$5 fill up, restaurant hours
Visited KFC restaurant on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 9:50 pm only to be told that the kfc chicken restaurant was closed. The employee continued to say they had put away all the chicken. Needless to say I was upset because I drove 4 miles one way, late at night only to be disappointed. The website showed the store closed at midnight. Either the website is incorrect or the employees were pulling my leg! My second issue on June 14th. I visited the same location on I-10 at Taylor in Houston, Texas. I ordered 4 of the $5 fill ups. The chicken was dry and not chewable, so small it was the size of my thumb, just disgusting! All 4 were inedible, as if they we sitting out for a week. The cookie inside was so hard it wouldn't break. Tasted stale.

Entered building at 4:16 pm. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to recognize I was in the store. Ordered 2 pot pies and was told they would have to cook them. I ask how long that took and was told 4 minutes. After 25 minutes the pies were taken out of the oven by an employee on his way out the door. He told another employee that the pies were ready. Another ten minutes passed and someone finally put them in a box for me. I had to ask for the cookies that come with the order. While waiting over 36 minutes total I observed 7 tables that had not been cleaned from the last customer. Food and assorted trash was on the prep floor. Pieces of cooked chicken were laying on the floor and one of the employees kicked it under the equipment rather than picking it up and placing in the trash. This place was filthy dirty and the service was even worse.

My family just now went to KFC but we weren't dressed in American clothes because we came back from a mosque and went to KFC to get a quick bite. The people at the counter were staring at us because we were Muslim and took our order because they had to. I bet they would kick us out if they could. After we got our order we checked to make sure everything was good, and they gave us 3 fries in each box, 3 FRIES! And when we checked our $10 popcorn chicken bucket, it wasn't even half full, it probably had about 15 popcorn chicken, and they never gave us our cookies until we asked for it. This is the worst customer service anyone ever gave us just because were Muslim. This is disgusting.
Every time I go to kfc on u.s.19 and 52 in port richey. Fl 16 piece chicken with i end up with only 13pieces only they cheat me everytime. KFC is too high price. And i could go to popeye's right down the road. Also too many homeless people there.

Deaf people stopped at Byram Mississippi to order their evening meal and D employee who was serving the drive-up window thought it was funny to cover her mouth so that they couldn't read lips and continued placing their order that's b******* and they should be punished. Its been a while since I visited KFC. I purchased a $20 meal bucket last evening from the KFC Store Land of Lakes Florida. The chicken was dry over cooked and the weg fries were about the same. Nothing but hard greasy skin. This nasty product found its way into the garbage can. A big disappointment, and I might add that I probably will not visit KFC in the future.

Last night at 8:30 we went through the drive up in aberdeen sd and ordered original but they only had extra crispy chicken and family order of potato wedges and when we went to eat it the wedges were so hard we couldnt eat those and the chicken was so dried out couldnt eat that either had to throw all of it away my guess it was leftover crap from the buffet spent over $ 15.00 for nothing

My family and I frequent KFC here in Honolulu, while traveling to Florida we decided to have take out dinner (12 pc meal 5/26). To our disappointment after getting back to our hotel. The pieces of Chicken were VERY small. approx. 5-6 pieces were no larger than an inch and a half. they looked liked chicken nuggets. I have always had a good experience at the Hawaii location (very limited restaurants) we would run into instances where the pieces of chicken were also under sized home, but it's usually 2-3 pieces and they weren't as tiny as the ones we received in Orlando, Florida.
I'd like t be refunded for the purchase of the 12 piece meal and notify your Orlando location that they should practice better business habits.

