No chicken livers.
I recently visited your store in Plainfield IN and was told they would not be carrying chicken livers anymore. A chicken place should have chicken livers. Thank You, Danny Castor. e mail. [protected]@yahoo.com. 08/10/22 The address was at 2493 E Main St. Plainfield IN. I did not order anything but chicken livers and they said they was not serving them anymore. So no receipt.

She was the nasties cashier, and this is not the first time I have had to deal with her. When i asked for drink w/out ice she gave me haft cup when i told her she refuses to add, when I asked for napkins, she said there were none, my food was throw at me. I was so disappointed and would like for her to address. My food was not what I ordered because it wasn't crispy and spicy. I was afraid to go back because she might have spat in my food. If people are unhappy where they work, she should've stayed in school so she be doing better today.

I am a KFC Pakistan customer since last ten years and so, currently residing in Karachi Gulistan E Jauhar area.
Since past two months when I have been calling for home delivery at [protected] then representatives continuously claiming and responding that home delivery at your vicinity shutdown by KFC branch near you. Now branch at my area nearestly located is at Millenium Mall.
Today i.e 09-08-2022 I had again called and same [censored] answer provided by your Call center rep but today my kid is ill and he wants a krunch burger of KFC. So i visited KFC Millenium and got the food and also enquired regarding delivery issue at my area but they refused that there is nothing like that. So I came back and again call at your call center and now they are regretting it.
So I want damaged of my time and money and an answer regarding these pathetic services provided by KFC Pakistan to their customers.
I think it's a matter of concern for KFC management too that how these people ruin your prestigie that last since last 100 years and so.

I ordered 10 chicken wings and a kids meal and a flamin wrap at 3:01 and checked with the team and was told to with 2 more mins at 3.13 and yet the order did not arrive until 3:20 I sat there waiting for the order.
I had my 2 year old going restless and my order was the first without any other orders on the board but all orders after mine were being served except mine.
It was disappointing and frustrating and quite stressful for my child as he was very hungry.
Would definitely want to be refunded or, compensated for this.

I ate at one of your restaurants on Saturday August 30th, The KFC located at Nova Landing in Antigonish
I was the only member in my party of 3 to eat at this location all of our meals were the same prior and after. I was due to drive to Cape Breton for a camping and hiking trip that we had planned a month prior so I stopped in on our way I ate between 3-5pm
and had two chicken Flatbreads.. around 8 pm I began to have horrible stomach pains and I had to run to the unserviced washroom where my situation worsened until around 12:00 o clock that night when i was finally able to lay down. I had cold sweats, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pains, and diarrhea. This resulted in me having to miss out on the trip we have planned and try and locate an accommodation so i could attempt to ride it out
this was very unexpected and traumatic for me. I was alone in an area with no cell service and no one to speak too and i was distraught throughout the evening.
After waking Monday morning and retrieving the members of our party we headed home. on the way home i stopped at the KFC location in Nova Landing in Antigonish to try and explain what had happened to the Assistant Manager. i was very calm i didn't yell or curse i have been an manager for Dairy queen for years and have had my fair share of irate customers. What really made this difficult was the complete lack of empathy and disregard from the Assistant Manager . she didn't even offer to replace the food. i said i only wanted a refund and maybe 50 dollars to try and recoup my costs for the hotel as i know mistakes can happen. She immediately told me that there was zero possibility that the food had made me sick and that they were not refunding the wraps because I had got them. i was very close to tears and she then refused to provide her name for reference and gave me another employees name. Harman Preet Singh. the manager was called and also told them to tell them that it was not possible and that i was lying about that issue.
The managers name is Tanvir Singh if someone can please contact me and try to make this right. i would never go to these lengths unless it was absolutely needed and after the amount of tears and lack of empathy shown this weekend i just would like someone to understand and make this right.
Desired outcome: compensation of the company's choosing in CAD Dollars and the moneyback for the food to try this is only to recoup some of the lost costs that weekend and for how i was treated i spent over 200 dollars unexpectedly
Issuses is service charge taken KFC nepal
I am Ram Saran from Nepal, My complaint is why KFC Nepal charge service charge from customer? Because we don't get any service from them, everything have to be done by customer, we have to stay in line at begging for ordering item and paying bill and getting token, after then we have to go in counter our in order to take our orders. Since everything have has to be done by customer then why they took service charge from us.
If we go to other restaurant, we customer get everything in our table, neither we have to stay in line nor we have to collect our order staying in line.
So, i want answer of this, without service why we have to pay service charged. I am total disappointed by this activity of Nepal KFC

