officers and board members / disgusting store for years
For years I have been complaining to management about the store being filthy and the bathrooms being BEYOND DISGUSTING! Nothing is ever done. Yes the parking lot is under construction but it's not dusty it's dirty like hasn't been dusted or vacuumed for years! I am done shopping there! Don't you have policies for these owners? Really sad... I would rather pay more on amazon and have it shipped then drive down the street.
Just thought you should know before another company gets closed down, I can't be the only one feeling this way. It won't let me load the video, look for it on twitter
store customer service
I wish I could just decide to close my work down whenever I felt like it, even though it wasn't time to! I went to this store with a little over 10 minutes left before closing (I get it, I was a last minute shopper...but still), and the employees there had decided to lock up early and complete their own personal transactions at the front with each other. They even acknowledged that they saw standing at the door and then proceeded to ignore me. HORRIBLE customer service. When it's a corporation, you don't get to just decide to close early. Hours are set for a reason. PURE LAZINESS.
rude and unprofessional employees
As I was shopping in your store this morning, the cashier and manager were very rude and they were not professional at all. If they do not like their job working with the public, then they do not need to be working for Dollar Tree. I do not like to shop in stores where the employees are rude and unprofessional when they have customers in the store. I understand that some things tend to make us mad but the language that was used should not be used when there are customers in the store.
I was humiliated by false theft
Myself and my fiance decided to stop by dollar tree..Our 11 year old had been needing a new charger for his tablet..So that was the main reason for our stop..but I have always loved coming to dollar tree..Well after about 25mins my fiance states he's ready to go because he is tired and then proceeds to hand me money to pay for our items and I told him I would hurry I just needed to pick out some new reading glasses.Well they are located close by check out lanes and as Im there trying on a couple pair..looking in a mirror I notice an employee stocking stuff I asked her for her opinion really just trying to be friendly..She tells me the brown pair and I agree.. So i put them in shopping cart and get in line to checkout..Well an employee scanned my maybe 9 items and I was 32 cents short and apologized...I said I will run to the truck to get change and I would be right back I even left my purse in buggy..So I run get change I am back within one minute and hand cashier change and She said manager was gone to get change and would be right back I say ok..There are probably 3-4people in line behind me..Next thing I know a police officer walks in..and I see the employee which who I asked her opinion of which ch glasses point to me..He calls me over to him I am in disbelief..I am so embarrassed and not to mention confused..I asked what was going on he said an employee seen me steal items in my purse..I explained no I have not..and told him to search and he said are you sure..I said yes so he searched and found nothing and then asked if he watches surveillance tape he wouldn't see me talk ng. Anything and I assured him..He walked back into room in front of store after about 10 minutes and after he checked my license he told me I was free to go and I had already been crying standing there embarrassed..He kept telling me it was ok..He said the manager wanted to tell me something I was thinking for an apology..I was wrong it was to ban me..Then proceeded to hand me my change and my merchandise. .Im still crying and the police officer told me to walk outside with him and he is trying to tell me everything was gonna be ok..I have no clue why an employee would just say that..? This happend last weekend and I can't stop worrying about this nightmare..
customer service
On October 26, 2018 at approximately 2:50 pm at the Dollar Tree (Montclair, VA off of Dumfries Road) location I was asked as I first stepped into the store to leave my work bookbag that was located on my back at the front of the store which would also be unsupervised. I'm a 34 year old black woman who was wearing a hoodie due to inclement weather was only coming into the store to purchase toilet paper. I was stunned at the discrimination because beside me as I was asked to remove my bag was an older white woman wearing a cloth red, white, and blue tote bag that was the same size as my bookbag. It was NOT that womans purse and NOTHING was said to her. Absolutely NOTHING! The impression that I got from that retail associate (Matt) is that I was going to come in and steal because I was black and wearing a hoodie and bookbag. You can't treat people like they are criminals when they come in with their hard earn working money to spend just by your first impression. My bookbag had tons of my personal belongings (Money, Identification, keys, work papers, etc….) and there would be NO difference in wearing a large purse that holds the same items. I felt like it was racist and I'm disgusted.
o'neal lane. baton rouge louisiana
Does corporate ever check on the stores? Apparently not the one on o'neal lane in baton rouge. I am talking filthy! Think of the worse had station bathroom you have every been in and multiply by 5, 0000 and you will get some idea of how dirty this store us. And i'm talking about the store. Heck if I would even want to see the bathroom.
