bad behaviour from employees in the kitchen and unprofessional manager
My Husband went to store C426004 on 7/30/2017 at 8:25pm to get us some supper after work we have never been to this KFC before and when he order he ask for fresh chicken well the two guys in the back was saying smart remakes about it an my husband said one was nasty looking with tattoos and the other was black and he heard them and said if he is paying for it he can have it from where ever he would like then my husband ask for the manager and they told him he was outside on break so my husband went to talk to him and he wouldn't get off his phone he just continue to talk on his phone.

This has happened two times now. This time today about half hour ago we purchased K5s. The chicken in both orders were so greasy that everything else in the box was greasy! But worse of all is that the thigh piece was not completely cooked. I put it in the microwave to finish cooking it. The first time this happened, I ate it and got sick. Will not do that again. If I had been eating in I would have taken the chicken back to counter. Also the female at the window was not friendly at all. No friendly greeting, or smile and said nothing when I thanked her for the food. Obviously she would have rather been doing anything but work. So disappointed!

made my order notice order wrong item they change the item, but the price was different the was 6.78 but the I got was only 5.28 So I was over charged The problem wasn't that I was over charged it was that I was told they couldn't do nothing about so they didn't refund my money and was rude in her reply. Not the way to treat your customers. I was taught the customer is always right. I didn't make any seen or demands just ate and left. It left a bitter taste for KFC and will be awhile before I go back. I have attached my receipt to prove I was there and you can see the order was suppose to be 3 reg. tacos not supreme . Me and my husband stopped in for lunch and there was no chicken on the buffet. Had to ask someone every time we needed a piece of chicken and then had to wait because I kept forgetting to bring one piece of chicken at a time. Everybody that was working there with too busy carrying on their own personal conversation. Righteous one of the guys friends came in as a customer they gave him everything he asked for he also purchased the buffet and he never had to wait on anything. But he was also African American as well as was the workers. I feel as I was discriminated against because I am Caucasian American. Was very dissatisfied I'm paying for two buffets and not getting anything that was supposed to be on there plus had to wait for chicken of all things at a freaking chicken place.

Its 03:00 on Sunday morning the 30 July 2017. What a dissapointment I just had to experience. Myself and my girlfriend stopped at KFC in Florida c/o Goldman and Christiaan de wet. MY GIRLFRIEND THEN SAID OK SHE WILL TAKE THE ZINGER PATTY... ALREADY I WAS WAITING FOR NO 3 TO HAPPEN... WE GET OUR ORDER LEAVE ARRIVING AT HOME TO FIND BOTH BURGERS NOT AS ORDERED... Me & my wife are regular customers at the KFC near our home in Etobicoke, Ontario. We had invited some family over one evening and decided to order KFC we had ordered the 16 piece fiest which comes with large fries, 16 pieces of chicken 3 medium sides & large gravy.
When we got home and sat to eat with the family we then realized there was 14 pieces of chicken, and the fries were half full which we spent $45.19 for that meal which really disappointing coming from a big organization like KFC
When I called the store to complain I spoke with a younger girl who did not help the situation but only acted in a unprofessional manner
I hope this matter will be taken seriously as I been a customer. For over 20 years!

We ask for legs an wing's for the buffet, bcuz I had my family an we only eat those parts. First he said they would get some an they brought out 3 legs an a bunch of thighs. Then 10 mins past an we asked again an they said there cook was on break really .it's a Saturday evening an they don't have chicken cooked already. U couldn't get sweet tea bcuz no one had time to fill it up. After 30 minutes of waiting they then informed me it would b another 15 mins b4 they would have them ready. The store number is 60. I feel my family an I were cheated an would appreciate a refund for 4. That's y people eat the buffet is to get what they want. I'm not the only unhappy customer this evening these are the reasons people have gone elsewhere to eat.

After finding a hair in my zinger tower burger and returning to the que where I was then stood nearly 10 minutes, I told the staff member who was a team member about the hair in my burger and with no apology quickly returned with a replacement. My main complaint is the customer service and the fact that half the staff we not wearing hair nets. I work for kfc myself and know that hairnets should be worn by all staff. This probably has a lot to do with the hair in my burger.

5 co workers go together for pot luck and ordered the food from kfc and the food was Terrible! Been trying to call the restaurant since last night and still today. No Answer! Chicken was old and full of grease potato wedges were old stale and hard. Coleslaw wasnt fresh and had a loud odor to it. Service was horrific along with food! When trying to contact kfc the phone just ring and no one never picks up the phone couldnt return food because we only have a 30 minute lunch break and we got our food around ten everyone at the table was disappointed and began throwing their plates away. My boyfriend and I were extremely hungry and wanted something fast to eat. We decided to go to KFC since we haven't had it in a long time. It was pouring outside as we pulled up the drive thru, getting soaking wet we hear mumbling like a very low mumbling. Get annoyed and drive off because we couldn't hear the guy what so ever and decided to just go inside and order to go. We go inside and it takes the lady 10 minutes to ask us what we want. We order, pay and are waiting when the cashier says " we don't have any more zinger chicken can we just do regular chicken" my boyfriend said yeah no problem can I just have extra pickles on it. I am standing there as I watch an employee who just cleaned the bathroom handle food in the kitchen. No gloves, didn't wash her hands nothing. I find that to be extremely disgusting. Not only was she touching food after cleaning the bathroom she constantly touched her nose. Our food is handed to us and we go to the car, I check to make sure everything is there. Well my boyfriend entire zinger box meal isn't there. Just the sandwich no cookie or wedgies. I now have to get wet again ( pouring outside) to get food that should of already been there. I then went inside and had to explain 3 times what I was missing until she finally got it and I left. I am extremely embarrassed for whoever runs this KFC. I will never ever go to this location again, I am hoping the next time I decide I want KFC I have a better experience and don't have to watch people clean bathrooms and then work in the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting. I also have a picture of the disgusting chicken sandwich my boyfriend had to settle with because they didn't have any zingers left. It's completely dry and disgusting and we threw it in the garbage, if I am provided an email I will gladly send it.

