My son went for us and he had used a coupon that we received in the mail. Twelve piece meal w/ 3 sides which was supposed to come with 6 of your biscuits ( I love your biscuits) well we had got short on biscuits we received only 4 we was going to split between 3 people each was to receive 2. Well that didn't happen due to us being short. I tried calling in to manager and the phone just rang. I tried many times and no one answered.
how many pieces of chicken in a box
Oh my way home from a long day of work I called into the local kfc to grab some food for myself and husband plus knowing we had 2 of our grand children calling to see us I got the 6 piece original recipe street wise box All was in it except I thought you were surposed to get a mixture of the pieces out of 6 we got 4 legs 1 thigh and a mangled piece of breast that looked like it was picked up of the floor. As we live about 35 min away and it being cold and wet I wasn't driving back to the store don't get kfc very much but would have liked to get a bit better variety in the pieces and have something asa treat for the grand kids. Won't be back I don't think for awhile
customer service
On June 28th, 2018 my boyfriend and I went to the KFC/Taco Bell on Central Freeway in Wichita Falls, to for dinner at 8:40. We dined in and sat down. We were finishing up and a employee (Robert) walked up at 8:50 and informed us that the dining room was closing at 9. We said "alright sorry" and continued to eat. The employee then stood there and watched us eat and circled the table and then asked at 8::53 if we were almost done or if we could hurry. I then was upset by the question and informed him we would be done by 9. He then continued to stand at our table and stare.
food
My husband had stopped today at the KFC in Byram, MS. Time around 12:00. He ordered a chicken $5 box. He was told there was no chicken ready. Usually it is someones lunch time at 12:00. Why wasn't there any chicken ready? He ordered a pot pie for me instead, He brought it home to me and to my horror a pot pie filled with mashed potatoes, 5 carrots. No chicken, no gravy. What kind of pot pie is that? I have refused to go to this locate anymore because it does not matter what time you go there there, there is never any chicken ready day or night. I always heard it will 25 to 30 minutes for it to be done. seriously! You are a chicken place and you never have chicken ready? Unbelievable! I put an X on this business well over a year ago. Someone higher up on the food chain better get this place back into shape or close the doors. It's a shame KFC has been around forever and my fondest memories are after church my mom got a bucket of chicken and we used to go to the park by the river in Michigan where I grew up at played and ate chicken all day! I am not sure the best resolution to my complaint.
racial profiling and overcharging customers
Racial profiling and overcharging customers
I would like to report an experience my family had this evening: I asked my husband to stop and pick up chicken at KFC on Goodman Rd in Horn Lake... I had sent him a text showing what I need with price taken from KFC website...As most hard working men after a long day at work he paid and took food and drove home.. I look in bag at food and receipt... he was over charged and did not receive what he paid for... Knowing my husband was tried I drove all the way back to KFC over 15 minute drive from our home. I waited in line and politely asked to speak with manager in private so not to make a scene. A very helpful lady apologized and said she would correct the order, she proceeded to the back of the restaurant and spoke with store manager named Keisha... Keisha started yelling at her that she was not going to do anything because the Mexican that placed the order couldn't speak English that's why order was wrong and she was not going to fix or address the issues at all...she said again very loudly that it was the Mexican fault... the girl returned to me and explain what Keisha said. She said if I would give her a moment she would give me the correct order...Under any other Circumstances I would have left and went on my way but for a store manager Keisha to indicate that it was my husband's fault because he didn't speak English is quite ironic in today's society...
First and foremost my husband is not Hispanic he is a full blooded Choctaw Indian and can speak very good English...People are so quick to judge others by the color of there skin!
Second she overcharged the customer and shorted food that he had paid for and refused to correct or even address issue.
Third Keisha embarrassed me and humiliated a coworker by yelling so the entire staff and customers could overhear.
Fourth while waiting on my issue to be resolved there were over 7 people returning in correct orders...
I plan on taking this experience to the corporate office of KFC.
