hair on my original chicken leg/workers
even now I still love your recipe and will continue to buy your product...that said, I decided after a few months to purchase the $20 fill up this evening, 25 jul 18 at the orangevale ca kfc...very good deal...I didn't mind the length it took to get up to the drive thru, 2 people in front of me and thought they were slow at ordering...when I got to the com I was put on hold a longer time than I was use to on other occasions, which then I knew there was complications inside the building...after ordering I got to the window and first impression was the longggg hair, yes in a pony tail, but still swirling around and even the tattoo's on neck and arms, which to be honest, the long hair and tattoos gave me pause to eat there, but I put that aside and paid for my food and went home...I was asked if I needed the receipt and at that point I didn't think I would need that...valuable lesson, I will get a receipt from now on...anyway, my husband and I sat down to eat and I took a couple bites on the chicken leg and I had a hair in my mouth...now you can see where my concern was when paying for the food...ugh...needless to say I didn't eat anymore...I will not ever frequent that kfc...which means I will have to go a greater distance if I ever get in the mood for your food! too bad...

I live in Va and I came to the KFC in Oxford NC on [protected] ordered a 5 dollar box... when I got home to eat my food I didn't even have the side order. The food was dry and didn't taste good at all. I had ordered the thigh and leg special and they didn't have any legs in the orginal so I to settle for 2 thighs. This was the worst service ever. They are normally good, I don't know what happed this time. I will never order food from here again.

This visit was the second visit, at this same location where they were stocked out of something.
The first visit, they were all out of white meat. They asked if the could substitute dark meat. Which was fine for us. However, you don't get as many ounces of meat that way since the breast is a much larger portion.
This last visit, I placed my order, and when the associate presented it to me, she said "we are low on plates" "our truck hasn't come yet". What? Eat
an 8 pc. meal with potatoes/gravy and coleslaw without a plate? I told her she at least had to give me some small bowls. Which she then did. I am glad we were 2 adults and didn't have children in tow.
The ticket# for the latest meal was #3826, rest# G135346, Waterloo NY, on 7/21 @ 11:53 AM. I didn't save the first receipt. Your food is great, but these things should not be happening. At the very least, ask your customer if its ok before you ring up the order. It may NOT be ok.
hot wings
I want to know why KFC restaurants in Pocomoke, Maryland and Salisbury, Maryland do not sell hot wings anymore? I don't think it's fair that I have to travel almost 100 miles to get hot wings when I live onley 25 miles and they don't sell them. I really believe you need to rethink this. I also don't think it's fair to advertise a product and you can't get at all locations.
cole slaw and chicken
2 weeks ago I went to the KFC in Excelsior Springs, MO. I had ordered 2 large cole slaw with my meal. When I got home the cole slaw was spoiled and I had to throw it away. Then on Saturday July 21, 2018 I went to pick up dinner. I made sure I tasted the slaw before I left. The employees were standing around the corner watching me. I wanted extra crispy and for some reason it wasn't available. They were out of condiments and the seating area needed a good cleaning. I won't be going back there.
I stopped in the kfc in my home town at six oclock pm and ordered a family meal …. I got to my house and found that it really did not matter what or how many seasonings were put on the chicken cause it was cooked right off it …. the chicken was dry and the skin was cooked off most of it, there were broken bones sticking through most of the pieces... I just picked the container of beans up and knew with out even opening the container that the beans were not cooked …. the beans were hard yet and they were covered in water …. I put every thing down and called the kfc to complain and see if I could get a different meal to cover the cost of this one and the young one that answered the phone said he would tell the person that the beans needed to be cooked longer and said that was all he could do and hung up, that was just rude, it was rude enough to make sure I will never go to the kfc again, thank you for the complaint board, of course im sure you don't read them as it would take all your time up,
new restaurant - first time to visit - won't go back
My husband and I went to the Sulphur Springs Texas KFC on Saturday July 21, 2018. The store is new to Sulphur Springs so we wanted to try it. It has only been open for a month or so. We arrived at about 6:30 in the evening. The front lobby was dirty all over the floor and my husband sat down at one of the tables and had to have an employee come over to wipe it off. We attempted to order a $20.00 fill up and was told they didn't have coleslaw (6:30 in the evening). We told them we wanted to eat in and they packed our food to go and we had to ask for plates (were given to us but were dirty). Looking into the kitchen there was food and chicken lying all over the floor and the flies were everywhere. We stayed to eat our food, although I was not sure we should. The entire time we sat at the table eating, the employees in the kitchen and the counter were loud visiting, laughing and cutting up. I don't know if a manager was on site or not, but a young man with green hair came over and asked if everything was okay. He seemed to be the only one who knew anything about the kitchen. An older lady employee went outside with two bags of food and came back in with one and gave it to someone in the restaurant. It should never have left the building. We love chicken and were looking forward to having a new place to get it. My husband was disappointed that they did not serve original recipe chicken or rotisserie chicken like some of the other stores. Please let someone know that things need to change. We had a KFC in Sulphur Springs many years ago and it went out of business. I don't want to see this happen to them. running out of food before closing
I live in Arizona it was approximately 9:15 pm..I just got off of work go inside your store ( 40th and Bell, Phoenix, AZ) the employee stated that there is a couple of pieces of chicken left and their not going to cook anymore ..Is this any way to run a business and yes I am upset. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this location..If your not going to serve anymore food then close the lights and put the closed sign out..
false advertising
The attached picture is of a Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo meal. From the advertisement it looks like the sandwiches some speed doused in the hot sauce, however my sandwich looks like it was barely touched with the sauce. When spending a dollar more for Less food, I expected to have with the picture represented! I will most likely never order this meal again due to the lack of service and food quality.
never having what you want and rude people
I have gone to the KFC in Brandon MS 3 different times in the last month an a half. I went today about 4:30 pm. All I wanted was a 12 piece meal like I always want to get. But now 3 times I didn't . Today I just walked out. I work 9 hour days an sometimes I don't feel like fixing supper. I'm raising 3 grand kids with no help an will be 61 in sept. We love your chicken. But since you moved out of Pearl MS I have to go to Brandon or Richland just to get it. There is no reason for this at all. I'm in retail so I know how to get the job done. I want be back an I will let My friends and family know not to go to that one. Thank You for your time.
poor customer service
Stopped to get $20 fill up and my total was 25 and change and all the cash i had was 20, so I gave the cashier the 20 and was you g to pay the balance with my debit card. There was hesitation and I realized she had went to get the manager and then I was informed that the total cost had been put on my debit card.
No apology or offer to correct the mistake I was given my order and cash and card back and the window was shut in my face!
#1. If the cashier didn't know how to do the transaction she should have asked before putting the whole amount on my card.
#2. The manager was very rude, all she asked when she came to the window was " What do you want to do now? "
KFC needs to train their associates in customer service just as much as anything else!

