Went in to the Harrisonville location the manager was to busy on his cell phone an going to the back an there was 2 lady's on the food line an one guy young taken orders .the girls was talking very loud an about personal stuff an not paying to if customers was there. The young guy he was new I think not sure of things an its so sad when I am the only one in the store an drive up blocked off. But no other customers at all there was plenty of food n it took them 20 mins to get # 5 an add a side an 2 choc mini cakes the store was nasty no lids for cups food came out look like someone has bite off a bite of chicken mash potatoes cold this was so nasty . this store use to be a very good one but sense to took are manager from here an moved her to leessummit this place has went down hill

Order three pc meal no macaroni and cheese, no coleslaw ordered potato wedges hard and inedible, the quality and quantity of the food has gone down and they want to overcharge you for this slop, chicken does not taste like kfc anymore some unkown entity sad. I wish they could go back to the original way it used to be instead of changing it, that is why a lot of these restaurants are going down.

I recently purchased a combo meal that included the all famous coloeslaw. When I opened up the small container of slaw, I was literally shocked and highly disappointed looking at the poor quality. It appeared to look like slaw soup. The slaw that I have always gotten for many years had never once looked like a container of soup.
Is KFC cutting corners to save a buck and watering the famous coloeslaw. Or has this restaurant going down hill in keeping up with the KFC standards. If so shame on them!. Should be reprimanded in the poor quality of the product.

This store has been going down hill with their food for quite a while. I used to get the 8 piece bucket every week. Now maybe once a month, just to see if it's better. The chicken is either old or so over cooked you can't eat it. The coleslaw is either dry or room temp. Potatoes and gravy are usually cold. I have yet in 8 months to get food I don't throw away. When brought to their attention, they just nod and smile. Until these issues are resolved I will not be purchasing any products or services. I can't be the only one to feel this way. Used to be my favorite meal every Friday. Thank you for your time. Please fix.

I was at the KC Fried Chicken in St George, SC about 3:15pm on 30 June 2018 and ordered a $10 Bucket, Ticket# 3212. The Cashier stated they were out of biscuits n Breast. I waited for about 30 minutes before I was finally served. Watching many others being served ahead of me. Even when I acknowledged my ticket#, I still had to wait until they could get around to me. This is the worst service I've ever received, with not even an option offered or a sorry for the inconvenience...

Went to KFC on 6/29/2018 in Anna, Illinois. First complaint was no air conditioning then I ordered an 8 piece meal, it took about 30 minutes to receive our food. The workers in front taking orders were great. However the kids in back cooking the food were not actually cooking but goofing off. The one front person had to tell a back person 3 times how to make someone's tacos. There was also water all over the floor where the workers were. I was told it would cost $15000 to fix so they have to walk on the water and hope they don't slip. Finally got home with the chicken. There was only one breast(if that's what you want to call it). The legs and wings were so small there was no way these were the regular chicken I get from KFC any other time. It looked like it came from a small bird but not chicken. I was very disappointed!
the size of the chicken tenders
I went through the drive through on 7/1/2018. I had 3 people to feed, so I bought the 9 piece Tenders and one large mash potato & gravy. The Tenders were 2 1/2 - 3 inch long with more breading then meat. It was enough to feed 2 people. I also asked for my receipt and 8 Honey mustards.
I was given 2 honey mustards and no receipt. I glanced in the bag and then looked up and said, I need 8 honey mustards please and my receipt. The guy gave me 3 more honey mustards and closed the window, I yelled, "MY RECIEPT PLEASE!" He reopened the window and gave me the receipt.
When I got home the gravy lid was not on properly, all the gravy was in the bottom of the bag everywhere. The chicken strips were so small it could not feed everyone!
I am so very mad! KFC has really gone down hill. And this is the 3rd time I have had a problem with the food and the rudeness in the past of you night manager.

I come half way across town to my favorite KFC restaurant and waited 10 minutes to be served I had a coupon for 7 piece for $7 the manager cashier said he had no original do I want crispy I said no. I asked him to go ahead and drop the chicken I will kindly wait he said he don't have time to drop no chicken but he had chicken already down I said fine I'll wait. And I also said you don't have to have an attitude I told you I will wait the manager told me if I don't like it I can call corporate do you want the number I said I have the number and he said he's not going to serve me please leave or I will call the police this happen at Richmond Virginia KFC 9000 West Broad. I ordered leg and thigh with mashed potatoes no gravy, and a small coleslaw.
I got a coleslaw that had something milky on top of the lid, I was afraid of it, got two thighs and gravyon my potatoes the only thing that was right was my dt. Rootbeer if I not been on the road I would have taken it all back that was bad this on sun 7-1-18, this was the first time I had stopped at this place. I drive by the place every sun after church.

This Monticello MN restaurant was absolutely gross!
The floors were full of food and wet. VERY SLIPPERY and my son on crutches fell. The restaurant smelled. The bathrooms were dirty.
None of the tables were clean. They were asked to be cleaned by a customer and were cleaned 15 minutes later. The service was EXTREMELY SLOW. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food.

We just left the Colonial Heights, Va. KFC. We ordered A 9 pc. chicken bucket, 5 hot wings, sml. wedge fry and 6 chicken tenders. When we got home, everything was there except the chicken tenders. Tried call them but was told their mailbox was full to hang up. This is not the first time they have messed up. We have gotten chicken from there that was still bloody inside. We paid $6.99 for those tenders and we want to be reimbursed for them Will probably never go in that store again.

