workers and air conditioning
Today (9-16-18) as I visited the KFC Taco Bell it seemed as if the workers were drained and sick due to lack of A/C. The lobby floors were moist due to this situation also. This was not a good look for such an well known food franchise. It felt better outside than inside the building. No matter the kind of job a person works they should not have to work within those conditions.
This was the KFC/Taco Bell on Main St by flowers hospital.
drive through attendant
Pulled up to drive through with no one else in line and started to place my order. After about 3 attempts to place my order, the attendant said to "JUST PULL UP" in a hateful voice. At that point, I knew I had the same girl that waited on me the last time I was at KFC. Once I got to the window, she still could not get it right as I calmly tried to explain to her. Finally, she said " I cannot deal with old guys like you" and I will get my manager to wait on you. Then, even the manager was so rude I almost drove off without my food. But my wife could not get out so I had to bite my lip and take the abuse.

tenders meal for 2 for $12
Only found four tenders in my bucket that was supposed to be a meal for two and I paid $12 for it? Seriously? I have been in food service for a very long time myself and serving less to our customers for more would absolutely never slide! My husband and I go to KFC a lot and we get way more chicken in our individual meals elsewhere. Absolutely not okay.

After pulling up and being forgotten at the speaker to take my order.. They pulled me as soon as I get to the window and pay. For another 35mins. I had to go inside and get my food and then they still forgot one of my 20$ fill ups. And then after spending over 50$ I get all the way home and no one can answer the store phone. So I keep calling and now I have giving up.

This is the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen in a restaurant attached are photos of the women's restroom located at KFC Perryville Missouri. If I had use the restroom first I would not have ate here. Make she wonder what the kitchen looks like? The toilet was leaking all over the floor black mold growing on every surface in the bathroom. old chicken breast patties
We ordered the $20 breast patty meal. They said they only had 4, would we like to order something else. Replied no and asked for all 6 to be fresh. Got home and had 2 fresh and 4 cold leathery pieces of crappy chicken that I wouldn't feed my dog. It is so cold and dry and tastes like it has been sitting half a day. I would like my money refunded or sastifaction by receiving fresh food.
kfc is not what it used to be
I have visited two of your KFC within the last year or so and always, always get screwed up in my order somehow, someway. I addressed a complaint with the KFC on MLK in Lansing, MI messing my order up on 8/20/18 even after I went through the drive through a second time and still messed up my two 5 piece tender meals in which left dripping sauce all over in the bag. I had to ask if the lights outside were working cause I couldnt read the menu. The KFC in Holt, MI always messes up my order leaving something out to the chicken for a sandwhich still frozen to no pot pies (SEVERAL TIMES) to the scrawny pieces of chicken they serve you.
The last occurence was no pot pie 9/12/18. I am tired of living in America and yet KFC serves its customers as a third world country out of food or not knowing/caring/paying attention to their customers orders. KFC has gone done from when I grew up.

September 14, 2018. Around 11:45 a.m. I ordered a meal #14: Crispy Colonel Sandwich Big Box Meal: Sandwich, Small Popcorn Chicken, Wedges, Cole Slaw, Medium Drink. The meal did not have the small popcorn chicken in it. I got this order to go and did not notice it until I got home. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect from this location.

We ordered a 12 piece chicken meal with sides today at 11am. We saw people come and go during that time, as we still sat there and waited. Finally, at 11:25am, the woman at the counter that took our order motioned to us, and we thought it was to pick up our order, but it was to let us know that she didn't have any chicken breasts, and it would take an additional 20 minutes to cook those up for us. At that point in time, we had her cancel the order, and credit back our account. We have visited that particular KFC about once a month, and the service is normally good, but the service there this time was terrible!

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: fast food restaurants
The issue that I have experienced was: we called to replace an order so the employee asked for the address.. I made sure to give her my new adress.. Because I changed my adress.. She kept me hold for 10 mins just to take my adress at last after 1 hour and 15 min the driver called and told me that he is in my old adress! Called them and spoke to the branch manager and gave him the new adress again.. He called me back again asking for the adress! Another person also called asking for the adress! Tgey even kept calling my old adress's number.. After 2 hours and a half the food came but I refused to pay because the service is not good and the manager didn't seem like he cares.. One employee called me and said: this is haram! I mean why would she but something religion in such cases! Am not even muslim. So now the manager keeps calling begging for money! Service is not good and they refuse to give the order for free!