I also plan to speak with an attorney as I feel my husband as well as other Native Americans are and have discriminated against long enough...
It's said that your discriminated by a black . Obviously, Kiesha is black with that name. I see a lot of reverse discrimination and nothing is done. don be polite next time. Call her out. I don't eat at this chicken place because it's staffed by unprofessional, nasty people. There are other quality chick in restaurants.
They should replace her order, because she's a customer! Are you suggesting she should be treated that way due to a misunderstanding? It happens all the time. What's your problem?
I see. You're in the habit of saying things aren't racial. You make me sick. How do you know it wasn't. Have you ever had to experience adversity due to your race, gender, sexual orientation or religion? Maybe you're not racist, but then again you are targeting people who are making claims of discrimination so maybe you are. However we all know race plays a part in our everyday experiences regardless of what you're talking about. Where are you at anyway? Apparently in a perfect race free world.
Thanks for standing up for me. I don't even want the order replace anymore. I just want fair treatment. He was also over charged. They did give him the food, but he never asked for it. My husband was discriminate against because he is Indian.
You weren't even there so how do you know what it was. Do they have to use a racial slur out loud for it to be what it is. Do you really believe that people of color have never experienced racism? You are very ignorant and you live in a bubble. I have a Bachelor's degree so I am educated enough to know that Egypt is in Africa, and is some instances there is prejudice. Plain and simple. You go have a good one arguing something that we know for a fact exist. Certain people are racist maybe you aren't, but you can't speak for others or try to diminish an act of discrimination. White people don't have a history of slavery so how would you understand the essence of discrimination. I can tell by the way you're talking you are Caucasian. You are a typical one at that
You are welcome! I can identify.
taint smell (solvent) from packaging and chemical taste in packaging in burger box and streetwise box. south africa milnerton kfc.
Brought the product at KFC Milnerton South Africa. There was a clear smell of chemical solvent in the packaging. I am involved in packaging and I am certain the product was printed with a solvent base ink which is not only a food safety issue but also destroys the taste of the product. When I looked at the printing through my eye-glass my thoughts on the matter were proved true. It is clear that Gravure solvent based inks are being used in South Africa packaging.
Date of incident 13 June 2018
+[protected]
No action required as I will no longer eat KFC product whilst it is being served in hazardous packaging.
I believe that immediate action is required for KFC to find an alternative printing methodology in the South African market as food safety is a major issue and could impact on consumer confidence and demabd
bad chicken
I complained two weeks ago after having a $32.00 lousy meal from The KFC on 4720 Alabama Rd. Roswell GA. I have not heard a response from anyone. If I don't hear back from someone at KFC very soon I am going on line and tell everyone in the neighborhood of the nasty chicken you guys are putting out. Shame on you. My name is Henry Oliver. My phone number is [protected]. My email is holiver55 @bellsouth.net. Looking at the reviews that particular KFC must be the worst in the Atlanta Metro Area.
service
This is the third email I have submitted in complaint about the service I received at the kfc here in excelsior springs. Please read my original complaint and respond! I am not going away and i'm not being ignored! I am a 63 yr old and retired. I have nothing but time. And I will take this as far as I have to, to get an explanation of why your managers are not trained well enough to deal with the public. I have considered contacting the news channels along with the bbb and local chamber of commerce amongst other entities to resolve this problem. I want a satisfactory explanation, I want this store's managers fired and new ones properly trained and I want compensated for the aggravation.