First time I thought "oh my, wonder what happened here" I gave the benefit of the doubt. Well I tried 2 more times and it was even worse. You couldn't find what you wanted for all the trash. Half the merchandise was on the floor or laying across different shelves. Really?
This is unacceptable and the staff thrre needs to be releived of their duties. It is obvious they don't care and if you dare ask them a question them you get the "wtf are you bothering me for?" look and they go back to playing on their phones or playing with each other
Somebody needs to be on a plane today and the district manager needs to be received of their duties too. Obviously many people paid for doing nothing.
I have never seen such filth in my life. I will not be back.
unethical behavior, harassment, retaliation and lies
I was a current assistant manager for store 7114 Opelika, AL 36801. When I was hired Keshia (Store Manager) never told me I could not have a day off, that i had to work 12hrs every Sunday that i worked there nor that i had to work 25hrs/wk to keep assistant manager title. She was very informed of my 12hr schedule at my primary job, I even had given her a card showing my schedule (which never changes) for the entire year. On October 12th, 13th I closed the store and on the 14th I worked 12hrs (9am to 9pm). On October 14 I was 15min late opening the store in which I am never late unless there was an emergency. The last time I was late I had an accident on September 25, 2018. When Keshia called me on Octorber 14, 2018 she stated with an attitude its 9am and my store is not open. September October 6th and 20th M.C. Russell (Assistant Manager) (AKA Clay) leaves the store ON THE CLOCK to go see his partner Andrew (who also works at Store 7114 as a cashier) at the Lee County Sheriff Department in Opelika Alabama. Keshia is Very aware of this. I requested October 2, 2018 at 8:23pm I sent Keshia a text about a mandatory training I had to be off for at my primary job. Keshia replied "Ok put it in the folder tomorrow so I don't forget." Then on October 11, 2018 Keshia said her schedule was already made for the week of 18th and I have you working because Clay asked off weeks ago." My question is how can Clay off weeks ago and Andrew had not yet had his hearing and when Andrew did not have his hearing until 2 weeks later. Clay was at the hearing but didn't know what was going on or when Andrew would get out because Andrew didn't even get to speak with the judge the day of his hearing until I had my Mom (Retired Cpl) to call and see what was going on with Andrew. As you will see in the pictures below Clay requested off October 9th 2018 to spend time with Andrew who is not out an working for store 7114 . Keisha is always talking about how slow it is when she Does work but never takes her trash nor empty boxes to the back but leaves it EVERY DAY FOR NIGHT SHIFT to do. The day I was able to return the keys I called Keisha on 10/21/18 and told her she had an hour to come pick up the keys. Keisha stated she was off today and was not coming to get the keys and that i would have to give the keys to Clay. I told her these are her keys and if she did not come get them that I would leave them with Opelika Police Department but she hung up on me. Although she sent a text on 10/20/18 stating she had made several attempts to reach me, that i had only that day to bring the keys to the store and after today she would take the proper techniques executed if she didn't get them. To me this was a threat because I came by October 17th to leave the keys but Keisha was not there.
overall experience
Visited Dollar Tree in Inglewood on Crenshaw and Imperial Hwy. As I opened the a Dollar Tree held the door open for my self and my daughter. I asked her if there was a ladies room and she began to tell me how there was no toilet paper and they didnt have the chance to put any toilet paper in the restroom. From where I was standing there was one person standing in front of the cashier.
Since I needed to use the bathroom I asked where was the toilet paper she gave me the aisle number I went for toilet paper purchased it.
Instead of the cashier feeling empowered to tell me not to purchase it she stood there with a smirk on face as my daughter was opposed to me purchasing it.
Unfortunately for me the bathroom was filthy (attaches pics). After coming out of the dirty bathroom my daughter told me your employees were arguing, using bad language in front of customers.
