12piece hot wings $10 share bucket
We decided to go to the 11st KFC in Rockford Illinois instead of Popeyes because of the add/banner on their window stating they had the 12pcs Hot Wings $10 Share bucket. I planned on getting more than one after a long trip back home. I ordered it, but was told that they no longer carry this menu item at this store even though the sign on the window clearly listed it as one of the choices. We left KFC without purchasing anything and went to Our Other Chicken Option. Very disappointed especially since your online adds also list them.

I am writing to complain about the KFC in Carlisle Pa.
Yesterday I sat at the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me. I decided I was not going to wait any longer. I pulled up through the parking lot and saw two employees in the parking lot talking to someone in a car. I asked them where all the staff was. He said we only have two staff tonight. 2 staff and both were outside I couldn't believe it. This is the worst KFC I have ever been at. The facility is dirty. The staff is ignorant and runs in circles as if they have no clue what they are doing. They never have pot pies when we go there. Sunday's they alwYs tell us someone forgot to put them in the oven. My entire experience with thus place gas been a nightmare. Please look into it. S

I am complaining about the HORRIBLE SERVICE at our local kfc in Pocomoke City MD. I waited in line at drive thru for 20 min and still did not get my order I then called the number from the line and after 18 rings someone answered and I said I had called and was still in line waiting for my order 3 cars had gotten out of line and left others were complaining I could hear from the cars this is NOT a one time deal but always I was telling this story and 3 other people were telling the same thing it is just crazy that it would be like this when we want something from there we shouldn't feel like we need to take a Xanax before going just to take care of the stress of going . please check into this the management or something is wrong very! wrong. I was being helped by a very courteous associate and they ran out of Cole slaw. I was able to chose another side order however the manager (Michael) was very rude at his associate and she didn't deserve the verbal abuse that she endured. He yelled at her on 2 occasions while I was at the counter. He made a rude comment on my selection change of the side order, to which they ran out of and as he wa gathering my order he yelled at the associate to grab my order. As a manager he should never yell at his associate or degrade her while the customers are standing at the counter. This is the store in Bougainville Rd in Honolulu Hawaii. I hope the manager will be spoken to and retrained on His customer service tactics.

KFC chicken is great the commercials are good but I've been to every KFC in Wichita Falls, Texas and Lawton, Oklahoma and within 6 months to a year of it being open the business declines because the restaurants are nasty and the smell of filth hits you in the face as soon as you walk in, who wants to eat there. I remember looking forward to eating at KFC, but now, never. I recently went to the KFC on north central freeway by Walmart in Wichita Falls, Texas I walked in stood at the counter for awhile a kid said she went to the bathroom she'll be right back, there was a trash can by the counter that was over flowing onto the floor and every table was nasty. the girl came out of the bathroom and went straight to the register. What happened to the double hand washing after coming out of the bathroom? Well I just said never mind and left. I really don't see how the health department hasn't closed them down 90% of the business has to be drive thru so those people don't actually see how nasty the restaurant is. First we ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner two wings and one thigh and had to repeat it twice. Get home it was 2 thighs and a leg UGH called they had us go back and get home and yes the order correct now but the CHICKEN WAS OLD you could even see it had probably been sitting there all day. The more and more I go there the more and more I am hating your chicken.

Why is it that you charge 40 dollars for a 16 PC bucket and the pieces are ridiculous. They give you 8 pcs. White. They are bad but the dark is a couple of legs and a couple of wings. No thighs. I always liked kfc but it a waste of money now. I like dark meat and I never get it even when they say are giving it. Other than the drumstick. Ridiculous. I wont waste my money anymore. 2nd thing was when you ask for original and you get crispy after you ask 3 times is also very up setting.
I go to the store in milford Massachusetts. I'm always disappointed there.

I went to the Kentucky fried chicken on, 7245 E. Golf Links Rd. the chicken was overcooked and dry and they had no coleslaw to go with the family meals that they advertised. I was very disappointed in the product. I have always eaten at KFC and never have had a problem. This time big problems . The chicken was very dark like it had cooked too long. The family meal that I ordered was supposed to come with two large mashed potatoes and gravy one large coleslaw and 12 pieces of chicken. They argued with me and would only give me one mashed potatoes and gravy, and no coleslaw. It was $25 plus tax and I didn't even get what I wanted.

