I would like to speak with someone from the Dollar Tree corporation who does care about their employees & who does want to help resolve these matters at hand
I am really tired of trying to submit a complaint to get something resolved that is solvable. I have been thru this & typing for over an hour & it is ridiculous. I would like to speak with someone to receive help to see who & how much anyone does want to make time from their schedule to assist me & all my employees who are disgruntled & who do want to work there.
I do not understand why I cannot get this complain sent thru as it keeps coming back for more symbols. This is another area that I guess should be updated so people can express their issues without more added stress factors.
I am going to continue writing stuff just to get enough to get this thru but I am sincere in having someone contact me about the issue at Dollar Tree.
The issues here are & have been around for the time Dollar Tree has been around, so resolving them would help in so many ways to benefit the company, the employees & the customers & also the distributors who there seems to be issues with driver lately that really can be resolved.

there needs to be a security guard or police detail at the malden, ma. store at least in the evenings.
Last evening around 7 PM my wife was at the Malden, Ma. 02148 store. It seems there were several people walking around asking for money from the customers [ Panhandeling] shopping there. One individual, in particular, was very aggressive and even though my wife tried to ignore him, he persisted and continued to follow her around the store. This made her very nervous and she checked out before purchasing everything she had planned on getting. The individual went so far as to follow her to the exit. Fortunately, I was parked in the first spot out front and my wife ran to the car quickly as now she thought he might try and rob her. This may or may not be an ongoing problem, but in the Evening hours, there should at minimum be a guard preventing people from harassing customers. Thank you

Hi my name is dartanyan adkins. I'm located in bakersfield, california. An incident occurred between me and a store manager name vincent here in bakersfield. The location is 2505 south h street. I was attempting to make a purchase when I notice I didn't have exact change, so I asked if he had a penny. His reply was very unprofessional and rude. So I decided to not make my purchase with him. So he pulled back all the items and told me to leave. This really anger me, so much, I challenge him to a fight. employee experience as an employee
I have had to practically beg to get my own w2 form for free from my job since the end of january. It is the end of september and I now have to wait 10 more days to get my actual w2 to complete my 2017 taxes. This should have been in my possession for free by the first week of february 2018. Customer service for employees is just an automatic voice on an answering machine. I called and went to my store like 5 times. My manager at the store, bob is one of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune to work for. He hang up on me several times so I had to go in person just for my info to be told to pay $7 for access to my own info to do my taxes. Don't work for them if you can avoid it. The job is easy, the hassle isn't worth the stress.
W2's are supposed to be mailed to your home address.

The Painesville Dollar Tree was very messy and disorganized. There were items in boxes, in the aisles and thrown on the shelves. Unopened boxes were put in every aisle throughout the store. If you wanted to look for an item you had to rubbished through things to see it.
Very disapponting seeing that when this store first opened it was very neat and clean.
The management and store employees seem not to take pride in this store.
Stores like this most of the time are usually understaffed and/or under budgeted.

As I was parking at the dollar tree at 8:30am I seen 2 dollar tree employees leaving so I figured there would be more ppl inside the store working but as I got to the door to try and get in there was no one there they locked the door and left so those 2 employees left and locked the door and didn't even bother to tell me that it was closed and this was during business hours 😡 That I know u can't just leave your job just when u please and just lock the door and it made me more mad that 2 elderly couple had just arrived as I was pulling and pulling the door to try and open it and they said they came in a bus so now they had to leave back home on a bus because the 2 employees decided that they would just up and leave whenever the feel like it 😡😡😡
Maybe an emergency came up and they couldn't get anybody to cover for them.

Employee Mark was rude and disrespectful to customers and fellow co-workers. Would not come to register when called and would not help an older employee with a tax exempt issue. The lady trying to get a tax exempt left and said she would just pay the money instead of waiting for help.
Mark left the register and went outside when his fellow employee asked for help.
This is not the first time I have witnessed his actions.
Mark was probably on a unpaid break.