Also the floors were filthy in the store as I viewed them walking toward the toilet paper shelf.
store condition
I was in Indianapolis Indiana and I was recently in the Dollar Tree on the southside of Indianapolis on South East Street located next to shoppers world and it was the most horrendous disgusting dangerous Dollar Tree I've ever been in. I used to live on that side of town I never knew it to be so out of control . The floors obviously have not been cleaned in years. There are piles of merchandise on the floors that in no way is just from one day of people shopping it was truly a horrible sight there was bags of dirt ripped open and dumped on the floor the toy section was just impossible, it's a very very sad situation . I asked the employee why its so disgusting and she said that management does not care. I don't know how the people in that area feel about that Dollar Tree I hope that it's just not something they are used to, it was hurtful to me as a consumer that I would be placed in a position to shop in a store like this store, needless to say I did not purchase anything. PLease get your store under control at the very least keep the floors clear so that people can walk through the aisles.
management in oldsmar florida
10/27/2018 Sean Flood is the manager of Dollar Tree in Oldsmar Florida. My girlfriend (whom I am not mentioning as she is worried she will be fired over this) currently works there. We share a car. I work in the same shopping center and shop at dollar tree regularly since this location opened and have been since before my girlfriend was hired. I have lived in this neighborhood for 27 years I've come in a few times since she was hired to make purchases and a few times to quickly grab the keys to our shared car. One time I did go through her check-out line in her first week, but she was notified that this is against policy and I have always gone to another cashier since. Not once did I stay in the store and hang out to talk nor have I distracted her while she was with customers. She has been reprimanded by Sean Flood over the fact that I, a customer, have been in the store shopping and that my literally just grabbing our car keys and leaving while she is on the job. Now she has been informed I am not allowed in the store at any time and that a trespassing police report will be filed if I step foot in the store again. There is no reason for this as I am a regular customer and have never done anything wrong to this store nor its employees. There is no pretense for my exclusion from this store simply to get the car keys or shop, and should a situation arise, I will have to take legal action. This is unacceptable. This behavior seems discriminatory and all my girlfriend wants to do is her job.

about a manager
The manager Jessica Castillo from that store is always on the phone, she doesn't help the employees she's only on the phone walking around and sometimes she even brings her child and it's running all around the store. I don't know how Dollar Tree can employ people like her, she is so rude to one of the cashiers her name is Lolita she once told me she had a spinal surgery and she could only do cashiering one day Jessica forced her to do things she's not capable of because of her surgery. Dollar tree doesn't need that kind of employees if she wants to be with her son and talk on the phone she should stay home. The store is located at 5119 s Pulaski Ave Chicago Illinois 60632 store number #633 something need to be done with that manager.
praise/compliment for one employee and complaint for store manager
I went to the dollar tree tonight in Greenville,
RI and Cameron had excellent people skills and I received excellent customer service from him. He was efficient at getting balloons, helping me find things in a timely manner and making suggestions when needed. The manager, on the other hand, was rude to Cameron and to myself. I came into the store at 9:50, per cell phone time, due to an unexpected family event. I left the store at 10:03pm. I was served with nothing but a poor, snappy and harsh attitude from the manager. The only reason why I was done at 10: 03 was because I had forgot cups and asked Cameron where they were while he was ringing up my order. I ran back to get them but could not find them since they were on the bottom shelf and could not find the manager to help me. When I got back to the register, I was only greeted with a harsh attitude of her telling me I need to be done and to cut it out at 10: 00. She went on to just yell at me. I told her I couldn't find her to help and she said I am the manger I was back there (meaning in the office). It was almost as if she is the manager so she is not there to help. She went on to continue to be harsh and yelling at me. A person like this should not be in customer service if she treats customers in this manner. Also, she is not being a good leader if she is harsh with customer's for no reason. Life is hard enough, people do not need this unexceptable behavior in their lives. My receipt says I checked out by 10: 00. This happened on 10/26/18 at the Greenville, RI location. My hope is that the treatment from this manager does not happen to anyone else.
I'd like to compliment employee named K.C. at store 12760 between Trinity Texas and Onalaska Texas. I recently was so broke that was down to counting quarters in order to pay my bills. I owed $20 something but I only had all quarters. K.C. traded all of my quarters for dollar bills and I was blown away by his willingness to help me out. Saved me a trip to my bank in Huntsville Texas. I didn't have enough gas to make the trip to Huntsville Texas. Store 12760 was very clean and organized and it is always easy to find what I need. Thank you all. Please pass this on to HR. He deserves a raise in pay for his willingness to go above and beyond.
This is steven, from Plymouth, MI. Needing to speak with a manager about 2 employers. That deserve alot of praise. From the Canton, store. At joy Rd, Morton Taylor Rd.
Their names are Suzanne and Lisa (supervise). Please call, so I can share more detail. [protected], thanks in advance.