You do realize this is a third party complaint site and is not monitored at all by KFC? If you want an answer, you should contact KFC corp directly. And as for getting someone fired, good luck with that.
special meal questions
Hi,
Let me say that my family enjoys KFC. I had seen an ad in our local newspaper in the Parade section. I decided to go and take advantage of the special meal which had 8 pieces of chicken, two large sides and biscuits for $16.99. I wanted to have the chicken strips since it did not specify which chicken I could have. The server did not understand English well so he called his manager over to help. She said I could only have the regular chicken which it did not say in the ad. I questioned her but got no satisfaction so I took what she gave me. When the server gave me change it was one dollar and some change. I don' t know if I am not seeing things right but I am concerned about what's going on. Am I overreacting or just confused. Thanks for letting me vent. Karen Siemaszko e-mail [protected]@gmail.com
12 zinger wings+small chips for r50
I was told tonight that I can not buy the special because the cashier was instructed by her seniors that it is month end and that the people has got money to buy full priced items and that they the (cashiers) must explain it to the customers. I mean a special is a spescial and no where on the advert it states that you can not buy it at month end because you got your sallary and you have money. I need answers please as o am not going to leave this matter unatended.
have been to kfc 3 times since this special have been on air and not once could I get it, cashier always says they dont sell it the tuesdays I am there? The advert should then spesify that its only some tuesdays? A special is a special and should be available as advertised, or not advertised at all! the last time was 31 july 2018, and yet again not avalable.
What I want to know is when is this 12 wings and chips special actually? I was told on Tuesday 4 july just after 12pm. That at KFC Atlantis this special is only mid month? What? How? It gets advertised as every Tuesday. This is ridiculous! I am very upset about this. Because what is the use advertising. I need answers please asap.
I Second that...

poor service, excessive wait for food and belligerent manager.
On Friday I had the unpleasant experience once again at the above located KFC site, they stated the wait would be 14 minutes when in fact it was 34 minutes - if I had known it would take so long I would have gone elsewhere for dinner takeout.
This is not the first time I have experiences excessive waits at this location.
How is it possible that between 6:30 and 7:30pm on several occasions that this site has no chicken ready. I expect fast service food not slow service, if I wanted to wait 34 minutes for the food to arrive I would go to a sit down restaurant. When I called on Monday to speak to Angelique the manager on Monday she was belligerent and handled this customer complaint very unprofessionally, instead of stating that going forward that the cashier would give correct timing estimates. It is unfortunate that there were several customers waiting as long and were very upset. I will not be patronizing this KFC and will advise the KFC HQ that this franchisee is not fulfilling HQ requirements when it comes to putting a good face forward for the corporation.
Why didn’t you just leave you [censored]
managerial support of counter staff was nonexistent
6/24/18 7:37 PM KFC/AW 101 N. Mississippi Ave Atoka, OK [protected] Ticket # 3357
I stopped for a take out order yesterday evening. When I entered, it was obvious that the cashier was rushed, and there were unhappy customers waiting for their food. He was rushing around trying to fill the order while also being in charge of the drive through. The manager and 2 others were in the back shooting the breeze and leaving the cashier to fend for himself. When he finally assembled what he could of the order in front of me, he apologized profusely that they were out of many things and he tried to make substitutions. Meanwhile he had to rush back to fill a drive through order. At this point I should have walked out. It was obvious no one was going to help him. But he told me he knew I was there and he would be with me soon. So I waited quite some time before he could take my order. I made sure to verify what they did or didn't have before I placed my order. Then I watched as the young man ran the fryer, built a cheese burger and packaged the entire meal himself, while the manager suddenly made himself busy putting stickers on a promotional display. I really felt, considering the state of things there were better ways to spend his time, such as assisting the one worker who was actually trying to take care of the customers. He actually spread all of his materials all over the front counter and put himself right in the way of the cashier. He didn't acknowledge any of the customers who were trying to get their substitutions, or thank anyone for their patience. It was taking such a long time, I considered asking for a refund, but honestly, that cashier did not have time to process one, and probably would have only suffered at his manager's hands once I left. It is my understanding from a previous customer that the manager had already berated the cashier once. When my food arrived, I checked it was all there and got back in my vehicle. I should have tasted the food first. We were well down the road when I realized the only item that was edible were the cheese curds the cashier had to fry. The rest was a complete waste of my $15.05.
