KFC didn't get reward points on last couple of visits

Dear Sir, I had a $10 food coupon sent to me for a complaint that I called in about Months back, and got the coupon in the mail... Problem is, When I tried to use it it had already expired . I have been in the Hospital since early June and recently tried to redeem the coupon that you sent complimentary..

KFC kfc

KFC used to be my favorite restaurant. I have eaten it my whole life but wont ever eat it again. Not only is the food quality poor, every restaurant I go to I am greeted with rude sales associates. The best part is not once, not twice, but three times I have pulled up to the KFC in Richland, MS and been told they have no chicken. Are you kidding?! The only thing they sell is chicken. Pitiful. My resolution is to avoid KFC like the plague. Honestly, the place is always empty and I am sure its because they are rude and don't have chicken half the time.

KFC customer service complaint extremely poor service ever experience

On Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017, my family and I was traveling and we made a stop a KFC in Buffalo, NY, at 1:28 pm the receipt info as follows: Store # G135414 of all the KFC'S I never had the treatment as bad as I did yesterday & this is why I am so disappointed. My order was wrong the cashier had a attitude soon as I make my purchase & top of that the manager when I ask for some plates and silverware she slams the plates on the counter while I had my hand out for her to put them in my hand, the store had trash on the floor and the rudeness I received sad they need to improve asap. I will never go back there again and will let people know how bad the service and the store is so nasty with it. The cashier name is Aniyah and I didn't get the manager that was there name. the address is 470 E. Delavan Ave., Buffalo, NY

KFC food staff is very bad

This is the worst ever how do not have any bags for my 16 piece chicken to fit no sugar for the tea and I had to wait until the lady came back in the store from buying flour what kind of store is this? Then to top it off only three people working on a holiday weekend and football season what idiot decided to this then I asked the lady where was everybody else at she said they couldn't have but three people working because they don't be busy what kind of business is this please do us a favor and close this store

KFC complaint

On September 2nd of 2017, me and my bf decided to stop for a quick meal at KFC on Belle Hill Rd. Elkton, MD. We happen to be staying at a hotel right down the street. When we got back to the room, our food was ice cold. The employees forgot afew items we ordered and gave us two regular Dr. Peppers instead of diet Pepsi to a diabetic. I called several times within 20 minutes to make a complaint. Of course not a single person answered the phones. Unacceptable!

KFC taste of chicken tenders

Went to KFC in Trenton, mo. Tonight at approximately 5 pm and chicken and cinnabons horrible. Chicken tenders, $5 box, were dry as a bone, like jerky, and cinnabons stone cold and old. My friends chicken, also $5 box, was very dry. I think they cook the items, keep in warmer too long. Instead of throwing out items that should not be served they are taking money for disgusting food. I guess KFC do anything for profits.

KFC kfc in fremont ca "service"

The KFC that Im registering my complaint about is at 4961 Mowry Ave #215, Fremont, CA 94538.
In the past 3weeks I have had the following "service" at this establishment. I used to ear here more often, but more often than not...they run out of chicken and there's a 15min wait.

I decided to try again approx 3weeks ago...KFC was closed for some reason...cars parked in the drive thru etc...maybe some issue with the ovens? I understand that.

The following week I went thru the drive thru...sorry no original chicken...sorry no breasts...ended up with popcorn chicken

Tonight I ordered...got up to the window...sorry we're out of chicken, will you take grilled? How about popcorn chicken? We are out of that too...ok give me the grilled (which I really didnt want) but willing to compromise. Then she comes up with I'm sorry we only have 1 cob of corn and there will be a 10 min wait for the fries... I asked for the manager...she IS the manager!

I told her to give me my money back...she did and will never see me again! Went to Popeyes Chicken.

Have no idea how this KFC can stay in business with how it is run!

KFC order on 1 september 2017

on 1 September 2017, my husband went to KFC in Raymore, MO and it's not the first time they mess up our order. He ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner with 3 sides and we only got a 10 piece and 2 sides and the biscuits were cold. I am very disappointed because it's happened too many times before and I was trying to give them another chance but we are not going back. I prefer CHURCH's anyway. We will not be returning to KFC.

KFC fungus in burger

This is to raise the complaint against KFC for Fungus in Burger. This is regarding the purchase via INV. No. 36317G19353 purchase made at DLF Cyber Hub Gurgaon -122002 India . Sealed Sample with fungus has already handed over to Store Manager at DLF Cyber Hub in CCTV. We don’t know how the eaten the burger will adversely affect the health with short term and long term consequences may lead to death in final consequences. We want a third party audit and testing of sample in India Govt. Lab and sealed sample should accessed in presence of any govt. authority of FDA and FSSI with supporting evidence for the same.

KFC the taste of the coating.

I do not no if you can help me .but I moved to France from england, and l love my KFC so when I found a KFC in Rennes France Brittany of the ring road
I would always have a 3 pice meal as I love the coating .cut I have seen back two times and the taste if not the same some of the Ingredient are missing.
I have a lot of English friends how live hear and go to KFC and agree with me and will not be going back .we all have a KFC colonel's club card.my number is [protected].please can you look in to this .as we miss how KFC.

