I feel sorry about most of the branch in kfc here in Qatar that has no more enough worker. One time I experience very dissapoinment when I buy in kfc montazah I feel very hot and I saw there staff sweating very much that their uniform becomes so wet because of sweat and only 3 staff working with a several customers. Is this kentucky? I feel sorry about it.

I wanted to submit a complain regarding your call center agent named myla . @1045 i call the call center to place. An order as i cant find my place ., i called to ask if there would be an alternative place i could put she said cant be ., if i did made a mistake in looking for my area as a customer i should be still treated fairly as i am paying them and I am a customer ., i am a staff of kfc philippines for 5 yrs ., i understand the work very well. So dont treat ur customer rudely just because u have the same language . I also clearly told her that i am a female but she keeps on telling me sir ., have some respect . and she also tell me that i am askin her rudely.u can check ur ..recording howrudewas ur agent . better retrain ur agents well.. she is not fit in customer service ...

Hi,

It was a worst experience(Dec 4 2020) in Al Wakrah Branch (oppos. To McDonald's). Kfc staffs are very rude and behaved in an unprofessional manner. Was very surprised this from Kentucky Corporation.
When customer is asking as per his choice, KFC bill counting staffs are just showing their grudge face and treated like why you are here. We are giving money and then collecting our food not just getting kfc as free. Atleast give us a response that we are paying for your food.
I have never seen these kind of bad attitude and worst behavior. Not even responding the local citizens.

I was too hungry to buy this bucket but i am very disappointed due to some pieces not salty and spicy (like dead meat) some pieces too salty... kindly make solution for my order..

Hello kfc management. I would just like to catch your attention regarding “ several of your delivery man” who doesn’t have a good manners in treating your customers right and just! Since I really love to order foods from kfc and it’s quite obvious that most of the time I placed my order through online, if not by means of calling your hotline number! There was a time that I ordered 2 twister box worth 52qr, but when my order arrived, he just delivered for me 2 sandwiches and the other are missing! I paid exact amount for just 2 sandwiches? WHAT THE HECK!? And just recently, I ordered again and this was happened, that [censored] delivery man couldn’t wait for just a minute since I was then busy when he arrived at my place. He called my number telling me that he’s already outside and I said wait for a minute, I’m coming, Surprisingly, when I reached our doorstep, he’s gone! In other words he didn’t wait for me and he immediately leave my location.. 😡😡😡His reason was, I was too late and he couldn’t wait any longer! Oh come on, I didn’t let him to wait for almost 5 minutes... it only took me 2 minutes going out! We as a customers, we’re patiently waiting for our orders to arrived no matter how long it will take even if it exceeds 45 minutes or 1 hour! We tried to understand the cause of delay and we treated the delivery man in a righteous way...perhaps we even say THANK YOU! So what’s my point in posting my complaints? It’s simple...DON’T hire a delivery man who doesn’t even know how to treat the customer right. Tell them to be polite and courteous because if not, mind you, you will lose customers! Customers made your business in track and earned profits and don’t treat us inhumanity!😡😡😡🤜🏼

worst fastfood in qatar. Either they mess up or your order or something is missing. I know the staff is tired but they keep getting orders wrong and when you complain at the call center, they will say "we cannot find the order" they just dont want to deal.with the complain. Rude and useless call center agents. They will give you run around but they WIlL NEVER Solve the issue.

The worsts manager i saw in recently kfc garrafa branch. Always steering at the girls in bad intensionally i noticed few time in one day.. Its about the last week when me and my wife went there to have kfc dine in..

Worst online order service ever. Booked order online... got an email confirmation of order stating that the delivery will be within 1 hour... waited for 2.5 hour and then called the call center to know that they have some system issues at that my order can be seen online but it has not been submitted to any branch... I was waiting all these time for nothing... had to sleep empty stomach as it was already past 11.30 pm. No KFC anymore... totally pathetic...

It's rediculous and unmannerly talk delivery boy and I get my food cold and soft drinks full of water because two hours late that why ice is melt inside in softdring and when I tell a delivery boy then he is answering me what should I will do if you want to talk there is a num talk them he is such a ruad talk and he Tell me I will talk you leter.
Al shafi Street AR Rayyan there is not to much distance only may be 5 mint within but I get my order in after 2 hours

I am trying since many days to get email address for the complaint in details and evidences but I am not able to get from anyone. On call center I was told that concern person will call you but nobody called so far.

Anyone can advise .

I faced an issue with The Centre branch in Doha on 9/02/2022 via drive though and raise a complain by calling call centre at +974- [protected] and the person on line promises to send my complaints to concerns and they call me soon for further investigation and feed me back with action, 10 days later I called again to follow up on the issue and again they promised me that supervisor will contact me right away and no hope.

Is that the right respond, since that time I stop purchase KFC and did not allow my family and house maid to eat from your restaurant due to this experience. Just to let you know my family members is totally 15 persons out of 5 house maids who use to have meals at least Twice a week and since that time I advise to eat from other brand well known by Philippine’s

Very bad service in dine,yesterday I visit kfc city center I ordered dipper meal not spicy it's include 2 strips and 2 normal chicken fries 2 dip 1 drink and bun,I wait my turn the stuff inform me no normal chicken replace it by spicy chicken I told him no I need the normal than ask me to replace by 2 wings or just stips I ignore than he inform me to wait 7 min after 7 min I went to get the order still not ready after 13 min I asked about my order,it's late the manager bring for me order nb 4 and told me your order from 10 min,I informed him my order number is 96 and I will make a feedback he took the receipt and didn't give it to me back later on I wait about 10 min because they don't have chicken strips ,my experience was very bad and I went late to my work because of this meal,it's not acceptable to get 1 meal in more than 20 min

I visited old al ghanem brunch as walk in and i ordered twister and combo 4 pcs . I am living in the same street 2 mins away only, when i reached home i found the chicken in a disaster situation, the chicken looks very old , i guess made yesterday and heated in the microwave... The fries frozen and the twister warm... Immediately i went back and i returned the meal and got my refund. i know my comment will not be taken in consideration. But still Guys do something, its not good for your reputation..

Very bad service in kfc branch barwa village alwakra Road no one can assist ask have people inside only one but the other crew only sit and use mobile and do videocall only they can't assist us even we asking no respect and very bad service for staff

hi i have concern on my order last nov. 2, accordinh to call support after 7days

this is my concern...already transaction successful on my card but no receive and 4x i try but the problem not coming , i lost 284qr in my card, because that apps 4x asking code and 71qr each order, can you please check my accounts i have proof all transaction is successful but even 1 order not coming, i already call your call center but they telling on my bank i email also my bank but the concern is the transaction on your company, can you please help me to return my lost. thank you & God bless