I would really like to have a refund of that money. I felt that after all of the wait the food should have at least been edible. I felt the manager was irresponsible and quite honestly rude. The poor guy trying to run the front should not be responsible for cooking and trying to keep track of what is fresh, and what isn't. The person handling money shouldn't be touching food anyway. That's a good way to spread contagion. I want to make it very clear, Steven (according to my receipt) was not to blame for this incident. The manager was clearly lax and had no desire to see your business thrive. The back of the kitchen was a mess, and of course quite visible to your customers, there were promotional items scattered on the floor of the kitchen and no one even offered to restock the sauce bin for the cashier. He had to go back to the storage shelves and sort through boxes. I did not use the restroom, but I'd say judging by the state of things, it was probably also a mess.
To repeat, I really feel like I deserve a refund. The folks ahead of me in line deserve one as well, I only hope they take the time to let you know about the condition of your restaurant. You need more Stevens and fewer bad managers.
Thank you for your time. I hope you will be able to resolve this issue.
everything
I order in 8 piece meal I only got 7. Also, the mash looks old and cold and the mac and cheese is cold to the only thing was right is the biscuit and the pot wedge. Even. The employee was not wearing hair nets and all of them have the hair done and they didn't read back the order anything. They didn't ask if we need any hot sauce or anything. I am really unhappy with them because I know how hard it is but still they should give everything to us like we ask for not give us something we didn't pay for bad or cold.
both product and service
Where is my complaint I previously submitted!? I shouldn't have to re-enter it all! Why can't I find it by using the password I used? This is ridiculous and I expect a response to it right away. My complaint went to you all over an hour ago and explained exactly why I was submitting it. Please find my complaint and respond to me. [protected]@yahoo.com
Last two visits to local KFC, was told there's werent serving any more chicken. First visit it was 4 in the afternoon, second visit it was 7 in the evening. After questioning the cashier, he finally said the cooks said they weren't cooking any more chicken. All but 2 of the employees were outside sitting on the wall smoking and talking. When word got to them that there were people complaining they came in. About 10 of them. No exaggeration. One of the the boy managers said he wasn't dealing with me and walked off. Finally out of a back room came a lady that said her Dad owned like 500 of the KFC'S and she wrote down his number [protected]. Mike Flesher. Come to find out, she had given me the phone number of the young boy manager. Lewis Jones. When I called it a young girl answered and told me it was Lewis's phone. I told them I was trying to call his manager. After I hung up, he called me back and hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I really don't know what is going to make me happy about this experience but I expect something quickly. This is ridiculous. [protected] Brenda
I’m still waiting on a response to my concern/complaint. I’m not going away!
I am 63 yrs old. I have NEVER seen such bad customer service in my life. I have both owned companies and worked for companies. If we were slow, that’s when we would get caught up on our cleaning chores. This particular store is a prime example of filth. I’m always weighing the idea of stopping there because it is dirty, but when I get hungry for KFC, I stop. I’ve not checked the complaint section for this store to see if anyone else has reported on the dirtiness but plan on doing that. This has got to get taken care of.
Also, I asked for the corporate number and was told there wasn’t one. And now the store itself will not answer the phone. I’m sooo upset!
Please respond soon. Very very upset over this!
mashed potatoes
First off, KFC has terrible chicken, and the only comfort I can find is NORMALLY in their mashed potatoes, HOWEVER, today, I went to eat a container of their previously packed potatoes, and the entire bottom of the stryofoam cup BUSTED. All of my mashed potatoes fell onto my brand new boots, and I was left, sitting on my bed staring off into my room, still famished. Due to KFC's negligence to have quality containers, I'm starving. I advise you to use metal containers, because I feel as though, even then, the bottom would still bust out for absolutely no reason just because of KFC bad quality. (P.S. Popeyes is better)

Reference: Rude Store Manager Micah Nolen that accuses customers who wishes to drank water of stealing.
Where: 1580 Opelika Rd, Auburn, AL 36830
I am contacting you in order to express my concerns and to raise a formal complaint about the rude waiter I encountered on June 23rd, 2018.
