I bought Jacket at Truworths westwood mall in Durban der said my Size Large is in Cape town store der is 4 of dem, der called. dat branch to reserve it for me the Jacket wl b couried to westwood store I will get it in 6 to 8 weeks, order number [protected] there send me sms nw after 4weeks da jacket is sold. out my order has been cancelled dat nonsense I want my jacket I payed for it
bad attitude
On the 18th of February 2018, I went to Truworths in Denlyn (Mamelodi) to buy some few items. After selecting a few items I went to the cashier who treated me like a thief, I don't mind if verifications are done but her attitude sucks. If Truworths is going to continue hiring people like her some of us will just cancel our accounts with you. Her name is Lerato, I couldn't get her surname. Please teach your employees manners. Hope I get a response from Truworths as soon as possible.

I would like to complain about the bad service I got at uzzi store in mabopane central city today at 16:00. I went there looking for a pair of shoes, that's when I approach a salesman for a size 8 and when he brought them I realised its not the right fit so I immediately ask fo size 7. he ignored my request and went to back to his duties while I was there waiting. I ended up leaving the store disappointed by the service. returns / exchange policy
Dear Sirs,
Yesterday, 11th Feb 2018 I returned a purchase made by my wife on the 6th of Feb, to your Walmer Park branch.
Initially I asked for a refund on the return but as no cash had been taken they were in no position to refund me.
I then exchanged the goods for a smaller size.
At this point I was made aware that there would be an additional price to pay.
Apparently there was another promotion running that had since expired and I was to pay the full sales price. An additional R60.
Now I understand the issue of compounded promotions but I do not understand why I should have to pay in additional monies when it was just a size exchange.
Please supply an explination.

I am so disappointed on the manner that truworths followed in requesting that I keep my account updated. For the first time last year I went through hardships and I have been a loyal customer throughout the years. I make payments as agreed but I keep getting smses harassing me about non-payment and when I call I just get an apology but same mistakes. After settling my account I am out. Very disappointed with this value proposition

I bought a damage dress unaware of the damages, and when I tried returning the dress after a week of purchase; with all price tags and information still attached to the dress, Gezina galaries Truworth store refuse to take it back because, unfortunately I lost the purchase receipt.
I paid using cash card and hence I printed my bank statement as proof of purchase, but the store still refuse to exchange or refund me for the dress.
I feel betrayed by the store because they told me the dress was returned as a damage by another customer, yet they still displayed.

25 min ago in Truworths Bronkhorstspruit a lady by the name of Milly (pregnant ) was super rude. I entered the fitting room and kept some items outside. When I was done fitting and came out of the fitting room, she had removed my items and put them away. The lady with initials (L.Khumalo ) who works as security had assisted me when I going into the fitting room asked the whereabouts of the clothes and she answered, "I REMOVED THEM, WE ARE TIRED WE WANT TO KNOCK OF !& I REMOVED THEM !I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY BELONG TOO!, in a very rude manner.
I am very disappointed for Truworths staff to have behaved that way. I had to start my shopping all over again. No apologies received from the s0.

Just came back from the truworths store at Rosebank and I am very angry with the service I received. I asked the floor lady working at the shoe's department to assist me by checking my size. she did that and told me that it's out of stock so I went back to look for a different shoe and she purposely left me there to talk to her friend and she made sure to turn her back so that I dont call her. Another employee passed by and just gazzed at me. how dare your staff treat me like me like that? That's very unproffesional, I work with customers as well and I dont conduct myself like that.
discount voucher not honoured

I received a R100 voucher from truworths which expired on 7 January 2018. So on 7 December, I bought an item for the sole purpose of utilising the discount voucher. On 10 January, I went back to exchange the item for a different size. Imagine my shock when I was told that I had to pay full price for the item because the voucher had expired!
Needless to say, I didn't make the purchase.

faulty/ damaged products
On the [protected] Bought a cellphone (Nokia3) at Troworths The Glen Mall. We opened it at the store and it looked fine. Took the phone home, didnt use it immediately because it wanted a Nano simcard then decided to just use the 1 it came with. I invited my whatsapp contacts, then 1 decided to whatsapp call and that was on the 16/12/2017 Saturday. The speaker was not working had to put them on load speaker. Took the phone back on the [protected]. they said I am day late they need to take it for repairs. I hadnt even started paying for the phone which means I will now be paying for a second hand not a brand new phone. I only had the phone for 7 days but it already went for repairs. I want a new phone as that one was given to me damaged. Please Help me get a new phone or refund because I fear the damages it will come back with because it was not working from the first place

