Family Dollar assistant store manager

I'm trying to find out how to go about filing a grievance against an assistant store manager in the store that I work at but I'm not sure where to go or how to go about doing it. I already went to my store manager to try and resolve the issue and it did not really get me anywhere. The issue didn't really get resolved in any way and I'm trying to find out what the next step is.

Family Dollar toothpaste/horrible service

I bought toothpaste from the store the whole Time I was being rung out the cashier was on the phone I asked no answer or was rude about even the shift manager was just on her phone cussing in front of me the whole time. My toothpaste was not in my bag I came back to the store to let them and was basically told is was nothing that can be done I'm a regular customer and I spend a lot of money in this store weekly

Family Dollar oil water separator

This company has an oil water seperator that hasnt been pumped since december 2018. Oil water seperators are required to get pumped every six months. They are way past due and at this point in viloation. I had an inspector got ot to the site numerous times. They have been uncooperavtive concerning the matter. This issue being unresolved can cause major sewage issues in the area over a period of time.