My grandson And I were visiting in PA. Our friend took us to the KFC in Exton, PA. I have never had such poor service. I believe it would be adventagious to sent a secret shopper to this facility to see if there is anything that could be done. Our friend wanted crunchy chicken but was told it would take 10 minutes before she could get some. She ordered something else. We then had to return to the counter because the order was incomplete. Items were missing from not only our order but there were others we watched return because their orders were incorrect.

I ordered a $5 fill up #5 and #6 and was given a #7 instead of #6. I pulled back around and told the drive thru worker about the mistake and she stated, "I heard you say a #7". I pulled up to the window and she handed me a #6, with an attitude. No apology whatsoever. I told her she did not hear me order a #7 because I ordered a #6 and had she repeated my order back to me we wouldn't have been in this situation. She then smarts off with the comment " my job is to get you out of here as quick as possible and I had other customers waiting". Which was not the case because there was nobody behind me in the drive thru. I've had many years of customer service experience and attempting to put the blame on the customer, when it was clearly not my fault, is definitely not the right way to handle things. The employees name was Morgie.

Employee was moving furniture and sweeping quite aggressively...dirt was flying as she swept and the noise she was making while moving furniture was ear piercing. She finally got around my table and made a screeching noise with a chair which had us grabbing our ears...I jumped and told her to please stop...she seemed agitated for the rest of our stay...she shouted a snarky remark as I left that the whole restaurant could hear. The employee seemed to be a hard worker but rude to a fault. Our meal was ruined. I'm not going to say I'm never going there again because I love KFC...but we don't get over there often enough so this experience was more than disappointing.

I went to JFC this afternoon around 1:00. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was totally ignored. Finally a young man cane up to the counter. He said, you might want to go someplace else because we are too busy to wait on you. We have other customers and I'm helping get their orders and don't have time to take yours. Even if I did, you won't get it for a very long time. He then turned his back on me and walked off. The 3 customers waiting for their orders were so surprised at this young man. He was so rude that I walked out and several other customers followed.I will not go back to that KFC ever again. They need to retrain their staff and teach them some common manners.