To explain in more detail For years, weekly after church, my family and I dines in after church at KFC in Auburn, AL. We've enjoyed our food and have been treated fair until recently. Being a prior member of the military, we limit ourselves of soda and choices to drink water instead. Recently, the store has had a new member of management. As we pay for our food, we ask to have water instead of buying soda to drink. He insists that we are asking for water only to steal soda. I am a career tech instructor of 23 years who has taught hundreds of students work ethics skills needed for co-op placement for jobs within the community. Several times, I have witness this same manager Micah Nolen speak rudely to both his employees and customers. On today (6/23/2018), I went into the restaurant to place an order. He was there. I confronted him about the last incident as he instructed one of his employees not to serve my family water on Sundays. Micah Nolen was not in the restaurant the last Sunday. I explain to him that me family nor I had no reason to steal. I also explain to him that he could be faced with a discrimination case if he continually treat me and my family the way he has done several times in the past. Instead of him giving me a reasonable explanation of his claims of us stealing soda, he takes out his cell phone and calls the police. At this time, I removed myself from the store and waited in my car for the policemen to arrive. After 20 minutes, I walked backed into the store and ordered my food and left. At no time was I loud or rude to the manager. I did tell him that I would be making a complaint to his corporate office, State District Attorney Office, and to the Better Business Bureau of Alabama.
To resolve this issue I would like you to know that I am a productive citizen who refuses to be discriminated this manager. He is rude not only to the customers that comes into KFC but to his staff of employees as well. In addition to him being rude, he has poor hygiene and appearance. There have been times that the employees of KFC tells the customers that this manager is rude to them as well and constantly accuses them of stealing. He does not need to be working and representing KFC with this type of behavior and appearance. As a career tech instructor, I do feel that he needs not be working in this position. He needs to be terminated. I will follow up with this incident to make sure that this type of behavior is not demonstrated at this public restaurant.
I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response to resolving this issue. If not met and addressed, I will have no hesitation in escalating my complaint.
Please reply to my resolver email account as I would like to keep all of my communications in my personalised complaints case file.

the cleaner
I was in Falmouths UK KFC with my friends, we were 5. We sat on a table while 2 of my friends went to buy their food. Meanwhile the cleaner, not sure if he was a cleaner or not but he was cleaning the tables at least came over and told us all to get the f*** out of the shop because we weren't buying anything, we explained to him that our 2 friends were buying food and he told us to get out anyway and let them eat by themselves. Then we asked him his name but he refused to give it( he was tall skinny and with ginger hair) . We finally all left including the 2 people that were going to buy as we weren't going to let them eat by themselves. I've never had anyone being so root to me in a place like that.
service
I placed an order online with Grubhub, after waiting for about 45 minutes someone from Grubhub called me saying that KFC asked them to call and say they didn't have green beans. That was fine, I told them macaroni was okay. The driver from Grubhub delivered it after about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time we ordered. When we opened the bag the didn't put the chicken pot pie meal, the didn't include the potato wedges with another meal, they gave us only 4 pieces put of 5 of our spicy chicken, they gave us 2 out of 3 chicken on another meal. On top of that they didn't give us any biscuits. Frustrating as it is to now have to leave the house at 10 PM after waiting for how long to get our food we now had to go there to try to get our order taken care of.
When we got there the girl working there seem to have an attitude and kept saying to herself ‘oh I don't know why we do Grubhub' and just nonsense like that. The manager did try to accommodate us. Apparently they didn't have the potpie (which no one told us), they didn't have the sweet corn as well. He proceeded to fix our meal, however when we got home we realize he forgot the potato wedges again. I paid $6.79 for the potpie which he gave me back $5 and change. I didn't complain for a $1 or so. It wasn't a big deal because he tried to make it better by giving us extra chicken. But even with that, at the end of the day, it's as if I paid for it because I didn't get m potato wedges and I paid for 5 small pieces of spicy chicken $7.39 when that should have included the potato wedges.
I obviously didn't go back because I couldn't deal with going their wasting my time for a third time.
