Kailua Kona store on Palani Rd. Mold on the chicken sandwich. Chicken was green on some parts and tasted sour. I have very poor eyesight but it tasted weird and my Granddaughter was the one who noticed the mold. We live in a small town and it's pretty much known not to eat there but I grew up eating Kentucky fried chicken and was craving chicken. Really bad! Not safe for the public. Very sad that this store has a legitimate horrible reputation.

I stopped at a kfc in benson AZ while on a road trip with my sisters. The soda fountain was only dispensing syrup and no carbonation. We told the person at the counter and this is what he said "What do you want me to do about it, it's Down back here to". Then the biscuits were raw inside. And so we walked out without the sodas we paid for got back on the road and discovered we had no napkins silverware or anything at all to eat with and wipe our hands.

My family and I stopped in for lunch worst mistake of my life, my 11 year old pointed out to me the mold and filth when serving ourselves our drinks! This has to be the filthiest place I've ever been to. I pray no one including my family ends up sick due to filth!

My husband and I visited KFC/A&W franchise in Salt Lake City, UT on 2100 South and State Street on Thursday 12 July 2018 about 4 p.m. The entire place was FILTHY, it was apparent that it had not been cleaned properly for an extended period of time. They did not have all of the food items available, we were not told about this until I asked for the missing items. In my opinion this place should be shut down.

A post from my mother about her Deaf son's treatment at Douglasville Ga location. Ever hear of ADA laws KFC? This location violated every one. I'm pressing for an attorney on this matter. Our community is LIVID! You simply can Not treat someone as less than because of your ignorance or intolerance of disabilies. A certain restaurant in Douglasville, HWY 5, between 9:00 and 10:00pm. Told my son that he could not order if he could not place his order at the speaker...my son, who is very seriously hearing impaired drove to the window passing the speaker knowing THOSE ARE THE RULES for a hearing impaired person. The worker, who was on the phone the whole time, told him he had to place the order at the speaker. Kit tried to tell him that he could not understand the speaker and the he(the worker) would not be able to understand him either. The worker angrily pointed for Kit to leave. !😮😠😤! This all happened after he had tried to go in and place his order face to face but the doors were closed early with a note to go to the drive through, that is fine their prerogative.
I am not giving the name of the restaurant yet, I feel like God wants me to withhold that until I speak to the manager, the franchise owner and also send a letter to the president of the company to give them a chance to apologize to Kit and every other handicapped person that enters their building AND RETRAIN all employees in the restaurant rules and see the this person has some training in etiquette AND MANNERS! I post this to educate ALL that the struggles of the handicapped are real and we and all businesses need to respect that so that these important people can have as normal a life as possible. Please share, copy and paste or tell someone not because Kit was heart broken and I am disappointed...and angry (I am sorry for that God. It is just the truth) 🙏🙏🙏

The KFC on LaGrange Road, Louisville KY was the absolute worst today (7/11/18)
Spent almost $40 on 16 piece meal bucket. Get home and it is all legs & wings & thighs. Not 1 single breast out of 16 pieces. Tried to eat a leg, tasted awful. I know it had just been cooked because I had to stand there and wait for it. I work long hours & this place is 30 min from my home, just to hot and tired to take it back, but I will NEVER be going back there & will be sure to pass along to my friends to avoid this place.

We ordered two of the $5.00 fill ups with chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and gravy with Dr. Peppers and one $5.00 fill up with the same except coke and slaw. I then ordered 1 side of just mashed potatoes and no gravy at the window. When we got home it was not slaw but mashed potatoes and gravy and the side of mashed potatoes had gravy too! I tried to call and asked for the manager she said just one minute and I waited 10 minutes and no one came back to the phone at all! I hung up and tried to call the rest of the day and it was "busy"! I was driving back to Mississippi and I tried the whole day and the phone was busy...I think it was left off the hook! This is no way to run a business!

My wife and I visit this location every once in awhile, and when we do something is always wrong. Today was just incredibly outrageous. First, they forgot to place a drum, thigh & biscuit order in our bag. I stopped after driving away and my noticed another item missing, around this time Destiny the lady working the drive thru ran outside to give us the first missing items. After telling her that a small mash/gravy was missing she then went back inside to get it for us. We then drove home. Once we arrived home and settled in my wife noticed that her five piece George gold tenders box only had three.
My wife called the store because now this is simply inconvenient. I paid for all the items, and more than half of them were missing. This is really unacceptable since there were no customers in front of us in the drive thru, not behind us and to finish it off no one was at the counter inside. Meaning we were the only customers and the workers managed to mess up the only order that was taking place!
The "manager" offered my wife to replace two tenders! Lol, this is ridiculous. We do not want the whole order given to us for free, nor do I want a refund. We would like for the "policy" that the manager said exists to work. Workers actually need to take their jobs serious and be considerate of customers time. This has wasted our time and someone needs to do something about the employees at that particular restaurant.