I am a 74 year old disabled widow living in Knoxville, TN. I shop when I can get someone to take me in a wheelchair. However, I have a very small gift wrapping business in my home and I had an order that was due to be picked up in just a couple of hours when I realized I did not have enough of the paper and trim the client had requested. I had no one to take me to my favorite Dollar Tree on Washington Pike in Harvest Park area. So, I decided to try to make it on my own with my rollator walker since it has a seat on it for me to sit when I needed to. It weights about 30 pounds and folds to fit into the back seat of my car. I went to the store, managed to get the walker out and into the store with an assist of a customer exiting the store who held the door for me. I shopped as quickly as I could and headed for the checkout. There I found a very friendly clerk named Carolyn, who quickly rang up my purchases. She commented on my choices of some of the colors of my choices. I explained about my gift wrapping and showed her a couple of photos of my work from my phone. No one else was in line at the time. She made sure all the tubes of wrapping paper were tied up with a plastic bag for easy carrying and bagged all my other items. I asked if there was a stock person who could help me get my packages to the car. She immediately volunteered to help. She got told the other clerk she would be back in just a minute. She locked the register, gathered up my packages and opened the door for me. As we walked to the car, she took my keys, opened the car, popped the trunk, unlocked the back doors, put my purchases in the trunk and closed it. She was bringing my keys back to me as I struggled to lift my rollator walker into the car. She stopped me and took right over completing the job. She walked beside me to the drivers side of the car as I held onto the vehicle for support. I was thanking her profusely for her assistance as she put her arm around me and told be anytime I was in the store and needed help, that she expected me to come to her. I was in tears at the generosity and willingness to help a disabled person that this woman showed for me. It is my most imfactic wish that she be recognized for her devotion to her customer and to the term "customer service" from Dollar Tree! Please reward this very fine example of a Dollar Tree employee. Her first name is Carolyn and she works at the Washington Pike Harvest Park store. I do not know her last name but please see that she knows I have written to you about her and would you please let me know how she is to be rewarded. I've spent about $235 at various stores of yours but I will always go back to this one, because Carolyn is there! I'd be willing to bet I'm not the only one whom she has helped! To whoever hired her...great judge of character!

hours and working!
My name is Jasmine Carter and I have been with dollar tree since 8/26/18 and still currently work for them. My store number is 04479 in Lafayette, Colorado my mangers name is Samantha and Anime and Jackie the issues have been that I was working 15-22 hours a week and everything was fine and great then I broke my hand not while working at dollar tree . And I have communicated with them and showed them all my documents from my doctors to my surgery and even my doctors appointment and physical therapy appointments and now I'm only allowed to work when they say that's is not right I'm the only one who has came in on time and worked and put in my hours I'm supposed to but with my broken hand I'm feeling like they don't won't want me to work or anything anymore I feel discriminated I feel like because of my injury I'm treated as a low standard when I given my time and effort to the store I'm upset because I have bills and kids to feed and when I tried to put in my two weeks and Samantha told me that if I put my two weeks in I can not come back to work when I was going to but in saying that I wasn't even able to put in my two weeks because I felt obligated to stay and work I do have another job but I have not started it yet and for them to cut my hours where now I'm only allowed to work 9-12 everyday and I was working 9-3 and putting in 15-22 hours I'm pissed off because this not how you treat people I come from Northglenn, co and take 3 buses to get out there everyday but when I'm going to work and I get there and they are sending me home as soon as I get there it's not like I'm doing nothing wrong I just want to work and when I come in that's how it should be I should especially when I'm scheduled for that day but sending me home when I only worked 3 days this week it shows they are not caring about me and my situation that they don't want me there but they tell me otherwise when I have asked and talked to the managers about all this and they still have not done anything about it because they seem scared to have a staff meeting they seem like they been lying and keeping information about hours and ect I would like to continue to work but sametime how can I work when they won't let me . I've called other dollar trees and they all have an excuse and I'm just trying to find out what I can do because there not letting me do what I love to do so by sending me home I lose money I lose on bills and hours and ect because it's like they don't care I would like a response ASAP my name is jasmine carter my position is a stocker I've been there from 8/26/18-present and like I said how do you go from 15-22 hours a week to almost 4-5 hours a week like it's ridculous espically when I'm being told that my hours haven't been dropped but it shows otherwise on my paystubs and the paystubs don't lie I went from 450.00 to almost a 65.00 dollar paycheck and that's not right and that's unfair and would like this to be looked at and investigated before I take it to legal matters and I've been showing them all my documents and papers from my hand no other company's are doing this only this store. My number is+[protected] please and thank you for your time and have a great day!