On Sunday, 9/2 at 6:30 pm, we ordered food inside. They were having to tell people there is a 25 minute wait on chicken. I ordered a $5 fillup with the tenders. The cashier said there would be about a 7 minute wait. Then asked where the cook was and they said he would be back. The cashier then asked the manager on duty to drop some: her reply was my brother will when he comes back. So the cashier told me that it would be 10 minutes on the wait. When the cook came back, she asked him to drop tenders and his reply was that he had already broke the fryer down. This was at 6:40 pm. So she asked did I want a refund. I went ahead and chose a different meal because my family was eating. My point here is, why was the fryer already down that early and why do they walk around conplaining about the sales but they aren't cooking the food and therefore not making the money the restaurant could be making. Poor customer service and lazy employees!

We went to the K.F.C on 653 East 9400 South Sandy Utah at 7:57 on Saturday, 09/01/2018. When approaching the restaurant there was a employee coming out, she was with a friend.
We went in one of the employees said he would be right with us we stood there for about 4 minutes before being serviced. while waiting for our order i looked around the restaurant and the debris all over on the tables, floor behind the counter on the floor . There was a broom and dust pan unattended in the restaurant . When the employee came back in to the store she went right behind the counter and started helping one of the employee with out washing her hands. They use tongs i feel they should also wear gloves. We do not live far from this K.F.C, Arriving home the chicken was warm, the mashed potatoes were cold a long with the gravy, the biscuits were stale, the only thing that was right was the coleslaw. I can't believe any one would allow their store to look that bad along with the employees.

The store was filthy and discussing outside and in! Gloves laying on the ground and dirty and glcrumbs everywhere . This is the second time I have filed a complaint and nothing has been done about the horrible conditions, worse peoples are still eating in this place! If you say anything to management they roll their eyes and ask if there is anything else you want.

Yesterday August 30, 2018 I went to KFC located at 840 Highland Ave. National City, CA 91950 at 5:18pm to buy a $20 fill-up bucket. When I was placing the order at the drive-tru the employee sounded rude when asking me what I wanted to order. I told her that I just wanted the item that I mentioned above. She gave me the total and I proceeded to pick up my order at the window. At the window I gave her my debit card and the card got declined and I told her that I was going to park the car on the side while I transfer money to my checking account, because I didn't want to waste her time (I know that they have a time limit per customer at the drive-thru and I understand that). She made like a "uff" sound and she rolled her eyes and she said ok. I went to the other side to park my car to make the transfer but it came to my mind. Why am I going to spend my money in a business that is threating me like crap (sorry for the expression). Because this is about the business that doesn't see the type of people that they hire. Also, the drive-thru area smelled very bad. It looked like it needs to be pressure wash. I work as a office manager and I ALWAYS tell my employees that no matter what customer service is first than anything. I'm not asking for a refund because I decided not to purchase anything. All I'm asking for is to have better customer service. Thank you in advance for your time.

We were waiting for our food for 45 minutes, I seen 4 people that ordered there food way after us they were only waiting for 15 minutes to get there food..I went to the counter asked for the manager he asked for my name to look up my order when I finally received my food they only gave me one order I had 2 orders, I was not happy at all. I told my partner to take over so I could cool down. He got the order straighten after waiting 45 to 50 minutes for out food. I rarely complain but that was a very long wait knowing other customer's got there

On August 29, 2018 at 5:00 pm I went to KFC located at 5321 Hickory Hollow LN, Antioch, TN 37013 drive through to place an order, but stood at the drive thru asking for assistance for five minutes without any help. I figure the speaker might be broken so I drove to the window, but there was a customer ahead of me waiting for their order. I stood on the drive thru lane for ten minutes finally driving up to the window and informed a young black male employee that I stood for five minutes requesting assistance at the drive thru speaker without any assistance believing that it might be broken so I wanted to place my order at the window. The KFC Employee told me that I have to go inside a place the order. I inquired why I had to go inside to place my order since I have been waiting for fifteen minutes already to place an order? The KFC employee communicated with another KFC Employee refused to take my order and said to place the order inside the store. I went inside the store to talk to the Manger. I asked a light complex black man if he was the Manager who said he was one of the Managers. I told him my drive thru story of which he said he did not care and if I wanted to place an order. I placed my order, but in disgust I cancelled my order and told him I was going to take my business somewhere else. His reply was I do not care and cancelled the order. On a weekly basis I take my family to KFC for dinner, but I will never again go take my family to a KFC restaurant.

