KFC food

i and my grand daughter went to the kfc/taco bell on lawyers rd in charlotte in nc.
i ordered a 6 piece golden georgia barbecue chicken strip with 2 sides,
1 mac and cheese, 1 cole slaw and a biscuit. plus an xtra side of mac and cheese and a fruit punch.
the chicken was plain, not what i ordered. they were out of mac and cheese, which was fine. i asked for a cole slaw, green beans and potatoes n gravy.
i got 1 potato n gravy and 1 cole slaw..
and all this wrong cost me $16
im sick and poor.. i cant afford this. i would truly appreciate compensation.

KFC big box meal

Bought same meal 3 nights in a row. Big box All Dark with Double Mac-n-Cheese and Fruit punch with No Ice.
Night one I got 3 legs, dbl mac, 2 mash potatoes, 4 biscuits, & Diet Pepsi extra ice. $8.27. Night #2, 5 Thighs, 4 Mac-n-Cheese, 0 Biscuits, Fruit Punch. $9.16.
Night #3, 4 Breasts, 3 Legs, 4 biscuits, Mash w/gravy, Slaw I AM ALLERGIC TO THE COLE SLAW IT'S NOT FUNNY & Orange Drink. $9.16.
They were very polite, but on the second night the girl at the window was complaining that she was tired of working the damn window and someone needed.
The third night the guy laughed about giving me the wrong food when I called to see if I could get it exchanged and when I stated I was allergic to the slaw all I got was laughing and "that sucks". Nice thing is I am a Paramedic and my calls are recorded so I have it to send to the proper people that KFC finds feeding people people foods they are allergic to FUNNY!

KFC product and service

I went to KFC on freedom dr and ordered a famous bowl fill up with no corn and a fruit punch. I came back to the house my meal has corn in it also with no mash potatoes. I went back to fix order and employees were rude and non empathetic. Came back to the house and what do you know, my fruit punch is watered down. I was very upset and didnt have the energy to go back THE 2ND TIME.

KFC free go cup

Went to KFC in Newcastle Ok. Had done survey and had coupon code for
Free Go Cup. I order my drink and Free Go Cup and a GG Chicken Little.
She handed me to drink cups. I said I only ordered one drink and she said
you don't want your free go cup. I explained it was a snack cup not a drink.
She said NO its a free drink. I explained why would you get a free drink when
you purchase a drink? She needs to learn what a free go cup is when that
is what you get for doing a survey. Also my chicken little sandwich which I
ordered without mayo. Had Mayo. This was a togo order so I didn't take
back. Very Disappointed in this visit.

KFC there their hot wings chicken wings and their attitude

We went to the KFC here in Lancaster California 93535 we always go there and from the beginning they've always been really nice I never had wanted to complain but today I went to buy a 12 piece hot wings and I get home I serve them and my kids are eating them and then my kids left me six and there I open them up e they're not cooked enough they're still red and bloody and they look old they weren't even fried like crunchy I'm so very disappointed that I will never ever eat there again I'm so grossed out

KFC hair in our food

We visited the KFC in Sandy Oregon on 07/27/18 at 12:43 PM. Our receipt number is E080040 2 131 2386. I submitted a complaint via the survey code # E0800400727182386. We have not received any communication from KFC regarding the complaint.

My wife purchased the Fill Up Meal and brought it home. We found hair in the 2 pieces that we bit into and in 3 of the other 6 we tore open. We tossed the entire meal away. I have never been so thoroughly disgusted with a meal in my life. It's not the first time we have had a hair in a fast food meal and it will not likely be the last. But 5 hairs in 5 pieces of chicken. That is totally unacceptable. When we tried to contact the Sandy OR KFC through the phone number on your website we found that both the local and 800 number were no longer in service.

Then to have our complaint ignored is absurd. Surely you care about your customer base, don't you?

KFC buffet

All you can eat buffet. I order the all you can eat buffet for my wife and i. I pay for the buffet and grab a plate the time is seven twenty and the buffet closes at eight. At eight. As im making my plate they are tarring down the buffet and removing food from the buffet . This is not the firat time I've been to this kfc. I came here at en to eight one time and asked if it was too late to order the buffet they said the buffet cannot close as long as people where still eating. So why are they removing food as im making a plate . So what am i paying for exactly. I think the buffet should stay fully stocked untill closing time for the buffet .there is a sighn that says if were out of what you want just ask. My wife asked for gravy and they said tje buffet closes in twenty min. Ya twenty min so where is the gravy for my mashed potatoes.

