03/21/22 at approximately 10:30AM.
I finished my shopping & went to the checkout. There was no one at the register & I did not see an employee anywhere. I waited a few minutes (I shouldnt have had to wait at all) & when no one came up I left my basket sitting at the register & walked out! This is not the first time this has happened.
This happened at the store in Cloverleaf Plaza in Van Buren, AR.
Desired outcome: I think an employee should always be at the register........I have seen them stocking, etc. & they come up when they see someone, but the customers should not have to wait!
Never received ordered item order #ed396104937 moisture eliminators sk #160017
On 11/16/21 I ordered a case of Moisture Eliminators Sk #160017 for $39.56
One month went by so I went to the store #4735 to inquire on the order.
The manager told me she had not received it and to request for a refund since it did not come to her store.
On 1/24/22 I called Dollar tree customer service, Danielle and she told me that she would contact the corporate office to issue a refund in 2 days and email me that the refund was forthcoming.
No emails were ever sent and Two billing cycles have passed and no credit was every issued for the $39.56
Desired outcome: Please refund me the $39.56 since I never received my order
Disrespectful attitude/behavior of Patricia & Yesenia to me, customer, in front of customers...
I asked Yesenia, cashier, about the prize for those flowers in a bucket, confirmed it was $1.25, NO matter it looked too cheap; then I was paying much more of that I calculated prior to pay... (as I always do!), Yesenia, the cashier was refusing to give me my $$ back, & forcing me just to get another products..., I requested for the Mgr/Sale Associate Patricia came, store 5421, 1617 SW 107 Ave, Miami, FL33165, ticket [protected] [protected], about 2:29pm, Patricia was so disrespectful to me in front of customers in line; She said about the price... is stupid to believe..., being so disrespetful to me, less than mediocre..., even laughed at me..., which is so UNtolerable, & still she return to me $24 instead of $24.08, so she stole me 8 cents..., on 2.25.22; which I told my family, who plans not to go to that store anymore, as welll as me...!?!?
Desired outcome: Correcting such disrespectful behavior of Yesenia & Patricia to a customer, in front of customers in line... NOT to happen again...!!

The dollar tree billboards say dollar, the signs in the windows say a dollar, but they are charging $1.25, I was told they are now all that way, but I believe that they shouldn’t start charging the new price until they change their signs. Wouldn’t that be considered false advertising.

Work schedule
I had a family emergency last week. Therefore I had to miss work. I informed my supervisor. She told me she would get someone to cover my shift until Friday. I came back only to find out I was taken off the schedule and was not given any hours to work. I am one of the best employees they have and this is the way I get treated. I have reached out to the manager but he has not answered me.
Desired outcome: Respect and shifts
That's how things go with this company, good workers are shafter and the slack offs that steal from their team and do drugs in the parking lot are rewarded for being friends with the manager. Even tho the code of ethics clearly says no favoritism.

The Dollar Tree at 13057 Thunderbird Rd, El Mirage, AZ has a very bad cashiers. Every time have visited this store in the past few months. There is always a cashier with a bad attitude. If this store needs to hire new cashiers with better attitudes. Otherwise I will make it known to everyone I know, not to shop at this store no longer...

Employee loudly announced that I was buying a pregnancy test
I visited the dollar tree in Madison, Ga store #4720 on 3-3-2022, to pickup a few travel items. One of the items in my basket was a pregnancy test. I took the basket up to the only open register and the employee immediately started complaining about how long he had been there and what time he had gotten to work. Then, looked down and saw what he was scanning and loudly asked “pregnancy tests?!?” I was so shocked and I said “I don’t think you’re supposed to say that…” then he proceeds to say that it was okay because there weren’t many people in the store and that no one comes in anymore since they raised their prices. I live in a small town and word can travel very fast, this was humiliating.
Violent employee
On February 16th My daughter and 2 grandsons (3 and 5) were shopping and like typical children they picked up a couple of things in which my daughter tells them to put back. Well this employee comes over and starts berating my daughter about the boys and saying that's why the store is always a mess because of children like that; she kept on and on until my daughter had enough and decided to pick up something and throw it. At that time the employee charged at her and started beating up on my daughter in front of her children. Yes, my daughter was wrong by throwing something, but she didn't deserve to get beat up. The police was called and my daughter was told she could not shop there anymore. No charged were filed.
Desired outcome: I believe the employee should be fired because of the violence she was rude and very violent. (Don't know her name - Africian American with long blonde answers natural color dreadlocks)
Filthy Store
I frequently visit store #1130 in Birmingham, AL. The floors are always dirty and filthy. The floors have never seen a broom or mop. I have been going to the store for years and it's getting worse. There is enough dust in the corners to fill one dustpan. The sopping baskets are dirty as well.
Desired outcome: Please have someone clean this store.