On August 4, 2022, I visited the KFC on Kennedy Blvd, Tampa. The lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru and asked rep taking order if I could use two coupons for my first order, she said yes. Two bowls, two pot pies, buy one get one. My friend in car, then wanted to place her order and rep said we could only make one order per car and first order was complete. I pulled up to window and rep would not take another order. I asked if I had to go back through line and she said yes. I went back through the line and was informed at speaker she would not take my order. I drove up to window and the manager, which would not give me her name, said she would not take an order from me because I used two coupons on first order. If I had known I would not have used coupons. I advised we needed lunch for co workers and did we need to go next door to McDonalds and she said yet. Manager closed window on us. I called customer service immediately and filed complaint. During the call with cust serv, a different worker came to window and advised she would open lobby for my friend to go in and order. They did not open lobby and we did not get to order our food. I was completely calm in our conversations and also the workers were, but they refused to take our order and mislead us into thinking they would. I am saddened to say, but I will never visit this location again.
Desired outcome: My friend had asked that someone call her regarding this and was never contacted.

Terrible service, when I ordered menu I got different one, 3 tiny stripes and small potatoes portion, when I complained they told me that menu doesn't exist anymore, then why the hell would you confirm it and give me different one... Tiny, not even kid portion, they even charged me double for refill that is apparently included in the menu I didn't order, what the hell. I can't even complain on croatian sites because they don't work so no one can complain, and croatian app is configured like it was made by a kindergarten, it ruined my whole night

popcorn chicken special $10.99 with any combination , box or bucket
i went to KFC Portage La Parrire Manitoba Canada today and saw the big ad in the window i ordered a 4 piece box meal and asked for the special large popcorn chicken also , was told i could only get that with a bucket of chicken when it plainly says combination boxed OR bucket , i told the manager it does not say that . read it and she walked away and refused me my popcorn chicken and would like to lay a complaint about your false ads , and if they won't sell what they are putting on the sign in the window to get people to come in and buy their goods i will be going next door to chicken chief from now on to get my chicken at least i will get what they say i will get and it won't be a false ad put up like KFC seems to be doing

I ordered 2ea 2pc fish dinners. I also ordered 2 crispy chicken wings and 2 sides Cole slaw.
I waited 25 minutes in the drive through line behind some idiot in a white Kia that couldn't get his order straight.
KFC was able to deliver 2ea 2 piece dinners, but could not deliver corn fritters. Neither could kfc deliver 2ea chicken wings or mashed potatoes. It was an absolute time consuming nightmare. When my payment was adjusted to remove the chicken wings, the receipt was not returned to me.
I am a regular customer and the meals should have been complementary since my order could not be completed. You are 2nd largest restaurant chain in U. S.

Ordered a family bargain bucket drive through.
1st august 2022 @ 745 pm.
In Basingstoke leisure park.
When we got home there was only 2 portions of chips & they were so cold. We couldn’t be bothered as so tired after a long days work ( that’s why we decided to have a take away ) to drive back and ask for the right portions.

2 online orders from KFC & Hardee's to be picked up from kilo 57 -sahel road
Last Thursday 28JUL2022, made 2 online orders (via Phone) from KFC & Hardee's @ 6.02 pm to be picked up from kilo 57 - Sahel Road Branch.
When arrived @ 6.22pm, Hardee's order was ready but KFC order was not started yet !
Their explanation was the following:
* We do not stat order until the customer arrives !
Waited for extra 30 minutes to receive KFC order (6.52 pm) and the result was receiving a cold order from Hardee's and a very late one from KFC.
Made a complain via the hot line and the reply was the following;
* Your order is big !
* You did not precisely request the your order to be ready by your arrival !
If this is the attitude, my question is why accepting an order via the phone while you do not start it until the customer arrives ?
I could have spared this call a make my order in front of the cashier, at least to receive the direct attention from the staff to accelerate the order.
Desired outcome: Changing this attitude.
No Flavor (from a 20 year Pepsico Restaurants Trainer)
I was a trainer for Pepsico brands including Pizza Hut and KFC, I worked in the test kitchens and attended the "university". ( I realize you spun off to YUM, etc years ago.)
We purchased xtra crispy chicken last night and the chicken meat had zero flavor as well as the crust tasted like plain flour with NO seasonings at all. It should taste at least a little salty but nothing. Both my wife and I noticed immediately.
As someone who has eaten this since the 1960's I feel I am well qualified to state this was either altered by the franchisee or KFC has lost its way entirely. I am extremely disappointed and will be going elsewhere after 60 years.
Desired outcome: I would like at least a response from the company as I doubt they will issue a refund, but an explanation would be nice.

Being a regular customer. I know my meals very well. Today i ordered a Wrapsta box from KFC Flotida road and was highly disappointed. First the price went up which i didn't mind... I asked to swop my chips for coleslaw and wanted a side breast piece. When i go to work reafy to eat the wrap seemed rather small than usual and the breast piece as well... Even the bucket for 1 is a better piece. Then lastly i was given chips rather than what i asked for... KfC you have just most a loyal customer