KFC service

Afternoon,

I visited the KFC nest my home today. From my last visit there was was a survey I completed for a to go cup just purchasing any size drink. That is exactly what I did and the cashier by the name of Ana was the rudest person ever. She snatched my receipt with the code and I order a small drink and charge me for a medium. I paid her a she attempted to hand me my cup uncovered and not bagged. Through this she continued to mumble to another person making comments in Spanish. I asked for sauce and she was bothered then I ask for a bbq for the popcorn chicken again mumbled and closed her drive thru window. The saddest thing is that the other person that was Giggling I believe was a sup or manager due to her shirt being blue not like the cashier. This is why I would not complain to the store directly. Customers make establishments by frequenting them. No customers = no money if I am correct. Although KFC. Has been around since I can remember service like this tarnished the reputation in my opinion. The code I submitted for my cup was 21089 her info is on my receipt reads her name today's date and time of 11:53 am. Restaurant is C00001 ticket 1523 in Mission hills, ca. I will not be returning to your establishment after my experience.

KFC service

The service is very poor. I waited an hour and a half in the drive thru. There was an excessive amount of car waiting. I order and still had to wait another 30 mins. I know I have a choice of either waiting or leaving. I wanted to give them a chance. Please send someone to help improve the store. It is fairly new and the service is AWFUL. Thank you for your time!

KFC bottle fill up box was supposed to get to breast and one wing only received one breast wanted coleslaw got mashed potatoes and gravy

I was at Kentucky Fried Chicken between 2 and 4 did not receive what I was supposed to receive was very disappointed had to eat what I had because I was on lunch break I consider this poor service I've been going to Kentucky Fried Chicken for quite a while and never had such poor results thank you for listening to my complaint you're employees should be better prepared for cha.ging menus items just a suggestion

KFC no service, unattended counter

Today, my wife and I visited the Copperas Cove, TX store. While several employees in the store we're in loud personal conversations, the counter was unmanned. We we're aknowledged by a distant employee who disappeared. We waited 10 minutes, still no service. Great, we left with intentions of never returning. KFC needs to be careful, once word gets out, oh well!

KFC kfc tuesday special 12 wings with chips

I have been to kfc 3 times since this special have been on air and not once could I get it, cashier always says they dont sell it the tuesdays I am there? The advert should then spesify that its only some tuesdays? A special is a special and should be available as advertised, or not advertised at all! the last time was 31 aug 2018, and yet again not avalable.

Good day

Do me a favour and read the corrections I've made after the first post, where I say 31st of July 2018. Not once did I mention that they are out of stock for that day, and mind you I went in the morning at 11h00 and another time 17h00, I said they don't sell it the 3 Tuesdays I requested the special. I am aware of the terms and conditions, but thank you for refreshing my memory - it still baffles because its one thing to run out of stock, and another to not sell it at all. I don't thing I am unreasonable?

KFC missing food.. lack of choices

On july 31st, 2018... We placed a order to go...8 piece bucket.. Wanted potato wedges... But oh no.. Mashed and cole slaw only.. Who the hell wants mashed.. Especially in the middle of summer...? Now lets get to the chicken.. We received 4 chicken wings... Which consisted of... Bone and and the crispy coating...2 drum sticks...2 thighs.. I feel that we were totally ripped off... And this was'nt the first time we have been ripped off... The 2 other times consisted of...4 missing cookies... And no gravy for the mashed potatos that we had to get... Done with kfc... Thanks for not caring about the customer. I feel there should be some sort of compensation...

KFC items missing

We picked up a family meal
For six. There was no gravy and the bicuits were very hard.
I called the manager. She told me I could pick the gravy up !
While I pick the gravy up our food will get cold !
We spent about $35 for a ruined dinner.
Mashed potatoes without gravy is not what I call a great dinner plus hard biscuits !
Why would I spend that much money and have no gravy and hard biscuits ?

KFC kfc chicken legs from krakow, poland.

Last week I was in poland for a 1 week holiday from the 14th july till the 21st july. While we were shopping at galleria kazimierz in krakow, on monday 16th july (after 6pm) my 2 daughters phoebe grech & peyton grech (aged 10yrs and 12yrs) were hungry so I bought them 3pcs each of chicken legs from kfc.
3 days after on thursday 19th july late evening, both of them was admitted to zeromski hospital in krakow with high fever and abdomen pain. Several tests were taken and the results was that they had campylobacter jejuni... Food poison caused from chicken. My eldest daughter was weaker the her sister because she had ate all her 3 pcs of chicken and she needed to be operated as well cause the bacteria has inflammated her appendix :- (we lost our flight on saturday 21st as the girls were till in hospital for treatment and very weak. My husband and I ended up sleeping at hospital with the luggages as were were then without accomodation (homeless) as our apartment was booked till saturday 21st. The girls were out of hospital on wednesday 25th july afternoon and fortunately we found a hotel until our flight back to malta. It wasn't east to find an acomodation and a flight back as it was peak season. I have all the documents from hospital and even the sanity report. Your chicken has riuned our 1st family holiday as it was my daughters first time abroad and they were really looking forward. We ended up staying 2weeks in krakow instead of 1week and most of it we were in hospital or recovering in the hotel. We flew back to malta last saturday 28th july and the girls are still weak to ejoy their summer holidays or even swim this summer. My eldest daughter will have a big mark on her tummy for the rest of her life. I would like a compensation for all this cause it's not fair. Kfc should be responsible for his food espacially when it comes from chicken.in krakow there are so many kfc's and I really hope no other patients were sick like my daughters. It's really scary cause it could have been fatal! You should take your responsability regarding this issue. I'm sorry to say but I would never trust your chicken again... It was a real nightmare have 2 kids dead sick in 2 different wards and far away from you home country. Attached you will find some photos of the hospital documents that show that both girls had camplobacter after eating kfc chicken. Wiating for your reply.