In addition, when she finally got the food for the family, my daughter became quite ill with symptoms of food poisoning. workers suck
Apparently it's really hard to read a customers order and put the right amount of food in that has been order. Every single time that I go here my order is always wrong and I wind up paying for food I'm not getting. Me and my family are tired of it. It's bad enough that this KFC has had some kind of bug infestation now you can add terrible customers service to it as well and I have complained to the manager but it does nothing. It seems like the manager could careless about the customers

September 9, 2018 at approximately 8:00pmEST, we came into the KFC at this address. As we waited, filthy conditions were observed and staff was disorganized to say the least. All this gave us reason to leave without ordering, and we went to another restaurant. It definitely made me question ever going through a restaurant drive-thru again, since those customers would not even see these filthy conditions. This store has a reputation of being old but it doesn't have to be dirty too. Where are the standards?
potato wedges
Sept. 9th, around 7:40 I went through the drive thru I had ordered the $5 box and ordered potato wedges instead of mashed potatoes. What I got were inedible burnt fries that were essentially stale potato chips that should have been thrown away instead of served to customers. I ended up just throwing the box away because the rest was not much better. It turned out to be a waste if time and money that I, as a college nursing student, do not have and I won't be returning.

On 9-9-18, at approximately [protected] hours myself and my wife went in to have dinner at Kentucky Fried Chicken in LaGrange Ky store #750013. There was approx. 5 cars in the drive thru and 2 sets of people in the restaraunt waiting for food. I ordered my food but had to wait about 5 minutes to order and I was the first in line. My wife and I asked for a #5 and a #11. At this time they told us they were out of mash potatoes and gravy. We werent shocked that KFC was out of their #1 side dish but said ok and went ahead and replaced the mashed potatoes with potato wedges. After waiting 20 minutes for our food they finally brought it to counter. They brought it in to go bags and I said I asked for dine in. The clerk said well your ticket says to go. Then when I got to table, the food wasnt right. Chicken was cold and small, I didnt have potato wedges in my box. Then when I complained the manager said this isjust the way it was and made excuses. My wifes food the popcorn chicken was overcooked and hard. Then when I had to wait for my potato wedges wifes were cold and awful. I tried to be patient but was getting frustrated. Then I asked for strawberry jelly for my biscuit and the manager said she was out. While in the store, 3 others asked for their money back and two customers walked out.
This is a major concern because the LaGrange KFC is awful more times then not. Unfortunatly I will not be going back to this KFC. I love Kentucky Fried Chicken but if this is what the company wants their store to be ran like, I will spread the word for locals not to go to this KFC.
I would like KFC to fix this by refunding my money and hopefully fixing this restaraunt for the people of Oldham County KY

Richard that new manager at the perryville store is rude to all customers he talks to the employees like they are trash he has a guy training for a shift leader spot who has been in and out of prison for drugs and burglary he's bad news. I over heard him telling one of the employees a young girl to call him "daddy" that's kind of creepy seeing as how old he is and him being her manager and all it was unnecessary... The food always taste and looks like it's a week old when he's working I don't get it... Where's all your old managers that actually knew how to do their jobs and did them right and worried about us customers

So you are complaining because they make food fresh for you instead of wings that may have been sitting cooked and waiting for who knows how long, just in case someone comes in to order them? If you got some hard, stale wings that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, you would likely be complaining about the quality.

Ordering chicken pieces and ordering wings are 2 different things. The wings don't sell as quickly and therefore they have probably found that the wings just sit there and get wasted. So instead, they cook them fresh. The pieces of chicken move regularly and they always have them up. Don't really know how I am "acking" since I have never done that before. Also, KFC doesn't exactly sell peace of chicken. In fact, I'm pretty sure what they do is the opposite of that. Pieces of chicken however, well that's a different story. In which case, you can refer to my previous comment regarding freshness and quantities sold.
No need to be so rude. If you don't like having comments on your "complaints" may I suggest you don't post to public forums.
cleanliness/missing health inspection rating
The cleanliness or lack thereof in the lobby was really bad. Tables and floors were filthy. The rating of the restaurant wasn't visible anywhere. It wasn't behind the registers or the counter. There was about 7 staff members in the back not one came out to wipe down the tables or check in the dining area. The chicken was hard and stale, my daughter was starving that is the only reason we stayed and ate. Not to mention we were traveling out of state and required us to eat.

The KFC store located at Forest Lane and LBJ Freeway is the only KFC store in my neighborhood, Lake Highlands. I have only visited in the evenings after 5:00 pm. Each time I have visited the store was unclean...floors, and bathroom. The desk employees are usually unfriendly, and apathetic. Something is wrong about my order every time.
The employees are indolent and unmotivated. There appears to be no manager on board.
I would really like to see this store be successful, and the demographics support that for sure. My part of this neighborhood is not going to keep going to a poorly managed, unclean store.

2 days this week I have stopped at the Lebanon, tn location on hwy 231...Monday night about 840 pm was told no wings available, no legs available in crispy...then Friday night about 905 pm I was told only tenders n pot pie available...sorry this is not good customer service...I live 40 miles east from that location just to be told no chicken available...