KFC kfc restaurant in fort lee, nj

Service at this location is generally bad. Slow service, products not available, not very clean. I don't normally complain about things, but today was the worst (Thursday, 8/31/17 at 8 PM). I had only 2 customers in front of me. I still waited 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I had my food. Someone behind me in line joked, "This place takes the 'fast' out of fast food". I ordered the grilled chicken - they were out. They're often out of this product. They were also out of: Unsweetened Ice tea, Lemonade, and Sobe water.in other words, if you're looking for lower-caloric options, this place is bad. The next KFC is on River Road in Hackensack, NJ. It's much better, but the distance makes it hard to get to for me. I don't understand why one KFC can be so well run (Hackensack) and another be so consistently abysmal (Fort Lee). To top things off, I've just discovered that this site requires you to create an account, something I usually resist. I guess KFC doesn't have the where-with-all to host their own complaint board. I must be REALLY annoyed at this KFC to go to this length for a complaint.

KFC bloody chicken

I arrived on my lunch break at KFC on August 30, 2017 (located at 9910 Key Way Ave, Rockville, Md 20850). I ordered wings, which I was told would be ready in 10 minutes. However, 10 minutes came and gone and I still hadn't received my food. I didn't get my wings until about 30 minutes after I made my order.

After I received my order, I sat down and took a bite of one of the wings and realized that they were still raw. Meaning, there was blood on the inside.

At that time, I informed the manager and she acted very unprofessional. After much hassle, she gave me a partial refund, which I felt was incorrect, but I was on my break, so I didn't have a lot of time to spare. On my way out of the restaurant, I ran into another manager, who, after hearing what happened, offered to give me 5 pieces of chicken for free.

After hearing what the second manager (named Zobi) offered me, the first manager (named Angel) intervened and said, "Don't give her anything because she just received a refund!" At that time, I left the store and proceeded to go back to work. I informed Angel that I would informing corporate about her unprofessionalism.

KFC raw food and spoiled tea

My daughter who was visiting from out of town took me and my boyfriend out to eat at the KFC in Harrisonburg Va We waited for over a half an hour to receive raw biscuits and chicken which we paid about 25.00 for so we tried to return the food that night.but the store had closed so we had to wait til the next day at which time my daughter had went home but left the food and receipt With us so we returned all of it to the store at which time I was told no refunds because it wasn't returned the day it was purchased which was impossible because they had closed being just the two of us and not in the mood for 25.00 worth a chicken after the ordeal the night be forced I argued with them for about an hour and ended up taking home 25.00 worth of tea my choice because I figured that was a safe choice it spoiled in the fridge the very next still waiting to be compensated

KFC paid for items not received

got riped off TWICE in a row and this time was even worse on being shorted on food, TOLD the drive thru guy that they left out the slaw last time and to make sure we got everything after waiting TWENTY minutes for our food with NO ONE in front of us, we got our food and I asked is everything there, YUP. NO THANK YOU or nothing for a $42 order and guess what got shorted AGAIN the slaw and everyone of the chickens must have been handicap cause NOT ONE DRUM STICK. Tried calling the store and FINALLY got an answer after 40 minutes. GOT a I am sorry but that is it cause I said I did NOT want a coupon I wanted my money back for the items missing. DID not get anything except expect to hear from the district manager lol. NEXT TIME HARDEES, or CHURCHES CHICKEN or even BOJANGLES. but if you go to this one CHECK THE ORDER out YOURSELF cause they will LIE TO YOU bout it being all there and YOU PAY FOR THEIR LIES. This is the store in Wilmington NC on Carolina Beach Rd, . Been waiting for 11 days not for someone to call but so far NOTHING. THEY ARE THIEFS and should go to JAIL for riping off customers and keeping their money

KFC management

Restaurant in Ocean Springs, MS on Bienville Blvd. Their is favoritism, racism, harrassment, and hostile work environment. Both managers are black and give the hours to the black employees, allow the black employees to taunt white employees and nothing is done to correct this despite complaints to management. Employees are allowed to bring their young children to work for their entire shift and one even cleaned her car during her shift. The white employees are made to go home early if it is slow but never the black employees. This happens daily and this restaurant, it's managers and employees need to be investigated as it is harshly tapping on an employment rights violation.

KFC undone chicken disgusting

I ordered 20 piece hot wings on August 30, 2017, I got home and my daughter who is 8 years old bit into the chicken and discovered blood. She kept eating with out telling me, she counted 10 out of the box and there were 5 left when I looked in the bowl. Each piece was not cooked, it was almost raw with blood on the bones as well. Later that day my Fiance came home and discovered the rest were the same, we woke up today August 31, 2017 with stomach aches and my daughter threw up, and has a fever. I truly want this issue to be addressed, I would like a refund on my order and anything else you deem necessary to correct and compensate this.