I visit this town frequently and I was there last week to buy chocolates for my nephews and they were melted because the store did not have air conditioning today I am going back to go to the store and it is still in the same condition without air conditioning and with a tremendous bad smell.. The state of California has lifted the requirement of wearing face masks, which do not stop ANY potential microbes from spreading, and do present threats to health and personal safety, on Feb 15, 2022. Why, on Feb 22, 2022, was I yelled at, humiliated, threatened, and scolded, for my choice to not wear a face diaper, after complying with the requirement, for two years, that, no one in any capacity of authority, has the authority to require of any of us? Is it up to your employees to continue a policy that they did not implement, that, is actually unconstitutional, and a vast overreach of authority? Is it acceptable that your employees choose to enforce nonsense policies because they ate ill-informed and in unreasonable fear, because they were fooled by the liars in the MSM, who sensationalized the common cold, into a threat to all of humanity? If so, then I will be taking my money elsewhere. I am not willing to suffer condescension from any of your employees, even one more time. I will not be shopping at Dollar Tree for another week, and, if I am confronted again, I will never shop at Dollar Tree again, and, I will help organize boycotts of your stores. Dollar Tree in Thomasville GA on Hwy 19 unsanitary conditions
Good morning,
I visit Dollar Tree stores all over Florida and Georgia quite frequently. The one store in Thomasville Georgia on Hwy 19 is disgusting. The floors are cluttered, dirty and the store smelled like dirty diapers. None of the shelves were organized or clean including the ones up at the front of the store. It was not because they were busy either, the store was empty, the assistant store manager was out front smoking and the two employees in the front only had one other customer. Three customers in the store all together on a Sunday morning. This is a terrible store to come in to and I will not be back there to shop.
I was a part time employee of a Dollar Tree in 2008 and 2009 in Waterford TownCentre Orlando FL., our store was never such a mess and we were never allowed to just stand around and let our shelves and floors look so bad..

Online Purchase
Purchased two boxes of candy, each with 24 units in the boxes. One box arrived directly on time, but now it's been a month since the order was placed and approx. 2.5 weeks since the first box arrived and the second is stuck on the 'Label created' stage of shipping but has not gone further in weeks. It seems as though they don't have the candy I want, but I can't find a way to get my order at least partially refunded or get in contact with someone who can figure out why I'm not getting my product.

I was in store #5737 on Sat19 th 2022. At was at 3:15 It was so trashed. nothing was stocked, people where tripping over boxes that was over filled with things on the floor. Desired outcome: I want for Tina or Watson to apology to my grandson he was very upset about the way Tina was yelling at me in front of him. Provide my grandson with a gift card as a reward would be a nice gesture.
Parking lot contractor fired, parking lot cleaned, a new contract for parking lot and especially storefront and dumpster area kept clean.
Request sent to Dollar Tree customer support. No reaction, other than to put me off for no reason. Here is some correspondence.
My name is Tommy Kitchens, I am currently a customer, and am sending this to Dollar Tree Corporate Hq. because your store in my town is an eyesore!
I have talked with the on-duty manager of the store at 42 McCurdy Ave N. in Rainsville, Alabama 35986 about this problem three times. I have been told there is no overall store manager.
Again, today I talked with her and complained about the outside appearance of the store.
This store parking lot is absolutely the very worst store in my town. It is in Halls Plaza along with 4-5 other stores in the same building. I was told that she personally has complained to Dollar Tree Corporate Hq., which is you, and has personally met with the store owner/maintenance/parking lot contractor, Mr. Kilgore to bring the situation to his attention.
She told me that Mr. Kilgore has the contract to clean the parking lot and to keep it clean. He does not keep it clean. She told me she, or her employee, has cleaned up the area around the store, only to be confronted by Mr. Kilgore, telling her not to clean it because he has the contract to do so, and his people will be by to do it. Neither shows up most of the time. The store's dumpster stays overflowing because Mr. Kilgore does not abide by the contract, by both keeping the outside parking lot and dumpster cleaned up.
She told me Mr. Kilgore removed the yellow cigarette disposal containers, and now cigarette butts and smoking materials litter the lot nearly completely. Look at the attached photos, taken today.
Mr. Gary Philbin, as Chief Executive of Dollar Tree, it is your overall responsibility to your customers to follow up on these types of complaints. I hope you will take the responsibility to see to it that this situation is handled swiftly. My town, and I specifically, want to see some immediate action on this!
I checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and was appalled at Dollar Tree's score! A 1.12 score out of a possible 5! (https://www.bbb.org/us/va/chesapeake/profile/variety-store/dollar-tree-inc-0583-43000228) That is deplorable!
Mr. Philbin, as Chief Executive, your customers, and employees expect more out of you!
Please take this complaint seriously and help your customers, employees, store manager and my town look better.