This is what I wonder when I go to this location. No manager. "manager on duty" not a manager at all: fat, lazy, incompetent. Store shelves almost empty; floors a mess. Have complained about this location before. Very convenient location for me, but i'm going elsewhere from now on.
This has not always been the case. This store is mall with publix, office depot, hobby lobby and others. Traffic from those stores used to flow into this one. Don't understand why corporate doesn't pay attention.

Very unprofessional staff. Laughing yelling across store chasing each other. Very rarely is someone at the register until a line forms. Manager (joanna) her name tag says is always outside smoking or vaporizing on the wall trashy when customers drive up and is constantly talking about smoking marijuana and smells of it with bloodshot eyes. All telltale signs of usage. Needs to be stopped families go into those stores and children dont need to be exposed to that.
They have to keep busy when there's no customers at the checkout.

Hello hopefully this reaches Corp office. The manager who runs the store she's an older black woman named Lucy. I come in the store mostly every other day. The way she speaks to her employees in front of customers is highly unprofessional . She told lordess she was stupid for not moving what she called UBoat that she placed in front of her checkout area.
I walked in one evening & Lucy was standing outside as usual smoking and drinking her coffee. With one cashier the young woman's line was down the main isle. The young was moving as fast as she could. Lucy enters the building and is clearly upset about the line & instantly starts calling her out embarrassing her because she could not get the line down "you need backup an idiot can see that" . She than gets on register 3 . My concern is how dare she speak to her employees like that. How could the young woman call for back up if she's outside taking multiple personal breaks. Her stockers aren't properly dressed ( no work shirt) I shouldn't walk in a store & ask hey do you work here ? She is completely rude & unmannered. She need a boss check.

I was treated in a dehumanizing manner. I felt it was racially motivated.Shame on you Dollar Tree for allowing one of your employees to treat someone in this way! I have been shopping at this store for years, definitely going to rethink it though. I will shop at the other one, as it is closer to my house and I have never been insulted or been demeaned there.

I was an employee at hillsboro tx 76645 and my name is Crystal Warden i was under the last name Choate at the time. i quit the store do to sexual harrasment so i walked at the lady manager that is still a manager there her name is Brenda she grabbed me by my arm and told me i couldnt leave. I told her i was leaving the job do to the supervisor his name was James and he does not work there anymore. My problem is now im not rehireable for another store. I had a job intervierw for Dollar tree in Rockwall Tx and would appreacite it if you could reverse that so I can work there I have 3 kids to take care of and im a single parent. Im asking this with all do respect i loved working for Dollar Tree when I did I just refused to be treated in an abuse of manner I could of filied charges on both employees but didnt want the problem which now I regret not doing.