Arrive to KFC (6892 Highway 85 Riverdale, GA 30274) after lobby closed. Went to drive-thru and when was greeted said just one moment my guest didn't know what they wanted because they couldn't see the board. About every 5-10 seconds with a soft voice the girl kept saying hurry up how may I help you. My guest yelled back hold on and then went on to ask about the $5 box the young lady started to explain items 5 - 9 and 13 and then sounds like manager got on other handset and said hurry up very loudly and said we have a line behind you. There were literally no other cars in line we were the only ones there. So guest proceeded to order the $5 box and then same loud lady said we don't have any sides and then said we need to hurry up because a line of people. At that moment the rest of my party pulled up behind me. One car that was with us. I was supposed to be ordering and paying for everyone. My guest was trying to figure out why there wasn't any sides and I explained to him that I used to be a manager for four years and sometimes at night we do not like to open up or cook more stuff because could be a waste even though they had a whole hour and half before closing. So during that time the girl gave a total of $7.01 drive around and don't see how that is with a $5 box. I proceeded to window and gave my card. The food was ready and I was trying to inform young lady that I'm paying for next car. She have a low voice and said please move. I said pardon and my guest was asking hold on let him check because we don't know what food item they wrong up because all my receipt says is Credit Sale (Trans 1215). She then stated please move out my line there are other customers coming and need not to mess up her time. I said okay because I'm aware that time is counting but we haven't even been there 1 minute and haven't paid for next order. My guest said you only gave him one spoon of mac and cheese and this is not even chicken. Again she said we have to get out of line, so I drove off because my guest was becoming very agitated. I did call the other party and inform them not to order I will take them some where else. I arrived back to the station and was explaining to co workers what just happen and how they don't even have a number or anything on receipt to call or have questions about. The store number no one answered. The Mayor just so happen was there and stated that's the reason they don't eat there and this have been going on at that location for a while. They stated they travel another 15 minutes just to get there food because customer service is horrible. I am not a fan of their food but you never know who you are servicing and this was a bad look for the KFC brand. There's two KFC's by my house and my family have never had a bad experience. Just wanted to bring to you all attention about this location before it goes too far because I have heard some shocking things about this location and how they want to get a team to go in and possibly get this one out of the community. Before anything comes out in paper wanted to give you all time to probably train. It could have been a bad night or short staff. I have being there before that's why I'm not quick to judge and I tell people unless you have worked there you can't just say what they need to do. Just remember every customer is special, you never know whose in your company.

your store at mangere airpot you people need to get your staffing an roster right my daughter has been with you since march she has just been given 5 days contract she was asked by a supervisor how many hours does she have she said she has two permanent shifts tues an weds 4.30pm to closing my daughter said the supervisor went to the manager an told him to give her more days because she could see how hard she works the manager asked my daughter what hours she could work she said 7am to 4pm she has the contract but this has not been signed off by the manager that gave it and it has been three weeks i find how the store is being managed is absolutely disfunctional i say this by the way my daughter is working, she gets given a start time then is asked to work on why because of staff shortage like tonight so i have told her to do her shift only an clock out. I have been to several kfc stores an have seen that you only have the younger people their i put forward that you employ the older generation for the late shifts an weekends, why because its the weekends the young ones like to go out

I went to my local KFC in Olive Branch MS on hacks cross road. When I pull up to the speaker to order, no one responds. So I wait for a few minutes thinking that they are busy waiting on the people that just ordered before me. Well I sit there for 10 minutes and not a single response from any of the employees inside. So I decided to leave. I drive around and see no customers at the window but all 4 employees standing inside at the window. They where on the phones or talking with each other. They couldn't of cared less. I will not be returning to this location again. I am sure they don't care that I am complaining, nor does the company. I hope that this will be helpful to other people that have had the same experience as I have had. It's a shame also because I love there chicken.

First of all, I have never been to a KFC before 7pm and they had not already ran out of original recipe chicken of some type. This applies to both the Burlington and Reidsville, NC locations. There seems to be a lack of communication between the who's ordering inventory and who's selling the food. But better than that, at my first and very LAST visit to the KFC in Reidsville, NC, while I waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes plus, I kept seeing people walk up to the lobby door to only turn around, get back in their car and drive off. I was eventually asked to pull around to the front while the rest of my food was cooked, told it would take 2 more minutes. After sitting there another 5 min, I walked to the door myself. It was locked. So I banged on the window to get someone's attention. I guess the employees decided they didn't want to serve anyone else after 8pm, however the lobby was suppose to be open until 9pm.
