I ordered two seperate online orders for delivery totaling $124 and $132. The 1st order I wasn't notified my wasn't being fulfilled and items canceled. I received two bags of hot dog buns- and no hot dogs and diet coke. I was charged 3.95 and 4.95 service fee and delivery charge for a small order-amount which I wouldn't have purchased without hot dogs. The 2nd order- was canceled as it couldn't be fulfilled. I was notified by text. I was surprised when the delivery person brought 1 item- ziploc bags. this was a 2.89 item and was charged 3.95 and 4.95 for delivery and service charge. UNBELIEVABLE! Vons should notify in advance of unavailable items and allow customers to cancel any remaining items they can easily get at the store. I cant believe I was charged the amounts for 1-3 items... I will never use this service again! If you don't have the items or cant fulfill an order, you shouldnt allow people to place orders and anticipate items they need- especially what's going on with COVID and waiting a week or so for delivery and receive nothing!
My orders that were placed 2 weeks ago that were cancelled
I placed 2 orders online with Vons.com that equaled over 250 dollars. Vons was so quick to take my money and yet cancelled my orders days before it was suppose to arrive. I have a child at home that has immune transfusions weekly and I am unable to leave my home to buy the items I am in need of. I am going to be complaining to the media regarding this issue. Your customer service is terrible and the lack of empathy you have towards people who are unable to leave because of a disability. I need these items as they are essential!

I ordered groceries online. The order was not delivered. Nobody got back to me. I did not receive any emails explaining what happened with my delivery.
I called customer service and spent hours on the phone to reach someone. I was on hold for hours without able to get to customer service representative. I left messages on their website and did not get any responses.
It has been 2 days and I still did not receive my order! I did not hear from Vons!

Went to the above store on 3/13/20 at around 6:30 am. There was no water or toilet paper that were advertised the water is a three day special and toilet paper was your 5 dollar Friday so when I was checking out i asked for a rain check for the toilet paper being as they told me that the 5 dollar price would not be honored well you would think I was asking for the world this manager no raincheck we are in state of emergency don't you know that. I stated why would you advertise something you know you will not have and refuse to give raunchecks . She was the most horrible bond store manager i have ever encountered she said if I give you a raincheck I have to give the whole store one. She definitely should not be dealing with customers let alone be a manager. I really felt the need to write this letter as it was so upsetting. Thank you for your time in reading this letter

A couple employees working the night shift at approximately 12 A.M. chewed us out for utilizing the basket cart while shopping. My friend injured himself earlier that day, and was in pain when walking. So, in our attempt to utilize a store resource intended for customers with a lack of mobility, we were unnecessarily and harshly remonstrated. Yes, we are on the younger side, but as far as I know it is well within the realms of possibility that we can be injured. This ageism is unacceptable, and I assume that Vons will be concerned that its employees are being disrespectful to their customers. If we were merely crashing into merchandise and being a major nuisance, their actions and words would nearly be acceptable; however, using this resource as it is intended in addition to then spewing invective and profanity at paying customers seems like a questionable and non-sustainable business model. Not only did they do this, they continued to act hostile and otherwise imply violence after we amiably and peacefully returned the cart to it's original location in the store. Fostering an openly hostile environment for customers is unwise, so (just spit-balling here), perhaps a reminder to the employees would be in order to not use threatening language and aggressive profanity.
