good and cleanliness
Waited all day to eat looking forward to piece of fried chicken when I was able to get to Kentucky fried north huntington pa. Horrible experience. Began with being handed dirty tray for worse when every spoon on food bar had food on the handle. The bar itself needed wiped. Would have left then but thinking maybe I could salvage the day I continued on plate in hand to find there was not a clean table in the restaurant. Finally set my tray on the cleanest one and grabbed handful of napkins, wet them at soda fountain and proceeded to clean my table. Went back to get my drink and can't say much about cleanliness of drink area either. By now my food which was never hot is cold. Then something the restaurant of course had no control over. The patrons one table over we're having spirited conversation about Jeffrey Dahmert and cannibalism. By this point my stomach is churning and I couldn't eat. All in all one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been in. I managed Pizza Hut many years ago and I know without a doubt if an area manager had walked into my hut and it looked like this I would have been fired on the spot. I will not be returning to this facility... Ever! I can say the young man at register wS very friendly... But completely clueless.
very poor service/missing meals
On August 6, 2018 our Brookdale Retirement Community van stopped at this location to get several orders to go. Your customer service was extremely slow and did not seem to understand very well what we wanted. They were out of breasts and wings and said they would not be cooking any more wings and that we would need to wait 15 minutes for breasts. I had called ahead to order 2 pot pies because I heard they took longer. They knew there was a group of us coming. After much frustration, we ended up with one extra bowl, and two 3 piece meals missing, which I paid for. And in addition, I had KFC coupons, but they would not accept them because there was no A & W attached to this location! Stop sending them out if you will not honor them! We will never again go to this location! You have deceptive practices!
overcooked chicken and poor service
On Thursday, August 16th around 5:10 pm, I was at the drive thru and ordered 8 pc meal Original Recipe. There were no other cars in line. After I paid, I was asked to pull forward & they would bring my order out. There were no cars behind me. Worker brought out my order. I checked it & it looked very dark with a thick hard crust. I backed up and showed the window attendant, stating that I had ordered Original Recipe & that didn't look right. He looked in the bag and stated, "yeah, that's original" then handed it back to me. He did not offer to remake my order. We were very disappointed and were not able to enjoy this meal. It appeared and tasted like old chicken that had been re-cooked or microwaved. I have had KFC hundreds of times in my 60 years, and this was the WORST product and service at a location that I have ever experienced.
I felt cheated that I paid almost $30 for a meal that we couldn't eat. I suggest that you take a look at the franchise in Palestine, TX for retraining purposes. Until then, my family will buy our chicken elsewhere.

Today I went to KFC and ordered a 12pc chicken meal which come with 3 large sides and biscuits. I addition to this I also ordered and paid for 1 LG additional side. When I got home with my family and sat down to eat I found out that we were shorted 4pcs of chicken and 1 LG side! My order total was $40.15, I sure as heck did not get what I ordered or payed for and had to cook something else for one of my children as there wasn't enough for them. I live 15 min away and was not about to make a 30 min round trip. Very very unsatisfied and upset.

I just left the kfc in hammond Louisiana and I have to say it was a cheap experience. I tryed to order some chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. They said they didnt provide the amount of tenders I wanted (10) but they had a box of 11. I said thats fine then paid for the food. I was asked to pull up and they would bring them out to me. No problem. I wait 12 mins and then decide to go in to get my food. I walk in and wait in line. When its my turn one of the workers asked if i was "the chicken tenders." Yes, I said and she waved me aside and said "next in line." I stand there and then finally someone hands me my food. Great. I walk to my truck and open the food, luke warm and dry. If they werent cooking the tenders then why was i asked to pull up, wait, and was then dismissed by the workers? Garbage service. Garbage.

I had an interview at a kfc she said I got the job had me do paperwork took pictures of my social security card and my ID said she would call and never called me again. I've steady had to keep calling her for help with the paperwork and now She had me wait for 2 weeks for her to call about my name being in the system she said She had to wait for this person to put me in the system I called her she didn't even talk to me all she said was could she call me back I understand everybody gets busy but I have had to keep calling her over and over again I even rejected 2 other jobs for her because she told me that's i got the job and to not do anything I'm very upset because now i have no job offers or anything .
rude worker and dirty floors and tables, and drink area a mess
Took my grand daughter there for lunch, could not get over the rude worker, and how dirty it was, floors where not clean, table and chairs where dirty, and the drink area was not clean. Not happy, we may try it again, but if it is not cleaner, we will not go again. I also could not get over the price of a lg side 5.99, outrageous for a lg mashed potatoes with no gravy...