I ordered 1 number 10 original recipe white and dark meat, it was right. I ordered 1 number 11 all white meat ask for 1 breast 2 wings extra crispy, ana got mixed original. I also ordered a number 12 and it was right, when I drove through the lasy at the drive thru kept complaining about being hot, she took my card ran it and handed me my food. I went right back theough and got potato wedges, and ask why she didn't give me a receipt and she replied, I'm to busy, if they don't ask for it I don't give them one. Her name is Victoria. I then contacted the manager about it and she told me on the phone to come down and she would make it right, then when I got there she told me she couldn't replace it because this had happened before, so I got really frustrated and ask why, because I didn't have the receipt, so I asked her to go back and find it, it had only been like 10 minutes since I had picked up the order. The manager Mary worked hard to find the receipt and she not only replaced my number 11, but she replaced the entire order, and apologized multiple times and told Victoria to be sure to give everyone a receipt when they pay, she does need to work with Victoria to make sure that she knows how to put the orders in right, as ahe didn't put it in the system right. This has happened to me at this location more than 2 times. Also, while I was made to wait out front while they did all of this, customers came out of the restaurant and said that they never get the orders right at this location. went to the KFC in La Vergne TN at about 5:45 PM for dinner. Sunday is the only day they actually have peach cobbler for dessert, they have a lady named Cicelia Gonzalez
that supposedly works the buffet, this is not the first time we have gone and had t o ask for multiple things to be replaced on the buffet. The lead person did not seem to care that the buffet was not properly filled either, I asked for the peach cobbler to be refilled and they said it would be 20 minutes, 15 minutes later they said it would be another 10 minutes. they also did not have any sweet tea in the entire building. this is very consistent with that location! what can you do to make me happy! refund the 27.65 that I spent for 3 senior buffets! you will have the e-mail address once this is sent to you, would love to know what you are going to do to make this better!

Window person very rude. Asked multiple times if that was it for our order. Seemed like a huge task to order anything else so we just Ordered 2-4tender baskets, one with mashed potatoes and one with wedges. Got home and one basket had 3 tenders. No wedges just mashed potatoes. Also asked for ranch, none in sight. Usually order more but didn't want to place a burden on the "hard-working" individuals.

Just now I went to KFC store at 4915 Baum Blvd. Pittsburgh PA, Restaurant # J625172 to order some grilled chicken and Fried chicken. When I came back home I noticed it was all fried chicken. I called the store and the person who answered said they do not do grilled chicken anymore, said the cashiers need to tell customers that, he said they did when they asked me crispy or original. I did not understand that this means they do not do grilled chicken anymore as I did order fried chicken as well. This happen with a previous order and I assumed the cashier misunderstood. Why can't the servers say they do not do grilled chicken anymore? I found this very disgusting and to add insult to injury the person at Kentucky hung up the phone on me. I find this very rude but he has done me a great favor--a reason not to shop there anymore.

On 07/03/18 at 7:38pm Elasia was the cashier she was extremely rude. She was telling customers to go away and laughed when chicken fell on the floor then served to a customer. She was flirting with coworkers instead of doing her job. I waited 30min for really cold fries I told her they were cold she laughed and said oh well that's not my problem. I think she should get fired for being so rude. I'm not going back to order food until she is gone.

I want someone to Please contact me as soon as possible. We were called "[censored]" while attempting to order food through the drive through. My husband asked if your establishment served any fish products (the one by our home does) because we're pescatarians. The young female over the speaker laughed, then stated, "[censored], quit playing!" My husband then told her that we needed to speak with her manager. The manager said that she would talk to her employee. I'm offended and livid. We were racially profiled, discriminated against, and we are going to the news about this incident.

I have been harrassed as an internal employee of off an kbp . . Ive been an employee since 5/15/18. I was made to work off the clock or face termination...this was a direct order from Debra Fleming...I was told by Tamika Scott that I was slow...(mental)... I follow there orders an upset because Tamika told me I had to go home a hour early...I want o keep my job if I have to transfer I will. I just don't think this is how kfc treats there employees.

On July 5 I called KFC in Tulare about doing a order over phone because I knew It was close to closing time. They said they don't do that. After hearing this I rushed over and made it 2 min. Before closing and the doors were still open. Steping up to Oder I had the said I like the 16 pc meal and all extra crispy. Then I kept hearing two different thing about my order there no extra crispy and a 15 min weight on biscuits after waiting they got more order ready and told me the biscuits were already in there. Why you tell me to wait 15 min. If you already had biscuits but other employees said we are out of biscuits. One employee offered my a soda for while I was waiting. No thank you I was already upset with not be able to phone ahead my order and coming in 2 min before closing all the employees seemed upset and kept giving me two different answers after I ordered. And saying they were out is crispy chicken and biscuits and that I have to wait. I know that even after closing time if you have coustumers come in you serve them. The fact I ran in with a broken toe and had the best service was upsetting and having to wait when I didn't need to and getting different answer of things. Clearly the empoly did not want to serve me they all wanted to go home.
restaurant ran out of original chicken

I drove up to the order board about 8 pm, I ordered the 3-piece dinner with "original" style chicken. I was informed the store was out of "original" style chicken, but they had "crispy" . I asked if the chicken was "hard" as i have partials and it hurts to chew crispy chicken. The cashier was Alaia, she said, " sir, if you don't want crispy chicken, don't get it." The point I am trying to make is i drove about 5 miles to the KFC, and they were out of "original" chicken at 8 pm, that's unsatisfactory. They did not say they are making more, they said they are out, period.
I then drove to the window and asked the cashier if i could have the store #, and the manager, Victoria Jackson, opens the window, never asked me what my complaint was, and said, "Here you go"handing me her name on a yellow post-it -note, in a sarcastic tone and closed the window. I was fed up with this, and ended up going to Popeye's Chicken at the other end of Battlefield Blvd.
I will not return to this KFC/TB due to the lack of service i saw tonight. I usually am pretty decent with people, but there is no way a customer should be treated like this.