KFC service and product

Onefa "the manager" from KFC on 124 nepperhan ave was extremely rude. She had a real bad nasty attitude. I asked her if she had honey mustard she just ignored me threw the sauce in the bag she gave me hard biscuits asked politely if I can have different ones she gave me nasty attitude and said they all the same u have to wait 20 mins. I asked for a refund she snatched my card n my food. She was real nasty. And she told me she was a manager I don't think a manager needs to be working there with a nasty attitude.

KFC service

I went to the location at 14570 Baseline, Fontana Ca. on 08/28/17 at approximately 1945 hrs. I went through drive thru and ordered 2 number 2's. I get home and go figure, they screwed it up AGAIN. They gave me a wing and a thigh when it should have been a wing and breast, xtra crispy. I drive back (after a long work day and traffic), go into the store (about 2015 hours). There were about 4 to 5 employees standing around and no one in the store. Took them about 5 to 10 minuets to get to me. A male finally came up to me and I explained the problem and thought it was resolved. I get back out to my car and figured I better check my meal...of course it was WRONG again. I went back into the store and waited again! Finally a female in a red shirt (store manager) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her "This is the third time I have been in here and it is starting to get [censor]ed". She then told me that I could not use that word. I was dumbfounded that this kid wants to correct a customer. I told her I didn't say she was [censor]ed, I said that coming in here 3 times is [censor]ed. She again said I could not use that word. I didn't realized that a Supervisor who is attempting to provided customer service would say such a thing. I told here I could use a lot of choice words at that moment but I was not going too. I also told her that I have a mentally disabled child and grandchild, so I could use that word if I wanted to . I told her to give me my money back as she continued to argue with me. Then I heard her mumble "[censor]" at the register. I stated laughing that she could correct my verbiage usage but her mouth was running about me. I asked her what her name was, she refused. She said, " I don't have to give you my name." I said yes you do. She again refused to give me her name. I told her to keep her liberal snowflake comments to herself and she should not be telling me what I can say or not say. I took a picture of her, plus I explained to her that the franchise could figure out who was working at that date and time. I found her to be a sad representative to your organization. I will no longer be a customer of this location, EVER! We used to go at least once a week and this is the first time I had an issue with the staff. We always have issues with our food from this location. Maybe someone should tell her that the customer is always right and I would have not been there if they could get a simple order right in the first place! This person needs some major retraining! She is a white female, tattoos everywhere and very long brown hair. She is about 5'7" and 230 lbs...

KFC service

Today I went on my lunch break to KFC (I am pregnant and was craving their mashed potatoes and gravy). I ordered my normal chicken little combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and a cherry pepsi with no ice. At the window I handed the lady my card and she went to hand me my pop and card at the same time. She ended up dropping my pop and it went all over my lap and my phone and car. She did not say anything, just stared at me then handed me like 5 napkins. She did not apologize or even offer to get me a new pop. I had to pull over and wipe down my seats with the few napkins I had (they are leather and I did not want them sticky). Now I am sitting at work with sticky, soggy pants and a half empty drink. It also got all over my phone but luckily did not damage it. I would not be so livid if the girl had said sorry and gave me a new pop. I will never go back to this KFC location.

KFC food was terrible

Hello, I have purchased the "To-Go Cup" For $3.28 at a KFC Restaurant at 6999 Country Walk Dr. Cordova, TN 38018 on 08/30/17 around 12:30pm. I am not a happy customer today due to the chicken was hard (maybe cooked to long or has been sitting up for a long period of time). By the restaurant just happening at 10am, I thought maybe the food would have been fresh at the time of my purchase. Also the potato wedges was dried out and look/taste old as well. I have order food at KFC throughout Memphis and Cordova, TN., and must of time I am always having bad food experience. There was a time when I just stop completely coming to KFC due to the food. Today, I went to KFC on my lunch break and after returning back to work which I'm about 3 mins away from my job, this is when I discovered that the food is just flat out TERRIBLE. I did not call the store nor did I have time to go back and let the store know about my meal, which I don't do well with confronting someone face to face. It upset me to go back inside the restaurant and let them know how my food is. So to avoid me getting all ugly and etc, I just decided to not go by inside the store. I don't think I would even go back to KFC. Not only KFC, there are other restaurants such as Taco Bell, Burger King, Wendy's, Captain D's, Sonic's and etc has the same bad experience, not along the behavior of the employee, which I can go on and on. All together I just don't agree with fast food restaurant. I wish it could have been like the good ole days, when the older/elderly people was running the kitchen. All these young kids might do need a job but not cooking somebody food. Half of them don't even want to be at work. Over all, I just wanted to inform somebody that I didn't have a good experience with KFC food and I am very pissed off to the max. I am glad that I didn't purchase a higher cost meal, than that would really send me over the edge. Best thing for me to do now is to bring my own lunch to work. I am surround by over 50 different restaurants in my area, and I don't think I would be doing anybody restaurant soon. That way if I bring my own lunch or stop eating out then I can't get upset/mad at nobody but my self. Good Luck!