the manager of the east patchogue ny store
On September 15 I went to your east Patchogue NY location. I had a cart full of items to purchase even though navigating the store was challenging as there was debris and unpacked stock blocking several aisles. But I was used to that as I am a frequent customer and this store is always a terrible mess. I stopped in the book section and was looking and opening a few books I also noticed a few books that had slipped between the shelf and the end of shelf as there was a gap and several books had fallen I retrieved them and because there was no room for them among the other books I placed them lying down in front of the books. I chose the books I wanted to purchase placed them in my cart and proceeded to push my cart away..as I was doing so I heard a voice behind me saying Ma'am! Ma'am! I turned around and your manager starts accusing me of messing up the book area..at first I was surprised..was he watching me the entire time I was looking at the books was he waiting to pounce ...so I turned around and explained to him about the fallen books and how I didn't know where to place them..he started blaming me for the disarray in the entire store..so I went back to the shelf and tried to fix the books as he kept chastising me. I finally told him how dare he think he could talk to me like that and that he needs to take ownership for the condition of the store at this point he kept yelling so I started to walk away telling g him he is crazy and kept repeating myself to drown out his verbal attack on me as I walked away. I then went to the cashier to pay and told the woman behind the counter and she was so sweet and apologized for him. I then called your corporate offices several times and left my name and number and a short synopsis of the event..I still have heard from no one. I have to also tell you that a few months earlier while shopping in this store this same manager was yelling openly at an employee in front of customers and then again and this is really disgraceful another visit he not only yelled at an employee he fired them in front of several customers. Can you imagine how humiliated and degraded this person must have felt...clearly your manager is in a position that is not suitable for his personality..he is an angry and aggressive individual who needs help. I'm very disturbed by these events and I'm positive you have received complaints about him from others. I enjoy The Dollar tree very much but I am afraid to return to this store which is sad because it's s very convenient place for me to shop. I went there on a typical shopping trip and was wandering the messy aisles happily until this angry man ruined it. I, steven Lee Stokley have been a customer at Dollar tree for numerous years and have never had a complaint nor accusation of wrongdoing, but when I enter the store at 4609 so Ashland Chicago il 60609 the manager named Bernita broke heart and spirit toward shopping there. she ran up behind when I went to refrigerator to pickup lemonade and orange juice and stated I cannot service you, at first I thought she was playing but I said to myself I don't know this lady, I preceded to accessory aisle and grab a brush but she continue to harass with the I cant service you remarks and than she said im calling 911, and I said politely, for what, she whisper to a customer he rack up all the time here, when I heard that it really broke my heart to hear that because I have never shoplifted or racked up in my 56 years of life. my name is Frank and I wanted to submit a harassment complaint against one of the store managers in the store that's located in 9255 sw 40 st Miami FL [protected]. I didn't get the store managers name but she was harassing customers and employees specially on one of the assistant managers named Luis Francisco. he has been working in that store for more than 14 years and has never had to deal with a person like that. the store manager harassed him multiple times calling him a bad worker, sassy, and talks down on him like he was worthless. the manager is trying to push him to fire him. the manager humiliated luis in front of workers and customers. I seen the managers make him do things thats not under his job description. I don't want luis leaving the store because he really is a great hard working individual that makes the store run smoothly. please need the issue to be resolved specially the manager harasses the customers too.

I don't know who's running these stores but it's ridiculous! Over the past months, the boxes to be unloaded are in the aisle. The places look like a bomb went off. So we can never find what used to be in their places. Then if youj're lucky enough to find what you want on a shelve, then the line is 10+ long to get out and mostly only one checker. I have left more than once as I have better things to do.
These stores are so bad, the shelves that are not refurbished have been that way for a week now?

I asked The cashier why is all the garbage there and she says she's addressed the issue to the manager and he says he doesn't care. silly string toy spray
We bought several cans of this silly string (different colors) for my grand child's birthday party yesterday. When a few of the children started to spray the string, black stuff came out instead. It had an awful smell. I am deathly allergic to mold, so my first reaction was to get it off me. Some of the children had it on their necks, faces, arms and clothes. I immediately went to the hose to scrub the stuff off. It would not come off. In the meantime, my arm started to turn bright red, itch and started to swell. I tried to wash and scrub it off with soap and water and it wouldn't all come off. I had to use my husbands industrial strength soap that he uses to fix the car. It burnt my skin using it but the black finally came off. My arm was still swollen, red and itchy. I have a special cream to put on it, which I did and it went back to normal after a few hours. I contacted the others that had it on them and the 4 children and 2 other adults that had it told me that it was so hard to get off that they left their children soaking in a tub as long as they could stand it. It never came off the clothes. What I should have done was gone to the emergency room so this could have all been documented. This junk is a hazard to some of us. If it causes reactions to skin, stays on the skin not being able to be scrubbed off, has an awful smell and ruins clothes than don't you think it should be taken off the shelves? I'm hoping this post gets to someone in high places and that it also warns other parents not to buy this. I certainly won't ever buy it. It's junk!

I recently went shopping at the dollar tree store #6153. I can barely walk down the aisle, boxes and garbage were everywhere. I notice the stores arent maintained in high poverty neighborhoods. It's not fair to the hard working customers. Something needs to change. If this matter is left unaddressed I am force to make this public by going to the media.