I just left the KFC located at 22001 Coolidge Highway in Oak Park and I swear I will never go back there again! Last year I stood my narrow behind in the freezing cold for two hours to ensure my win for a "free 3 piece meal for a year" promotion. Prior to winning this promotion, I've faithfully visited this restaurant and purchased this item and was told that this meal is also included in the promotion. Great right? Wrong! For those who do not know the 3 piece meal includes, 3 pieces of chicken (white or dark), two small sizes and a drink. If you wanted extra, or something modified, you paid extra in which I gladly did (all white crispy breast). To make a long story short, after winning this great promotion, I have had all kinds of problems redeeming it. The first time I had no problems. Using the coupon for the promotion I modified my purchase and paid extra, the second time, I was told that the meal doesn't come with a drink. After arguing my point they gave it to me anyway, along with the modifications to my order (paid extra with no problem). The third, forth and fifth time I went without the drink because of their new rule... no big deal, still modified my order and paid extra. Now all of a sudden today, after six months, I was told that I could not modify my order or PAY EXTRA for the modification from essentially the same cashier. Talk about dumbfounded. Smh! Well, KFC, you've all lost a faithful customer and I've been patronizing your business and purchasing the same exact meal for the past six years, with and without the promo. I'm too through and I'm done.. talk about inconsistencies.

Went to your sw military drive establishment about 4:00 pm. I had your staff repeat my order to me in drive thru. Drive home to find out order was incomplete and wrong. Seven days ago (last Sunday) @1P, after church I went through the drive through and tried to order a 20$ special ( 8 pieces of chicken) Boston first replied "let me see if that's available ", then he states they only have certain pieces of chicken available. I asked Boston how long would it take to cook more chicken and he states 25 minutes . I then state, " I didn't realize it took that long." Boston replies they have to turn the burners on and bread the chicken. I didn't understand why the burners or grease wouldn't already be ready to go because they were already selling chicken and plus this was a Sunday after church and I know people go places to eat . I asked "what time did you guys open" Boston replied " we have already had two large orders today" then Kristin decided to ask me would I like to eat my chicken raw . Let me repeat that again, Kristin asked me, " would you like to eat your chicken raw" I couldn't hardly believe what I was hearing . I told her I have never ever had someone asked me such a dumb question. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she said "I am the manager " I explained to her about customer service and how she should never speak to a customer in that manner . I then drove around and went in and asked the cashier the names of the two in the back. He then asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I told him no that's who I have the problem with. I came home and told my husband and daughter and of course my daughter who is 21 put it on Facebook and blocked me from the comment so I didn't know until I started getting calls about it . And my husband replied that his coworkers said they were not eating there anymore because of the service and how the children are cooking . My husband works at the biggest plant here in our town which is Albermarle and he states that has been hearing nothing but negative things about KFC. There are a lot of teens that work there that don't want to work and they don't hide it . The workers are unhappy when someone places an order because they might have to cook more chicken. They would rather you say that's ok And just leave. I assure this company is loosing a lot of money in this Magnolia Ar location because of the workers . After my daughters post and a few comments Kristen decided she would message me through Facebook and apologize. I didn't reply and she don't need to be manager over other workers with that type of attitude. That's not a very good example for the other workers .

Stopped at KFC in Winchester on our way home from a ball tournament got a 12 piece bucket of chicken meal it was absolutely the worst chicken I have ever gotten in my life. It was burnt and we couldn't eat it we live in Richmond Ky. so we weren't going to drive back to Winchester but were told by restaurant manager the only thing we could do was bring it back.

Within last two week I buy your spicy light snak box of sar13 for at least 4 times. but some times I didn't get bread and sometime no french fries, and also all the time they are not providing the tissues, and ketchup.
Today I go again and oder the same, and when I got the parcel i check it before leaving the shop. i saw only two pieces of chicken and a very small quantity of french fries, if say exactly 15 pieces. I asked the boy in the counter where is the bread and tissue, and ketchups. He said no bread, i told him in your display for this order, shows one piece bread and I want that, he said "instead of bread i put two big piece of chicken". I insist him for the bread he go inside and give one bread and I sow the 2 chicken pieces are changed to small one, and that are not spicy, i ask him about that. he said no spicy . I asked him for the tissues and ketchup.. he become angry and put me a bunch of tissues in my bag, i said I didn't ask these much tissues . Give me what I need. i didn't order tissues, i order kfc.

I have gone to the KFC at 9368 Mansfield Rd, several times, a minimal of four times for grilled chicken. Each time I've been told that it would be 15-20 minutes. I was once told I should attempt to come when they open. On my last visit I was told that the grill machine was down. I live close to this restaurant, and I have to drive to the other side of town each time to purchase my chicken.