1. I called Truworths Groblersdal Mall today around 11:10 to 11:20. The lady whom I was just speaking to me just decided to hang up on me in the middle of my enquiry.
2. I had bought things on 24/11/2017 & had been to the store on two occasions to exchange with no luck as there were no sizes. On my second attempt, that is on 15 December 2017, when I couldn't get the sizes I was offered a refund.
Unfortunately the system at the store was reported to be slow as they wanted to refund me utilising the bank debit card that I used to purchase.
I could not wait longer.
Im currently sitting with two items which. I do not need as im told about the 30 days policy despite my efforts of going to the store with no luck.

fitting rooms
As an a loyal truworths customer, I was appauled by the service and treatment that I received at Truworths megacity, on the 29 December 2017. I entered the store @ 16H53 before the store doors were drawn closed. It is my assumption, that prior to the closure of the store doors, the store is still open to patrons. To my dismay and horror, when I tried to fit my selection of clothing, I was told that the fitting rooms were closed. The staff members indicated that the solution available was to purchase my selection of clothing with an option of returning/ exchanging if I am not satisfied with the fit of the clothing at home. I fail to understand why I should waste my fuel and drive back to the store for an exchange or return whilst fitting rooms were available at my disposal? Since when did Truworths institute the closure of fitting rooms whilst customers are still in the store?
shoe price on display
Good day. I went to Uzzi Sho at Key West Mall to purchase shoes which where on the floor and had a price tag of R140 but when I went to the till to make the payment I was told by the store consultant that the special only start on the 26th which I failed to understand why would they even be on display with that price tag. The store was just promoting false advertisement which is against the consumer protection act.

I'm totally disgusted by the calls and attitude I'm receiving from truworth. I've been a loyal customer and I've missed one payment for R250 due to my job travels. Today is the 30 November and the people are calling, harassing me the entire week for payment. This is pathetic service that I intend on taking up to the ambudsman. This is really sad that for just 1 missed payment of R250 I'm getting harassed and getting so many calls.
I am very upset with this service. I will go to the ambudsman and social media so everyone knows what kind of company truworth is and how you treat your customers.

Standing more the 15 minutes in payment line. The air conditioner is not working and the frontline supervisor act like we are getting the clothing for free. Only 2 front desk staff on duty and when the other supervisor requested another cashier to come and assistant. She came and close it immediately as the door is more important. When customers start to complaint, she just said "I am well aware of the lenght of the line, amount of front line staff and air conditioner. I then just put everything down and left the store. I am soooooo sorry for making a the 2vpayments at that store prior to shopping.

I did an online order on 14/11/2017. Yesterday I phoned the Fashion hotline twice to find out what happened to the order. Apparantely it was booked out on 15/11/2017? Really and still no delivery? I phoned again this morning and still no response or parcel not even a trace on Truworths side that I am complaining since yesterday morning.

disgusted with the quality of truworths
I am a loyal client from truworths for years.. I have never ever been this embarrassed ever. I bought a dress worth r625.00 for my staff party. The zip came off twice! At the function.. I was left standing in a bra and panty.. I was left half naked while my colleagues had to take there shirts off to cover me.. I will never leave it here.. I have never exposed my body, and it happen between almost 1000 people

Please note that there is a person activated my Truthworths account, I have never been in Truworths and I do not have an account with Truworths.
My probroblem is when I phoned regarding phurchased that was done on my name, I was told to bring Affidavit from Polistation with my ID book. How is that going to help me if my account was open without me being there, I believe that before an account opened, ID need to be verify for security Check, so if this was never done from the first place how am I going to get any assisitennt from Truworths.

An account was opened at Truworths on my name and the person is busy using that card.
I phoned Truworths to enquirer and I was told to bring an affidavit from polistation with my ID. I wonder how is that going to help me if an account was opened with my original ID, i believe that Truworths should have done security checks before an Account opening .
Right now I must do up and down to stop this faudlent account is time consuming, Truworths people are very ignorant and I must suffer . CAn someone from Truworths do something about this, I phoned to stop the fraudulent account that was opened but it can only stopped after I have submitted affidavit and ID and in the mean time the person is busy transaction, who is going to pay for that money used on that account ? .
Is this your way of ding business activating customers account and make it difficult for them when they trying to stop fraud ?
This is really bad service, Truworths is now starting to operate like any other fake shops here In SA.
Can you please investigate the matter and close this account, you can not tell me that your are waiting for my ID and affidavit where when the account opened non of that never requested.
