Deposit of 200 uah not credited to my account
I made deposit of 200 uah to my betting account that wasn't credited to my betting account. Over the past 24 hours I have been going back and fort with support in live chat both in Russian and English language. I have sent all detials they requested to the email "[protected]@1xbet-team.com" and not even any response. Each time they give me the same response on live chat "send email to [protected]@1xbet-team.com" and I tell them this have already been done, Yet not even a single response.
I need to note that before posting this I have already chatted with over 4 different support representatives throwing me here and there. This is a customer service nightmare, it was like they were all use the same scripts when responding to me, really not sure why.
Desired outcome: credit betting account or refund money to bank, this a simple thing all evidence of deposit have been provided
This is a class action law suit waiting to happen. There have been over 5 days since my back and fort with the support team, not even any effort made to resolve the issue, I have gone through several conplains here and over the web with similar problem with some over 3 months old all with screen shots and evidence. So far there are over 100 of such complains unresolved and these are just the ones that actually followed up their complains meaning that there would be at least over 500 other victims of this company, The company is registered and licensed at an address in Curacao, under the License Number: 1668/JAZ; with payments processed via Nicosia, Cyprus, This information about the company is not clearly stated anywhere I can find in their web site. A single plaintiff can actually file an individual case to begin a class action suit and others can join later on, this will be filed in the country "Cyprus" where the payments are processed and the law. This is a warning as I will provided this if needed when the time comes if this issue is not resolved.
