I was at the checkout and two female employees were cursing back and forth and the cashier waiting on me addressed the by saying, ladies please! The one at the other counter said they can get out of my fuing store. The little old lady behind me was upset. The tall cashier said Oh we have to watch what we [protected]@&ing say in front of customers!

I was in your New Albany MS store on Christmas Eve night and they had 2 cashiers a white girl, who is always there and just as sweet as can be and a rude black girl. The line was a mile long and the cashier on reg 3 was working as fast as she could to get us taken care of. The manager, the managers daughter, which works there to was all on reg 1 talking laughing and goofing off and when the cashier on 3 asked for help, they all got mad at her. I go in there a lot and the manager is never there. They say she has family problems and could not make it. Things need to be done and the manager needs to be fired and her daughter does not need to be working for her mother! The poor girl that was on reg 3, quit because of the way they done her!

Always walking by her making weird noises. And now everything we go there. He makes us feel at unease. Stalking us like we are trying to steal something. Trust me. My freedom is worth more to me then trying to steal something that only costs $1.25. The last time we. Me and girlfriend were in the store. He must of told his co worker to watch us. Lytle Tx. Store 06877: The store manager at this store spends all day complaining about the freight manager and has no grounds for her continuous negative remarks about him, which she discusses with all employees and brings her personal problems to the store. The employees that work here do not like working under these conditions and personal information should not be discussed with anyone who will listen. We have had numerous employees quit due to her continuous bad-mouthing of him. Something needs to be done about the attitude and rudeness she displays on a daily basis. Her personal problems at home that she brings into the store, make employees not want to come to work. She has been seen sitting in the office not able to fulfill her duties and it makes the employees very uncomfortable. The freight manager is continuously harassed and written up on stuff that could be resolved by speaking to him without the attitude and rudeness she displays.
She has said to many employees of the store and other stores that she is going to get him fired. If she would put as much energy into actually working the store might actually look decent and take some pressure off the others.
Someone needs to really look into her work ethic. The store manager should be leading by example like her ASM.

I am writing because it’s been over a year and I have not received my refund for the return of two boxes of the, “Beware” signs, order number EC359707467. The signs I ordered on August 24, 2021 (copy enclosed) had a scalloped edge. The signs I received on September 1, 2021 (copy enclosed) had just a straight edge. Becky Ensley is the gal who helped me with the return order (copy of her hand written note is enclosed). As soon as she opened the boxes, I saw the straight edge signs and told her I did not want them because they were not what I had ordered. If I’d wanted those kinds of signs, I’d of just picked up as many as I needed at the Dollar Tree store. Becky supposedly did the return for me but on October 1, 2021, I found out from a co-worker she didn’t know how to do returns.
On October 1, 2021, I received an email saying I had an order to pick up. I took time out of my busy schedule to go to the store and check it out. They found the two boxes of “Beware” signs that were to have been returned on September 1, 2021 still sitting in the back room. That was the order they text me to come pick up. No one there could tell me what was going on. They said a guy would be arriving at 7:30pm that evening and would be giving me a call. But I never received that call.
On 4/22/22, I sent a message to Headquarters & never got a response from them.
I don’t know where else to turn to in getting help.
I would appreciate if you would refund me the $72.00 for the return of the two boxes of the, “Beware” signs plus the $4.32 sales tax bringing the total to $76.32.

My recent order
I recently placed two orders with dollartree on the same day. One came very quickly and dropped off and the other was taking a long time to be delivered. Last week UPS had left me three tickets and asked for a signature. I left each ticket on the door of my house with the signatures on the back like it states and the driver never took the tickets just left another stating that he needed a signature. I called UPS after the third attempt and they said they no longer take signed tickets but the driver wrote on the tickets to sign them. They told me I had to physical be there to get the package. Why have a ticket that says sign if I cant sign? I work during the times they dropped them off I can't be there in the mornings and I have never had a dollar tree order thats needed a signature before. I called Friday evening and spoke with someone in customer service about it and she told me that I would receive a refund when it was returned but I only got back the item cost a not a full refund. I asked the women I spoke with about why it needed a signature and that Ive never had an issue before now with any order I had had from here but she didnt have an answer for me. I called today and spoke with someone on why I did not get a full refund and she said it was because I didnt not sign for the packages and I did the driver just never looked. She just kept stating the same thing over again and saying it's my fault when I was explaining how I did sign for it and its the drivers error that he didnt take the tickets. She said that she only works for dollar tree and not UPS and to take it up with them which I had previously told her I had called them already. My issue is that she was rude when handling the situation and that I should not have to eat the cost of delivery for whoever processed my order at dollar tree for a signature being needed and a delivery driver that apparently can't see4.