Two weeks after opening, my parents went through the drive through and ordered a bucket of chicken.
After a one minute drive home the food was opened to find it was cold and days old. My parents microwaved the contents so they could it eat it hot. That night they both were sick and came close to seeing a doctor the following day. My parents are elderly and this could have been something much worse. Two days afterwards, I gathered my equipment and paperwork and made a personal appearance to see how this business is being ran by it's employees. I ordered me a medium sized mix piece with a side order. The food was hot,
but it was (day / days) old. I'm sure it was food left from the day before if not earlier. While seated in the restaurant, I noticed employees talking and laughing with one another while customers are in line waiting to place their orders. I also noticed employees making their own meals and carrying them out to their vehicles upon leaving for the day. I was there long enough to witness their food not being paid for. Another observation I made was the housekeeping part of the restaurant. Most of the tables were not wiped cleaned, trash all over the floor, and empty condiment containers. The Eunice establishment is getting many negative remarks and many customers have been complaining. The employees are not doing their assigned jobs. I made a night time visit to grab a coke and see how things are being ran. A restaurant with no customers gives every employee all the much needed time to pick up a wet rag and clean up the dining area. Instead they choose to play on their phones and talk amongst one another. I don't see this establishment staying open in the near future if these conditions continue. I check different restaurants regularly and send my findings to any responsible parties. No particular time later, I will make another visit to see if my findings have been addressed. Any problems still existing, will be put into a final report (pictures included) and mailed to headquarters, health board, etc. Employess must be interviewed accordingly or you will continue having a poorly ran establishment.

deaf couple not served food and laughed at
A couple were at your KFC in Byram Mississippi at 9 pm last night. Tbey were deaf and because the door was locked they went through the drive thru. They told the screen that they were deaf and stated their order. When they got to the window the girl put her hand over her mouth so they could not see what she was saying the deaf lady told her that she could read her lips if she would remove her hand. Your employee was told this twice and did not remove her hand. The lady said that the employees all started laughing at them. This couple did not get there food and were subject of your employees jokes. If this is how customers are treated at KFC. I will not be going to your stores and hopefully others will not either. This is totally unacceptable and these employees need to be fired. Discrimination of any inexcusable and will not be tolerated.
I would like to say I am from Canada and I want to say that those people working for KFC and they laughed at this girl and it is obvious they are ignorant to the fact that they showed no respect so all the employees working at that location in Bryam Mississippi should be fired and I don't mean that one girl I mean all the employees and find more respectable employees to work there as these kids have no respect for anything and it is not union and I want them to be fired.

I have never been a big fan of KFC but recently reading about this experience the deaf couple had there. I will never eat there again. It is unacceptable to treat your customers this way, just because they have a sort of disorder. They could have been born with it, born with it or not NO ONE should be treated with such disrespect ever! Especially someone with such a disorder. I swear if i was there with that couple I would've jumped through that window and beat that employees [censored]. I came to the drive-thru at Mansfield, TX location on 5/31/18 and ordered 3 #5 for a total of ~$16, gave the guy a $100 bill in exchange for my foods then drove off. I came back 2 hrs later and talked to the shift manager about the situation and hopefully we could review the tape or checked the cashier register so I can get my money back. He said the guy that took my order have already left for the day plus his cashier was balanced so nothing he could do about it, but he did ask for my number to report it to the upper manager about the camera which I gave him all my info.
Waited for 3 days and no one called me back, then I decided to write a report on the main KFC website. The next day the upper manager called me back. We were back and forth for 2 days and he came back with me saying that they reviewed the video and nothing they saw on the video indicating that I gave the $100 to the guy or if the guy cheated. I asked if I could see the video and if it shows that I'm wrong then I'm willing to apologize the store for wasting everyone's time and just drop this and walk away happy otherwise I just need my exact change back. He said he tried his best but another upper level manager would not allow him to release the camera or give my money back. I am not happy with this at all. All I wanted was proven I'm wrong or give my money back because telling me they couldnt see anything on the video is to avoid working with unhappy customer...and they're willing to lose a good honest customer. Very disappointed!