You would be considered a liability because of your injury. If you did anything at work to further your injury, DT wouldn't want to pay for your hospital bills.
serious complaint
On Saturday, October 20, 2018 at approximately 2:45 PM my wife Liliana entered your store located in East Boca Raton, FL 33432
My wife and our 13-year-old daughter with the purpose of buying roll of clothing tape
Together seeking a correct tape product, once agreed-upon, my wife opened the package to see if it had enough tape to complete the job or if perhaps two items were required for purchase
since the package did not state how long the role
At this point a store employee "Stephanie " started shouting from a distance and I quote "hey you do not open that package " the employee came closer continuing her verbal aggression and repeating the same statement.
My wife and daughter were totally shocked at this tone of voice and attitude of an employee my wife stated to Stephanie not to Yell at her
But Stephanie continued
My wife stated she was going to purchase the item in question and to stop being loud and rude
People shopping were staring in disbelief of the employee's attitude
Stephanie demand it for my wife to "leave the store at once "and ordered the cashier "not to sell her the item"
my wife repeatedly offered to pay for the item however, Stephanie ordered her to "shut up " and told her to "leave the store "again
That she did want to hear her.
Once in the parking lot my wife got into her car waiting for my daughter to pay for the item.
at this point Stephanie came out of the store approached the parking space where my wife's car was parked stood in front of the parking stall Stephine looking straight into the car's interior continuing her reign of terror
my wife was so scared she locked her car doors
I was at work when my wife called me
she was in crying and was frightened And told me she had never been so humiliated and intimidated in her life
the fact that my wife and my 13-year-old daughter, they came into your store to purchase a one dollar item and was totally harassed by an employee is unacceptable
My wife and I both frequent your store as it is in our neighborhood
As I came home from work I made it a point to stop at the store to find out the name of the employee would cause my wife such a terrible moment
I was attended by a clerk who referred me to a manager on duty " Martha" when I wanted to find out Stephanie's last name
Martha became defensive and rude to me and she did not give me the Stephanie's last name
I bring this to your attention as well, because the employees at this store seem to have very aggressive and rude attitude
These employees are representing your company and we are paying customers
Their attitude reflects poor customer service and a lousy image of your company
I think corporate should conduct an investigation on this store employees
the location of the store is in one of the highest and best Florida neighborhoods
several employees at this location seem to think they own the store and they can treat customers with disrespect
employees in customer service or retail location should be friendly and helpful to their customers not bullies
your employee Stephanie should not be allowed to speak to anyone in this aggressive matter
Stephanie spoke to a mother with a child who was simply shopping and was denied the purchase of the product in verbally kicked out of the store in front of 20 or more customers
Being humiliated and disrespected in public in front of your child is a complaint should not be taken lightly
In conclusion
First
I demand for an apology to both my wife and my daughter by your employee to be in writing
second
for you to take this as a very serious complaint you should not allow this type of bullying from any of your employees
Third
no matter what position you're employee has in your company there is no excuse for rude and aggressive behavior towards a customer
Forth
I ask for you to remove this employee from this store
my wife and daughter are frightened to enter your establishment
They do not want to be further harassed and humiliated by your employee
As local property owners and permanent residents We have a voice as who want in our local business Stephanie needs to go
I have been leaving messages to mr. Ali Assan (ex 22037) your district manager since Monday
He has not made an attempt to reach out to me on this
Sincerely
Carlos gauvry

customer service
Went to the local dollar store to get some last minute things I needed for a party on Saturday. I was in no rush and waited my turn in line. I get to the front of the line and the cashier tells me to get in line for another register. I let her know that the line she was sending me to was longer. Her reply was, "ah, well it's time for me to leave mama." I asked the next cashier for her name which is Priscila and turns out she is an assistant manager. I work the same job at a different store and to me that was not how you treat customers at all.