The past 7, yes, 7 times I have visited this location they have been out of what I wanted to order: original recipe chicken breasts. This time I asked to speak to the manager, Carlos. He was rude from the start, dismissing my complaint and telling me I was being rude. I asked him for the phone number of his manager and he said he didn't have it. He basically refused to give me or tell me who he reported to. When I told him I could find the information on my own, he said, "fine" and went in the back to get Kenny's phone number. After he handed me the number he proceeded to complain about how rude I was in front of other employees and customers as well as my 10 year old granddaughter. His behavior was unprofessional and insulting. I divide me time between my home in Los Angeles and Sugar Land and I have visited many different KFCs and I have never experienced this kind of treatment. I phoned Kenny and spoke with his assistant who assured me she would have Kenny contact me. I just wanted corporate to know the kind of management they have in Rosenberg, Texas.

Every night that I go to the KFC in Byram, Ms they are rude and they tell me I'm not able to order spicy chicken. They refuse to cook me any and then after I pay my money they still give me crispy chicken. The staff that's working the drive thru Is very rude and unprofessional. Manager was causing caios with lacking the knowledge of orders being prepared claiming random crew member had made error or missing items. Wouldn't hear any replies of taken care of from workers. Thus causing repeated orders being made while other ones getting bumped. Drug screen seems in need I think with her actions. Something just wasn't right with her movements nor speech.

I and many others are greatly disappointed after learning that all KFC locations will no longer be serving chicken livers or gizzards in my area. Namely Batesville and Newport Arkansas. Kfc livers were simply the best in the business. I would sometimes pay for the entire Buffett for only livers and mashed potatoes for the chicken has no flavor and the vegetables no seasoning what so ever.. I am being told that they were being removed because of lack of sales which is a complete joke ! I happen to know that the batesville store received their livers on Tuesdays and they are always out of stock by Sunday. How can lack of sales be the reason when you can't keep them and they are always out of stock and the Buffett is always empty of them...i always have to request some be put out.. if they say they are out I simply go someplace else...now I just won't patronize the establishment at all since that's simply what I always went for. I was just enjoying my delicious chicken pot pie at work and was swallowing when I felt something in my throat and it was a chicken bone, I have ate over 100 of your pot pies and this has never happen, just wondering how this could happen and I nearly chocked to death because one end was broken and sharp and it stuck into back of my throat.

On Wednesday, July 26th, 2017, around 6:30 pm, I went to KFC in Greenville, Mississippi. I ordered the chicken tender meal, what concerns me is the chicken seemed like a chicken by product. It was flattened chicken, maybe a 1/8" thick, battered and fried.

The Yucca Valley, Ca. rarely has chicken available & asks customers to wait 15 mins. while they fry up more. Going inside is disgusting. It smells like old grease. This franchise has changed hands a few too many times. New owners clean the place up, but then let it slide down hill, AGAIN. This town has 17 fast food places. When a new one opens up there are lines of locals waiting hours, REALLY, to eat at the new place! My point is, that despite the competition, fast food is considered 5-Star eating here. So, WHY isn't KFC living up to it's slogan of "Finger Licking Good?" This franchise is a blight to the KFC legacy.

My father was in the Army with Pete Harman and worked for Pete when he first established Harman's Restaurants and then the franchise with Harland Sanders. I'm sure Pete (and Arline) would be rolling in the grave to see what has become of the Flagship of the first KFC they established on 3900 South & State Street in SLC, Utah !
I thought I would try one more time to see if I could walk away a satisfied customer, but again had no luck. I decided to go inside the restaurant this time since the last three times that I had used the drive-up window when I got home my order was either incomplete or was not correct and I had to go back or just bit the bullet and not receive what I paid for!
The date of my last visit was July 24th and I was picking up dinner for the evening. Upon entering the restaurant I found the floors with food products on it in several areas around the order counter. It took a bit of time to get someone to take my order also (over 5 minutes) and then when I was asked what sides I wanted I went through 3 of the most popular sides which I was told they were out of (corn on the cob, mac & cheese, and baked beans), and had to settle for ones they had left. I waited an additional 20 mins for my order and was told I was given 2 extra biscuits for my trouble - an extra peice of chicken or another side would have made for a happier customer.
It would be more profitable for KFC to get the orders right and have the menu items that should be available instead of excuses or giving away food to try and make the customer happy - just a thought!
The staff wasn't organized and there was yelling go on between employees that could be heard by the other patrons throughout the restaurant. For the "World's First" and most recognized food chain to have their operations being conducted by employees in anything but a professional manor certainly isn't bolstering your business or establishing return customers.
At this point I would tend to take my business elsewhere until a lot of improvement takes place especially at the "World's First KFC"!