1. Walked in my family of 6 was told we could not order if we didn't have correct amount of money or a check/credit card. I ask why and she said we don't have any change. This is at 5:30 in the afternoon. 2. Ordered the buffet for everyone. Paid with my card. Was told no chicken on the buffet we had to tell them what piece we wanted and they would put it on our plate again why she said chicken was missing and they had to keep count. Piece of paper beside the register that was used to mark each piece of chicken that customers eating bufett ate. No biscuits on buffet had to ask. Waited until they cook 3. Soda machine did not have any ice told them. Manager (Corey) filled it poured ice all over floor swept it up with broom didn't mop up water. 4. Vegetables tasted like water. 5. While sitting there eating all at once we hear someone yelling look around and its the manager (Corie) yelling with a customer about her change. He was very loud fussing at her. The yelling was so loud that it scared my 2yr old. He called the police and they came and put the customer out. When he should have been fired. 6. My family and I will never stop there again. lack of extra crispy chicken
Hello, I am a frequent customer of KFC and have been for many years. As of late, within the last month or so, I have frequented several different establishments in Richmond Virginia and no restaurant had extra crispy chicken available. I am not sure if the option is not available anymore, but it is an inconvenience to go several different locations and encounter the same problem. I have had to take my business elsewhere to feed my family on those particular occasions.

Made a complaint yesterday about the owner of KFC Newport, Tn with the corporate office. The Corporate office contacted the local franchise and gave the owner my complaint along with my name and phone number. Today the franchise owner (JON) called me and asked If I made a complaint on him and then got very rude with me accusing me of being my daughter (using my name to make a complaint). When I told him I actually made the complaint he then became even more rude with me causing me to hang up on him. I'm filing a lawsuit against the KFC Corporation and the Franchise (owner) for discrimination and harassment.
The owner of the KFC in Newport TN needs to take care of his business. My wife and I sat in line for 45 minutes (from 455 PM to 541 pm. I spoke with the acting manager who informed me they are short staff and the head manager is out on medical. This is the owners fault he should have hired more people. The buck stops at the top. Of course I will make sure the people I know stop going there it may not break it but with word of mouth maybe it will put a hurting on this restaurant.

It's now 7:42 and we are still waiting for our order? I called Grubhub who then called KFC and didn't get anything resolved. Sent me a discount code but we are still waiting for our food! This is unacceptable! I should have been told up front about the long wait so we could have ordered something else.

worst kfc service ever!!! bremen ga location
we stopped at this KFC on way home from a trip and it was the worst experience ever! we ordered at 2110 and didn't get our food until 2150. It was terrible service - the lady at counter said they only had 4 people working - out of the 4 I saw the manager sitting in the office, one girl was walking around on her phone and a third guy keep leaving the store for some reason …. I finally asked to be refunded around 2130 but was told since I used a discover card they were unable to refund it back so me and my family had to wait. That entire staff that worked that Saturday night should be fired! not one person cared or had a sense of urgency, the guy in front of me said he had been waiting 30 minutes for his food... it was ridicules! I will be challenging the charge on my credit card - the only reason we waited on the food is because KFC held us hostage by stating I couldn't get refunded ………... I live in Kennesaw and we go to KFC regularly (The Big Chicken) now those folks know how to do it.
terrible service at drive-thru
at 7:15 pm on Saturday, July 14th, I pull up to the Drive-Thru at the KFC on St-Joseph Blvd. in Gatineau, Quebec.
I waited over 5 minutes, honking my horn, because no one spoke to me on the Order Microphone.
I saw one of the cooks walk to a car in the parking lot with an order. I asked her what was the problem. She told me there was no one inside. I didn't know if she meant that there was no staff, or that they were not busy, as there were no customers in the restaurant.
Finally, a woman's voice could be heard on the microphone, and she asked me for my order. I gave her my order. I waited patiently for her to confirm my order and tell me the amount. She never came back on the line. I kept calling out to her, and honking my horn. Finally she came back on the line and asked me to pull up to the Pick-Up window. I did. She then confirmed my order and told me that the Order Microphone was not working properly. She then said she would prepare my order. That is after me waiting for almost 10 minutes in line.
I waited at least another 5 minutes to get my order. When I asked why it took so long, she told me it was because she wanted to make sure that my chicken was fresh. I paid for my order and went home. I opened the bag, and there weren't even any napkins in the back. And the chicken, although very hot, had obviously been reheated in a microwave, because it was very dry. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