KFC lack of butter, jelly, or honey

We have 2 KFC's available to us. One in Greensboro, NC and one in High Point, NC. I have yet to go in and ask for butter and jelly for my biscuit and received both. They are always out of one of the other. Today, they had jelly (surprise) but no butter. Isn't there anything corporate can do to "encourage" proper ordering of biscuit supplies ?
I like to eat my biscuit last with butter and jelly to act as a dessert. I ALWAYS know they will be out of one or the other and most of the time it is jelly.
In addition, I found a hair, not a feather, in one of my 4 wings. I ended throwing that wing away and didn't ask for another wing.
The store in High Point rarely cleans their tables off. One must set at a dirty table if eat-in is preferred.
Ir seems to me that these restaurants need help.

KFC pay check

If I do not receive my pay check this will become a law suit Christin, Rohan .i have serval witness for all of the abuse that comes out of Kfc and in mr Rohan market including past employee are willing to right statement .i took physical abuse mental abuse begging pregnant .i will contact support everyday and you have 2 days to have my paycheck Wednesday morning I will be in the court house

KFC service

I went in at 8:45 on Friday, July 27, 2018 to order a family meal. The cashier named Macy stated the restaurant was closing at 9 pm and couldn't serve any more chicken. I told her the sign said the dining room was open until 10p and the drive thru until 11p. She still advised couldn't sell anything but tenders that were already made. Jasmine the manager came over and was also rude when I asked why I received a small container of gravy after paying for a large. So now I drove 30 minutes to get food for my family and have 10 tenders and a small gravy to try to feed 2 adults and three teenagers. Will not go back to Cadiz KFC. Word of mouth can make or break a business. Might want to get those two under control.

KFC chicken, employees

Ordered $56 worth of food for my family only to get called a [censored] and my food thrown in my face at the drive thru by the manager along with [censored] water being shoveled out the door NASTY chicken wasnt cooked all the way it was so soggy got a family meal chicken was super small never asked if i wanted original or crispy just gave me what she wanted she had No teeth in her mouth clothes was so dirty amd she is a manager she looked like she was Hi off drugs the store was so hot inside had alot of flys in the store and No soda only water the back door is always wide open so when u go thru drive thru u can look right into the store and OMG after people see the way the back looks they leave the drive thru this store is beyond NASTY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR BETTET STORE MANAGER THEY JUS DONT CARE THERE REVIEWS ARE TERRIBLE went in the next day to speak to the higher up boss only to find put that she jus started and told me to come back in 30 days to get my replacement food i dont want my food replaced i want my money back I WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN I THREW all my food out wben i got home cause [censored] water then the attitude then my food thrown at me called a [censored] who even trusts the food after that not me wasnt given that nasty chicken and super duper small biscuits to my kids the biscuits got super small i think they are cutting corners on that one needs to be looked into trying to stretch the stuff or not ordering the food for the store the right way she was a white skinny chick and her daughters work there also and was throwing [censored] out the window like what kind of customer service is that im too done with this store i dont ever want anything from KFC again not a good experience at all then reading all there reviews they all say the same thing nasty store rude employees chicken not cooked right would like to be compensated for my food i dont want a replacement its Nasty and wait 30 days for What i spent $56 on food and the service was bad and the food was bad said they couldnt give me my money back [censored] i will get a attorney if i have too i will not have my food thrown in my face i will not be called a [censored] by a manager at all please feed back will be Greatly Appreciated [protected]@gmail.com

KFC chicken and pot pies

I reported the KFC in Burleson and received a $5 voucher. Thank you for the voucher you sent on July 5, 2018, but that is not the purpose today. I used to say this location should have it's franchise pulled. I am now writing to tell you that their franchise should absolutely be pulled.

My friend arrived at this location about 6:30 P.M. today and was told that they did not have any chicken. He then asked for pot pies and was told they did not have any pot pies.

How in the hell can a KFC be out of chicken and still be open? This would be a great location for the next Undercover Boss to be filmed.