She is extremely rude disrespectful and confrontational! I asked for a refund, and she snatched the receipt out of my hand after I asked for corporate office number. She went to the back office never came back until I asked another cashier to go get her. She came back out after the other teller was explaining to how to contact the corp office as if she wanted to do something. This is a franchise, and she should not be working there, she is horrible (I am sure there is a video of her actions). She should be Fired!~~~ She is not manager material and rude! I am going to the contact every corporate office until I am heard. I am a consumer and spend a lot of money at this location! I will not go to another location and inconvenience myself because of her rudeness! It is unacceptable and unprofessional! The information I received for corporate was incorrect and not sure if it was given to me that way on purpose. I took the liberty of googling corporate office. I want a key decision maker to contact me regarding this matter asap. She is a liability to your organization.

The day of this incident was 12/18/22 around 3:30 I went to this store 257 barnett rd ste 100 medford or97501 and purchase some items I went to go check out at register. I was counting my money at cash register while casher number 1 was processing my items she told me total of some 22 dollars, I didn't have enough money I let her know that I asked if take some items way she said she count do that. I told her I can go get my wallet in my car. She called over the second cashier to ask what to do she made a very big deal and annoced that I had no money and that I can't do that there lots of costumers... She then said it was okay I retrieved my wallet and I purchase my belonging with the second cashier I apologies for what happened and I got my bag and as I walked out I hurd talking to customer say in I quote," well, at least some is prepared! When I hurd that I walked to my car crying. I wish I said yes to the receipt or asked for their names... My rights where not validated.

I was in the Woodland Park, CO - Dollar Tree store (6527) today and the manager was playing a satan worship teaching, on CD or on his phone, at the register. It was quite loud and extremely unsettling. I state that he is the manager, as he told the customer in front of me that he was the manager. This is extremely unprofessional. I will not be shopping at Dollar Tree at this location again and will post this information on my FB page to warn all local friends to avoid it as well.

Natures flea and tick remedy for cats
I followed instructions and put mini cones on my cats like I always do, this time I was just struggling with money and was like hey let me try the one I see at doller tree all the time..
The main ingredient in something for a cat is literally something that is super poisonous to cats and it just blows my mind. Both of my adult cats started foaming out of the mouth and running around terrified like if they just took a hit of crack or something. I ran and washed it off and gave them 1% milk trying to help them..
Thank god they are alive and I didnt give this to the small cats but my girl cat she has lost alot of weight and is very depressed, the vet says its most likly due to getting poisoned. And my male cat his jaw randomly locks up and he gets very scared and starts throwing himself around which is also from this poison entering their nervous system since you have to put it behind the ears where they can't like it or get to it.
The vet and alot of people have been telling me to sue but my lawer says these people just always find a way to go around the system and win. Tthey are harming and killing animals.. Just take the product off the shelves. Help us fight this because nobody wants to listen until they make the mistake!
Some of us dont have money so we get dumb and sometimes buy things cheap when we shouldnt but you shouldnt be killing our animals

On 12/11/2022, I drove to 5923 Dollarway Rd. Pine Bluff, AR 71602 which was 30 minutes out my way just to get to the store at 7:53pm to be told that I could not come in, in a rude manner, because they close at 8pm. In my opinion, if a store closes at 8pm and it's advertised that it closes at 8pm, then that should be what time the store should close and not at 7:53pm. The lady that told me that met me at the door and would not allow me to gain entrance. It is rude and unprofessional for a worker to act in that manner. I am very dissatisfied, angry, upset, and mainly disappointed about the issue. I was only trying to go in and get a few items for my ill mom. I was very frustrated and would hope for the issue to be addressed and actions to be taken. Is this how you allow your workers to treat your customers. On Dec. 3 2022 my husband and I entered the Dollar tree located in Trinidad Co. @ approximately 8:50pm. We got the items we came in for, and headed to the cashier. The gentleman at the register, who is a manager, stated and I quote..." I'm so closed I can't ring you up! and proceeds to say he cashed out the register. I looked at the time, it was 3 min. Till close. He argued, became a bit snippy and told us next time come at a reasonable time and then tells my husband and next time leave the back pack home as they do not allow packs in the store. We walk where need be as we have no car. I've been going to this store since they opened, never been treated so poorly. He knee we were there, nit to mention there was no announcement about store closing. Highly unprofessional I think. Isn't your patrons who keep dollar tree up and running?
Sadly, we will no longer enter this store. A long time frequent shopper lost.

Thank you for opening this store in my community. I patronize this store from the day it open until dec 2nd 2022. On this day I have decided I would no longer enter this location. Due to it sloppiness dirty uneven floors some area has hole which are covered with gray duct tape. Your inventories are still in it orginal boxes where they stay for weeks unend. You have senior who patronize the store because of the price. Your company should be concern for the customers also for the conditions in which this store find itself in. Management needs to become closely involved with organizing and making decision with hand on approach its also very important to listen to your customers and employee.

The Dollar Tree store located on Crestwood Blvd in Birmingham, Al. On Tuesday December 6th I went to the store around 7:30 pm, the doors were locked and customers were inside. I was told by the the staff will have to come and unlock the door to let us in ( there were six other people that came up after me). We saw no staff at all, then a random person, (not staff) came up and yelled to the people outside that the store was closed and no one else could come inside.
Desired outcome: Please educate the staff on the store hours or at least come and inform the patrons outside waiting that there is an issue so no one else can come inside to shop.