I went to a KFC by my house 2 times that day to find out both times they were out of what I wanted. Out of frustration...i yelled "are you kidding me" the girl got mad and said "I think you heard me the first time" I asked to speak with a manager and when I get to the window there are 4 employees there (none looked like a manager) all I wanted wss the manager to apologize for the inconvenience and he got affended and started putting the blame on me. Saying it's my fault on why they don't have the food. He told me "Your coming at the wrong time bruh" when i saw he didn't care i asked for his name and he told me it was jimmy. The whole time i was taking to Jimmy the girl that was rude on the intercom keep staring at me tying to intimidate me. I then asked for her name and she pointed at her visor where her name tag was kept. She started cussing at me then i told her she needed to shut up. They then closed the window on me. I called the customer service hot line and asked to speak with someone so I can let them know what kind of employees they had and how they treated their customers. It's been 2 weeks and 3 call to the customer service hot line and still no return call. Every time I call they assure me that the distract manager will contact me but still nothing. I have audio of this recording and would like to share it with someone that cares (since the distract manager can't call)
I was at a kfc in solomons Maryland besides being in a very long drive thru line.My food was awful the potayoes were cold and the slaw was hot and the chicken was burned up almost black in color .I have been a kfc customer for years and has always been very happy .I don't know what is wronge with this places its always awful.I"ll never go backthere again and waste my money.When I asked the lady about my order she saided I don't see anything wronge with it.

I told my dad I wanted the $5 fill up box with the crispy chicken sandwich, NO mayo. And mac and cheese in place of the wedges. Dr. Pepper to drink.
He watches them put mayo on it, tells them to remake it. They say okay, take it away. Gives him the bag and he leaves. There's mayo ALL OVER the sandwich. And my mac and cheese was slimy/brown. I didn't eat anything that came with my lunch aside from a cookie. Worst fast food experience I've ever had. I probably won't be able to look at mac and cheese the same way for a very long time. Absolutely disgusting.

I went to dine in with my mother, brother, & daughters who were visiting from Florida & today was they last day before I head out to drop them off at the airport so we decided to stop at the newly renovated kfc on State St in Springfield, MA when half way towards us finishing up our food a employee in the Name of Melissa comes over in a rude & unprofessional manner ask if we had a dog which I said yes it's a pup who was closed in its dog carry on bag no one in the restaurant didn't even know we had it I even asked on my way out to see if those seating next to us was bother & apologize but they said "oh no we didn't even know you had a puppy that's how good she is" & there was no signs coming in that said we couldn't bring dogs in with us so didn't think it was such a bother but to that certain employee it was & I wasn't going to leave the puppy in he car especially with the weather being at a 100 degrees today. I was really upset at the way she confronted us, was very unprofessional, & super rude. Had to leave with out even finishing our meals & like I said again we was on our way to the airport I really couldn't believe how uneducated she was on providing great customer service experience. I will never go there again.

virgin mojito crusher (product)
I just purchased what is marketed as a 'Virgin Mojito Crusher'. What I got was a cup filled with Sprite (not even 330ml) with a piece of lemon, mint leaf and 3 ice cubes! This for almost R20.00.
This is just a shocking example of how products are mis-represented at these fast food outlets.
On top of that the consumer has little recourse in the moment, onsite because staff is rarely empowered to deal with customer complaints involving quality issues like this.
The customer is just left to suck it up -literally and figuratively!

I visited the KFC on the corner Kearney and National in Springfield, Mo around 6 15 this evening. The service and food were fine. My concern was for the employees. Temperatures in Springfield were near 100 with 100+ heat index. I walked into the store, and immediately could feel how hot it was in customer area. I can only imagine how hot it must have been in the back. The cashier, a very nice young man, explained that lightening in a recent storm had struck their air conditioner, rendering it inoperable. Of course, not owners fault, but I think its inhumane to expect the employees to work in those conditions. At the very least, portable air conditioners and/or fans should have been provided. I certainly hope their a.c. is repaired soon as the weather is not going to improve in the foreseeable future. Honestly, I'm ashamed I contributed to their suffering by following through with my order.

I called in an order the person I talked to said it would be ready in a half hour. When I got there the person behind the counter said it would be about 10 minites they just got the email for the order. This is the third time, I live about 20 minutes away so I call my order in so it doesn't take so long to go pick it up and get home. You just lost a long time customer

Floor was greasy, bathroom had pieces of paper towel on it- probably checked in the morning and then not again til closing time. Pop dispenser wet on the bottom and rusting out along the sides. Tea dispenser had tea splattered all over. Tables not all wiped down. Uniform of couple of workers filthy. Don't stop too often as we don't have one in our town. Last time was last year north of Minneapolis and same problem with cleanliness. We like the product but not the environment. Probably will not eat there again.

My son went for us and he had used a coupon that we received in the mail. Twelve piece meal w/ 3 sides which was supposed to come with 6 of your biscuits ( I love your biscuits) well we had got short on biscuits we received only 4 we was going to split between 3 people each was to receive 2. Well that didn't happen due to us being short. I tried calling in to manager and the phone just rang. I tried many times and no one answered.
