone was fixed I can come collect it they have it at store on arriving there the next day the assistant that assisted me Mishka told me its not my original phone it's some one else's phone as they couldn't fix my phone coz it was a faulty I then questioned her why are mtn giving me someone elses phone she then said Beacause my warranty was only six months but the original documents says I have 24 months warranty and even the store manager was confused she couldn't even assist me properly the service at truworths is very very bad and poor I'm so angry right now and upset can't deal with the services I just want my original phone or they must credit my account I will never ever purchase phones by them coz I had a similar incident with woolworths and the service there was excellent I must say far better than Truworths