This evening we went into the store and ordered two of the $5 fill up
Packages. The young lady informed us that the original chicken would
Be available in 6 minutes. When we asked about the crunchy she said it would be
12 to 15 minutes. We waited for the the original.
As we waited I watched the staff being lead by a supervisor that seemed very frustrated
And was running around trying to do things that the other staff who were standing around not
Doing any thing. I observed a line developing at the drive through. My observation was that the
Cashier who was working this station could not remember the orders and had to continue asking the
Kitchen what was going out next.
As the business slowed then a music player in the kitchen area was turned up and a RAP song was played
Not the best music to enjoy a meal by but as we were the only customers in the seating area I guess the staff
Felt it was OK. Nothing was said by the shift supervisor so I can only assume your corporate model condones

Next came people changing shift. New staff arrived and went to the back of the store. Then one of the staff
Who was getting had a female visitor. She parked in the Hdcp spot and left the car running while she came
In to tell here significant other that she was there to pick him up. Not a major thing but when your staff came to
Front and greeted her with the F-bomb pound enough to be heard throughout the store. Shift manager was on her cell phone
At the time so nothing was said to your staff. Friend hung around leaning on the counter and did not order any product
Lastly the shift supervisor the began running back and forth trying to talk to some one called her grandfather on the business
Line and then taking another call from the grandmother that she was coming in to order chicken.
This went on for three or four minutes. The grandmother arrived and then occupied the staff trying to order food
All in all I have to say that there was no sence of professionalism that I have seen in other KFC stores.
I would suggest that the owner or some of your corporate advisors check this store out as I am sure that this store is

Tables were almost all unclean with food and sauce on them when me and my family walked in. The line had two people in it ahead of us but it took a very long time for us to get our order in. When we ordered, the cashier gave us the wrong receipt with no customer number on it. Also your all gender restrooms really piss me off. There are exactly as many genders as there are world wars. 2.

I went to kfc in Sandusky Ohio. I put in my order and when I got home I was missing 2 chicken wings and an order of potato wedges. I called them and they kept talking in the middle of me telling them about my order. I asked for the district managers number and was told they didn't have one available. I just wanted my order to be fixed so it was right. Obviously I didn't get that. I am very upset with this service .

i walked into the store at around 6:00 in the evening to get chicken and placed a order and paid for it by credit card.when they went to fill my order the woman came up to me and said they were out of chickenbreasts and would i like something else and i asked why you out of chicken breasts this early she said that i should come in earlier to get what i want i asked are you kidding she said no then proceeded to tell me that they were out of mac n cheese and asked if i would like something else thats when she said that this should not be happening and i said thats right they did not ask if i would like to wait for chicken to be cooked or mac to be made im out of luck this is the third time this has happened to us i asked for my money back and the manager came out without saying anything and just put the money back on my card then walked off without saying a word, i still can, t believe it, the people behind me shook there heads and walked out to, i hope this is not the way you want your store to be run i won't be back again to that store. frank drew

An employee named NorFazziera was serving me as I ordered. As I walked in, she don't even give me a glance. She was already started packing up my order when I'm still ordering! She didn't even give a friendly smile or even an eye contact with the customers.
I hope the authorities can immediately take an action on this. You should provide them a training session so that they know how to serve customers.
2 piece meal
I just got home from kfc in West Helena, Ark. & am very angry. I ordered a 2 piece white meat meal
original deal. I also paid for it, however I received one breast & one leg. When I carried it to the cashier I was told they had no more wings. Here it is 5:00 & they ran out. I wasn't given the option to give more money & I would get another breast. Nor did I get my money back since I paid extra for the white meat. Very bad service if you ask me.

I feel sorry about most of the branch in kfc here in Qatar that has no more enough worker. One time I experience very dissapoinment when I buy in kfc montazah I feel very hot and I saw there staff sweating very much that their uniform becomes so wet because of sweat and only 3 staff working with a several customers. Is this kentucky? I feel sorry about it.

My name is perry hitchcock I went into your store on golf links In Tucson. So my complaint is that I ordered the 3 pieace box meal all extra crispie all thighs at this time I was told that it would take 25 min to cook the chicken the cook just dropped the chicken to cook. I said ok thank you and left. 10 min later I came back and notice that then manager was serving extra crispy chicken there were 2 black people in the store ahead of me and they were servered extra crispy chicken. Then it was my turned to order and at that time I was told that it would take another 10 min. At this time I said well they got extra crispy ehy cant I? Ronny said I told you that it would that it 25 min to cook now I replyed if it took 25 min to cook then why did the people ahead of me get what they ordered and I cant. He then replied its another 10 min befor the extra crispy at this Time I left the store.

08/10/18-Went through the drive-thru of the KFC at the 13962 Lee Jackson Hwy, Chantilly, VA location to grab a quick $5 Fill Up Box. I clearly stated potato wedges instead of mashed potatoes with my order. When I finally get back to work & unpack the box there is mashed potatoes in there & no receipt. It wasn't like the place was busy. I was the only car in the drive-thru. That just reiterates why I don't frequent this place.
Look on the bright side- some people have real problems.

I went thru the drive thru at restaurant number J625027 in denton, tx around 3 pm and I ordered 2 $5 boxes and 3 of the to go cups paid with a credit card pulled up to window and got my order as we were passing the kids the food we realized we were short 1 of the go cups had to walk all the way around the store and went in the the guy who made my order told me he put all 3 to go cups n the bag and I tols him it wasn't in there and his exact words were "I PROMISE YOU I PUT THEM ALL IN THE BAG" the Hispanic lady at cash register told me "yes he put everything in the bag i saw him" i walked back around the building cuz out of 3 doors only 1 was open. I put everything back in the bag and went back into the store and the guy said "my bad i cud of sworn i put them all in the bag" first of him and his worker tried to make me out as if i was trying to steal from them when in fact i wanted what i paid for. I hurt my leg tripping over high chairs sitting n front of the side door and his choice of sayings is not professional at all.