manager, cashiers, customer service
Stopped in to grab a few bags of Halloween candy and walked into a war zone! Boxes all over! Serious hazards to customers! While I was in the back of the store by the freezers the storage room door was open while 2 little girls running in and out while a truck was being unloaded, I was curious to why there were little girls running around and in and out while workers are trying to unload a truck, manager informed me they were her grand daughters! So why would you allow your grand children to be put in a very dangerous situation? I mean come on...finished my shopping made my way to the checkout, when I walked up the cashier who I initially thought was talking to herself but come to find out she had earbuds in talking on the phone while ringing up customers! Terrible customer service, thought they were very rude and untrained! While I was cashing out the manager walked to the front to purchase an item so while others waited in a long line she has another cashier open up to take care of her(sad) laughing and cutting up while all the other customers waited? Why? Not that it matters but I will never shop there again, I would rather pay more for an item than to shop at that store! Poor service, the manager is obliviant to any kind of customer service training obviously! Clean up your store, stop putting children in danger, and get the training that should have came with your job so you can train your employees correctly! Just a terrible experience in what could be a great store is ruined by unprofessional managers and cashiers! 1605 e. Hillsborough ave Tampa florida
bad customer service
I went to the dollar tree in Pasadena, MD which is less than 5 minutes away from the home I grew up in. I bought a few things (always more than I expect to... because I LOVE a bargain) and then I went to the register to pay.
I pulled out my crisp $20 bill that I had just taken out of the nearby SECU ATM less than 30 minutes prior to pay. The cashier (older Caucasian woman) looked at my $20 bill by holding it up, then down several times and then I asked what was wrong. She told me that the bill "felt different" and was trying to figure out if it was real. This was EMBARRASSING! It was as if she was trying to see if I was a lying person bringing in counterfeit money.
I told her that it better be real or I'm going straight back to SECU bank. She then looked some more, as an older woman (Caucasian) came behind me in line and then walked away with my money. She went across the floor and then held the bill up to the light.
After about 3 minutes of this foolishness, I told her that #1 she should have a pen that helps determine if bills are real and #2 I could just go to my car and get my credit card to pay instead if that would help.
She goes "Oh, no. You don't have to do that." She also says that "we have counterfeit pens but they don't work." She then has a 1 minute conversation with the other lady behind me and tells her to feel my $20 bill given and they both have a conversation about how it "feels different". I tired of this. She eventually took the $20 bill and I left.
I went to the office depot down the street and later on I returned with 2 counterfeit detection pens to give to the cashiers so that no one else would have to go through that.
The next time, I will have to call for the manager but this time I'll just submit a complaint without a name because I don't want the employee to lose her job but rather to be more careful, considerate of the customers feelings and prepared. I should not have to be embarrassed because a store does not have the right supplies (that pen) to do a job accurately.
The address is below.
Dollar tree: 354 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122
Please have the manager to discuss this with her employees so that this does not happen again. Thanks!
Faithful Dollar Tree customer
I'm a cashier and I don't check my bills! I'm sorry you had to go through that.
unpaid employee since july 20, 2018
Unfortately, I have not been paid yet. I have been waiting since July 20, 2018. I can't register for payment, because I don't have an employee number. I have been contacting the original store, the Dollar Tree website and have left messages with the district manager and keep getting the run-a-round. This is very unforfessional and surprising that your company treats their employees in such a way as this. I am very frustrated. I will be contacting the Department of Labor and a local news station to share my experience with your company. I would prefer to be contacted via phone, but before making a call please email me the number/state which the call will be coming from, so that I can monitor calls.
Very disappointed employee waiting on a prompt response.

I just recently went to the dollar tree in Deerfield beach on Federal highway the employee Angela was on her personal phone the whole time she rang me up. I think it is terrible that there were two liens that we're down the isles and she was too busy chitchatting on our personal line. I know it was a personal car because she was talking to a family member about being annoyed that she was on the register. Unfortunately I don't think I will be going back to that store again because of her poor customer service
how dirty and unorganized the store is and poor management
I am a concerned citizen of Fergus Falls MN and every time i have tried to go into the dollar tree here in fergus falls the floors are always dirty and there are lines of products that haven't even been put on the shelves yet along with empty boxes laying every where and when you ask one of the managers for help they roll their eyes at you and just walk away. There have been lots of people who have applied online and in the store and never get a phone call or even a interview but it states on the door at the Fergus Falls store that they are always hiring. I am disappointed in how the Dollar Tree here is Fergus Falls is actually ran. There needs to be something done about it.
Sincerely,
Concerned Minnesota Citizen
If you're so concerned get a job there and see first hand why things are the way they are. Target and Walmart are clean because sell more profitable inventory. You shouldn't expect to buy cheap merchandise and get the same shopping experience.
