I send a mail, an enquiry, to 1xBet customer service 6 DAYS ago now, on the 9th of March. And I still have not received any response.

It seems to be the normal level of customer service, that actually you don’t get any service.

The chat service is completely useless and you don’t receive any reply from e-mail customer service either.

Or if your lucky, you get a response after 5-10 days 🥴🥴🥴

Après un retrait Non approuvé en septembre 2018

J'ai vu mon compte bloqué.

Donc j'ai d'abord contacter le support de 1xbet a qui j'ai envoyé les photos des documents relatif à mon compte:

Numéro de téléphone

Carte d'identité

Capture de preuve de dépôt

Carte bancaire.

En suite j'ai été dirigé vers le service de sécurité de 1xbet a qui j'ai envoyé les photos des documents cité ci-dessus.

Ensuite le service a suspendu ma réclamation en décembre 2021 jusqu'à ce que j'envoie les dit document par la poste a cette adresse: PO Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine, 79008.

J'ai bien expédié le courrier c'est alors que le service m'a programmé un appel vidéo via Skype en avril 2022

Après avoir effectué l'appel, le service a de nouveau suspendu ma réclamation jusqu'à ce je leur envoie les documents d'abonnement de mon numéro de téléphone délivré par l'opérateur

J'ai encore fournis les documents

En suite le service a encore demander une photo de mon permis de conduire ou une facture d'électricité que j'ai une fois de plus envoyé

Et après plusieurs mois sans réponse j'ai relancé ma réclamation c'est ainsi que le service me demande une fois encore en janvier 2023 de leur fournir un certificat médical prouvant mes capacités mentales.

J'ai fourni le certificat et maintenant il me demande de leur envoyer le certificat médical par la poste a l'adresse suivante : Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, C.P. (zip) 44534, Apartado postal 33-01 en février 2023

J'ai été pour expédié le colis et le service postal de ma ville ma fait savoir que avec la situation sécuritaire actuelle du pays la POSTE est confrontée a des difficultés de livraison suite au sanctions internationaux lié aus vols internationaux vers certains pays donc par conséquent il ne peuvent pas me garantir que mon colis sera bien livre. Néanmoins j'ai expédié le colis il maintient plus de 2 semaines et je n'ai toujours pas de retour.

J'ai essayé d'expliquer la situation au service de sécurité afin de trouver une autre alternative a ma réclamation malheureusement le service a catégoriquement refusé tous discuter jusqu'à ce qu'ils reçoivent le colis.

Je voudrais solliciter a 1xbet de bien vouloir me proposer une autre solution.

Please I have been blocked from my own 1xbet account yesterday 12/3/2023. at first i had a problem with withdraw and emailed security team then they sent me an email that they blocked me for having multiple accounts which I'm sure i don't have multiple accounts.I already verified my identity and sent supporting documents.I use 1phone and 1sim.I never broke the rule. I use only this one account.I honestly play but they didn't give my account(they closed my account).In my account,I have about $600 (2,175,000MMK).This money is my whole life.Me and my family's life depends on this money. There's this part of your withdraw options that I think you guys should work on. It's not fair for one to have been able to deposit through a listed method and not being able to withdrawal through that same method, I think it's wrong.

Sir told me that the security department will verify the account, so I gave all my information. But they have not verified it yet. When I opened the new ID, it did not take 24 hours for you to verify it. And now why? 1. I gave the photo of National ID card. 2nd time I took a selfie with National ID card. 3rd time he asked me to take a selfie with a gaming ID card and gave it. 4th time he said he gave me a quote, I wrote it and gave it a selfie. Then he told me to log in to the PC and after doing that I wrote the block and submitted the information in the original form and after 72 hours he said to submit some more documents and I did that. Then again after 72 hours asked to send notarized copy of National Card to Mexico by mail. I am so tired of doing this. If you do that, people say how to use 1xbet. I did not get any help after calling you.

Dear sir my popular 1xbet. A few days ago when I won one my ID was taken away. Then the document made a problem. Emailed all my documents to security department still not fixed. The website then asks to send a notarized copy of the ID card to Mexico. After I gave it was returned because the post office from Bangladesh said it is not possible to deliver to Mexico. It can be sent directly to personal address or mobile number. All my original documents sir why are you doing this? I request you to correct my id sir. Please help.

Hi i’ve been blocked from my own 1xbet account today 2 /6/23. at first i had a problem with my log in and emailed security team then they sent me an email that they blocked me for having multiple accounts which im sure i dont have multiple accounts. It says i can not appeal about this matter so i posted on a facebook groups about 1xbet blocked my account it so happened that there was also the same person who was blocked because we were in the same area and connected to the same public wifi. but i can assure we are different people and i am not affiliated with the same person that they blocked. I still have ₱23k+ in my account but i cant not access it. i already verified my identity and sent supporting documents.

I deposit 2200$ and 1080$ through skrill but not received in my account i complained so many times but problem not resolve yet. I have placed 5 withdrawal requests on 05/02/2022

In my 1xbet account it shows my all withdrawals are processed but I have received only 4.

I have contacted them via email as suggested in the chat support. They asked me to share bank statement from the date of placing the withdrawal.

I have shared bank statement.

After that there is no response from 1x support.

Despite multiple follow ups via email the customer support is not at all responding now for my emails.

Really disappointed with 1xbet customer support. Very unprofessional.

Today will make it more than 5 month 1xbet decided to suspend my account all in the name of account verification. 1xbet demanded that I should verify my account because I decided to use a single withdrawal method out of like 2 to 3 method I use to deposit money into my account.And my reason was that I wanted to make things easier for myself.

I had always provided all the documents 1xbet requested for and since September last year it had been an indefinite sequence. Last month 1xbet said I should provide a document confirming I had no gambling addiction, I had to borrow money to see a gambling therapist thinking that when my account get resolved I will return the money I borrowed. And when the documents 1xbet requested for was ready I uploaded it on my 1xbet account as requested from the security department without tampering with it in any form. More than 4 month now things have been hard for me. I barely eat 3 times a day and I had to move in with my parent because I couldn't feed myself anymore.

Now what 1xbet are requesting for is that same document I had upload in my account I should have it sent to their office in mexico from right here in Nigeria after I had uploaded the document to them already. This is going to cost me a fortune I can't even afford. I don't know about other places but here in Nigeria people that send documents through post office are very few nowadays that's why a high price is associated with it. It will cost me more than 25 thousand naira for me to post a document from where I live here in Nigeria to Mexico. I really can't afford that I'm in debt already, I don't eat 3 square meal anymore and life had been really tough for me.
